We come here every year for a corporate Christmas party. We always have fun and the staff is friendly and attentive. We also done their team building day there and it was a blast.

We celebrated a friend’s 65th birthday today and the food and atmosphere were awesome! The best part of our experience was our server Mo. He was so attentive and pleasant! The Palasad is blessed to have such a great server! Can’t wait to return!

Cheap wings that taste generally good. Don't touch the buffalo wings though they're super dry and undersauced. The service was horrible and we waited 15 minutes for a water refill. The waitress totally ignore the girls at the table and prioritized awkwardly flirting with all the guys. And then disappeared for another 15 minutes Tl;dr: decent food at good prices if you come on wing night and the service was horrible

I really hope management sees this! I had Emma M. as a server tonight and she was absolutely amazing. I heard her chatting with other customers as well as myself and I have never had a server so sweet and genuine. I really do hope she gets the recognition she so greatly deserves! will definetly be back!

Palasad is always a great time. The service is the only thing that could use some work at times... But the atmosphere, food, and drinks are always reliably great. I've spent more than one birthday here and my family always wants to go when they are visiting.

We went to Palasad South on Sunday and had an early dinner. Our server was Maggie and she was awesome. She was the only server on and she was able to keep up with all of her tables. She made you feel as you were the ones there and she couldn't do enough for us. It's been a very long time since I've eaten at Palasad and our meal was great. We shared a dip & pretzel bites. It's now one of my favourite dips for sure. Then I had Chicken Fingers and a salad. It was all great. They have a beautiful patio. We will definitely be back.

I think they do food and fun in great ways. Bowling, pool, ping pong, arcade, laser tag and decent variety of good eats highlighted by great pizza. Recommended. Lots to keep people of all ages entertained including events like birthday parties.

Been to this location a few times and each visit seems to be marred in some way by poor organization and the location trying to accommodate more patrons than they can handle. Our most recent trip was with a Groupon. The Groupon was supposed to include two laser tag games for two and a 10" pizza. We wanted to eat before playing laser tag so we had to schedule our laser tag for a time when we hoped we'd be finished eating. With the help of the staff at the arcade counter we redeemed the Groupon and scheduled our laser tag for an hour later. We found a table, ordered our pizza and beer and enjoyed the food and service. Finally it was time for laser tag. We played one game and had a great time, but then after our first game was over we were told the next game wouldn't start for another ~180 mins. We expressed to the staff that we weren't satisfied with that as we didn't want to wait around in a very busy location with nothing to do for over 2 hours just to finish what we paid for. The staff didn't seem to care. We played arcade for ~20mins at even more cost and then we left. We will probably not go to this location again as we didn't get what we paid for.

We had a youth event (ages 10-17) there last night from 6-10. Our event was great. Cait, our server, was phenomenal, often going above and beyond what was necessary. The other staff were also friendly and accommodating. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars is because of their music videos in the bowling alley. They claim to be a "clean, family friendly environment", but then they have music videos with scantily clad women and men. And often the videos portrayed them doing fairly sexual things (twerking, pole dancing, making out, etc.). The hours for minors to be there (until 10pm), there should be none of that, because it is NOT family friendly. There were even families not with our group complaining and covering their children's eyes. Play a slideshow, play the Jays game, play some CLEAN music videos (i.e. have someone go through each one and make sure). We will likely not return for a bowling event here unless there is a money-back guarantee that our students will not be submitted to those images. Other than that - fantastic event!

The Wednesday deal is the only time this place is worth the price. The bowling alley is not the best but okayish, food options are good, arcade selections are less and boring, laser tag room is small.

My husband and I went to go play pool and grab some food and a few drinks. We rented a pool table only to find out after that there was a 1 Year old’s birthday party going on in the same area right next to our pool table. It was ridiculous that they would have even rented the pool tables out if they decided to rent that space out for a party. I brought this up with a manager and all he had to say was to shrug his shoulders and say they try to accommodate everyone. That’s great to the extend of over booking your restaurant. Not to mention no server ever came to us and asked us if we wanted a menu or any drinks and when we finally asked one for some drinks she said it would probly be faster for us to just go to the bar and order drinks. Needless to say we did not order any food or drinks and will never be going back.

