This place is dirty. The food was undercooked seems like they dont care about customers gettong sick. The employees are down right rude they didnt want to make the food i wanted it they talked badly about me like i couldnt here it while they were behind the counter. I think the owner of that moe needs to step in an put the employees in check an also tell the manager to get a back bone.

Got delivery of cheeseless burrito via grubhub and specified such and that I was allergic. Arrived and I just took a big bite of cheese. Can't even get the food I wanted because they don't have any part in the delivery process, so now I have to pay another delivery fee and tip to get food at some place that pays attention to allergy requests.

I ordered online. The app told me what time to show up to pick up the food. When I got there, there was a bag on the counter. An employee told me that that wasn't for me. I was told that my order had not been started yet. Two college boys walked in, and every girl that was working at the restaurant stopped what they were doing and gave their attention to these two boys, and their weekend plans, for the better part of 10 minutes. Another kid that was working there said he had started my order. As it turns out, he was working on someone else's order. Finally, a very young manager walked out and started my order. When she finished, she walked over to bag it up, and realized that the bag sitting on the counter was, in fact, my order. At that point it had been sitting there for a half an hour. We left with the fresh food, but unfortunately, it was completely wrong. I didn't realize that, until I got in my car 40 minutes after I walked in to pick up my order. I looked at the food, realized that we didn't have the right stuff, and went back in. An hour after I walked in the door the first time, I walked out with a refund, but no dinner.loo

I love moes. But if I could give this location a zero, I would. We came in on our lunch break. My friend had ordered the 2 buffalo queso tacos. She had a few questions and with each question, the 'manager' (Takaira) was getting more irritated. She also seemed to overcharge the order, and when simply asked to explain it, was getting rude and loud. We walked back up to the front to look at the sign and she said the sign was written wrong and she couldn't change how it was being rang up in her system. We didn't understand and she continued to get loud and hostile. She said she didn't have to serve us and so we left. Thankfully I did not even start my order yet. I will not be returning to this location and I will make sure everyone I know does not either. Please retrain your staff on how to talk to guests. Also, my friend has written to the website and still has not gotten a response. Poor customer service.

It's not like they got one burrito wrong but they got both wrong. Looking at the recent reviews not surprised. Not going here again for sure looks like service has gone down hill. So I normally don't leave reviews but this has been my second abysmal visit in a row used to enjoy it here but now I am met with uncaring employees and terrible portions I ordered a bowl with chicken however as they were running low I received about a quarter scoop of chicken and barely any other toppings as well and when I mentioned to the cashier the situation she shrugged telling me there is nothing they can do about it $10 was not worth it for this meal if I could leave no stars I would.

Worst experience. I ordered for delivery. After 60 minutes late and calling Moe's I was told by a manager that they don't deliver. Then I was told that they were finally making my order. Then I got a random call from a stranger who had my order and wanted to know if I had her food. Not happy about that. Called the manager again who said she was too busy too deal with us. She refused to refund my money and refused to give me the name of her supervisor. Her response to the other customer having my food was that it was the customers fault for grabbing the wrong bag.

Really good food. Was our first time here as we are from out of state and don't have these where we live. Really good staff, super friendly and welcoming. Clean interior and good quality ingredients. I hate fat or grizzle on my meat and I found none on my dinner which is non-typical for a fast food style place like this. We will be back. Excellent!

I love Moes and was very disappointed today. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s the attitude of the staff for me. Very rude. Waited 40 minutes to get my online order, came in at 5:50 for a 5:45 pick up, got my food at 6:25! They were busy with people so I waited up front where the online orders ALWAYS are, and the girls there were so rude when giving me my order like I was supposed to know it was sitting with them even though they were telling everybody who came to them to wait up front. Idk what happened with this place but the staff ain’t it. Manager reached out in 2 days and refunded me my money, and apologized . Thank you. Changed from 1 star to 4 because of him.

