A must visit place for family and friends ❤, great recreational activities in this modern up to date centre

Food was bad. Service was horrible. Bought credits to play the axe throw they told me to wait half an hour because there was no staff to have me there. After half an hour came back and they told me the axe throw was now closed. Used my now useless credits to play a game and won a 6000 tickets jackpot. When scanning my tag, only 4200 tickets were deposited. Spoke to the staff and the manager told me there was nothing she could do and that the system can deny giving away so many tickets at once “sorry I can’t give you the tickets manually. Don’t worry, this is just a game”. Honestly, what a ridiculous experience. I’ve been in all Rec rooms across Canada and Winnipeg’s is by far the worst from them all because of its staff

Aiden Christopher Kahanovitch

A very enjoyable space; a little bit for everyone. Includes an arcade, VR lounge, axe throwing, bowling alley and restaurant / lounge space. Service was great and staff are very helpful and open to feedback. Cost for the arcade is by credits purchased, while other services are paid separately. If you want to take part in the VR Lounge, book a time slot as soon as you arrive.

Crystal Seman

Amazing service at Three10 and a fun time had in The Yard.

Lionel E.

Fun times here, lots of variety with regards to games. Also nice as they have wipes and sanitizer pretty much within arms reach at all times. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not try any food, but the cocktails were very good as well.

kevin sproule

Great family fun , good value for your money , i got the girls each a $35 wrist band and they played games for two and a half hours

Bradley Flynn

Food was good. Service was beyond horrible and slow

John L

Was very disappointed we could not eat at the restaurant. We did not have an reservation so we put our names (only the two of us) and the hostess said it would be about an hour. We never received a text and decided to check with the hostess at the 1 hour mark and the 2 hour mark…still no spots (really?!? For two people). The entire night they never even texted us (3+ hours later). We ate somewhere else. My advice…do not even try to eat there if you do not have a reservation. Eat before going there. It’s likely a scam to get people to spend your time and money at the arcades, axe throwing or bowling…don’t go expecting to eat!

Kyleigh Bell

Love it.. it reminds my of magic land when i was a kid

crystal ly

the arcade games were fun, except that the selection could use a bit more variety. my family went here for my cousin’s birthday, & she got the 5000 ticket jackpot, so that’s definitely a plus !! ???? they need to replace their marshmallow putty though, bc that stuff is dry. ???? also make sure to bring your vaccine card & physical id. would still go here again, if a friend wants to go. 8/10.

Amelia Karchut

Everything’s great but don’t order food... I got a small poutine and it took forever and I was the only one ordering food.

Louis Fleury

It's an alright arcade. I was expecting higher quality games than what was there.

Yasin Sladek

Great location and games, friendly staff

Shane O'Connor

Needs a bigger bar, but alot of fun!

Bhanu Vir Bharat Dev Singh

A good place to hangout with friends who love drinks and games both...

Andrew Sourial

Very overpriced, took them 30 mins to make my poutine, half size pool table, no ping pong table

Emily Hall

they never answer their phone ????

Alexander C

Been here prior Covid Closures and it was great. However went back recently and the games were all working as intended. What made it not so great of an experience was the service. Was greeted by the hosts who check our IDs and cards. That's fine but one of the hosts were extremely rude. Had to ask the same host again later on as they were designated to seat us a table at Three10. Service at the restaurant was lacking, we didn't get a server 15-20 minutes after we were seated. The restaurant was also not busy, having about 3-4 other tables. Food was adequate. Had the appetizers, however, what we ordered were luke warm or just cold.

Redj Palon

was good, the only problem i had was the pool table..its beside a wall..and its in an area that is very crowded..have to watch out for kids and distracted people everytime we try to aim..otherwise a good place to hang out...for all ages

Jeremy Sewell

Games for all ages, great food and helpful staff. Always a great time!

Arryn Seburn

Lots of fun under one roof, service has room to improve but if you're looking for a fun night out, give it a try!

Ade

I really liked The Rec Room, it reminded me of Dave and Busters. We didn't have any food when we went so it was just the games and there are quite a few of them, all designed to take your money (obviously). You don't pay with money though, you use a card which you can top up; if it's your first time you get one at the entrance and you put money on it. They have the standard arcade games - racing, shooting, rollercoaster ride, basketball toss and so on, but they also have an actual bowling alley, an axe throwing area (that you have to pay separately for), a VR games area, and laser tag (apparently). It's quite big and there are a fair few games to get through, but because they're all sort of next to each other, it's easy to do a circuit and wonder what else there is to do. Especially since it can get quite busy and some people can start hogging the games. It's a good outing for a group of friends.

Shah-Dazzle D'signz

Awesome place! Love the variety in games and good for all ages!

Tyler H

Greeted at the door as soon as we walked in and we were taken to our table right away. Very impressed with the decor of the 20,000 square foot restaurant. Looks very upscale. Not a big hummus fan but ordered the hummus as an appetizer and it was delicious. Server told us that almost everything is made in house. We had the Caesar salad, fish and chips, and house breaded chicken sandwich, and the vegetarian pizza. All the food was fantastic. After we ate we went to the game side which is like 40 thousand square feet. Tried most of the games in the area. The VR experience was pretty cool. I would recommend coming out to check this place out.

Victoria

I really had fun at The Rec Room, the food was nice and I enjoyed the games. My only issue was with the food menu, hopefully they offer more options in the future.

Casey Benoit

Maybe avoid on weekend nights due to over crowding but such a fun night

Vanessa Boughen

Took the kids there on am inservice day. We all had so much fun!

Adrien Dinzey

Today my group and I went to the VRcade and had the most wonderful time! We were greeted at the VR station by someone by the name of Dan W. and he was brilliant! My group initially did not really understand the different game modes, prices and in general how it worked but he was able to break it down so simply for us. He clearly had a good knowledge of each game, as he was able to find the perfect game mode that appealed to all the members of my party. We then went in and he took care of our belongings and got us suited up and ready to go. The actual VR game was mind blowing! It was like being transported to another dimension. The game was so immersive on its own, but to add to this experience Dan was in our headsets acting as the "announcer/commentator" keeping track of our scores and placements on the leaderboard and adding to the vibe of the cowboy-western reality we were currently in. All in all we had a great time, the VR is such a great experience and Rec Room clearly employs the best of the best when it comes to attendants. We will be returning very soon!!!

Devon Guindon

Great way to have fun outside the house and great place for a date. Very reasonable prices on credits and everything you can use to the credits on. Great food and great service overall.

