The place to be seen at in Clear Lake! Brian's coffee is to die for and the pies are amazing!

Fantastic event. I will certainly return. Never played lawn bowling before but was very interested in learning the skill and strategy to the game. Brian gave our group a quick Lawn Bowling 101 before starting our game. We also started our game with a Cappuccino Frosted Shake that was delicious. The manicured lawn was picturesque and made fore a great setting to socialize after our game. I will certainly be inserting this attraction into my regular Clear Lake activities.

I've never bowled, but Brian's flat white is the best coffee experience I've ever had. It's a lovely spot, too - quiet and secluded.

Bowling is fun, Brian will show you how, its cheap, and you can also just go to have his amazing cappuccinos :). Great for group events, or solitude when the townsite is busy. I love to go have coffee and paint in the porch or visit with friends. They also host the Artist in Residence quite often and yoga classes on the lawn as well. Locals secret spot ;)
