It's Merritton. It's a Community Center. The paint on the walls is so thick......, I'm almost positive that's what's holdin er together. Haha. Just rent it!! You know you wanna!! It doesn't smell from what little bits I can piece together of the evening, so that's a bonus!! /(°•°)\

I've attended the Merritton Community Centre many times over many years for many different events and occasions and every time it is a great experience. If you have an event you need to organize than I recommend Merritton Community Centre as it's spacious, it has large and clean restrooms and plenty of parking but fortunately it's conveniently located.

Went to a gun show, saw lots a guns. Guns are pretty. Kept the weather out, easy to find parking. A building to do stuff in. So ya hard to say anything positive or negative really.

I rented the hall for my stag and doe . Customer service is absolutely terrible. I emailed, called, left voice mails week after week with no response. The only way to get a hold of anyone is to go in person and happen to catch someone there. The night of my event went fairly smooth, other than the bartenders showing up a half hour late, and we had no way in to the hall. Through out the night I was told by more than one guest that the bar tender/ president of the club was helping himself to drinks without paying, or even asking me. At the end of the event I walked in to the "president" helping himself to the food I had ordered, again without asking my permission. After paying the bill and a short argument with president, he left the parking lot squealing his tires.. He was clearly under the influence, but I guess that's normal for this club. Although the venue is great for events, I would not recommend it because of the staff and management.

This was the location of the NPARC St Catharines Hamfest. It was a good time to reunite with friends and make new ones. There are many that look forward to this event every year. It is a very good location for any event.
