After sitting down before ordering any beverages or food, tables that came in before us got served first. After finally acknowledging us the server told us to wait and brought us water. It took them 30 minutes to come and take our orders and another 45 minutes to receive our food one by one. By the time we received our first food order, my friend had to wait 20 minutes before receiving her plate. Not to mention there was hair in her food. Portions were decent and the food was meh. Probably will not recommend this restaurant to friends. Finally, the service was terrible.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I sat with an empty glass of water for more than 30 min. We repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff to refill our drinks and bring our check and they just ignored us. You better be OK with just one glass of drink and not need silverware or anything else.

The steamed rice and vegetables are good. The beef wasn't good. I would not advise getting the grilled chicken. It is like rubber. The beef is super thin. The spare ribs looked amazing though. I wish I got that.

First time at this pho spot today and it definitely won't be my last. I always order the tom yum with grilled chicken, shrimp, and won tons at any pho spot so that is what I ordered from here today. Quality grilled chicken and most tasty broth compared to all other pho spots that I've tried in the Niagara region. 5 stars but what would be even better is to see a large and extra large option available for all the phos one day!!!

Delicious food! Everything on there menu is SO good! Their bubble tea is fantastic! The lady at the counter is always super friendly. The only thing I would suggest is they switch the mixed veggies in the rice to a name brand frozen kind. (The mixed veggies are a little soggy)

The restaurant was clean and the food was good but the waitress wasn't familiar with the menu. She bought us glasses of water half full with no ice. They made us write our own order down and it got all mixed up and we ended up with to much food and a big bill. It was only me my husband and our 2 sons. Instead of verifying our order before cooking it the server bought it out and thought it was funny because he knew that was way to much food for us. He said it was nothing he could do but he could give us take-out trays..smh.. He ran off laughing and came back apologizing saying it was his allergies.. I WAS PISSED!!! After he saw how mad I was he came back and said he was going to take off 10%..????????.. So the food was good but they DEFINITELY need to work on their customer service.

Whenever I'm visiting Niagara falls I always make sure to stop here to get my pho fix. Not only is the food great but the service is too! They are located on Lundys lane and It's nice to be able to have this option because it's comfort food and not all the fried stuff you find in the tourist areas of Clifton hill. We came here as a group. The food was okay, however, the person who served us must be new. We asked for an extra bowl, he gave 5 mini bowls used for vinegar or sauce to the next table. He came back with a bowl that needs a total rinsing. We requested for napkins and additional vinegar for the spring rolls, he came back twice when he could have given both at once. He can improve for sure.

Nothing bad to say. Restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, and there are lots of food options. We had four different dishes / bowls at our table, plus appetizer, and all were great. It is pricier than we are used to back home in the GTA, but that is to be expected in Niagara Falls. It is still a good value (a GREAT value when you compare to other restaurants in Niagara area). I would definitely recommend it, and we will be back the next time we are in town.

We've been going to these place for many years every time we visit Niagara. Years ago the food, portion and price were really good and is worth the price since it is tourist place but last year it changed a lot. The prices had gone up and the portions had gone way smaller! With the increase in minimum wage and cost of living it would had been ok if they raised the price a little bit but still same portion/servings, but for somebody who frequent the place whenever we visit Niagara ( at least 2 to 5 times a year ) it.was a huge difference that we refused to go back at this place.

A nice quiet dinner with great food and service. Thank you to the staff for their close attention, including the small candies for the children to top it off. Par-excellent! We came with 2 adults, three young children and a baby which they accommodated very easily. We ordered three dishes, which worked out perfectly, one pho bowl, one crispy noodles with chicken and one vermicelli with beef and chicken. They were very conscientious about our son's peanut allergy and adjusted what we ordered to remove that without having to order something else. Food tasted fantastic at a very reasonable price. The place was clean and tidy. No loud music/volume though the TV's are prominently displayed. Noticed some of the negative postings here, they do not make any sense based on our experience. Can't please some people no matter what you do, I guess. We frequent Niagara quite often and will definitely be back!

All their prices are $2-$3 higher than any pho place I've been to and I eat pho at least 4 to 5 times a week. Their Vietnamese coffee is way over priced anywhere you go. That coffee goes from $2.50-$3.50. They are charging $5.25. When I told the staff very polity with a smile, that it's a little over priced. He said it's a special coffee and that i should go somewhere else. Pretty rude for someone I just gave $2 Just to sit down and walk right out. If I could rate them lower than a one star I would.

My friend told me about phobowl just around the corner of Canada factory out one on the main strips of Niagara Falls. I was so happy after went there. The restaurant is very clean and nice decoration,service is friendly,the food is outstanding. Try the Calimary and the spring rolls is super good. The most important in pho is the broth.i have been eating pho for over 30 years. i would say the best pho broth I ever had and the best in Niagara Falls. I will come back and would definitely recommend to try.

My wife and I just returned from our third visit to Pho Bowl in Lundy’s Lane. I wanted to report that we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We started with yummy cold rolls. My wife had the bun bo hue and she commented how tasty the broth was. I had the vermicelli with grilled chicken, grilled beef and spring roll. Absolutely amazing food. We were also impressed how clean the washrooms were. This is our go to Vietnamese restaurant in the Niagara area.

