REVIEWS OF Fallsview Indoor Waterpark IN Niagara-on-the-Lake

Mary Miller

Friendly staff. Food prices are very reasonable. Not the typical inflated price for kids meals. Will come again. Great for kids.

Daniel Cavalheiro

Worst customer service. One customer service representative was ready to help and another one stopped him and started arguing.

This a great place for a family fun day, but the price per person is a little steep. There are enough slides to keep the young ones occupied but for adult thrill seekers, the novelty will wear off quickly. Make no mistakes, this a family Water Park that is for young children. If that is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you. O didn't sample the food choices, I usually prefer external food choices to attraction food options so I can't comment on the pricing.

To get to the waterpark from outside the building is somehow confusing. The waterpark is very good for family with kids. To rent a locker will cost you $12 that will last for the whole day and can be shared for 2 persons. Ample of change rooms and is separated with the washrooms. Millions of fresh towels to use whenever needed. There’s a pool outside with basketball rings to try. I recommend going over the slides(especially purple slide). Very fun.

We went for two days in a row with our three kids (10, 12, and 14) and had a lot of fun. The Park seemed really big at first, but once you’ve been in there a bit you realize it’s not actually all that huge. There are four decent-sized slides for tubes and three you ride on mats. The lines when we were there (early August) were reasonable, but definitely there was a fair amount of waiting for the big slides. The wave pool is small and was pretty crowded. Definitely not a highlight. While we were there a lifeguard dropped her glass bottle from the lifeguard chair accidentally (almost hit my head), and it shattered on the pool deck. So they had to shut the wave pool down for most of that day due to glass that went into the pool. I guess you could say I wasn’t impressed with the staff’s complying with basic safety rules due to that! (Who uses a glass bottle at poolside?) The outdoor sun deck and pool was nice. The kids loved the basketball hoops at that small pool (but it was also crowded enough to be an issue). The hot tubs were OK; surprisingly hot for public hot tubs (which is a good thing). I didn’t eat at the snack bar. They have an actual BAR bar, but it never seemed to be open.

Robin Neadow

Fun time but long lines(understandable bcuz of covid). The staff are courteously wearing mask and helpful.I don’t know the exact name but i guess the lady name was GRACIA( with specs) …She was super nice, polite lady and VERY KIND.

Lots of activities for all ages or chairs for those that don't want to get wet. Off season lineups were VERY short. Food was great and average prices. Air miles coupon made this a great lower cost day. Price of parking was a little steep at $40 for the day.

We normally visit great wolf but fallsview indoor water park facility is as good and perfect for family to spend a day trip in Niagara area. The fast food service in the park is decent and staff is friendly. They seems to be serious in safety and I feel comfortable to let my kids playing in water park. The parking under the park is a bit expensive but close to Clifton hill. If my kids are older then I may park north of Victoria ave that is cheaper and walk to the park instead.

Maura Rubio

We had a blast. Admission included complementary towel services. Water was warm. The only disadvantage is about limited shower. There is only 2 showers in the female change room which is not enough for that huge park. There is no family change room.

David Bailey

Was really fun, my son loved it. Its a little pricy but its a cool concept. Its worth visiting, the slides are fun. 12$ for a security locker...(minus one star)

Magpie A

This is most definitely a place for young kids. I'd say 5-12. The slides aren't particularly exciting but they'll keep the kids busy for the day.The wave pool was disappointing because of the extremely mild waves. There's a cool heated pool on the observation deck which you run and jump into during the cold weather. I'd say that's about as interesting as it gets for adults. The food court was pretty bad. Poor menu in general, and the burger I had was dry. Stick to their hotdogs. My personal experience wasn't the best. However this was mostly a result of circumstances and not the facility in general. The splash area was closed for the first 3-4 hours because of mechanical issues followed the wave pool being fouled and closed for cleaning TWICE during the day. Overall, it was an okay visit but I wouldn't be back in a hurry

To my surprise, this place was amazing! We had the opportunity to attend with my daughters school. They provided us with a discounted rate for entry and parking was also discounted. The actual water park was great. Very clean, free towels provided, swim diapers for the kids, and very very friendly staff. I highly recommend taking the kids and trying this place out to kill an afternoon.