Alexis Tjart

This place is great and I'm giving room for improvement. I have grace because I know covid has messed up reopening... But there simply isn't enough staff to function properly. No one will answer the phone. Contacting through social media was pointless. Even though we made a reservation we weren't seated for 30+ minutes. It was very unclear on the website whether we should have a table reservation for our (almost) large group or just show up. In hindsight we should have made a group booking, but there was no one answering phones to clarify and guide us. Our 3 plates of cold nachos piled with cold toppings took 90 minutes. 3 pitchers of pop took an hour. There were 2 waitresses, and 2 people in the kitchen. I felt bad for the people working, it's just not functional. The staff is not to blame. Management needs to hire more people or limit capacity until they can properly serve people. Otherwise it's a cool place and I'm excited for them to get staffing under control.

Quinton Gowler

Very cool place, basically a huge arcade, plus a VR arena (yeah. I didnt know that was a thing either!), axe throwing, plus a bar and a full restaurant, good way to spend a paycheck ????????

Emma Wilson

So fun!!! Very glad they're reopened. Finally a place for adults to have wholesome fun.

Alex Boyko

Arcades are back, this place is new school with old school vibes. Im 40 and came in with low expectations but I didn't wanna leave after I got in!! Alot of fun great prices..come down

Nathan Simon

Buuuusy, but that's understandable, it just opened. Booze and video games? Sounds like fun!

J. R.

Had a fun experience with my family during our first visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. A great addition to the entertainment industry in the city. New and exciting machines to play with. I just hope that they will maintain the cleanliness, the friendly customer service and maintain the gaming machines in good working condition at all times.

shaon mamun

Definitely go ahead and try the VR games.

Maya Elliott

Amazing place with activities for everyone definitely recommend

Erin M

This is a one stop shot, perfect for a date night whether it's your first or 40th. You have great food, nice ambiance in the dining area, great stage area that will be perfect for live music or pov events like UFC or NHL playoffs (Go Jets Go!) As well as a private area that's great for Birthday parties or even an afternoon work function. All newly designed interior and fairly straightforward system for the gaming areas. Let loose with 10 pin bowling, axe throwing, VR system games and a plethora of fun arcade style games that will blast you right back to childhood. My star rating would be higher but having opened less than a week ago they're still working out some kinks and I have no doubt it'll run smoothly once they get a better feel for things. The staff for the most part we're pleasant and very helpful.

Time Liss

Excellent place all around, the eating area could use a little work. Out of certain menu items, you may have to wait to get your order taken, someone may serve you eventually. My family of three received over $60 in credits upon arrival, bonus! Loved it.

PapaSosa 204

EDIT : They are open and ready for you to come down and enjoy, don’t forget to get your wristbands when you enter to start playing, your gonna need one !!

heyitsjaddle !

Really fun and clean, most games are great but some have 2-3 others that are very similar. They have photo booths too. The large claw machines NEVER work because the claw lets go as soon as it picks something up, I learnt the hard way after I wasted $20 on it because I’m stubborn????. The food is really good quality, but i do wish they had cheaper food options as well. The prizes they have are alright, I wish redeeming tickets for more playing points was an option for people who don’t care much for the prizes. Overall a great place to spend time with friends or as a date.

Michael Moski

10 out of 10 experience my wife says so

Ashesh Kothari

Many games and having fun.

David Lim

The Rec Room is a great place for partying, playing arcade games, etc. My friend hosted a party here, and it was excellent! There is a "hanging out"/"partying"/"eating" area with lots of TVs and even a stage! There is also a huge selection of arcade games! There is also bowling, VR (for 11 and up), and an axe throwing place! The facility overall is amazing, clean, modern, and obviously fun! I really enjoyed my time here, I would love to come again!

Nina Lam

I’ve been here many times but the best attraction is the VR. It costs 40 credits per person for a 15-minute game, which comes out to around $7 per person if you buy any package over $10. You also get 15% off if you’re a student. We did the Gunslinger with 6 people and our host Dan made the experience fantastic with live commentary. Definitely a fun experience for a small group.

Dylan Harmastki

Awesome place!

Wayne Falk

It's alright. The experience wasn't as good as I thought it may be. The prize tokens are a waste of time.

Chris Marsh

It was ok.....several games weren't working unfortunately. Me and my eldest daughter still had a fun time though.

Ruth R

Good place to have fun.

Leslie McDonald Higgs

Kids loved it! Restaurant was a nice spot to wait. Food and service were great.

Samantha Square

Super fun amazing helpful staff, food isn't the best tho

Randall Pentney

Was fun, but not fully open yet due to the covid 19!

Felicitas Nwachi

Exciting and affordable family fun room!

Jordan Bray-Mak

Great place the food and drink abit pricy but great time for young and old 5 star

Sandy Craig

Staff was great! Had a blast. Will definitely go back.

Jaylea Smith

Opening weekend and the staff was prepared and courteous. It was packed and loud but we still had a great time. Food was hot and quick. Great job!

Gwah Gwah

Lots of games offline and food was bland and bowling alley half length of what it should be. Expensive for the lackluster entertainment. Dont even play the claw machine its rigged win rate is set to ridiculous levels.

Maribel Flores

Ok

Eric Carlson

The games and activities make for a fun night out, and the cost to play is about what it should be. The food and drinks however are way too expensive for what you get. Cineplex owns rec room, and I understand why food is expensive at movie theatres; as they do not make money off movie tickets, but I assume rec room makes money off the games, and there is no justification why food and drinks are so ridiculously high.

Alyssa Z

Food is definitely overpriced and the service is always bad every time I've been! I love the idea of the place , but it's definitely too pricey.

ApriLyne Phu

I enjoyed the fact that they had so many redemption games to choose from. I was excited when I won a couple of jackpots, however i noticed that the sign said it was suppose to be 250 but only got 125. It also looked like I didn’t get any tickets from winning a few jackpots as I checked my balance of tickets. I went to see the manager to get him to add tickets but he said that they didn't do that and they only give credits. The manager said that he was going to just add 10 credits to make up for it. I find this absolutely absurd because its very difficult as it is to get jackpots never mind getting a couple of credits. Its also quite ludicrous that he wasn’t able to give tickets. Why can’t this establishment give tickets? That’s total bs. Your telling me that they can’t add a few tickets onto my card? I’d really like to know why. Its hard enough to win anything. I feel cheated.

Yaniv Zelman (Zendried)

Food selection is kind of small. But the games are fun, and the food you get tastes great

Philip Bradley

Good food and staff very pleasant and helpful.

The Prepared Canadian

Lots of fun for all ages. Games, bowling, axe throwing, drinks and food...

Tomé Oliveira

Nice arcade games!

bensu1

Very fun place to spend time with friends.

Jessica Zombieunicorn_xo

Had a great time. Covid precautions are great. Lots of wipes available to clean games before/after use. And hand sanitizer readily available. The staff at the door were super friendly!

Jalen Modler

Normally i would not write a review, but just had to let people know how awful of a experience i had, first of all the cleanliness did not feel safe in this environment, very very dirty and not sanitary at all. Then the service, a bunch of very rude employees, did not feel welcomed and the arcades are a rip off. Finally the food is not good and the food and drink are way to overpriced for everything.

