Decent prices overall. Friendly staff and clean. Bowling is getting a little expensive for something that hasn't changed in decades. Cheaper than other bowling alleys, we drove 30 mins to go there over one 10 mins away.

I'm only giving 3 stars because of the variety of things to do here but from my experience alone, I'd really have to rate it 1 or maybe 2 stars. They were extremely busy and wait times to order food or drinks was ridiculously long, we decided to play 2 games of bowling and we got through basically the whole first game before we even got a chance to order just 4 drinks... my fiance and I had to take turns waiting in line since we were trying to play our game and it really took away from the fun... especially since we had both our kids with us as well.

This place has too much going on to make anything good. The arcade is small and most of it's games are gambling with lights. There's a few shooters, and some motocrycle. But young kids won't have much fun here unless parents are winning them the prizes. Bumper karts are under whelming, and laser tag is poorly explained. Extremely loud and crowded. Bowling alley was the only okay there.

This is a fun bowling alley! It's tucked way away from the main road, 5 &20, so it's a bit hard to find without GPS, but worth it. The lanes are nice, the food is so so, but the employees are really helpful! The arcade is quite fun as well! Over all just a great place to bring friends or family for a good time.

I wish I could give this a higher rating but I just took my son and daughter here for part of my son's 4th birthday and the female behind the counter at around 4p on friday the 6th was just plain awful, we were excited to be there and our son only being 4 was pumped and she was just a deflated balloon. No smile, a frown in fact, and even less personality. Treating us as if it were a burden to do her job, well I've worked in customer service for 10+ and, no matter what was going on personally or how much I disliked the job I showed the customers respect and service with a smile. The facility is a great place and the staff at the gaming counter were great but it the should look into hiring people who want to be there and appreciate they work at a place most people come to have fun. It was a sad representation of a place I've enjoyed since I was a child.

I don't like bowling I was never really that coordinated to begin with. This was for an adults birthday and quite frankly I hated it. Lots of little Hobgoblins EVERYWHERE, not only that but they were SCREAMING HOBGOBLINS. Next year I'm not going if its there.

Had a birthday party here. The card machines were apparently down in the entire place as well as the ATM machine. So most people don't carry cash on them, so none of the adults could get drinks at the bar. But somehow I was able to pay for the party with my card..... But other then that situation, they have a party planner that is there when ever you need something. Bowling, pizza, arcade games... The kids had a blast! Would of got 4 stars if they could have gotten the card machine situation figured out!

We paid for 1.5 hours of bowling. Brought our family, and our childrens friends. Little did we know we had to worry about someone STEALING MY DAUGHTERS SNEAKERS! Someone took my daughters shoes while we were bowling...who does that? Management was horrible..and very unhelpful. My daughter walked out of this establishment, WITHOUT SHOES. IN HER SOCKS! Never will I EVER bring my family there again. Theft seems to be a problem here, and they (the bowling alley) seems ok with this issue. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my kid here to go laser tagging. As I was waiting in line there wasn't a game going on and I was wondering when the next game would start. I went up to the counter in the arcade and asked a middle-aged woman when the next game would start. Her response was the following " the game will start when it starts. go wait back in line and I'll tell you when it starts". Absolutely terrible service. What else do you expect from minimum wage to above minimum wage employees. After reading the reviews you would think that they would do something about who they have managing their arcade. It sounds like the same person is being rude over and over again but it still has not been fired. When I went bowling that same night I asked the attendant what oil pattern was used and they had no clue. Playing at different Lanes throughout my life I can tell you that the oil patterns were off I probably won't be back

Awesome! The laser tag is SO intense, and amazingly lit. the arcade area is too intense for my eyes for some reason... but the LASER TAG ROCKS!!! And the bumper cars! The pizza is AWESOME! The staff, AMAZING! Also, Party assistance?? How could this get any better? OH right. AND THE BOWLING IS AWESOME! This was by far the BEST bowling alley, Or any social place i'd EVER BEEN TO! I would LOVE to go here again!!!!

This place was a blast! My boyfriend and I took his 15 year old cousin here and we got a great deal on bowling (they offer an option to charge you by time instead of by how many games you bowl, which was perfect for us) then we played laser tag with a group of local kids. The whole building appeared very clean and well maintained. I wish the staff had been more friendly, but it was almost the end of the night and I'm sure they were eager for the last few hours to be over with.

We got put in the "VIP bowling". I'm not sure what they think VIP means, but the lane went down 3 times and the employees acted like we did something wrong. Wasted almost half the time we paid for and the lane was so dysfunctional that we didn't even want to play out the little time we had left. I doubt I'll be going back. Oh the guy working the bar was terrific! One star for him.

Good bowling in the Canandaigua area. There were a few occasions where the computer messed up the score by counting pins that were still standing due to a gutter ball. Other than that, the bowling was a good value, and is something I will definitely do again if I come back to the area.

On several occasions my friends and I have tried to come here and be turned down beause it was a "league night". Its baffling why all the of the lanes need to be closed for this. On our recent attempt of going I made sure that they would have lanes open and checked their website. The website said that they would but lo and behold we drive all the way there to be told that that night was a league night and they couldn't give us a lane for about 2 hours, even though more than half of the lanes there were open.

The only thing keeping it from a five-star review is the fact that we couldn't bowl. 40 lanes were reserved for league play, leaving only a few for all the other people there who wanted to bowl (at the bowling alley, haha). We will definitely be back, though!

Don't come here often but have always had good experiences. We only use the bowling sections and not the kids' area, so my review only covers that. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the package deals they have are pretty reasonable. We even reserved the VIP area a few times for us when my son with autism came with us, which was a nice, little more secluded and quiet, out of the way area. Everything seems in good working order (it sucks when you go to an alley where this isn't the case!) and my kids always enjoy the snack bar, as well. When we walk through the kids' area, it always seems a little claustrophobic to me, so I'm glad I don't have to spend more than 30 seconds in THERE! lol Overall, a good place to have some fun with family and friends for a reasonable cost.