I recently ordered food from this place and location on 7/5/20. When I arrived to pick it up my food I found their employees not wearing their masks properly to cover their face. I immediately asked for the manager and asked for a refund citing my reason because their employees were not wearing masks. Further than that an employee continued to only wear his mask covering his chin. Not covering his mouth or nose. I took a photo as evidence of the issue. If you zoom in you will see the employees missing masks. This place has some major issues especially if they are serving food to the public. If my wife or child would have eaten this food and gotten sick and I knew they weren't wearing masks... This is beyond deplorable. I hope the County Health Food Protection steps in.

I placed 4 orders online at the Greece, NY location for my family and found that 3 of them were completely wrong when I got home. We got a burrito that should have been a Wrong Doug, one of the Wrong Doug's that we did get had ground beef when it was supposed to have pork carnitas, none of the Wrong Doug's had queso on them as we had requested, we were missing a bottle of water we had paid for, and the meals were not hot. We also had a coupon which we were unable to redeem online, and in the store I was told that nothing could be done about it. I live about 20 minutes away from the store so didn't want to drive all the way back, so we tried calling the store several times in a 2-hour span, and each time nobody picked up. Aside from not being hot, the meals we ended up with tasted good, but my family was quite disappointed that we hardly got anything that we actually ordered.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered online and 2 items were missing. Went back and employee searched the bags AND went to our VEHICLE to make sure we hadn't hidden it. Then remade the item and offered no apology or thank you. Customer was treated like a criminal when the EMPLOYEE MADE THE MISTAKE. Should have left the food and asked for refund. Will not be going back. Greece location staff are the worst! Editing to add that I contacted the corporate office twice with no return call or email. Clearly the corporate office doesn't care about how their franchises are run.

Just a real rushed and get out type attitude. I get the set up to kind of keep the line moving, but a hello would be nice. I love Moe's and everytime when the choice was between Chipotle or Moe's my decision was sound and clear but with moes what I noticed is that they hire a lot of young teenagers that in my opinion are skilled enough yet for the job... If I want a burrito I don't want it to fall apart as soon as I unroll it... I get the same thing everytime I go to Moe's and when ever I can see it's someone that knows what they are doing it is spot on, when ever it's someone new it either rips , or falls apart or just isn't done right. Long story short , I love it and hate it at same time depending on whose working.

Backed up orders and no care in the world to have people not wait. Waited 30 minutes to get our food at 9pm as they close for the night. Never going here again. Chipotle it is from here on out :).

I could eat here everyday!! The Homewreaker is my favorite burrito on wheat with both rices, chicken, black beans, cheese, onion, black olives, cilantro and corn salsa. Yum!! If you op for the meal try the queso cheese dip and chips and small drink. You can also try one of their (I believe it's six different kinds of salsas) offered and located by the Coke Cola multi-flavored soda machines. The staff always greets everyone with "Welcome To Moe's! and are pleasant to talk to. The restaurant seems to usually have someone in the dining area cleaning tables or sweeping under tables with large messes and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked, if not let someone know and they will take care of them. Keep up the great work and see you on my next visit to dine.

Everyone here looks like they hate their jobs. Its very dirty and employees are poorly trained. They are very rude, the cashier just slammed my change on the counter and i had to reach over and grab it. They also had to remake my chicken stack twice becuase one employee kept droppjng it. Every experience here has been really bad and its mostly due to the poor attitudes and training of the employees.

I have been eating at Moe's for years. Im thinking I even gave a positive review in the past. I have done a full 180. I ordered the Alright Alright Alright Nachos and paid nearly 12 dollars for the dish. This was meant as my entree as it has been great in the past, full of nachos and toppings usually to much to finish. When this order arrived via door dash I was shocked. The order was half or less the size it normally is. I decided to speak up and call the restaurant to see what can be done to remedy the order. I called and was transfered to a voicemail. I calmly explained my disappointment left my phone number twice and asked for a return phone call to discuss. That was two days ago. I have not received any call and am completely turned off by the lack of customer care. I do not understand how a customer that reaches out with concerns regarding their meal and the full price that was paid, can be completely dismissed.