Jay Shah

Had a lot of fun with friends. The axe throwing is fun along with all the other arcade games. The staff are friendly and manage to remain calm under the pressure and busy times. A few more games with more unique themes other than shooting would be better but all in all still a great experience

John-Paul Guy Prazinak

Very kool, lots of fun, good food and friendly staff and I'm no arcade expert but it seemed reasonably priced. My only con is that people call and reserve VR and Axe Throwing for an hour, which is fine I guess but that means that regular paying customers CAN'T USE IT AT ALL! Even if the reservation holder isn't using it or does even show up at all! I'm sorry but that's just dumb. Let regular customers use it but give priority to the reservation holder when they actually want to play and don't just leave it totally empty for an entire hour...

calvin lagasse

Went there to go bowling, put our name down on the list. When we came back they said the lane was broken down but you could clearly see that their friends were playing on it. I'd never go back.

Bray Kik

One of the coolest things to do in Winnipeg they have everything from bowling to virtual reality.

Sarah Carswell

Yummy food, fun games (love that they have bowling!), and something for everyone. Great birthday place!

Megan Wesley

Great place to bring the family! Kids loved it and the food was great came out fast and hot. Can’t forget About the service was awesome and very knowledgeable since this was our firsts mm time coming. Definitely a great place to bring family and friends to hangout!!

Judith Vicente

Went there on a Saturday night with our 2 younger kids... BAD IDEA! I say this because it was packed! Bad idea for small kids on a Saturday night but great idea for adults. We went back there the next afternoon to use up our credits and on $20 worth of credits, our family had such a great time which lasted us close to an hour. Unlike other places where each game is around 6-8 tokens, there were games for as little as 2 with an average of 4. Such a great concept where the old and young can enjoy a variety of games and activities. Such a perfect, year-round place to go. Furthermore, great value and entertainment that won't break the bank which is such a difficult thing to find these days. Looking forward to going back!

Ahmed Elsamahy

A very clean arcade place, offers a variety of games, activities and food. We tried Axe throwing, Bowling and Arcade. The place is so well maintained, there are lots of disinfection stations all around the place l(for COVID) There are self service stations, as well as normal help desks.

Zeakek

The food needs a little improvement, my ribs were covered in gristle and then brussel sprouts were burnt in certain spots which made a noticable charred taste. But the parts that weren't burnt were quite nice. Atmosphere and aesthetics were very nice, and loads of available entertainment. Fun overall!

Lionel Courchene

It was the most fun I've had in years you'll love it

Mary Jane

Great place for the family, just just got very busy around 3 pm should they should have another person to be able to be held with the line up with a big rush. Overall it was get experience for me and my kids.

BigPapiJ

Really fun place to go, staff was friendly and food is great.

Cheryl Laurea

We were invited to the soft-open from one of my homies, Jojo! Had a fantastic time, food was great, service was awesome, and we had a lot of fun playing games. Highly recommend to groups who are wanting to lounge and have a fun chill night :) Will definitely come back.

Jason Skinner

My friend and I went for the first time. We only had 45 minutes before close. We knew we had to be quick. Went in and wanted to order a beer. Went to the bar. Bartender was cleaning. It looked closed, but no signs or people telling you it is closed. Does the main bar close 1 hour before the rest of the venue? Bartender was friendly but told me he could serve me but preferred I go to the other bar 'over there' and ill come serve you soon. First time so I walked around unsure. So we bought our wrist bands, now 40 mins left. Wristband staff were sensational. I asked them where to buy a beer. They tell me the Shed. I find this. Two people in front of me. Bartender was doing her best. It was messy and dirty and social distancing can't be a thing in that line. There are dots, but the stantions are too close that I am approximately 1.5 feet from the person on the other side of the belt. I wait in line for almost 10 minutes. The people in front are ordering having problems paying (not the venue's fault) then the next people want to get beer and buy wristbands and take forever to decide (again not the venue's fault). Someone who looks like a manager walks by, maybe they should help the now growing line that is the only place of service in the building?? (BTW where is tjatcfirst bartender?) Get my beer and we now have 30 minutes. Ok we are gonna do this! Games are fun, lots of room and available games. Ok we finish a game and have 4 minutes left, the games are all shut off. I agree it is very close to closing time, but I could have played one more game with 4 minutes. There were people around us and everyone sort of let out a disappointing sigh at the same time. Anyway the place is fun, service was slow and many activities were closed, axe throwing, VR etc. Things that take a long time. Maybe these things don't run during the last hour of business. I will come back someday, but not in a huge rush. **update, went back. 3/4 of games are turned off. Anything that you can stand at must be closed. There was confusion on how to get a beer and I asked for the package with the tickets and cocktails and was talked out of it (see pic). Wait until COVID is over to attend.

William Borys

My partner and I visited on a Monday evening and it wasn’t too busy, little to no wait times for any games we wanted to play. There was a great variety of new unique games as well as games we had remembered from our childhood! Will be back!

Darren Sweers

It was great fun, staff was friendly, won some tokens had a great time. Axe throwing was closed but something for next time.

Ryan Ilagan

The Rec Room is Winnipeg's Premiere gaming experience! Must go to for food, fun, and memories

Manzurul Hassan Miskat

Nice place, huge amount of games available!

S P

The food was alright, service was good, would give a higher rating but several of the games were broken.

L C

The main Restaurant was very good. Be aware though that sangria pitcher is advertised for 3-4 persons, but for the the two of us we got only a couple full glasses. We were extremely disappointed later in to the evening when we wanted to order a pizza to go at the shed we waited in a long line, only to be told that they were not selling pizza through the shed. Why would you advertise something on the shed menu and not serve it? They need more sitting areas, the shed area is not really big, and for any areas in the actual bar area you need a reservation? There is an area labelled the den, not sure if it has additional seating there, but it wasn’t open. It’s hard to judge if this place with always be as busy as it was tonight. But it was just a bit too overcrowded and hard to move around in the yard. Everyone is playing every game and is lining up play a game which leaves not much room to play/wait/walk around. We will come back again one day, but there is definitely room for some improvements. We were also a bit annoyed afterwards when we realized we were not asked if we were scene members when we both bought game wristbands and therefore we lost out on the points. The cashier was too busy trying to up sell the fancy wristbands.

Colin Loat

Lots of fun for all ages, food was delicious, and a great place to watch any and all sports.

TallTiger

Very nice bowling. Just like on the Wii.

Lucian Sweet

Really cool place for entertainment. During their first week open they are struggling a bit to find their tempo. More staff and some solid management will go a long way. Great start though, I will be returning in hopes the service is better and more organized.

Chi P

Great place to hang out and bring kids to! Big and there's really not a lot of wait for most games.

