Nachos are top notch with real cheese and toppings. We got the small nachos and it was more than enough for both of us. The wings are excellent, the pizza is good, and the price is right. Good service too.

I was in the falls for a day and decided to stop by Hooligans as it was recommended by a local. Ordered the bacon cheese burger with fries and the Philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. PLEASE do not let the pics fool you, the food was not all that. First off, I ordered a Pepsi and it tasted funny so I asked the server what's up with the Pepsi? She told me it's not Pepsi it's no name pop and that's all they have is no name. (I thought that was kinda false advertising). Yes the burger looks great but the problem was the horribly bland tasteless meat puck. Maybe thats why they tried to hide it under the salad served on top the burger. The same goes for the cheese steak, just plain steak meat, cheese and bits of green pepper with no flavor. Fries were dry and unsalted. Overall I would NOT recommend this place for a Pepsi first of all, nor for the food. 2/5 just because the server was honest and the burger toppings were fresh.

Perfect sports bar in north end of town, when you're looking for great comfort bar food. Drink specials most days, with staff always accommodating and personable. Great place to play darts or catch a local performer rocking an acoustic jam or two. Summer, the garage doors open to feel outdoor temp, while not having to worry about getting wet. Awesome place to grab a beer.

Rude service from the owner! Couldn’t be bothered to smile and gives off an entitled attitude. And clearly from the comments, he allows his staff to run things the same way. Don’t waste your time or money when you can drive 5 minutes in ANY direction and enjoy a better atmosphere and service. Let me name a few: - Taps Brew House - Kelseys - Spicy Olive. - Grand Central - The Works - Chip and Charlie’s Heck, any place will make you feel better about not going here. If you’re looking to step over a local drunk to get through the door, or have judgmental eyes follow you while you sit to enjoy a Beer that tastes like it’s from the bottom of the keg because you don’t fit the dress code - vomit with a splash depression - then this might be the place for you. Best of luck.

Loved the food and very reasonable prices, and our server was such a nice guy but it's like bar fair food. Wraps, wings, awesome looking pizza and they have fresh fut fries which is my favorite.

Cheap wings on Mondays always amazing ! The pizza and the nachos are good as well. Several TVs for viewing sports. Staff is friendly. Can get busy . I eat here at least once a month !

Local sports bar with cheap prices. Great place to go and relax with friends if ya want to watch some sports on the TV as there are many TVs playing different sports. Not a place for fancy beers, but the beer they got is cold and quite drinkable. Guiness on tap was good(they got it if I'm not mistaken...). Anyway it's a nice local bar with a friendly bartender.

Great sports bar. Amazing food and good drink prices aswell as service. Only downside of this place is the cleanliness. Its a little grimy, they could use a better cleaning service especially considering that its a rather busy bar.

Great local place . Hit or miss ... I just took a coworker with me. I got a pint ... He didn't . I finished my pint (15 mins+), he still wasn't served his pint he ordered with me . I had to go to the bar to pay my bill and wait to just get her attention . The bartender who was serving tables said sorry. . On the plus there nachos are great .

Place is good been going there for 11 years, it has changed minimal over the years, only thing I don't like is sometimes you get the rowdy crew in from out of town and they can cause drama leading to a major buzz kill, other than that though beers cold, wings are good, staff is friendly and regulars are great!

Found it a bit under staffed for how busy it was ,but the workers worked hard and did what they could to keep up! Very friendly and attentive even if they were just letting you know it would be a moment before they served you. You cant beat the cheap drinks/shots on Fridays. We ordered mozzarella sticks, mushroom burger, chicken burger and wings. We were very impressed on the quality, the amount of food we got and the price . I think my friends and I have found a new bar for our weekly outings. We've receive some less then alright service lately at our fav/regular places and to have the experience we had tn was awesome. Keep up the great food and prices guys thanks !!

Has a definite neighbourhood pub feel but it's all about the service! The wait staff (especially the server with the blonde hair) are absolutely fantastic. It gets pretty busy in here at times but they're always attentive and on the ball. The Blonde waitress always remembers who you are and what you're drinking! In an industry where the experience can often be cold and impersonable this is definitely an experience that makes you feel at home.

Tried this place twice. Staff is not very good, it's very hard to get there attention even sitting at the bar. No menu presented, not told about any specials. New Years they said the transformer blew and ruined our whole night. We had just ordered tow shooters and two very expensive drinks we had to leave behind. Not ever going here again. Oh by the way the band they had was actually good.

Worse service ever, my husband and I were at the entrance door , all servers saw us but nobody came to us to say anything ,even not a ‘Hi’ , they just ignored us and they were not busy at all. We waited about 2 mins, decided to leave. We have never been treated like this in Canada. We would give 0 star if there is one

Great pub in Niagara Falls. Lots of different beer/ale on tap. Good bar food, pizza, wings nachos etc....lots of big screen televisions to watch the game on. It's a fairly spacious bar lots of seating throughout the restaurant. Friendly and fun servers too. It is easy on the wallet as well

I see several reviews all starting with "great" obviously by the same person. Then I see several reviews about rude staff that ignore you, that's what I got too.

First time here, was welcomed by Bill.Ordeered drinks for our table of four ,2 adults and 1 teen and 1 child.Gave menus and gave us time to look it over.My oldest and I have some dietary issues and we ask how an item was cooked.The method was deep fried,we asked if it could be possible to cook it another way and he said no problem and offered to cook them in the oven than pan fry.The food was awesome and the service was outstanding . My family and I will be back. Dined out at 2 different places in the last day and the food or service was not up to par.Thanks again Bill for making the end of our day out great.