Sabrina Efroze

All day fun for any age! Clean for the amount of people that were there and lots of different areas to enjoy fun in the water. Little upset that I had to pay extra for tickets that I purchase on online, that ended up being for local residents of Niagara...which was not clearly stated on the site when I bought them. Otherwise, had a blast. Little pricey for what it is and parking should be validated with entry.

Sebastian Pittarelli

Another visit to this waterpark in 2019 December. My son's wrist band fell off, waited in line for the a ride on tube and could not go down the slide because of lost band. Talked to manager, his suggestion was to buy another admission ticket or go search for the lost one!! Such a disappointment! Wow will never be here again!! So if you come, protect you BAND!!! Or get ready to buy multiple admissions!

It was fun for the whole family. It's nice that everything was organized, activities for smaller kids, tweens and teens, and all the slides were working. We spent the whole day in the waterpark. Food inside was decent, prices are acceptable. The cabanas looked good, it was spacious and it offers privacy. We didn't opt for it though since I know we will all be in the water. It is worth considering if you have a bigger group. Life guards were really on the watch and you can hear them whistling almost every 5 minutes. Would come back since they have good number of slides to choose from and a cheaper alternative to Great Wolf which is still our first choice.

Kids had so much fun here. Lots of seating space. The restaurant is overpriced for the quality, but it's better than leaving and going elsewhere. They serve alcohol, the margaritas were actually super delicious. The wave pool floor seems to be coming up since our last visit in 2016, but it doesn't really make a difference. After a half day here, my eyes were burning from the chlorine, in the air. That said, there is also seating outside.

sharise Laroux

Kids had a blast. There was a slight issue with the hotel not providing us with our wrist bands, but Andre at the Waterpark facility was able to sort everything out for us. We really appreciate his effort in sorting it out.

Amanda Zyla

I purchased a hotel stay and tickets accidently put for the wrong day, i called right away to switch days and they are going to charge me 25 dollars to cancel .... im not cancelling? Just changing the day. the supervisor claimed to be a manager and tells me all sales are final.i just spent so much money already and no hope for customer service anymore. Will end up gifting these tickets.

Vanessa Duffy

We usually go to the Americana and thought that would try this water park. In short, this park was a little bigger, and had more water slides for the adults. What was available for the kids was very similar to the Americana. As expected, our kids ages 5 and 6, had a blast and did not want to leave. The only negatives I would state is that some areas of the water were quite chilly and there were no beverages allowed in the pool region - adult or otherwise (except water in a clear bottle). I would recommend this park for younger kids and I would certainly return for another family visit.

Matthew Harvey

Horrible service. Paid around $200 drove 2 hours to get there only for them to close the waterpark due to an "emergency clean up" then they refused to refund or reschedule a date. I had a 2 year old with me and a 3 year old. Both very disappointed. Management is not helpful and not friendly. Highly recommend you do not go here. Waste of time and money. I will be calling my credit card provider and requesting the refund.

Sarah Louise

Park officially has reopened, with 3 hour time slots available, morning slot and evening slot. 50% capacity only, so one has to book in advance. between morning group of visitors and evening group there is at least 1 hour of cleaning and sanitizing done. In all water-free areas masking is required, so it felt safe. water is chlorinated, so we felt safe as well. Good food in the cafeteria. people kept distance in changeroom areas. The elevator from parking sometimes is slow, so it is possible that you might be walking upstairs to the park, if you are impatient like us :) but it was easy, we were glad to have some extra exercise ;) overall experience is good.

shiva kumar

We went there to celebrate our New year 2022.I was really disappointed that there was no waves originate in the waves pool. When my husband asked they said its not working. Me and my husband also went to hot tub and one hot tub was also not working. They chareged sixty dollar per person which is the big amount and we are the family of four.Anyways i went there many times but this time i am disappointed.

Mary Moarab

Just called about a rate for locals and their not doing "local rates" So it's 54$ +tax per person, a family of 5 brings it to almost 300$ and you can only stay for 3 hours. Not how I want to enjoy my stay. If that's the case it should only be open to locals!

Shahariyar Yousuf

Always a fun time at the water park. Was a quick process to get in, little to no line ups. Wave pool is not active at this time due to social distancing however the pool is still open, all slides open. Outdoor pool appears to have been filled in with concrete.