Ross Anthony

Loads of fun!

Donna Giese

Interesting place, like a casino for millenials. Bright flashly games and lights, lots of noise, you can wander around and play games with a drink in your hand. A bit like the Red River Ex, you play games and win tickets that you cash in for " trophy's". Those pixie Stix were tempting (LOL)! The restaurant is a nice surprise, the chicken burgers really good, and there is a good variety of beer and wine. I think it would be very overstimulating for young children. The Galaga / Pacman game was so huge it warranted an epilepsy warning. If you are a gamer, you have to check it out, they even cater to the boomers with a bit of pinball and bowling.

Ehsan Zeynali

I think Winnipeg needs more of this kind of places! It is amazing.

Ashley Sumka

I will not be coming to rec room as it supports cineplex. I’ve had many bad experiences with cineplex management, extreme over pricing, quality of food and entertainment below standard and therefore will not be bringing business here. This establishment is essentially everything uptown ally brought to Winnipeg first, and is locally owned.

yombo kassim

Fun place with the family, lots of games. Kids loved it.

Howard St. James

Food was fantastic, portions were on the smaller side though and 1 of our 3 appetizers was forgotten. The arcade side, while a fair bit of selection was there it was shoulder to shoulder, hopefully it dies down a wee bit soon so it's not so overwhelming. We were also told that it was 18+ after 2100 which we were looking forward to, but that didn't seem to be enforced at all as there were still tons of kids there at 2300 when we left. Overall not the worst experience, but we certainly won't be back until it dies down a bit and the rules start to get enforced.

Abigail Larson

for 40$ all 6 of us had a great time for over 2hrs!!

Kim

Great place to play games, eat, and drink!

James Hohne

I really enjoy this arcade has awesome entertainment great family value

Hyohyun

Had rlly fun there w my friend.

Evan K

It's Chuck E Cheeze for grown ups (hopefully people still remember that). Great variety of arcade games, some for getting "virtual" tickets, some just for fun. Other things like bowling, and VR games too. Food was a bit disappointing, it's just there for convenience really. I wish there was also a bit more variety for the items you redeem with your "tickets".

Daniel Bean

This place is unreal! Adult CHUCK-E-CHEESE 2.0 w/ booze lol, bonus: my kids could tag along. I've been waiting a long time for this place to open, super happy the day has come! I came in on opening night... Lots of technical bugs needing to be worked out. Had a wrist band fail/needing replacement, another not transfer from their Edmonton location (where I got it from), their kiosks were also down, lots of games not operating/asking for attendant. Spent more time with Customer Service than playing, luckily they were eager to fix any issues that came up. It's the first night, I'm not going to hold their feet over the fire. Hopefully by time I come back next week these problems are remedied. ????

Oai Truong

Absolutely massive and fun, great place to hang and people watch.

BARAKA MULIMBWA

Great place, fun and entertaining

Tharakee Dias

Nobody bloody answers the phone. Website has only one general number for all inquiries. I have been calling for 2 hours to ask if they accommodate for anybody with peanut allergies but nobody answers. So disappointed that the staff is too busy to pick up the phone.

Kevin Ristau (Ristake)

Very misleading the website doesn't redirect based on users location. The first link on Google brings you to the south Edmonton page but it's nowhere on the website other than the address header. The website should prompt you to redirect if it sees you're in a different city. I'm disappointed the car simulator isn't in Winnipeg.

Ventech 123

Awesome place for an date or hangout

Nick .Uskalo

Arcade is awesome, even has VR and a bowling lane! Be sure to eat and drink before hand, food is sub par for price.

Klaircognizant Healing

Super amazing place to visit for any age. Food is great, huge game selection available!

Nina Nuytten

Only reason why im giving them a 3 stars no one answers there phone

R

Great place to take kids and grab a bite. Lots of different games to play and activities to do. Currently not enforcing a mask policy but nice to see both staff and most patrons still masked up. Lots of antibacs around to sanitize in between games.

Mike Warner

My son and i were doing some shopping at Cabellas when he spotted the sign for the Rec Room. We visited in Edmonton a few years ago and dropped in for lunch. The food was really good, and of course the games! We had a fantasic time and will try out the axe throwing and vr next time...

David Plumridge

I went three times in their first 2 days and love it here but have to rate it low because of the restaurant. I had the same food both times and the first day was great and the second day was very mediocre for the price (crispy chicken sandwich) This review is being written because of the interaction with the manager/supervisor. I was there on the second day, ate and played games and was expecting the same quality as the first night but when it wasnt to what I expected I mentioned so. She came by and asked and I said that it wasnt as good as the previous day. I explained that the service was much slower (the server did mention that he was being tossed around everywhere so I understand) and the food wasnt nearly as hot and fresh as before. She responded with "Well you were here yesterday, maybe you are sick of us already" then walked away. I dont like complaining but if you see that someone has come back and likes the place that you are working maybe try to make them feel welcome instead of making them feel like they have come by too much already

Joy to the world

I work here. It's a fantastic place for people of all ages and groups. Games, food, music. Highly recommend!!

Euter Von

Super busy but had fun

riley deighton

Good selection of arcade games, but I was disappointed with the service in restaurant-side of the venue. It was not very busy, but still not a single server came to greet us at the table. Sat for about 5-10 minutes, saw about 6 employees chatting with each other, but no one came by to help us. Decided to leave and grab food elsewhere.

free meng

A nice place for killing time.

Reuel Miguel Perez

Came in for the first time and was impressed with the vibe. I just hope that they would expand and make it bigger soon. Went to the sit down restaurant and they have friendly crew. Not overpriced. They have a hall with stage for small events, maybe 50 guest wedding, then play and dri k after and close to 2 hotels.

Laurissa Brown

Great family fun. Bar was understaffed and backed up.

Justin La.Liberty

Lots of fun games, but you gotta pay about a million dollars to get enough points for any decent prizes. Still had a good time though. Recommended.

Toks Tokunboh

It's a great time there for sure. Money well spent.

Ghazanfar “GJ” Abidi

Lots of bright arcade games; good variety. Long lines for more interesting things like axe throwing (fun; 20 min wait) and VR (didn't try; 2 hour wait). Gift Card Claw Machine is probably rigged ???? That 3-cheese dip was pretty good. Fish and Chips were alright.

king Toby

Its a very good spot to go have fun with your friends/family and also a recommended date spit for when you want to do something other than eating. Good service and food well mannered employees, i'll definitely visit again

Julia Miller

Very fun atmosphere, friendly bartenders, and good drinks.

Anupama Acharya Maharjan

Skyrocketing prices for food, jampacked orders but staff only one. Rip off money.

Cindy Chan

Had such a great time at the Rec Room tonight. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Dan W. Dan W., thank you for making our group experience such a blast! He went above and beyond for us and did it all with a smile. He was a great host for our group in the VR room which I highly recommend, and I have no complaints. Thanks again to the kind staff, this was a great way to spent the night!!

