This was our 4 day trip, and we were celebrating my birthday. From the first contact with reservations to the last as we departed, the service was impeccable. The resort is clean and we felt safe with all Covid regulations implemented. The Spa was divine, staff professional, knowledgable, and the services were amazing. We had seaweed body wrap and a massage during our stay and it truly took accumulated stress away. The little touches were welcome too. From welcome champaign and strawberries to wish me happy birthday, little spa gift and some extra touches daily at the LIV restaurant, we felt really taken care of. Concierge was always there to offer suggestions, and help in anyway possible. We would recommend White Oaks to anyone. We are hoping to make this our annual trip.

We hosted a meeting at White Oaks on October 16, 2021. It was a great experience. All COVID protocols were in place and they made everything easy to follow. The food and beverage was great. The conference team was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Our A/V contact was very professional and ensured we tested everything to ensure a smooth day. Way to go team White Oaks!