Erin F

Despite the Sheraton forgetting to give us our passes or even letting us know that we needed to pick them up from the hotel, the Fallsview Waterpark still allowed us to enter. The park was clean and the rides were great. Thank you for letting my kids enjoy there vacation. Great people, Great facility.

Dimitri Martin

We kind of love the waterpark. Been coming here for the last 10 years on and off. Hadn’t been for a while due to covid but tried it this week. FYI: ZERO SOCIAL DISTANCING anywhere in the park. Yes, it’s expensive but so is life at the moment. We all need a little fun as well. The 3 hours window was not too bad. If you go non-stop with a child, it’s just enough. The first day it was a good day, busy but just enough people. The second day it was busy and long lineups everywhere. We went of the slides less times than the first day. Organization needs to look into the logistics better. The LINE-UPs upstairs are CHAOTIC. People don’t know why they are standing in line (purple slide) and scold people who walk past to go to the free stairs of the green-yellow slides. The organization & staff needs to make it more clear what the line ups are for. Have chains and have the personeel communicate better. As well as for the line ups on the stairs. It’s not clear to people that there are suppose to be 2 lines (one per color). The line-up downstairs for the tubes is also confusing and this is due to the personnel again. The sign indicates (only on one side!!) which side to stand on for a single or a double. So if there is no line-up for a single.. then don’t take my tube when I come down the slide!! Just for me to stand in a no-line to get my tube again?! So dumb!! And they’re the people who are suppose to rescue swimmers in need? The wave pool was off and it was still crowded. I was very anxious about the lack of social distancing (anywhere) and in the (wave) pool it was hard to find an “empty” spot. People still breathing, coughing down your neck or in your face. ZERO SOCIAL DISTANCING anywhere in the waterpark. Just so you know. I don’t even know why the staff wear masks, although most of them wear them below their nose. So, I took the huge risk during this 4th wave of pandemic but I had to give my children some fun in their lives. They did have fun and that’s what matters. Without it, what is life?

Shiv Shukla

Very cool to be able to go to a waterpark during the cold weather. Deffinilty recommend for a day of fun. Thought it was going to get old after the first 2 hours but 3 hours in it felt like there was still so much to do. Deffinilty recommend for a family day.

Leigh Rose

A little overpriced for what it is right now. I think best suited for children, adults looking for a fun waterpark should look elsewhere. And not that it affected me since I'm fully vaccinated but there wasn't any COVID rules being enforced or much social distancing. It was an okay experience, too bad the wave pool was turned off.

Tatiana Quental

Kids really enjoyed it. Lots of different play areas and slides to suit different age groups. Though there were lots of people it didn't feel overcrowded. It's very humid and hot, so the dry play area isn't very useful. The slides are so sticky they are almost dangerous (kids stopped on the steep incline, could easily tumble down). Stick to the water park area!

G R

This place is fun for all ages. You can buy a day pass or stay in one of the hotels connected. The air inside is really humid and sometimes I need to step outside to breathe. They have an outdoor pool that is open throughout the entire year and is heated in the winter.

Tahir Zaheri

Warm place for fun even when it's -27 outside! Pool water was warm, lots of staff, LOTS of people. Try to go before 11am or after 5-6pm less people. Food was expensive but not crazy. I will go back.

Angie Gunn

The water was cold. The wave pool had no waves. The kids were cold and wanted to leave after 30 mins. It was very uncomfortable to watch the kids. They need to keep it warmer in there.

Elhgyne A.

Overall experience was good. My kids had a good time. There is one area of concern. As an Operation Manager at a big box retailer, I would be embarrassed. As you go up the stairs to the slides and look down, tucked away in the corner is an absolute disaster area not seen from floor view but from a birdseye, it makes you question the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone has a spare room they hide the mess in, but do yourself a favour and shut the door.

Inderjit Khaira

We have gone to tbis place twice already. It's a very nice place and the staff are really helpful. I highly recommend this place for you to go, especially if you have children, they'll love it. I only wish it was in Toronto.

Avinash Dabrai

We had a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility ran well especially dealing with covid and restrictions. 5 stars for the above but 4 for the set up. The cabana was expensive for what we got and way in the back. The food is definitely all boxed and was not good but we also understand why. It's not kitchen that can accommodate "home cooking". Staff was great there to.