Joshua Titanich

Food is good and the games are fun WHEN you can play. To many people drinking and not playing, just sitting on the games and not letting other people AND kids from playing. Booze was just sitting everywhere, Right next to young kids. I love the games when I was able to play, just way to many people there, especially with booze. Could barely move and other people were very ignorant. If you guys could improve on the amount of people allowed in or have sections where people can drink and where people could game. When I want a drink I was drinking away from the games so I don’t get in the way.

Aljun Cabato

I was so entranced the minute I walked in. It wasn’t too busy around 3 so it was the perfect for coming in. The variety of games, the food, the drinks, and the whole design of the place was awesome! 5/5 would def come back again! Keep up the good work

Julien Bosc

Super great and fun place! Not the most affordable though. I recommend eating before getting there! Food is okay but really overpriced.

Ash Marie

HORRIBLE STAFF AND MANAGMENT. MAC AND CHEESE IS BLAND. AND GAMES REMIND ME OF CHUCK E CHEESE (Charles entertainment cheese)

Bon Maraneta

Fun for the whole family. Best of all your earn scene points

Ruwan Jayawardena

One of the best place for enjoying..

Yash Shah

Simply loved it all of the games as well as all of the staff in there are so very friendly plus the experience that me and my friends got there is beyond words to describe so I would only suggest that go there by yourself and have fun and make sure you have your buddies or loved ones.

Paul Nolan

Looks like a fun place....haven't tried the food and drink yet.

trinidesi

Great place to hang out. Fun for Kids and Adults alike!

Simon Lambert

Great place to spend some time playing games and VR.

HoodMann Clips

Drinks, games, girls, lots of fun

Travis Hradowy

Food service was poor. Waited 20 mins just to place our drink orders and waitress barely came back around for more drinks. Food was good but sat for awhile as it was cold. The restaurant area wasn't overly busy either

June's TV

It's a great place for kids (and kids at heart) adults can relax in the dining area and they also sell drinks(beer, wine, liquor) As for the games. Some of them don't even give tickets to win. So be ready for that.

Cory Rutter

Not a bad little spot. Needed to kill a hour so perfect place to do so. My boys and I sure did enjoy it. Thanks guys

Gabe Kawaguchi

Pretty cool place. Biggest and cheapest arcade in town.

Sita Thapa

Day filled with fun activities.

Alan Schneider

always a lot of fun, grew up playing the arcade so feel right at home with how many machines they have, it is amazing and a great price to spend the afternoon. It can get pricey to do the other activities. But had a blast with the axe throwing and playing a few rounds of pool. really is an amazing place to go on a date or hang out with friends.

Caleb Calvert

Kids love it.. I thought the $55 play session was expensive, but then I realized all the games you get to play! An eat and play combo for $60 would be a cool add!

Mark G

Such a sleek and fun place to hang and play games! Everything was very clean as well.

wpg.foodie on Instagram

We went during their opening weekend and overall it was a fun experience. Obviously, it was quite busy and there are wait times for the games you want to play but the turnover is pretty fast. Some games they had was specifically designed to take your money. I quite enjoyed the air hockey game as well as the varying race car games. The motorcycle games were kind of hard to control and it makes you dizzy right away. If you're a first timer, you have to buy your wristband first. They offer different prices and we got the $10 one for 40 credits. Each game has an average of 5-7 credits per person per round. Once you have your wristband, you can reload your own wristband by going to their self serve kiosk right by the entrance, beside where you purchase the wristband. The wait for the food was quite long but as I've mentioned, we went during opening weekend. I'm sure the wait times won't be quite as busy if you visit during the weekday. We got pizza called The Butcher's Daughter and it was $17.95. It had bacon, pepperoni, pulled pork and arugula on top. We also got strawberry and chocolate funnel cakes and they were $5 each. I would go back again to play the race car games and try more of the food on their menu.

Jade R

A great place to go let loose and have fun. My roommate and I had a blast, lots of fun games although the prices are a little on the upside but either way it's a fun place to go to every once in a while.

Brittany Livingstone

Tried calling 4 days in a row (various times each day) to book a reservation. I got the phone number to book the reservation off the website. I also submitted an online inquiry (which is the suggestion on the phone line if no answers). They do not have a voicemail or I would have left a message. Corporate sales emailed me back in response to my online inquiry and asked me to call the same phone number to book. I explained I had tried, etc. etc. Corporate then said they'd escalate it to the GM and have them call me back. I did not get a phone call within 24 hours so I called back again the next day to have a hostess explain they aren't taking reservations because they are so busy. I get it, no problem. I still asked for a call back from the GM to explain what they could have done better. GM called me back and basically said I must have been mistaken because a) she's had someone answering that phone line all week, b) they use open table and do not ask people to call the number to book a reservation (which I then suggested she take a look at her own website), and c) then explained they just aren't taking reservations on Friday and Saturday night for now because they are so busy. I said that maybe if she updated their website to state that, or maybe put it on social media, people like myself wouldn't be calling and tying up the phone lines. Not a great start Rec Room. Unfortunately our 25+ person party of 30+ year old people won't be coming to celebrate our friend's birthday. Disappointing.

Justin Navarro

My favorite place to go, rain or shine!

alastair clarke

We've been to Rec Rooms in South Edmonton, WEM and Toronto. I would say the location in Toronto is amazing. This location in Wpg is good. When they first opened, there were many games that were not working properly and those have been fixed. I love the axe throwing. Very cool.

Deanna Lewicki

Love this place, mask or not it's still epic fun for all!!

CatJackson

So much fun!

Ken Sanderson

I love Rec Room. Mix of lounge, live music, pool tables, axe throwing, bowling, VR, games - little something for everyone

Wes Hazlitt

Lots of fun! 8 yr old loved it

Taren Padua

Went for brunch, but it was a little too busy and they were a little understaffed. But, that is the steps it takes to make through the growing pains of opening! Hope to come back again and it'll be a better experience! The food was good though :) went for brunch specifically! IG: @tarenstastings

Les

Fun place for the family or a group of friends. Could use more staff on busy nights as food/drink service wasn't the best..the servers were swamped.

Corey D

Fun place, my daughter loves it. Prices are pretty good, food is ok. Will be going again

Christy Charters

Such a cool place. Throughly enjoyed ourselves! Even won a jackpot ????

Saad Tassoufra

Perfect place for kids to have fun

Jason Stubson

We had a super great time, of course due to covid, we had the place almost entirely to ourselves and loved it

Alexia Ruiz

This place is unkept and gross! There was blood and spider webs everywhere. Will probably go back cause the games are good but come on! Clean up!

Jason Smith

Had a good time, nice selection of arcade games and other activities.