Visit regularly. Best thing is that it is a local bar for locals. You don’t have any tourists in the busy falls - so that’s the nicest thing. Great wing specials on mondays and tuesdays.

Went today for the first time finally as I always pass by Hooligans and have also read a lot of reviews. Super friendly staff and amazing wings (suicide). I even asked the waitress to call the cook out and told him I’ve been eating wings for the past 30 years all over the place including Buffalo and my order was absolutely fantastic and by the way I need another 10 to-go. Amazing prices, friendly staff and great food, I will definitely be a returning regular customer, I’m hooked!!!

This will be the last time I come here. The blonde hair sever is very rude and isn't capable of remembering more then a couple drinks. The sad part is that we came here every week for wings special and never had a problem except for from this rude server. They should pick there staff better

I literally NEVER leave reviews on Google - whether I've had an amazing or less-than-ideal experience at a restaurant - but I feel obligated to call this place out after a HORRENDOUS interaction my family and I had. Note that this is not a direct knock on Hooligans itself, but I just want to warn the owners and future customers about the awful service. It was Game 6 of the Habs/Vegas series and my partner, father, and I planned to watch the game on a local patio and support local. My dad, being a (now former) regular, recommend we come here. We thought since they have a patio we could bring our dog and tie them up on the outside of the patio as we have done COUNTLESS times pre- and during the pandemic at patios throughout Ontario. So we show up and there is a perfect table available at the far side of the patio where we could tie the dog up and he could hang out in a vacant parking spot just next to us. The waitress, however, had other plans. Before we could even say hello she came storming out and starting yelling at us saying that "WE ARE NOT DOG FRIENDLY, OWNERS ORDERS" despite the fact that we were still on the front walkway waiting to talk to an employee. We let her know that we were aware dogs cannot be right on the patio but we were going to tie him on the other side of the fence in the PUBLIC parking lot. "NOPE, NOT DOG FRIENDLY, YOU'LL HAVE TO LEAVE. OWNER'S ORDERS" she not-so-politely exclaimed, to which we informed her that this was a public parking space and our dog was literally just going to lay down and sleep the whole time we were there. "NOT DOG FRIENDLY, OWNER'S ORDERS!" she once again yelled in our faces and then ran inside. At this point in time I was incredibly annoyed and wanted to speak to someone else. My dad went inside to talk to the owners (who as a regular he knows...) but unfortunately they were not there. The waitress didn't come outside again so we could not even talk about it further and, you know, possibly have a civilized conversation. At this point in time I didn't really want to give this place my money anyway, so we decided to leave and go to another sports bar with a large outdoor patio on Mountain Rd - who by the way were completely fine having our dog hang out on the other side of the patio while we watched the game and were very happy to have us spend a few hundred dollars there. Now I am aware that some places are not dog friendly and if this waitress were to talk to us in a civilized tone I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Maybe they were having a bad day or maybe they just hated the Habs and decided to take it out in us, but as someone who worked as a restaurant manager in a past life, I have no tolerance for this type of behavior no matter the reason. Just a fair warning to all future customers out there - as the waitress made painfully clear they are NOT dog friendly. OWNERS ORDERS (...apparently).

The service is bad every time I come here. Some servers are rude, I once got scolded for standing at the bar with friends and "only ordering one drink and a water" and then got ignored for the rest of the night. Good prices for food and drinks though.

Hoolies has been a Stamford Center, Niagara Falls staple for ages. Bill, Jay and their team are fast & friendly, serving up some of Niagara's most competative prices for food and drinks. Low key and causal bar where you get a little mix of everyone. I went for the wings and pints and fell for the steak sandwhich and fresh cut fries.

This is your typical, quaint local dive bar. Don't walk into this place thinking you're going to the new hip Toronto Bar/Pub. This is a place where locals hang out for good beer and music. Food is average, not bad, but don't walk in thinking you are at Ruth's Chris. If you are there on a Sunday night, usually Taylor will be singing and he's open to requests. Ask him to play "I want it that way" and let me know how it goes. LOL. Really though, it's a great place to just hang out. I wouldn't bring a first date here, but would definitely come with friends or after a beer league hockey game.

I always come here for the chicken wings and beer. Food is great overall, friendly service, great place to relax and have a pint. Anyone who leaves a bad review is a tough critic, this is possibly the best sports bar in Niagara Falls.

Majority of the time the staff is great. There is a couple of servers who don't check on tables as much as they should, and they should smile a little more...even if it's fake. The washrooms need a deep clean and maybe some touch ups. Food is great, along with the price.

Never one to leave bad reviews but so angry with todays service that l am. Took my old man for chicken wings and beers. Waited 35 minutes before l finally got up to ask where our food was to be told l forgot to ring it in. Place wasnt even busy and not once in the 35 minutes did we get asked if we wanted another beer or even have our sever over to ask how our food was. -5 rating!!!

Easily one of my favourite places, the blonde haired waitress is awesome. She always gets out orders correct and never faulters with difficult times when the bar is busy. The staff and service is incredible and it is a staple in our society. Never had a bad time here and they always make you feel comfortable and well liked. Whoever is doing the hiring here should be awarded and congradulated for having the best staff in the region. Wonderful experiences and will recommend to anyone.

Best fish & chips on Friday's. Trust me; Nice Big 2 Pieces of fish with fries, coleslaw, Perfect. $9.50 I Dare you to compare this to any other places around! Real great tasting fish! The only other place close to this was Commissos but they change over $14 +tax and no Coleslaw