KashlynChoicesMommie Maclean

Really worth bringing your kids. Water is warm enough and they have an awesome structure to host their guests, including hot shower, towels, soap, etc.

Christina B

While small, it gets a good variety of slides and stuff in there. The wave pool wasn't working/waving while we were there, but the kids still had a good time splashing around in it. It also doesn't have a lazy river. The little kids splash tower had a good amount of things for the little one. Staff does a good job moving the big slide lines efficiently. Place was also clean and well lit. We appreciated the vaccine requirement and they check for it. Felt safe since you can't swim with a mask on.

Jonathan Glasser

While the slides are fun, the fact that we paid for 3 hours yesterday and the wave pool wasn't even on was a letdown. We should have been informed that parts were not going to be turned on as it's a pricey visit for only 3 hours. Pro: It wasn't crowded when we went for the 9-12 slot on Saturday.

Nataliia Ivashko

COVID review: you have to reserve a 3 hours time slot, the park closes after each 3 hours period for cleaning. The tidal wave pool has no waves. The outside pool is under renovation and the balcony is also closed. The jungle gym is also closed. Things to know: only approved life jackets are permitted in the pool, there are lots of them to borrow. Bring your own towels or rent one for 3$ Lockers on site 8$ small 12$ bigger (not full length ones) You need to have your kids measured at the bottom of the slides for them to access all slides including the kids part. They will be given bracelet with their height. You will be sent down from the slides if you don't have it. It his not advertised in the entry so you have to learn the hard way. People bring their puking kids and some part of the park will be closed for cleaning during your visit. Wich explains why the smell of chlorine will burn your eyes. The hot spas are for people 16 years and up. Kids need a water diaper, there are some available on site. Big changing rooms.

Rossmery Cifuentes

I did not give him a good rating because the worker at the reception is not fit to be at the reception of a children's place. She was completely disrespectful with my son and us. And she Wasted our time. She’s name Maryann Monk-Armenti.

Krina T

Waterfalls was great for kids. Kids enjoyed waterslides and wave pool. Only thing missing was a lazy river. The beach house restaurant was below standards. Tasted awful.

Stacey Esg

Very lovely atmosphere and staff are very helpful and quick to attend to your needs. Attached to the Skyline Inn and about a 7 minute walk to Clifton Hill and 2 minute walk to Falls Avenue. Stayed at the Skyline Inn and was very pleased with the service of the staff and a clean room.

La Firn Gibson

Great spot for the kids! Very well organized and supervised. The food bar has fantastic food which is very well priced.

Christopher Rudd (Torontoalumni)

I'd probably give it a 4⭐ but the power went out for no reason 2 hours before closing. And the food that is available is pretty terrible. But the life guards are great and saved 3 kids (from the same family) within minutes of each other. Please pay attention to your kids!!!! The waterpark is pretty awesome!

I just wanted to share an experience at the waterpark in regards to vaccination verification. We were visiting Niagara the weekend of October 2 and purchased tickets to the waterpark online. Over the course of our stay in Niagara our kids aged 12 and 15 were asked for their proof of vaccination but in the province of Ontario you they are required to show ID with it. When I purchased our tickets online no where did it say that kids under 16 would have to show ID so we just brought our proof of vaccination for them. When we got to the waterpark though the staff there insisted that it was hotel policy to ask for ID as well as the proof of vaccination for all ages. This is NOT the provincial mandate and it was not stipulated on their website or when I booked the tickets. We were lucky as we had a car so we quickly went back to our hotel to get the ID as they would not let my kids in without it. A lady behind us though was not as lucky as she had walked with her kids over an hour to get to the waterpark and the waterpark would NOT refund her money for the park tickets. This is a poor management decision all around as they should be following provincial mandates or at the least post their requirements very obviously on their website and ticket purchasing site.