Some of the worst staff I have ever seen. The assistant manager was absolutely useless. Incredibly rude, argued with me for awhile until it was proven she was wrong, apparently our food was also taken so they had to remake it.. and while remaking they realized they were out of stuff we wanted. One star is generous for this place. Place is dirty and as our order is being made another employee is wiping the area with a dirty cloth. The prep station had dried rice and dried chicken; no onions, mushrooms, or other options. There was no excuse for this because the store was not busy and at least 5 staff was just standing around. Where has Moe's passion and caring for their customers gone??? I am appalled of how our experience went tonight. We ordered a chicken bowl and got not even a quarter of a scoop of chicken bc they were almost out. To say we got 4 actual mushroom slices would be too many. All our other toppings were cut in half too. I mentioned it to the cashier she laughed and goes what do you want me to do about it? Then charges full price like we got what we actually ordered. I almost wanted to say we don't want it anymore but I'm not that person. If I could give 1 star I would. Do not go to this location!!!!

Tonight, I had the best experience in 100's of great visits to Moe's all over NY state. Otis and Jerele made my superb quesidilla. Asst Manager Lianna was overseeing all of the crew cleaning after a busy dinner hour. They earned all top reviews for excellent customer service, great meal and terrific teamwork! It was a pleasure to sit and eat, relaxing while they were working hard and having fun at same time. They went out of their way to help me set up my Moe's account on app on my new phone. Otis has manager skills. Please tell him I said so! Several customers came in and they were quick, offering the best service as well as some good laughs for customers who appreciated the service and atmosphere. BETTER THAN THE BEST RATINGS POSSIBLE TO THE MOE'S GREECE TEAM!

I went last night and was excited because I had a gift card to use from the holidays. We had a very bad experience. 0/5 stars wasn't an option. We weren't greeted, we weren't spoken to for about 5 minutes even though there was literally not a single customer inside. We entered at 8:25. They close at 10. It took over 20 mins just to get 3 orders. They had mopped the floor but didn't have signs where you could see them and one of my party members fell. No employee said sorry or cared that someone could have gotten hurt. When we go home to eat the food was terrible. Old rice can be hard and crunchy, very bad for your teeth. I couldn't even eat my food because I feared I would hurt my teeth. Worst experience Iv had at a moes. I WILL NOT be going to this location again.

I’m only rating moes in Greece ridge mall one star because I can’t rate 0. We walked in, no one welcomed us, the employee that was taking our payment was not only wearing a night gown, but on her personal phone trying to tell me my total. When I wasn’t sure who she was talking to, she got an attitude and seemed annoyed because I couldn’t tell she was talking to me and not the person on the phone. They were rude and didn’t seem to care about their jobs. Not returning.

You can tell that the manager here really cares about her job, customers AND her employees! It was extremely busy when I went to Moe's but the manager and staff were all friendly and accommodating. They were working REALLY hard at getting all of the orders out and the manager kept giving words of encouragement to everyone and paid so much attention to each customer and tried to make everyone happy. I was beyond impressed with the attitude and work ethic of the manager here, it was almost inspiring and motivational for me personally to see how calm, cool and collected she was during an extremely busy rush all while remaining compassionate towards customers and staff. WONDERFUL JOB YOUNG LADY!!!! YOU WILL GO SO FAR IN THIS WORLD!!!!!

Not sure what happened but this location has gone downhill bad lately. Maybe it's due to Covid/labor shortage or new owners, but it's not the same at it was 2 years ago when I made my first review. Recently made an online order and waited 20 minutes past my estimated pickup time. During my wait, I watched the cashier get into multiple fights with other employees for not communicating and mixing up orders. Can not recommend this location.

