We bought a stay and play hotel package which came with a voucher for a round of mini golf, an hour of bowling and a pizza with a pitcher of pop. We had a great time til the staff didn't want to honor the voucher. We were told by the young man that the voucher was more of a coupon to get everything at a lower cost even though it didn't say that anywhere on the voucher. the manager was nice and eventually fixed it, would just be nice if the staff was actually aware of current promotions going on. I wish I would have skipped the hotel package and just paid the flat nightly rate cuz the fuss over the voucher was embarrassing and put a damper on our stay. Edit: there really wasn't a miscommunication at all, we asked if we could bowl one day and golf the next, we were told no and that was okay. We came to do all activities on one day, and when we were returning our bowling shoes we were asked to pay and told our voucher wasn't free, it was a discount. It was embarrassing. We won't be back.

What a great place for work banquets and fun filled adventures with the friends and family. The virtual golf is a blast! I recommend you do the whole adventure from mini golf to virtual to a good old fashion 10 pin bowl. Plus you can drink ???? a must visit if your just stopping by Winkler or if your a resident. ????????????????????

Fun place to hang out with friends. Food is good as well. Service can be hit and miss. Bowling system has fun options to change up your game, but I hate that the pins are on strings, too often they knock down other pins as well. Mini golf is pretty pathetic, mostly flat and unexciting. Prices are a little high, but not horrible on a week day. Overall pretty good place to relax.

First time here, and I loved it! My buddy and I went bowling, and it was great: the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were amazing... cool decor, nice lanes, comfortable seating, etc. It can be busy at times so it’s a good idea to call ahead and book a lane. 5/5, will be back!

Visited few times with my family, this place has entertainment for all age groups, we bowled, we played mini golf and the kids enjoyed the play structure while we had an awesome food from the great Menu. Much much recommended.

What a great place to take the family to enjoy some fun! Wonderful service, as they were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious but when ordering the taco salad, just know it's like 6 chips on the side. Should call it something else like a south western salad. Decent prices. Only downfall, not a place for wheelchair accessibility as no elevator to the second floor, nor could someone in a wheelchair even do miniature golf up there. If you are unable to climb stairs, you will miss out on that fun. ????

We visited for the first time today and had a blast. The bowling has a pile of mini games to make it more interesting for the kids. The play structure is HUGE and has numerous amounts of interactive things for the kids to enjoy. Mini-golf was competitive and enjoyable for all ages. All in all a great outing for the entire family!

Wonderful place. Spacious and clean, 18 bowling lanes, kids playground, minigolf and other. Pizza was pretty good. Reservation may be required as this please is quite popular.

We had a very fun evening ! Love the new building and the options ???????? we did bowling first and mini golf after. My only suggestion would be a better system for the entrance/exit for where the shoes are (more space or better storage) all in all great experience!

My 19 year old daughter and myself joined a group of friends to bowl one Friday night. It was our first time visiting the new facility and we were amazed at what it looked like inside. We had watched the build from the outside for many months. They have gone above and beyond and Winkler is truly blessed to have such a place. It is so worth your time to check it out!

The new place is great! Everything looks fantastic, great pricing and I had a great time competing against some friends! A couple minor things I wasn't pumped about, was that the pins were held by strings, and those strings would sometimes hit pins down that wouldn't normally go down with free pins. There also wasn't any 11lbs balls (they have 10,12 and 13Ibs, but no 11Ibs balls), and I unfortunately wear a half size shoe and they don't have those. Just a few minor things, but overall a great bowling experience! Definitely want to try out Mini Golf and Virtual Golf/Other Virtual Sports yet!

Good place to go for family entertainment. Bar and screen for the sports fans, pool tables and of course bowling lanes! Usually have a problem with the lanes at least once per visit but thats normal with use and they are usually quick to fix and help out! Fairly good prices too and they also usually have different deals throughout the evening! The food options are great as well!

Always have a great time and we have used this venue for many birthday parties. We always reserved a lane and paid $25 for a full hour. However, when we came last weekend we were charged per person per game and our bill was over $100. I was very upset to learn afterwards that they no longer charge that flat hourly rate. Because of this new rule we will not be going back.