Most people want to know whether to go here or Great Wolf Lodge and it really depends on the I) the age of your kids ii) the experience you want. They're both the same size Waterpark. Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark is ideal for kids who are 6 months to 9 years of age whereas Fallsview is probably better for kids aged 4 to 11. Fallsview is cheaper even with a deal at the Crowne Plaza/Skyline hotel but doesn't have the ease nor the service of Great Wolf Lodge which is designed to make a very "easy" vacation for parents. GWL has much better food offerings and more food options on site but there's only a small section in the Waterpark itself where you can drink alcohol. Fallsview welcomes alcohol drinking for parents in designated areas which overlook the Waterpark. They both offer a fun experience but you probably get better value for your money at Fallsview if a Waterpark is all you're looking for. If you're looking for a comfortable, fun family experience at a resort which includes an arcade, bowling alley, interactive games/crafts, story time then you may want to invest in Great Wolf Lodge instead. If we look at Fallsview on it's own, it's split into 5 parts: 4 Extreme slides, kids area, wave pool, 4 tube slides and an eating area with indoor gym attached. I liked that they gave out unlimited towels and parents could sit in lounge chairs with full view of their kids (if kids are old enough to be on their own). It also has 2 hot tubs for adults to relax in while the kids play and a small outdoor patio with a pool & basketball nets. Other reviews suggest accurately that it could use an update/renovation but I expected the property to look the way it did given the usage and constant water damage. There's also some private cabanas that you can rent out for the day that are facing Niagara Falls (not the Waterpark). The change rooms are quite small as other reviews stated so you'll ideally want to get a hotel deal with Crowne Plaza/Skyline which are attached to the Waterpark.

Marcelo Gondim

Great waterpark! Lots of fun for kids of all ages! Reasonably priced food in the restaurant, and amazing views!!

Shannon Jackson

The price is very high for the timing ( three hours only!) In some games, you need to wait for more than a half hours, and the worst thing is that when your time period approaches to close , you will see them trying to get you out in any possible way, even if it is disrespectful, or even if you are waiting for a particular game, they will change the role at the last moment!!!

Tim Keddie

If your children are under 42 inches tall, this is a MASSIVE waste of money, since they cannot go on any of the slides (yet you still have to pay the full ticket price of over $60 for the child to get in). If your children are under 16 they cannot go in the hot tubs. Their family change room does not have showers. They say they are geared for children and families, but I would say they definitely have a focus for an older crowd (10 and up in my opinion). The wave pool did not work/wasn't turned on. The one toddler slide they have is a MASSIVE hazard that shoots the kids onto slip mats on the bottom which blasts them onto the rough floor, resulting in rashes and blood. 0/10. Do NOT recommend for a family with small children.

Coasters inc

For $50 dollars per person this water park is brutal. It’s only a 3 hr session and over crowded. The hot tub’s were cold and no family hot tub. Total of 10 slides for 200 plus people, so do the math on the wait times. Don’t waste your money on this, better attractions to spend your money on.

Andre Zhang

My daughter and I had the best time of our life's. It started out by being greater by Andrew at the entrance of the park, he is the face of "Customer Service". After that all the staff at the park were great, friendly. We stayed at Crown Plaza Hotel, super convenient to the park, food court, Hard Rock Cafe all access with inside. Yes its an older hotel but its worth it, front desk staff vary friendly and helpful.

Thomas Dembie

I went 2 days on a weekend with my family, some considerations: 1- Water is definitely colder on the Saturday, kids had to get off the water constantly because they were freezing. 2-No external food, which is understandable, but since there is not a huge variety, it is very limiting for options. 3- They sell pizza, but only 1 slice with combo, there is no option to buy a whole pizza if you ever fancy a second slice without having and paying for extra pop or fries/veggies. About not selling the whole pizza the employee said they will bring to the management, please comment on my post if anything changed.

Yaris Hernández

It's fun for kids, line ups on the watersides aren't too bad, since the number of people is at half capacity. They need to be stricter with the dress code, a lot of people are not in proper swim wear.

Cristina Margarida

This is a great place for families. Lots of slides with varying degrees of speed. My 5 year old could go on all but 2 of them. The splash zone is huge for kids. The only thing I would change would be to add a hot tub that kids can go in, but I enjoy the 2 adult only hot tubs!

Jeff Ruller

I'm sure the facility is nicer in the summer, my family came just after Christmas. I don't think it was as hot as advertised. Myself and many other guests were very cold. the main child water park doused you with cold water which made things worse. The adult hot tub wasn't hot when I tried to warm up in it and my kids couldn't come in with me either. The wave pool was luke warm and was some kind of comfort. The food wasn't expensive but can take a long time to make (need more staff). The small splash pad for the very young was directly beside some kind of vent system they probably have open during the summer except now it was freezing cold air making those areas even colder. I also wish they forced people to shower as I saw 90% of the people not shower. And I also wish they had a better system for people walking through in there outdoor shoes mixed in with people in there bare feet and or sandles. All in all I think it's a pretty cool (punny) and fun facility. Myself and my family had a mostly enjoyable time. With some of these small things address would make this place much more enjoyable.