They got the majority of the order wrong or it was missing. When speaking to a manager, they informed us that the general manager, the person who could authorize a refund, was going to be out until Monday. Today is Wednesday. The manager on call offered to give us store credit, but it was not even the amount of the missing order, never mind the incorrect ones. I would avoid this Moe’s. The managers don’t even have permission to charge back an order and she hung up when we tried to get more information to resolve the issue.

Well... I've never been this disappointed in a restaurant. The last time I ordered online and waited an hour after the pickup time for missing ingredients. (Promised myself I wouldn't go back until I made the mistake again today) Tonight I waited 45 mins after the pick up time and should have checked my order. 3 pieces of chicken on each bowl that was ordered, half the beans, no peppers and 0 chipotle ranch. Chips with my burrito were saturated in oil to where they were soggy. Before getting in the car I stuck up a conversation with a gentleman that waited longer than me. His story was the exact same except he waited 1.5 hours on Grub Hub only to have 0 meat on any of his stuff and 2 items completely missing. So he then had to drive to the store and wait at least the 45 mins that I was there for a replacement order. You have to actually try to mess up this bad. Scanning the store for some kind of leadership was pointless... If there was a manager there.... The minimum should be a firing...... As I'm writing this it hits me.... They also forgot my son's cookie

I didn't get my welcome to Moes. But the food was great

I don't like how the ordering system is. For starters don't ever go during dinner hours as you WILL BE rushed. One person makes your entree. Then sets in in line with everyone else's another gets your extra items. Then you wait for a cashier to make their way slowly to your item. I told her she had it wrong I just had a burrito but she kept telling me I had guacamole as well and I did not. So instead of arguing with a line of people behind me I ended up paying for it. The guacamole and cup of dressing apparently went with the order before me. I don't even like guacamole but paid for it. I did want queso but didn't get any. They need 1 person to walk through your whole order and cash you out or do it cafeteria style where they hand u what u want and u bring it to the register. It was all rushed and not correct. My burrito was good but also really spicy, which last time I got it it wasnt. People who can't eat spicy should not go here.

When i first arrived i was not properly greeted. The husky kid behind the counter didn’t even ask what we wanted, just stared at us. After we got our food we sat down and only to find out our chips were soggy and ripped like paper. Also two of my friends burritos unwrapped as soon as we took off the tin foil, due to poor wrapping skills by the employee behind the counter. Overall i was very unhappy with my visit and chipotle is the move next time.

I was not impressed with this restaurant at all!! When was the last time anyone really cleaned this place. It looked like someone slopped the hogs in here. I for one won't be back for a while. Food was ok, but that was about it.

This place does not seem to care about pick up orders one bit. I thought it's common sense to make a plate look the best it can be? How is it fair for me to be waiting for my food and watch every other customer that passes by with a well-made plate and I'm given trash....seriously....and you add the wrong ingredients? We ordered on the Moes app as we usually do in order to have the order ready when we arrive. I placed the order a little after 6 pm with a pick up time of 7:30. I am a huge Moes fan and have been a loyal customers for years but I will NEVER return to the Greece location! When we arrived there at 7:35 pm the order was not on the pick up shelf (which is right next to the door.) I waited 5 mins then saw people walking in placing their order and leaving with their food. So I walked up and asked about my order, the gentleman apologized and said they have been extremely busy. I said no big deal but if your unable to do the order I can cancel. The staff began to prep our order. The ground beef stack was made with a small scoop of meat and very little toppings. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get home. My second stack was suppose to be steak and I paid extra for tofu to be added. I know weird combo don't judge. He started the steak stack but there was no tofu to be seen. After some confusion the tofu was found (sitting out in its container next to the stove for who knows how long) but then needed to be cooked. It was another few minutes before it was even placed on the grill as the gentleman waited on the next customer. Because of time restraints, COVID-19, and the fact that my food was just placed to the side getting cold while we waited for the tofu to cook, we asked if we could just get a little extra steak on it instead. Mind you when I counted their was only 5 pieces of steak on it to begin with. Simple request. Simple solution. The gentleman said I have to ask the manager I said ok no problem. The manager began rumbling about how busy they were and that it wasn’t their fault that the food was not ready because they had so many Grub hub orders. And that the steak extra meat charge was .80 more than the tofu extra charge and I already paid cause it was an online order I said ok Cool never mind. Please just wrap up what is on the stack so I can go. He said well the tofu is cooking. I said again no biggie I would just like to go home. Then a prep cook came forward and said, “You just want a little extra meat right?” The cook began to accommodate her but then the female manager came over and would not allow it. I said that’s fine I dont want the extra meat. I advised that I would be contacting corporate to complain about how the manger handled this situation. This comment clearly upset her and she was extremely rude and told me she didn’t care if I contact corporate. She also mentioned how their were grub hub orders and other people waiting longer than I have for their orders. I then told them to keep the food it did not even look appetizing or sufficient for the $25 charge. It's sad when your manager is so rude and unprofessional especially when the other staff was so nice and apologetic. I contacted Moe's that night to explain the situation and request a refund. If you are craving Moe's visit the Jefferson road location! This is my usual location and have never been disappointed with their food or service.

