Le propriétaire est irrespectueux. Il m'a dit que je pouvais louer la salle pour mes cours de danse en ligne et avoir les mêmes jours qu'en 2019. Marc-Oliver Gendron ne tient pas parole. Il lui a fallu 2 mois pour répondre à ma question sur la location de la chambre. Il est influencé par d'autres professeurs qui ne veulent pas que je loue l'endroit, ce qui est faux.