DD Malf

We went as a family with two younger kids. Large variety of games for all ages to enjoy and enough space to spread out so you don't have to be too close to other groups. Pricing for bowling and VR seemed a bit high. Overall, it was a nice couple of hours.

Derek Klinkhammer

A few games didn't work correctly and I had an issue where they had deactivated my game card.

Demi Holztrager

By far one of the best places for entertainment in the city! $30-50.00 in tickets will last several hours of fun, there's so much variety to chose from, from bowling, axe throwing, arcade games and more! What a great time, not to mention the delicious food and drinks they have. Highly suggest this place and for all ages!

Jose Cruz

Finally a great arcade within Winnipeg, tons of selection and fun to be had for the whole family. A great experience that I recommend highly

Traven Ramirez

Was looking forward to playing games, if my wrist band scanner had worked!! At first I was not noticing that one game had scanned my credits multiple times. This happened with 3 separate games and each time my girlfriend and I had to go to the front to get our credits back. Because it was busier, (which was understandable because it was the opening weekend) we might have gotten to play 3 games total properly without having to go to the front. Was not impressed, was very annoyed, and their system should have been a card to swipe instead of a wrist scanner to play the games.

justin buck

Great food great staff... 0 complaints

Cassidy Quinn

*Can't speak to the games. Restaurant specific review Came with a group of 10. Took minimum 20 minutes after seating for a server to stop by. She seemed very uninterested in serving us. First thing she said was "you will be charged a mandatory 18% gratuity. We said that's no problem. Took a long time after ordering to get our food and drinks. The drinks must have been watered down. The food was not great. Half the table didn't even eat their food. Server never checked in on us or asked how our food and drinks were. Bill time was an absolute nightmare. Bills were wrong. Waitress had an attitude. We had to speak to two managers. Waitress came and confronted one of the people in our party saying it was her fault the bills were wrong. Asked me if I had been there the whole time... Absolute mess. For 1 drink, 1 shot, and a pretzel I spent 3 hours waiting on service. We didn't have time to play games. To be fair a manager was great at the end. Removed the gratuity and food charges. But overall a terrible experience. I was planning another event here and cancelled it.

Joji Mathew

The Axe Throw is the only thing for fun, rest of the games are for the kids.

Brittany Tankard

Great experience! Loved the food!

Carina P

Food, games, and prizes were great! I enjoyed my visit but I’m only giving them 4 stars as I had a poor experience with one of the managers. I was reloading my card; I wanted to redeem some of my scene points but there was a misunderstanding and I was charged on my debit card. The staff who was helping me called the manager to fix the issue. The manager didn’t even spend a minute with me. He told me that they can’t do a refund or do anything about it. He stated: “I’m sorry we can’t do that but on the bright side you will have more points for the next time!” It was such a short interaction, I felt so dismissed. I walked away in disgust. When I have collected myself, I asked to speak to the manager again as I felt it was not fair. This time we dealt with Hailey and she took her time to help me rectify the issue. They weren’t able to give me a refund on my debit but they compensated me in another way. She didn’t need to do that but I really appreciate the effort.

Abhishek Sheoran

First time here and this place is awesome. So many games including bowling, Axe trowing, VR gaming. Loved everthing. I liked the concept that you play and win the points and redeem point inexchange of bunch of stuff they have in store. This place is suitable for everyone. 7 stars if i could give.

Elliot Grisdale

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went for the first time after MB restrictions eased, didnt wait too long to get in. Definitely going again

Daniel

An arcade for adults. Not much else is needed!

Jay Kay

Games were great. Food was good. Service was good. (A bit slow but the waiter did great considering we had quite a large amount of people at our table) My only complaint is.... they HAVE to be watering down their liqour. I had 13 drinks there... and didnt feel the slightest bit of liqour in my system. That's 150$ worth of alcohol to not even get a buzz. Somethings definitely off about that. I'll stick with the canned beer maybe the next time. At least it is sealed!

Dana Ayala

great place to hangout!

Deb Regehr

My husband and I absolutely had a ball at The Rec Room, personally I loved that there were lots of games that could be played together as part of a team so you have that person to person interaction. We can hardly wait to bring our adult children. Definitely will return.

KK

Total disappointment bringing a party of 10 to The Rec Room this past weekend. For starters, they never answer their phone. I tried for over a week (during business hours) and after a specific amount of rings an automated voice comes on but no live person ever picks up and it eventually hangs up on you with no option to leave a voicemail. I emailed the reservations online site and worked out a time with a Service Manager which was not as quick or simple as a two minute phone call would have been. Only once we arrived, were we told the group games will not be available to the public because they are booked until midnight for a large party. This large party occupied the games only twice for the 2 hours we were there. The rest of the time, all the games were empty. We asked several times if we could just play until someone from the “large party that paid a lot of money to have it all to themselves” kicked us off and they refused. This defeated the whole purpose of going there with a group to celebrate a birthday. When we got to our reserved table, we sat there for 20 minutes before we tracked down a server who said she was just finishing her shift. We continued to wait and were fed up so instead we walked up to the bar to order drinks ourselves. This was a big no no and a 20 something year old manager came up to us to say we had to sit at our table to order drinks. This wasn’t the first time going to The Rec Room but it will be my last. If you have no problem with unreliability, poor communication and slow table service then this place is for you! But I guess that’s what you can expect from a bunch of 20 year olds way over their heads.

Rodrigo “CADvibes” Caputo

Pretty fun place. New and different. Huge restaurant with big TVs, food is nothing amazing. Lots of different stuff to do, not just arcades. VR Pool Ping Pong Arcades Bowling Axe

Chris Quines

I liked it, there's definitely an age floor that caters to older children (my little guy is 5) but it's definitely a fun place for the family. The food is good, the staff are friendly and the range of games was quite good.

Amrinder Singh

good place to enjoy especially for kids they gonna love it

Rob Atkinson

Not finished yet but 5 stars just for bringing it to Winnipeg. Can't wait!

Aaron Kostuik;

It's alright, just like any other 'barcade'. Very bright inside, lots of things to do, prices are surprisingly reasonable.

PRIYANKA kundu

Great place to have fun But i jave been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks and they have not picked up once my sons bday is on August 11th abd im want to book a reservation But again they have not picked up my phone call August-2-2021

louise sutton

#UPDATE thanks for your response below. We were told by our server that the pizza dough was made with eggs... If you can clarify that this isn’t the case we will order the Super Greens pizza next time we are in. Are you able to get some Daiya cheese for us? My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night and as we are both vegans found the menu a little bit strange. On the one ha d it is great that you have acknowledge us (with “VG” at the bottom of the menu) but then there are very few options .. there are a couple of appetisers and a tofu bowl. We both ordered the tofu bowl and after about 20 minutes the waitress asked us if we had a problem with the tofu being deep fried in the fryer used to deep fry meat and fish! Er yes as the dish is no longer vegan! The staff to be fair were very good and gave us a discount and a free dessert but please please can you add some more dishes ? We would love a Beyond Meat burger or a Vegan pizza and also a dessert .. at the moment there are none .. when we went over to the snacks bar there were zero options for us there

John

Awesome place that has great entertainment for everyone of all ages. The arcades are fun but the games are hard. Think of the prizes as secondary to having a good time playing the games. With the amount you spend on arcade credit you can prob buy the plushies online for same amount...it's just a nice bonus that after you play long enough you might earn something. Each game costs anywhere from 4-8 credits per play. $30 gets you 200 credits.