The absolute worst experience we have ever had...there was no “Welcome to Moes”, everyone working seemed absolutely miserable(no smiles whatsoever), the meat was all dried out, fewer choices of ingredients, the staff seemed more interested in getting things cleaned and closed up...we were there at 8:00pm on a Friday night...and the bottom of the bin chips were inedible because of how salty they were....incredibly disappointed (this was a girls night out with my 10 year old daughter).

I asked them to redeem my coupon for buy one get one free burritos and then showed them my reward for free queso.They proceeded to tell me to scan my queso reward (you can only use once and it runs out after 2 hours of hitting redeem) and then told me "actually you can't use these together." Now I'm out of a coupon for free queso because of their mistake and they gave the queso to the woman after me (she didn't pay for it). After this they didn't give me my receipt and had an attitude when I asked for it. I still didn't get the right one. All this might've been a little better if we were greeted but even the mandatory "Welcome to Moe's" Was missing from the service.

Decided to try Moe’s after hearing a lot of praise about their food. Arrived at pickup time then had to wait half an hour before heading home with what I would call sub-par food. My burrito was nearly flavorless with the taste of cilantro being the only noticeable one. The queso tastes like mildly spicy velveeta cheese and after it cooled to room temperature had a glue-like consistency. But the chips are okay, and soft drinks are what you’d expect. Overall 2 stars.

Horrible employees and management. Slow, rude, poor food quality. 45 to 60 minutes after the Moe's app stated pre-orders would be ready. The staff does not make app orders until you complain. Many people are there waiting for food and employees don't care. They just make excuses and ignore complaints or asks for help. We will never go back after being a regular customer for many years. Not even worth one star. Moe's in general has been subpar for some time now, but in particular the one at Greece Ridge Mall. I realize we are under different circumstances with Covid and all, but a lot of the problems I have with this Moe's started last year. When the staff makes a burrito that rips, they just rewrap the broken burrito in another. So now you have two soggy torts for one burrito! One time they just gave me a burrito with a big rip down the middle. They miss ingredients a lot. Several of my recent burrito purchases didn't even have the protein I ordered. I'm really not sure how you forget that. The final straw for me was last Friday. Again, my burrito didn't have the protein I ordered. What was really awful though was when I bit into a big avocado pit. How does that end up in your guacamole? It sounds like your staff needs some better training, or you might even need to get some better management. Anyway, I saw Moe's has a "win burritos for a year" promotion going on currently. I wouldn't be able to eat burritos 7 days straight at moe's, let alone 365. My job is a five minute walk from Moe's. Not only will I never go there again for my lunch, but I plan to tell any coworkers or friends/family that mention that moe's that their money would be better spent elsewhere.

