We went here for a friend's birthday party. She turned 4. The play centre is excellent and the pizza they served was delicious! I was very impressed at the quality of and cleanliness of the place.

This place has excellent lanes to bowl, and has amazing graphics for its display. The food is pretty good, sometimes the pizza is delicious but other times it is unenjoyable. Overall if you want something to do for an hour or two I would recommend that you go here.

The service and food were amazing. The employees were super friendly and helpful telling my wife about their favorites. And the pancakes. Just wonderful. Delicious, fresh fruits, good cheeses (yes, cheese, mine had Gouda) and this really good Dutch syrup straight from Holland. Will be back here again before this trip is over.

Had a date night with my Candace, just the two of us. Place was a little quiet but we had a blast. Ian was awesome and was even willing to throw on a bit of extra time but my old bones couldn't do it!. Highly recommend for a great time and change of pace. Even date night was a great night! Been to this place multiple times as a guest for bowling and as a support for a child with a disability. Most of the staff there are alright, but there are a couple there who are extremely rude to people with disabilities. The service sucks, the staff seem like their souls have been sucked away and it's just dirty... God forbid you want to spend money on a quality experience, these people don't care. My birthday one year I spent $200 for 2 lanes, the lane I had worked for 28 minutes out of the 2 hours we had booked, when I asked them to put us on a different lane, they told me "If you're not happy, you can leave." Wish we had more options here in the Hat, especially for those who are disabled.

Attempted to have our Christmas party here tonight.. Was an absolute disaster, and heard that other people's parties got screwed around also. They triple book people and had miscommunications all over the place. They would not take responsibility for their mess ups, even when it was proven to be their fault. Worst Christmas party we had in years, and the worst service I've ever received. Additionally, I waited 45 for one order of fries, and many of their staff had terrible attitudes.

I haven't actually been bowling here so I can't comment on that part of the facility but my kids have had and been to birthday parties in the Panorama Lanes kids world it's been wonderful every time. It's been developed for kids as young as two to enjoy which is nice since there isn't anything similar that's as age friendly here. The food is decent but definitely overpriced.

Always a good time here. It's been well maintained and recently updated. The few times I've been have been fun and well worth it. The only thing holding it back is the food -- they could step that side of things up a bit. But, don't let that hold you back -- it's a good night-out.

Took my 2 year old bowling for the very first time and had to ask 4 times for the bumpers to be turned on for him. Over 30 minutes after we started our hour game they were finally turned on to go up on his turn.. and only one worked. I mentioned it to the worker and nothing was done to fix it or to help him other. The employee helping us made us feel like a complete inconvenience and would roll his eyes every time I even came to the counter (even to order food, snacks or drinks). When we ordered food we had to wait 40 minutes for an order of French fries and 55 minutes for some chicken strips and deep fried pickles without having anyone come to notify us the food would be a while. Again when I went up to check on it the worker rolled his eyes to see me and wouldn't help me. The female employee came over and checked on the food and told me it would be 5-10 more minutes. The waitress made us prepay for the meal, otherwise I would have just left and done drive through for my son as it was late and he was starving. We made the best of the situation but left pretty disappointed in the quality of service and how much it cost ($50 for the lane for an hour and $28 for food and drinks)

Extremely disappointed with the service from Panorama lanes. Booked 2 lanes for New Years Eve 300.00 was told included two food platters and door prizes. When there, no food was included when asked was told not included for this shift. Very poor service for the price! Will not recommend

The worker that was working when we went to play there was not friendly at all. And closed the play area at 7 and rudely told us to leave because they are turning the lights off. There were multiple people in there and everyone seen the rudeness.

Tried to arrange a group booking for a leaving party for my guys on the Base and when asked for group/military discount was told "No!". Staff very cold and unfriendly, if your from the base just avoid this place.

Superior attitudes.....grumpy jerks working at the front. We asked for the bumpers to be used for our son who is disabled and the attitude I got was insane!!!!!! Won't ever come back unless of course I am wearing tree camo walking around asking everybody if they are indeed " Getting r done!!! Bloody expensive as well.$43.50 for an hour and the place should be turned into yoga classes or something classy. Ha.
