It was my first time doing axe throwing and it was amazing. The coaches are nice and help you learn some techniques for axe throwing.

Unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill since the North Bay location has moved. The setup has changed, and there is nothing on the floor to protect axes when they land. My axe is now in very poor shape, and I even saw someone's break last time. I don't understand why they opened without being ready. If I had known about the facility not being up to the same standards as before, I don't think I would have purchased a league membership.

Lots of fun from a night out

We went with a group of adults and children including teens, tweens and younger. Everyone had fun and our coach was great!! Even one teen who was convinced that axe throwing would be boring and potentially dangerous had fun and did great.

I was hosting an outreach event for engineers in training and we booked the whole venue for 17 people on a Friday night. Curtis helped make the event a great success. They made sure everyone got a learning session and we would help give some tips on technique for those who were having a harder time. We played a tournament style game after the practice and there were two people the whole time keeping track of the scores and letting people know who’s on deck so there was no delays. Everyone who went had nothing but good things to say. Hopefully will be back soon!