Awful place to dine. Ordered our food at 7:05 and was suppose to be ready at 7:25. My wife went up at the estimated time and shockingly the food wasn't even started yet! We placed our order again and it took untill 8:00 to be ready! When she got home and we started unpacking our food we noticed many flaws in our dinner. My burrito had uncooked rice, her salad didn't have half the toppings, our chips were really stale and worse of all our queso had a hair in it! I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant due to workers not following mask guidelines as my wife saw many workers wearing masks around their chins and unprofessional way of preparing food.

Pick up order tonight was 20 minutes late and that’s fine, the workers seemed like they were pretty backed up with orders. I waited for my order and grabbed it as soon as they brought it to the front and drove not even 10m home to realize both meals were cold. Not even warm. The bowls were both maybe 3/4ths full, one bowl didn’t have any steak or grilled onions and my bowl had the equivalent of less than one tiny strip of steak and the whole thing tasted funny. The chips were also stale. Greece Moe’s is not worth it????

Got out of work late saw that Moes was open till 10pm just arrived at 948pm doors unlocked and as soon as I got in every single cover and item was put away nothing to serve and show for. They said we closed. I told them the website says 10pm. They say we always close up at 930pm our website isn’t right. I said than you should lock your doors and they kept saying we’re closed. They said we had to do deep cleaning. And kept coming up with excuses meanwhile I got this recorded on video and as soon as I show them they were upset, in guilt and called me a snitch and got upset I caught them lying. A black male, 2 black lady’s one short one heavy & an older heavy Puerto Rican. One of the worst rude experiences I’ve ever seen and again I have the video to prove.

They call it a "Southwest Grill" but it doesn't rise to the standard of that title. It's more like what someone from the Eastern U.S. thinks Mexican food tastes like based on an old memory of that one time they were in San Diego as a kid. All the ingredients are there but they're all a little off the mark. There are usually 5 or 6 salsas at the salsa bar. Not one is just a basic, simple, fresh, pico de gallo. Most of the red salsas are too sweet and the tomatos seem canned. Or they are on the hot side and too garlicky. All the ingredients have a little too much salt in them and when you put them altogether it's nearly inedible from the saltiness. The steak is frequently on the gristly side (why don't burrito joints in this part of the country know about carne asada or taquitos?). They serve beer. Vegan options available, though tofu and veggies may be cooked on same grill as meat and I've seen employees handle meat and cheese with gloves and not change them before making a vegan plate.

Food is delicious, but what really makes this a 5-star place is the customer service. I just walked in to pick up a takeout order and was a minute early, early mind you. The manager, Jay apologized that it wasn't ready, gave me a free drink, free queso, and had the order made immediately. This experience is what keeps people coming back. Well done Moe's!

So I guess this location closes at 9:35PM. Walk inside and people mopping, making food and telling me they’re closed when clearly google and the sign of the store hours on the door state close is 10:00PM. I work in retail as well and understand the nightly closing procedures in addition to the urgency of getting home to my family. I would greatly appreciate consistency with hours of operation and new management please.

Not happy with Greece Moe's customer service and their attention to the new COVID 19 laws for safety (not allowing too many people in the restaurant, making sure people are wearing a mask, standing 6 ft away). No curbside pick up eventhough it is advertised! I was given a pick up time of 6:22 (ordered at 6:02). Upon arrival to the location in Greece, Ny we were not instructed where to stand in order to comply with new fed regulations with Covid 19. One worker finally asked us to wait outside. I waited for over 45 minutes while people came and went with their orders...they had just gone inside to order, not placed an order ahead of time. Come to find out, orders were being done out of order! Several customers and I waited patiently. After 7 o'clock I finally had enough. I asked 2 different workers if my order was being made to which I got a "we're getting to it" reply. This was not the case. I demanded a refund after I realized they never even started my order... over an hr after I ordered it. They need to change a lot of things at the Greece location to comply with new laws and need to learn about real customer service and I won't be back. It would of been different if they had communicated the wait time.