Fabian Lee Wing

Went there with kids 11 and 13 they had fun, price is high but if you stay on one of the hotels nearby is is only $35 per person. Good for a day or afternoon entertainment.

MJ

Great experience! It was clean and so exciting! Just few things that before going there you have to know : there is no free parking! there is no free locker!(you can put your stuff on chairs) There are just 2 private shower for women those for busy weekends are nothing! You can bring your own food and drink Totally highly recommended specially for youths and kids.

mah Shak

Booked waterpark park slot for 11 am to 3 pm on Jan 2nd. We arrived at the waterpark at 11 am. The wave pool shut down just past 12 noon due to a fouling in the pool. Feces could be seen floating in the pool. Third visit this has happened. Young children wearing diapers instead of swimmers. There is a splash pad for young children. Kids in the hot tub even though age restriction posted. Rules not being enforced. We will not be back.

Freddy Blacklock

Fun, even without the wave pool. The fact that covid restrictions are in place is dwarfed by the publics use of the facility. Family fun, and much needed interaction is had. The prices are doable too. Book ahead and get a deal on off peak hours. Kids and adults alike can have a great time.

Trey Reynolds

Love the limited capacity! Lines are reasonable and the kids were able to do everything that they wanted without waiting forever. They really should keep it this way.

EC

Attended on 11/27/2021 So much fun! Not cold at all, lines for slides moved quickly. The cabanas looked amazing I really wish I had rented one before they sold out. Didn't try the restaurant so can't speak to that.

True North Canadian

Overcrowded and where was the wave pool?? Went there looking forward to it after reading reviews here and was disappointed to see the pool was just a flat overcrowded space. There was hardly any social distancing specially when waiting for the rides. However the staff was very friendly and efficient. Changing rooms were clean too.

Shabnam Akrami

Food is mediocre pizza is the only good option. Air and water are not warm like they used to be so not very good for younger children. Only 1 person running slides now which adds to wait time.

S Hanson

We love this place so much we decided to come back again and again! Highly recommended for family activities.

Rana

We Had a great time. Especially the kids.. they had 3 different water park sections to suit the different ages… will be back!!!

Steve Garritano

Great for younger children. But younger children can't get vaccinated. No one where's a mask. Not recommended until COVID-19 vaccines for children. Still lots of fun if you want to take the risk. I would not have taken my 9 year old had I read this review.

Jacob Groen

It was small and the my friends and I kept getting stuck on the slides because there wasn't enough water pressure. Sort Of over priced. The water park for mostly for young kids. If you actually want to go to a thrill filled water park. Don't go here. This is mostly just for kids and is a casual water park.

Ben Ernie

No fault of their own, it's just the way that the park is set up, but social distancing is basically impossible. Everyone squishes together in the lines for the rides, no masks while waiting (obviously), and it's indoor. So it still feels a little unsafe during covid. Still, fun rides and if you are strategic about which rides when, you can leave earlier and beat the crowds in the change rooms and elevator

haboshbebe S

Amazing customer service from Andre and his team. Did their best to accommodate our group even thought we didn't get tickets online ahead of time. Also gave us a great deal. Amazing place for the kids!

Raylene Wimberley

Pro’s: - Fantastic environment for the family - Plenty of staff to operate the facility efficiently - Clean changeroom / washroom - Good variety of slides (Carpet / Body / Tube) and activities Cons: - Overcapacity (No social distancing measures in place) - Wave function of pool was turned off and the outdoor heated pool with the basketball nets was closed. - No social distancing at the digital locker area and the lockers swing back and lock very easily forcing you to line up and re-open digitally. Tips: - Must be double vaccinated and ready to show proof along with identification - Go on weekdays, as weekends are extremely busy - Must use the screen that you registered at to open the digital locker. - Children must be > 42 inches to ride big slides and over the age of 16 to go in the hot tubs - Purchase package with a local hotel (Ex: Sheraton) as the package is more cost beneficial and offers other benefits surrounding the waterpark

Adam Stadelmier

Great deal for 3 hours of play (due to covid) kids had a blast worth money to book a cabana as well. Food was good. Very clean and friendly staff

Janna Comrie

Staff at Guest services was very rude, denied to provide the fresh towels because it’s closing time. He was very rude and arrogant. Other staff inside the park were very kind and courteous. Treatment like this is not acceptable especially when we buy tickets, and tickets are not cheap.