Pros: lots of games to play and we won lots of tickets, also intense laser tag area. We had fun as 2 adults and a 6 year old. The place was also kept clean and tidy. The 6 year old won 3 stuffed animals out of the claw machine at once! Cons: Bummer to find out the age/height restrictions at the location, not online beforehand... we checked out the website which advertises various package deals.. Once at the location, the lady behind the counter informed us that the specific package deal with 125 tokens was unavailable. She treated us very rudely, saying that the tokens get pre-portioned by higher management and there was no possible way we could get 125 tokens. Nowhere online or in the location did it say that supplies were limited or anything of the sort. The worker certainly tried to be more right than helpful.

I came here for my 30th birthday following dinner. I booked an 8-10 time slot for the VIP dinner ran a little late so I called ahead of time to try and pay before I got there because so.e of my dinner party had gotten there before me and I didn't want them to have to wait. I wish I could remember the name of whom I spoke with however when I called he had a bitter attitude and was mad that we weren't there on time which to me shouldn't matter that much because I'm paying for the time as if I was there already! He told me I'm a half hour late and ill only have ab hour to bowl and I could pay when I got there and hung the phone up on me! It was my birthday I night I didn't want any negativity so when I got there I just want to pay and bowl with what little time I had left. I was told when I booked it would be $80 but charged $100 when I got there I guess someone added on a "late" fee once again it's my birthday I'm not going to argue over an extra $20. Once we started bowling there were just little hiccups that kept happening during our games and anytime we pressed the service button no one ever came do we had to get through it ourselves! I also had a friend that celebrated his birthday in the VIP area as well which is a beautiful addition I really liked it but during his time there someone was bringing them their drinks so no one had to leave to go back and forth from the bar, I dontknow if that is something you have to ask for but I assume in paying for VIP that is included but I never received that service. I enjoyed the bowling but customer service was non existent and very petty!

We went to their New Years Eve party with another family and everyone had the best time. 4 adults and 4 boys around the age of 10. We will definitely go next year! Bowling, arcade and food were wonderful. The staff was awesome, they were busy and still extremely nice and helpful! We also went on a Sunday afternoon with our extended family for an outing and once again the bowling, food, drinks, and arcade were perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. My boys asked if we could go every weekend!

There was a short girl with glasses who apparently her mom works there also, the daughter was very rude and lied about saying we had 4 jackpots but we only had 2 ,she said she wrote out 4 tickets when she only wrote one so why would she have to write out 4 when we only asked about 2 then when I asked for my money back for the token I barley used for me and my daughter theree was a problem and we had to get the manager , he helped us with no problem but the one girl was beyond rude to me when I went up to her nicely and even told her I gave you respect so why can't I get the same when I'm still talking to you nicely, we've been coming there for years for birthday parties but not anymore and she was always rude while everyone else would be nice

Well when you call to ask if they're open, they don't bother to tell you that they have no open bowling due to an event. Make sure you ask all the right questions because they don't volunteer any information.

The service here is great! Employees are amazing and very helpful. We go every week for Saturday bowling and my daughter loves being in the weekend league. We also bowl on Sundays in the family fun league which is affordable and gives us afternoon entertainment. I know the prices for regular bowling are going up but they have competitive pricing with other alleys.

My families experience here (at the fun center) was fantastic. All staff was friendly and helpful, especially a young man who was running the laser tag/bumper cars. My son's were the only ones to do both and he let them do both activities for a chunky amount of time. Even though the arcade was busy(birthday party) when we were playing games and redeeming tickets, people were polite and it wasn't an issue compared to what you would find with a crowd in Rochester etc. Great value for the activities/time/and game to token ratio. Spent $40 for 2 kids, 2 adults to all play games and kids did both laser tag and bumper cars. We will definitely be going many more times as we are relocating out this direction. Well run business.

I've been coming here for years. It used to be the best bowling alley around, but they are gradually transforming in to a fun center that is anything but. Geared more and more towards young kids and getting away from the bowlers.

Had an INCREDIBLE experience here planning an event for work (MO's Patient Appreciation Day aka "Fun Day"). The staff went above and beyond in every way- from making sure the entire facility was in tip top shape to coming up with ways we could make the event even more customized and fun for our patients. We had over 500 people attending and they were so flexible with the changes that came as we got closer to the event and helping me make the event as successful as possible. AND our staff had a BLAST jumping right in with the kids and playing laser tag, bumper cars and bowling (the VIP room was a huge hit). A great place to plan an event or just take your kids/family for the day :) Thanks again!!

I really want to rate it 0 stars...but unfortunately that is not an option. They don't deserve the one star... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The token arcade machines often didn't work correctly (or at all) and when the staff was informed they just shrugged and brushed us off. The bathroom was disgusting...there was garbage all over the floor, including feminine hygiene wrappers. I brought 7 kids and most of them played 4 games of Lazer tag. On the last game, my daughter's vest quit working 1/2 way through...she told the worker that ran Lazer tag and he just responded with "ok?" as in oh well sucks to be you. So we approached the manager...she argued with us (after we had just purchased 4 games of Lazer tag for multiple children) and said because my daughter didn't leave in the middle of the game and try to find a staff member (because there was none in the Lazer tag arena...and there was none in the Lazer tag dressing room...so she would have had to wander the fun room looking for someone) there was nothing she could do. What kind of customer service is that? Unless you enjoy spending money for games you won't be able to play...PASS on Roseland bowl!