My husband ordered the chicken club quesadilla, and the person preparing his food asked him what he wanted on it. When he said to make it exactly as on the menu, she laughed and said she didn't know what was on it, so my husband had to read the ingredients off the menu to her. That being said, the food came out OK. But then we sit down and there are four children at a table by themselves whom we quickly realized were the children of at least one of the employees working that day. Maybe they didn't have a babysitter and I understand that happens, but coupled with the lack of care about doing their job well was frustrating. Last thing...the TV on the wall in the dining area was playing an R-rated movie that was not family-friendly content with the f-word in every sentence. I suggested to one of the employees they may want to change the channel since there was so much swearing and was told, "sorry, I didn't know." OK, maybe she didn't know. But she then proceeded to mute it and put closed captioning on, with the f-word among other swear words scrolling across the screen continuously. Overall, quite unprofessional and an uncomfortable atmosphere for our family.

I went yesterday for the taco family kit, which seemed like a great idea. The whole experience was awful. First of all it was overpriced for what it came with. When I picked It up and drove home I found that they forgot to include both meats and the chips in the bag. I called there to let them know and I heard dead silence, followed by seriously?! I had to drive back to pick up the items I was missing. When I got home the second time I found some of the food wasn’t fresh. The tortilla shells were stale and broke apart easily. One of the bags of chips was burnt to the crisp. The steak tasted different than a typical day. Anyways, I can tell you I will not be heading back there for a long time and am super disappointed.

Terrible service all together. I made an online order at 7:15pm and they said it would be ready at 8:40pm. Got to the restaurant at 8:40 and they never even started my order. The cashier told the manager and members who were prepping food that he had told them about it and no one prepared it. The manager did not seem to care and was chatting with other employees while I waited. 20 minutes go by and I finally receive my food order at 9pm. Almost a whole hour after I placed my online order. The employees and manager working did not care about how long I waitin . I will never come here again and will steer anyone I know away.

The worst Moe’s in the area. We ordered online so we could eat before my girlfriend had to go into work. She had to be at work at 1, our food was supposed to be ready by 12:38, which would have given us at least 20 minutes of eat. By 12:40 our food was just starting to be made, We waited until 12:50 and our food was done. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because our food was at least hot and not cold like it usually is. Why give a time it’s supposed to be ready by if you can’t honor it?

They were all very polite and made my visit pleasant. This is unlike past visits I’ve had there where employees would be rude, swearing and arguing with one another in front of the customers. Tried them twice now through Grubhub. First time the rice was rock hard and disgusting. Gave them another chance, and the second time they completely screwed up the order and then refused to refund or credit our account after we showed them proof of their mistake. Stay away.

my gf stopped to get dinner at moes tonight and was horrible le..I got 2 burritos soooooo small and yet 1 I was charged 9.50..and the other was 8.50...for sour cream, cheese n meat..oh and they were ice cold...waste of 45 dollars that we spent total...would of been better of going to taco bell.

I love the food. However, it continues to get my order wrong. They will compensate you for correct/missing item but, that's an additional drive and shouldn't be necessary. Disappointing because they do have great food but, errors are to frequent to support anymore.

First time going here. I ended up trashing my salad after only a few bites. The salad tasted watered down. The chicken was super dry. I am disappointed. I was looking forward to this place after a friend told me how great it was. Was going to give one star. But I added a star since the chips were descent.

I’ve ordered from Moes several times… I never leave negative feedback as I waited tables for years .. I’m aware how fickle the industry is.. however the last 3 times I’ve paid the same price for a side of queso & guac that cost over 3$ now comes in a soufflé cup?? Or I didn’t receive my guacamole at all.. I’ve never received the salsa but one time .. I’m a huge fan of Mexican food however I’ll have to fine a new favorite I’m no longer paying for things I don’t receive no matter how much I appreciate the food .. it’s happening far too often

Gets worse every time I come here. This is the last time. Throwing my mostly uneaten bowl in the trash. No flavors in the pop machine, rice so over cooked it's like mush, chicken so dry I'm pretty sure it was yesterdays. Doesn't Moe's corporate do any quality control?