July 31, 2016 - took my bf out for dinner at this place. We won't be going back. I had hair in my food, they forgot our appetizerand they tried to charge us for the appetizer and they never apologized. We were there before a group of 5 a group of 4 and got served last when we hard three things. It wasn't even busy.

It was so good I went again the next day! I was very picky and asked for no noodles and they gave me beans sprouts on the side :). Both meals were excellent but my favourite was p28 it was a beef trio pho. This place is also priced well and fast, its my new go to when I visit family here in Niagara.

I am an avid fan of Vietnamese food for the last 20 years. My wife order was a regular PHO and I ordered the yummy seafood. we did not finish the soup it was awful the pho appeared like it was microwaved and the yummy soup has no taste and there was only one single shrimp. I would not recommend this restaurant. I was really disappointed.

I DO NOT recommend overpriced no flavours The food lacked authenticity in flavours, it was very watered down. The broth needed more aromatics to give off aroma and more flavour. The spring rolls were made using the egg wrappers instead of the rice paper and had no seasoning and bland flavour on both the vegetarian and pork one. The sauce they gave with the spring rolls was a bottled chilly Thai sauce, I never have seen this in viet restaurant before or in Vietnam before very westernized and the Nuoc Cham (fish sauce) that was served with my beef and rice tasted like I was using water with a hint of sugar, it lacked the sweetness combined with the tangy and salty flavour of the vinegar and fish sauce. The free strawberry shake my kids didn’t even drink it. As for price : they were very overpriced compare to other places I been to. And for lacking any flavour I would not even pay for a quarter of the price of it. I do not know why people are raving about this place. Had their Cha gio (pork fried spring rolls) and the vegetarian one too and their pho tai (rare beef noodle soup) and the Com suon nuong (pork /beef with rice) got the strawberry shake for free cuz I spent more than $25 my bill came to $70

Omg.. we got 2 bowls of pho, rolls and a chicken and roll dish, bubble teas and vietnamese ice coffee. BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! We came from Hamilton to the Falls for March break and it was the best thing to eat in a long while.

Haven’t had the Pho yet but hands down the best Vietnamese spring rolls in town. Crispy but not overly flaky like some, delicious filling, and good portions! A small salad comes with and it’s great too. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Order was done fast! Will be back!

Good enough food but small portions. When they first opened they offered an extra large pho that was in a huge bowl that looked like a wash basin. They discontinued that. Now they offer a "large" as their maximum size. Seriously the large is nowhere near the large at most pho places. Prices are higher than average especially considering portion size.

First visit, waiter took wrong orders. We order two small pho, he charged 2 medium. I ordered no onions on large pho, he gave me pho with both types of onions when I asked to write it down. He insisted he will have it right. Pho broth is ok. Lo mein stir fried noodle is bland and other at our table found their dish is also bland. Only item was good is the taro and strawberry tea. Men washroom very smelly vs ladies were OK. None of us will be returning again.

We came here after some recommendation from some friends. We got the Thailand Hot Pot which was perfect for the 3 of us,. It has a variety of things to put into the hotpot which includes beef, fish balls, shrimp, cabbages. We also ordered a bowl of Bun Rieu which is a vermicelli noodle soup with Vietnamese sausage, tofu, crab paste and pork blood cube, you can ask for no blood cube. It is pretty authentic and very tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had a long exhausting day at the falls, tried to go to Clifton Hill but we were bombarded with noise and bars and insanely overpriced food. I remembered seeing this little restaurant on our way to the falls in the morning, and I convinced my family to try this. It stuck in my head because I really love pho, and so we took the bus over to Lundy’s and walked here. The location, in a little strip mall, makes it look like it wouldn’t be the nicest place, but you walk in and it’s transformed. It’s a modern, serene atmosphere that was impeccably clean and our waiter was super helpful and accommodating!! Food was delicious, well priced, and the staff that we met was amazing. Would give this place a 10/5 honestly, it made our day and improved our moods.

I have food allergies and was told by a few people that this restaurant had options for me to eat. When I asked an employee, he had no idea what I was asking. The language barrier was very clear. He just kept pushing a menu at me saying "you can tell me what you want". I had to keep repeating that I needed to know about certain ingredients, and he obviously could not understand me. There were other employees who were speaking fluent english, but instead of asking one of them to help translate he just shoved the menu in my hand and ignored me. I have no problem with someone being new to the english language but the complete lack of even trying to help me just left a bad taste in my mouth. If I had been able to find something on the menu I would probably be eating here at least once a week. So disappointing.

We went as a family with our 3 yr old and 1 yr old. They were amazing with catering to our children's needs. They offered food that our children would eat, that wasn't on the menu. We were staying at the Hilton hotel by the casino for business trip and craven for some Vietnamese food.one of the hotel staff recommend to pho bowl. It very easy to get there.it on the main tourist strip.there service was excellent the staff is friendly. The foods come out fast and hot,the pho broth best I had.even we live in Houston tx where there a lot of Viet restaurant.the spring rolls is outstanding and the vermicili noodle is good too. The Vietnamese coffee and bubble tea are really good. I would recommend to pho bowl if you looking for Vietnamese restaurant.