Bruno Mars

VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They never answer their phone ????????????

Tara Pereira

The host at the front - she was great! The game room Staff- they were great! The restaurant- WORST SERVICE EVER! WAITED FOREVER FOR SERVICE AND WE EVEN HAD A RESERVATION! BROUGH 2 OF 4 DRINKS, DIDN'T BRING OUR APPETIZER, WE RECEIVED DINNER FIRST, THAT TOOK 40MINS AT THAT TIME ORDERED A 2ND DRING AND IT FINALLY CAME AFTER WE WERE DONE EATTING! IT WAS MY SONS BIRTHDAY AND WE DO NOT RECOMMENDED THE RESTAURANT

Mat Fiola

Lots of fun! Food was good :)

Jericho De Castro

Went for the arcade, rather than the food, and was overall satisfied. Very good value for the money - for wife & I we used $40 for an hour worth of arcade games. Wide variety of games & excellent (albeit limited) choices for prizes. It's definitely the largest collection of arcade games in Winnipeg. This is an excellent place to have a fun date.

bernadette mackenzie

This was a wonderful area to do alot of different things was able to play in atea of the yard, there is also 10 pin bowling, axe throwing and numerous otherthings to do. There was 2 great restaurants one with table service and other like cafeteria food. Both areas had great choices. Bathroom are very clean. Staff are very helpful. Where ever you choose to sit I did not feel rushed to move. Great new place for the city to open for something unique to do.

Kaur Jas

can’t even update their timings on google.

Kevin H

Not gonna support cineplex. Have had bad experiences with them. Seems the place is overpriced. I hope it’s a swing and a miss by them.

Jennifer Heslop

Awesome fun. But huge huge crowds of people. If you go evenings or weekends, prepare for crowds. Food was really good.

Jared Lavallee

Bowling, axe throwing, Vr Games and arcade and ticket winning games! This place is a blast! I haven t had the food yet but I will very soon. I'm also proud to say our Winnipeg location is better than the Toronto one. I just wish we had a Dance Dance Revolution machine instead of pump it up.

Ripanjot kaur Gill

Good place to visit with family and ‘fun’ friends!!

Bob Giesbrecht

I just can't believe this place!! I feel like a kid! An the food!! Wow!! The food can do the talking for me!! Try this place if you haven't!! I will be going back for sure!!!

Krissy Black

First time we went there with a group for a birthday party and a business Christmas party was allowed to book the bowling, axe throwing and VR experience for themselves for the majority of the night. Poor business ethics in my opinion to have a party book the majority of the recroom but still have it open to the public. The table service was also terrible. It was difficult to get a drink and it seemed watered down. This business clearly doesn’t care about they’re customers

Brock Stimpson

Such a fun time! Just a little disappointed that so many of their games were out of order

Kris F

Games were fun. There was no staff sanitizing areas at all and it was left up to the guests which I literally witnessed zero people doing the whole 2 and a half hours I was there. Overall experience wouldve have been much better if they were much more diligent in keeping their patrons safe.

robynn bisaillon

Took my daughter here for her 13th birthday and the restaurant made her an amazing strawberry ice cream desert. Great selection of redemption games also a great selection of prizes, will definitely be going again.

Samantha Carmo

Great concept but so so many ppl and sounds it can be overwhelming

Lenard MacCoy

Had better food elsewhere, however they did try to make it up to us. The arcade was a fun mini date with my wife, even won a giant stuffed animal.

Kunle femi

One-stop entertainment hub. It's unique in the city for what it offerd

Raymond Vermette

My daughters decided to take their bro to the rec room a few weeks ago. I understand business have to be on COVId alert, but my kids, 24, 23, and 12, got an unexpected greeting. He greeted my family with questions about from the same house hold, fair, so my daughters present their ids, both the same address, the he turns to my boy, says where's yours? Boy is 6 ft now, so my daughters explain they are there fir his 12th birthday, the guy doesn't believe them, accuses them of lying and grilled my boy where he lived. After making my boy feel like an idiot he let them in.

Timmie Boy

Super excited to go there but I ended up disappointed :( , playing some games but realizing that I didn't get the tickets that I was expecting. Please guys double check your points whenever you get the jackpot. This place is scam.

Rebekah Bruce-Burgess

Apparently you’re not allowed to enjoy the drinks they provide, and also when you’re just, ya know, enjoying your time apparently you’ll constantly be followed, especially when black. DONT COME IF YOURE BLACK. Short, dark hair, white, female, heavy set is the one who followed my friend and I around. Even while I discussed this review with my friend (after they proceeded to tell us to leave after flipping her off from being watched a third time) a white man who shared her physical description decided it was appropriate to intervene by explicitly saying we we’re harassing this woman though she was neither in ear shot nor visual view. In addition to this, while speaking with other employees within the establishment this seems to be a problem as they knew exactly who I was referring to with this same description. I will say Zach the manager did a great job in trying to both calm and rectify the situation which was greatly appreciated as the motivation behind this woman is what seems to be racially motivated as she ignored all other patrons where we were involved. I’ll be going back to see whether or not the treatment remains the same or has turned a new leaf. If you’re not a white family maybe just be a little extra careful because god forbid you just took a sip of your drink mid-game.

sean guttman

Good times.

Unknown User

Too good to be true omg

colton farago

Always trying to upsell you more things at the diner table. Games are 1-2$ per play which ended up being 15-30 seconds..not really worth it. Not enough lower end prizes. Had a lot of stuff just jammed into one area. Had a coupon with 40 credits free with your next purchase of 20$ or more... our bill was 47$. Was not willing to give 2 sets of 40 credits for free to us because it was only one receipt. Thats ridiculous. Great food though. Overall ok experience.

Mirza Fahad Ali

Fun visiting this place. Its affordable also.

Ben Journ

I like the idea and definitely want these kind of places to start coming back. It's fun, but I was hoping more arcade and less gambling type games. Many of the games are solely there for the sake of winning credits, no real real enjoyment, it's just press a button and hope you win. But on the flip side, they do have arcade and interactive games, also pinball. But not enough for myself to justify hanging out like back in the day. Good food restaurant and lounge area. They also have bowling, axe throwing and a VR area. Not a bad start. It's not perfect, but with some tweaks it could be a great place for hangouts. I would recommend checking it out.

