Lots to do here. We had our work party here for the kids. The arcade area was a hit. They also had a great time bowling. The building is in very good shape and seems clean. Great spot to take the family, especially on a rainy or cold day.

Drinks served in broken glasses, when confronted told sorry but nothing they could do about it. Double booked Birthday event, had to pay in advance once we arrived and checked in the price somehow changed wound up costing almost double what they said it was going to be....

We visited Bowlarama and spent $71 for two lanes for an hour. Six of us ordered food and two of our guest never received their order. After confronting the staff that the order was never received they refused to refund the order because they said the order went out. We will never come back to this location. They should verify the orders as they go out, their broken process is not our fault. Originally we ordered a burger but they didn’t have any buns so they changed it to the hotdog and poutine. They ruined our experience over a $4 hot dog. My first and last visit to Bowlarama.

Great spot for activity at any age. The interior has been redesigned recently and now a large arcade and laser tag area occupy part of the location. The canteen is fully licensed and serves up some tasty selections. Kids love the atmosphere!

We have so much fun here! Every time we come top Saint John the kids ask top go to Bowlarama. The prices are good and there's lots to do. We usually do two hours of bowling and about 1 hour of arcade. They've just upgraded the arcade too so there is a ton of games. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Great place for a rainy day!

Horribly understaffed for the number of Christmas parties being hosted, offered food but was more than 2 hours behind serving and closed to new orders early. The bartender was a bright spot but also got swamped at times.

Great party place for the kids. Absolutely loved it and I'm sure will do it again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only wish I had was that it used electronic tracking of the bowling. With 8+ kids all at the line, it was tough enough to keep them going one at a time let alone keep track of the scores. Kids didn't care but at another location the scores were kept electronically and it slowed them down quite a bit more.

The protocols the bowlatama has in place are great. They check your temp upon entering. There is minimum contect with the staff. You pick out your own shoes. It was definitely a comfortable atmosphere.

Bowling is always fun. The food is good. The drinks are better. The staff is freaking amazing. The laser tag is also the best laser tag in town. I love it my siblings love it my parents love it. This place is great for the whole family. It's also a great place to hang with friends or stop by for lunch.

Bowling is good (I mean, it's candlepin, so don't expect the Homer Simpson experience) and the arcade is fun. Wednesday is half price arcade day - definitely worth a visit.

I recommend you don’t go during covid times. The staff were unpleasant and were constantly watching our group for any infraction of the compliance rules. They were unapologetic and rude at times, we didn’t enjoy the experience. That being said: the arcade has been expanded and there are great games. Also a pitcher of beer for 17$ is a great deal.

I recently went there for my son's birthday party and I was quoted a different price on the phone than I was actually charged, about a $20-$30 more of a difference. Then there wasn't enough food to feed all the kids at the party (got the monster muncher pack I think its called) and they charged me for 2 extra slices of pizza for ththe child who was left without. Then there was a worker constantly stalking the kids, walking back and forth and had her arms crossed, staring at the kids for a good 10-15 minutes while the kids bowled and made some of the kids very uncomfortable and made my son, who was the birthday child, and my daughter very uncomfortable that they wanted to leave with 20 minutes left of playing. Never again will I go back. Very disappointed.

Great place for a family date or just date with friends, arcade for kids lotto machines for adults and bowling for everyone, they have a bar and can order food too. .. just need to invest in some new balls ... definitely 4.5 star for entertainment

I'm a visitor from America. Took nearly 15 minutes for a staff member to get to us. Discovered we were playing with a ball no bigger than a softball and about as heavy as a croquet ball. I was told this is normal but a little strange to me. I ended up spending 15$ Canadian plus a 15% tip for corn chips with cheddar on top that was called nachos, and a can of monster. Was not exactly what I would call a great bowling alley. Fun to hang out with friends but an all around average experience.

Enjioyed myself with friends and family. The bathrooms are clean as well as the surrounding area. The pizza are tasty but the the platters of finger food was overcooked. You could not eat the onions ring. Hard as a boulder and 17.99 is too much for what you get. I would certainly promote going to bowl and have fun at the arcade but be careful what you choose on the menu.

Been there mostly for kids parties over the years. Always too crowded for my liking. Especially during multiple birthday parties happening. You have kids running into your lanes and using your lanes from other parties. The staff don't supervise very well.
