Stayed for the Chapelle stand-up. Overall a great experience. Many activities, concerts, and restaurants, in addition to gambling if you're into that. The premises are a little aged and I didn't experience any ultra-luxury spots, but everything was sanitized, comfortable, and very fun. Brunch at the sugar factory was a big success, even if the hostess can be more hospitable. Also incredible views, the property is beautiful. Get a room with a view, it's very much worth it. Great stay even for someone who doesn't enjoy gambling.

Went to the High Stake Bingo Hall. It was really cold in there! So we stayed the night the room was perfect beautiful inside the Grand Pequot Hotel. It wasn't very busy like it used to be before the pandemic hit. You could wear your mask if you like but it's not required and smoking is designated outside during this time.

We spent two nights here and I had a better experience staying at a Howard Johnsons. Both the sinks barely drain the water. The shower was the same way the water didn't drain well. The ceiling lights only two out of the eight worked. The bedside lamp I had to use a pair of pliers to be able to turn it on and off, and the plugs didn't work at all. For a Casino I was disappointed that it was not a smart TV it was just an old LG TV. Housekeeping was great and the front desk was great we wanted extra water and they brought us up an entire case. They also provided a cart to take our luggage to and from the car.

I had a blast and its very nice. I didn't give 5 stars because the lack of tables open. It could also be more handy cap friendly. Scooter rentals are over priced and the servers could use some personality. I had fun and its beautiful with plenty of parking. I love high stakes bingo. Bring back the Foxwoods wheel on the floor. It would be nice if they realized not everyone is an experienced player and could quickly explain. Some members went out of thier way and others zero personality.

This is an amazing casino / resort. The reason being, is that it offers a good time: no matter how much you have to spend - there is always something fun to do. Also, the club inside, Shrine, is really fun as well.

Lots to do beyond gamble. Like that more Experience Businesses are here. More reasons for locals to come. The swaggy bowling alley is a great time. Stores are a little weak. Could be pandemic. Restaurant selection is really nice.

Very nice. We went for a show and it was awesome! Sadly I lost my wallet, and none of the workers could tell me where to go out who to talk to. Asked 5 workers and they looked like a deer in headlights. They were polite and respectful it was just frustrating. The place was clean and plenty of sanitation stations. Bathrooms were very clean. Update: I called the number given and someone answered right away. I got super lucky my wallet was found and I was able to pick it up right away. The gentleman that answered was super nice and so was the young man at the lost and found. Will definitely visit again.

There weren't a lot of places open. It seemed like all of the tables were closed. They moved all smoking to designated areas that are very far to get to. Too many slots are progressive and too many lines to play. Will go to Mohegan next time.

Many things are closed I'm assuming due to covid. Especially during the am. Breakfast options are limited and it took some hunting to find a legit option outside of Dunkin or Starbucks. Clearer signage or directions would probably help. Either way, lots of walking. Which isn't horrible until you're hungry and desperate.