Pete Lemmon

Lots of water slides to use. The wave pool was not operational today. The place is well supervised; there were a lot of people there today. Food prices are reasonable compared to similar places in the area.

Mariya Novikova

TOO COLD - we attended Friday November 13, 2021 and Saturday November 14, 2021. Both days our three (3) kids were cold. Our youngest twins were shivering. Other young children were shivering too. Ambient air temperature was too low as well as water temperature was too low. Definitely saving utility fees at the discomfort of guests.

Rahul Skyhawk

Our favourite indoor waterpark! Both our little guy (4) and bigger girl (9) found lots of things to go and had a ton of fun. My 4 year old had already been asking to go back!

Michael S

Nice place to go with the family as a winter getaway. The slide need some adjustment, the joints hurt your back when you are going down the slide. The chlorine smell and humidity is very strong, my eyes were burning just sitting in a chair. Other than that we had lots of fun

John Wong

The water park was clean and covid rules were posted and followed. The staff was friendly, helpful and honest. I lost my wallet in the change room and when I went to the desk it was there with everything in it. Will be returning again.

The place was great and connected to Sheraton Falls view. You can buy towels for $2. We booked a cabana which was great. Overall a good experience for the kids.

This waterpark is pretty good. I went two hole days and it was a blast. They had a huge variety of waterslides and they were all good. Fun for all ages and higly recommend. The reason I put it at 4 starts is becauseI did not think to higly of the staff. otherwise, great place.

The waterpark is really awesome!! Because: there is a really fun bowl slide! Its really fun well it looks scary but its actually the best and there is only one problem. There is a really big line for the bowl slide!! But my faivourte is the big pool! It has lots of water ! The food place has frozen pizza!not cook well. Slide are really fun! We love ot!! Best indoor water park.

Pool was really good. Deducting 2 stars for the food. 40% of the cheese- pizza only had crust. Wrap/burger was not even warm Prices were too damn high and quality was worst!

Amazing and well kept place for plenty of water fun with family. Kids loved it and will recommend to others too. Thanks Team ????

I usually go here annually as a family. First time back since covid, we visited for a few days. Kids love it. Although disappointing how some rides and basketball pool is closed. Staff is seen vaping and talking loudly right outside not professional as it is a family establishment and are wearing lifeguard uniforms. Front desk were very helpful and food was decent.

This place is nice but this slide is very dangerous for children and disorganized and lack of people to attend each place.

Good waterpark in the Niagara area. Not as big as Great Wolf Lodge, but it is much cheaper. There are multiple slides and attractions, and in my experience, they were not too busy. My only complaint would be that some of the facilities do feel a little bit dated (ie the elevators), but that is a small thing. Overall great experience.

Had nice water park experience here. Great for family. Warm indoor when outdoor is only 3'C. Highly recommended. It is included with hotel accommodation (Sheraton).

Nadia Cloutier

Had a blast! It was really nice experience for my 1st visit, they were really hospitable and willing to help, especially in guest services! If you use slides, the orange is nice and always free..it was clean and sanitary! Will definitely go again!

Great fun for kids and adults, the wave pool was not working when we were there. It was a bit chilly in there, but maybe due to covid they have more ventilation going on. Proof of vaccination needed before entering the pool area. Clean bathrooms, lots of lifeguards around.

The waterpark is great for the whole family. There's a wave pool with scheduled waves, a baby play area a step up to your local splash pad a structured play for small kids and waterslides for the older kids and adults and 2 hot tubes for adults. It's huge and you can definitely spend the whole day there. There's a cafe inside the waterpark, however, the food is pricey and quite slow. There's a balcony for the cabanas, a play structure and a bar with some table and chairs where you can eat. The washroom and change room was clean and there are staffs which constantly keeps cleaning and mopping the floors. When we went one of the showers were broken so there's quite a line up with only 1 working shower in the ladies' change room.