Noemie Francisco

not bad of a place to go and play some video games. only issue we had was the waiting list for the VR was an hour and half so we ended up leaving.. food wasnt bad the bf enoyed his burger and the caesar salad wasnt bad either it was ok..

Fahad IK

This is a great place. Something so fun in Winnipeg. The axe throw is dope.

LinuxAndThings

A pretty decent selection of arcade and midway style games, Decent food and cocktails. It definitely is going to be a bit packed around this opening weekend so there will be a bit of a wait for some of the lore popular gamea, however, this place is worth a visit!

Ariel Cuvertino

Lots of fun but maybe a little to loud

Brian Gilbert

Went to visit with the hype and was left disappointed. I have to sanitize the arcades myself? Food was really poor as well. I have come here twice now and hoped the second experience would be better. It was not.

Fabian Mundaca

Games were AWESOME. Restaurant POOR service. Taking into consideration it just opened, it took a reasonable 30 mins to get a seat at THREE10 restaurant. Another UNREASONABLE 20 minutes to be greeted and offered drinks. 17 mins for drinks. 27 mins for meal. I don’t know why I ordered dessert because that took another 16mins. Soft drink machine “broken” still got charges for drinks. No refills the whole time. Girl came by twice to say “oh my I’ll get you drinks right away!”. Nope. I doubt I’ll come again. Save your money and TIME. I can’t imagine making one of my customer wait 20 mins just to say hi. Especially in a restaurant environment. Seems they were not prepared to be open yet.

Myron B

Really delicious deluxe and some unique food options. Plenty of arcade options for everyone. Interesting VR options. Bowling and axe throwing. Friendly atmosphere and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Jesse Penner

Yesterday I had a great first experience, and everyone (the hosts, waiters, customer service) was kind to me. Even the General Manager, herself. Because, I originally went there for an interview. She didn't interview me, but she came to personally apologize to me because I had to wait for a period of time for the interview. And, for anyone who works there that sees this. If I forgot to introduce myself (especially to the GM or to the supervisor who'd interview me), I apologize.

Tysen Wiebe

Very clean, child friendly atmosphere. Lots of different kinds of arcade games.

Dee Cee

Great times always and the food ain't bad either..

Tricia Campbell

First timer, definitely going back. Affordable ????

Ryan Foerster

Not bad but the the food is way over priced for what you get and drinks are basically stadium priced

S N

The place is great. Staff is great as well. Wanted to play bowling did not have a reservation and staff tried to accomodate. A lot of diversity with the arcade games. Only downside is the food. Despite the excellent service of my waiter the food was lacking of taste. Do not go there to eat but to have fune and you will enjoy your time.

Mickey Wall

Went for our anniversary and a night away. Food and drinks were great, service was awesome and we had a lot of fun playing the games and ignoring adult responsibilities for a night!

Travis Boras

Fun games but the food portions are tiny for how expensive it is

Ryan Henderson

Awesome place! Lots of fun!

Carolyn Krutkevich

I'm taking two stars away because it would have been nice to know that a tip was being automatically added to our bills when purchasing our wristbands through our waitress. A $5 tip added to each of our 8 wristband purchases felt like (and was) gouging.

Ryan Watson

Really awesome place with a tons of games and some pretty decent food!

Shreyansh Gupta

Fair prices for the arcade and activities. Very enjoyable games, whether you play solo or with friends, and fun for all ages. Variety of games from shooters, fighting, driving, platformers, sports etc along with classics like pacman, monster jackpot, pump it up, house of dead, cranes etc. Great activities to check out if you want to do things other than gaming like bowling, VR, axe throwing, but make a reservation early or the slots run out (due to Covid most probably). My only complaint is that food and in-house drinks could be more affordable, otherwise ideal location for game night. I'll keep on visiting

Justin Jj

What a great experiance I had here. Between Pool, air hockey arcades and vr and a few beers I definitely had a great time. I will be back.

A DG

Went with my girlfriend and we had a blast. Went a couple of weeks later with a good and and had even more fun ( the warden wasn't with me). VR is alot of fun with a friend, ax throwing was alot of fun. Great fun for every age, there is a game for everyone. Recommend for the hole family, a date, or just to hang out with friends, and have a good time.

jennifer gutknecht

Fun for both adults and kids!

Ilana Fischel

Took my daughter there and she had alot of fun playing the games. We order some food from the restaurant it was ok the portions are small we where expecting a little more food for the price we paid

Dara Oyelana

It was a fun experience. Would visit again. Some of the games were unavailable but I guess it was just as a precaution in the wake of the pandemic. Would like a better drinks and food menu, with a wider array of choices.

Lisa Mehling-Bueckert

They close games at 1130 and axe throwing and other major games they close at 11

Jessica Noskiewicz

Servers were very nice, food was good, fun games for adults and kids ????

David Macumber

Fun place for the whole family with good eats available.

Matt Iverson

This place is fun I really haven't tried the restaurant... yet , but soon I will and this place is crawling with chicks , makes a single dad wanna take his kids out more lol , but honestly had a lot of fun here worth checking out

Courtney Mateychuk

Fun place to go, but 10000% need more staff serving food and drinks, and on the floor. Multiple games were broken so we had to stand in line just to get our points back that the game took.. frustrating since the people that worked there said they knew the game was broken... so why don’t you put up a sign instead of having people waste their time standing in like to get points back?

Owen Bereza

service was poor, lots of games weren't functioning properly, place needs LOTS of work.

Zack Britton

Bar and restaurant is cool, and comfortable. Would definitely go back for that. Chicken club I got was basically a thing sheet of chicken, not worth the $16. Will try something else. Drink prices are average. Choice isn’t as good as I’d expect for food or drinks. Gams are fine, a few didn’t work, others didn’t have enough balls to even play properly. Prizes are pretty lame. They have cool branded merchandise to win.

Lots of fun, some great throw back games, pinball, pool, airhockey and the option of bowling VR and axe throwing. It got a bit busy at the end of the night, and the place is VERY understaffed. Expect some delays and waiting to get in (no one Manning the door at times, no one to seat us at the restaurant area)

With my grand kids who wanted to play VR and couldn't cause they did not have enough staff working. Not acceptable.

Definitely a place that has something for everyone. Lots of games to play, some not working now obviously because of COVID but still a decent selection. Lots of wipes stations around which made things feel safe. Witnessed employees diligently cleaning areas including a full disinfect of the axe throwing area before each new player, which was comforting to see. I will say the prize area was EXTREMELY lacking. Very few major prizes and lots of other small junk. A bit disappointing when you've collected a fair amount of points and only get to select some plastic dollar store items. Overall though, a fun day out!
