We had a blast bowling staff are very friendly. We also found out they have rails for the little kids so the bowling ball does not go in gutter. Sure made the little kids happy they were so proud of all the points at the end of bowling.

The manager has no idea what customer service actually is. Booked a birthday party for glow bowling with 12 children under 7 years old. Manager had a tournament running until it was finished. Changed the time if out booking without informing us. Had 12 children arrive with zero glow bowling available. When she was asked to turn on the lanes so they could at least bowl she snapped at her worker "Just turn the damn lane on" we will not be returning. The children bowled half a game with glow bowl and it was then time to be picked up. Was charged 140$ for this event. Bags of chips were 4$ each which we bought 5 of just to keep the kids occupied. Score ZERO for this venue .

This alley has a nice setup. There were a number of problems with the technology such as the head pin disappearing or the 3 pin disappearing. These problems would not normally affect the enjoyment but can be frustrating during tournament play. Luckily the staff was quick to address any of the scoring issues.

Old facility, very dirty. I'm going to echo the other reviews here about the terrible customer service, I found the owners very rude. Accidentally parked my car in the wrong spot: "You need to move your car immediately. Like immediately or its going to be towed" "Oh sorry, there wasn't a sign saying I couldn't park there (in front of the building)" "Its called common sense, there doesn't need to be a sign" Never coming here again!

On a Saturday night at 8:30pm our group tried to go bowling when we arrived the staff informed us they were closing. We asked why they said, because they have one lane occupied and they were about to leave. They refused our business and closed 3 hours before their posted hours with the only explanation being I'm the managers daughter I can do what I want.