Make a customer happy and they will tell two or three people. Make them upset and they will tell ten people. These days that can be hundreds. Our family had visited here on May 6, 2018. I had done their survey and included contact information. To this day there has been no response. 1) Watching their people handle the food was disturbing. One person coming from the back after drinking a can of soda, handling money and then handling the food all without gloves other places the employees with change the gloves depending on what they are handling. This may seam small but having done food service things like this stand out. 2) Cleanliness of the restaurant. Several tables had food from prior customers on or under them. In fact I heard several other customers mention this fact as well while trying to find a clean place to sit. There was also a counter to get dipping sauce. Not good having this counter sticky and the sauces mixed together. 3) The food outright made me sick. I "Ran" twice to the bathroom. The first time I felt like I was going to throw up. And the second time I did. I only ate have of my food and the rest tossed. These are the three main issues with our visit. Usually I will give a place three strikes and your out. But with what we experienced on this day we will not be going back. Nor will we visit any other of Moe's locations.

The past 3 times I have been there have been a bad experience. First time I went and it took someone well over 10 minutes to cash me out because no cashier was around and the two employees got into a heated argument. The second time I ordered a stack and got the wrong one with the wrong fillings so I had to go back there and wait for them to remake it. The third time which was today I ordered a stack and a fountain drink but the soda fountain was broken so I got a refund for the drink and it took too long for me to be cashed out. The food is good but the terrible service is NOT worth it and the staff is lazy and careless I'll l just go to a different location from now on.

Just witnessed about 6 people walk out of your doors, some even after ordering. I waited about 20 MINUTES in a very slow line to order and waited about 10 minutes more for the cashier to ring me out incorrectly, as we advised we wanted to "make it a meal" as the sign said with a side of queso and a drink. He couldn't comprehend that and charged me separately for each individual item. A lady who had an online order started to yell, and people were lining up waiting for food. Your staff didnt make it any better, not working with ANY haste or care for the backup. They actually seemed kind of upset that people were there eating. No apologies, nothing!! Toppings missing or not even available like cilantro and queso fresco! Who doesnt have cilantro refilled? Drinks not available in 2 coke machines. It just sat there empty. This was an unbelievable experience, dont know if I'll be back or the other many people that left tonight! Tried to add photos of this ridic line but it wouldn't let me.

Terrible "Joey bag of donuts"! I'm a regular customer of the Jefferson Rd location. Was at Greece Ridge, and tried that Moe's. Rice was hard and undercooked, and corn chips dripping in grease. Didn't taste good either. Complained on their website, nobody contacted me as requested. Stay away from this location. From the lack of a response, I'll never return to any Moe's. I used to eat there every week. Poor customer service!

Ordered from here off of Uber Eats and waited almost an hour for my food. This was my first time ordering off of the app. I ordered a couple of homewreckers and some queso and I didn’t see the option for getting a wheat burrito instead of a corn burrito. I tried called Moe’s directly but they told me they already made the order and plus I would’ve had to put in a special request through the app for which I wasn’t aware. I really wasn’t too bothered by it, plus they have me a free $5 gift certificate for the confusion. Overall the food was good and I would order again.

Very disappointed with this place. After reading reviews I decided to order from GrubHub anyway. I should have listened. I live approximately 3 miles from the restaurant and it took the driver about 20 minutes to get my food here once it was in the car. Then when I received my order it was cold and the portion size was laughable. I know this because I used to frequent the store in Henrietta when I worked out there. Also they couldn't even completely wrap my burrito in the foil. A lot of it was exposed to the elements. ,