Had a great night out with a group of preteen girls! They could feel like they were on their own and we could have a few drinks while watching the game! Kelly was fantastic making sure we were served on both sides and managing both tables. Such a great time!

Friendly fun atmosphere. Staff are honest on prices and will help you make the best choice when it comes to paying for time. Food is good and the drinks cold. Bowling, pool, ping pong, lazer tag, and arcade at this location (plus Im sure more). Highly recommend.

Been to this location twice, disappointed both times. Each time our bowling lane randomly stops working, I pressed the help button and sat there for 20 minutes while my time for bowling was wasted. No staff came to help. I approached the front desk girl twice, still nothing was done. Finally after 25 minutes someone moves us to a new lane, however we didn't get our time back. No one came to ask us if we wanted anything to drink, didn't even get a menu. After bowling we went and sat in the restaurant area, the food and service were excellent. As for the bowling, we are extremely unhappy with the service. - Amanda.

I used to go here as a kid when they didn't have their new renovations and I am really impressed with how much they have upgraded since. On top of the multitude of bowling lanes they have a few pool tables, ping pong tables, an arcade, laser tag area, and a very nice dining area with an open concept design. A great place for a family night out or to celebrate something special!

I have been to this location several times. Although it is not in the best area of London you can count on having a good time here with friends. Bowling is awesome, recently tried the pool tables also great. Even when this place is crazy busy I still receive good service from the staff. Honestly they should have more locations like this. Beer selection and food is also great.

Allicia and Mateo were the highlight of the evening. Our group started with some amazing food by your rockstar kitchen staff, and topped it off with some bowling and laser tag! Myself and 2 friends had the best time at palasad south on Saturday night. We started with food and drinks and would like to gave a big shout out to Matteo for serving us he was amazing so patient when we couldn't decide what to order. We then played some bowling and he came to check on us for drinks he was very attentive all night. We finished with a game of laser tag which was so much fun we will definitely be back and hopefully have Matteo serve us again.

My wife and I love bowling at Palasad! She has bowled nearly every Monday for 3 years here. The food is shockingly good... and not just for a "bowling alley". The kale salad is delicious, and the half-price pizza on Monday's can't be beat for a cheap night out. There are party rooms, laser tag, pool and ping pong, a great lounge and a nice dining room. It's easy to have a great time at Palasad!

Definitely changed since I've last been here. Perfect place to bring your kids. Wish it was more like this when I was kid. Being so kid friendly doesn't make it ideal for a possible date location but if you have kids I'd definitely bring them here and let them run around playing all the video games. Good place for pool and bowling as well.

Fun night out. We celebrated a friend's birthday here in a party of 12, with drinks and bowling. Both food and drinks are rather expensive. I ordered Guinness on tap and it was 50% foam (not poured correctly), which was a bit disappointing. We waited about 1.5 hours for a bowling lane to open, but had a great time once we were up and running. I would estimate about 60% of the lanes were operational which likely impacted the wait time. There was a technical issue which lasted approximately 20 minutes as we waited for a maintenance person to have a look (an extra 20 mins was added to our playing time to make up for this). There are large plastic dividers between lanes due to COVID, which made us feel safe. We did not try the arcade or lazer tag. Overall I feel like staff communication could be improved/iPad ordering could really benefit this business, as there were a few issues regarding opening a tab in the dining area then moving to bowling, where staff weren't sure what drinks has been ordered or paid for already. Overall, we had a nice time but there is room for improvement.

Took my 3 year old for a "boys night out". Marty Novak & Co. make it such an enjoyable experience. We started with the arcade, which they have multiple options for "play credits". We were short a few credits at the prize trailer, but my little guy was still able to get the plush stuffie he liked thanks to the young lady there. They have automated bumpers for the 10-pin bowling that are pre-set for the kids or adults who wish to use them which us amazing!! The ramps for the little ones to use are right there at the ball return to use when needed. Tons of lighter balls for the kiddies (6lbs and up) and finger sizes are marked on the heavier balls for those of us who use a bigger ball, but need a but more room to grip them. We were greeted promptly at our lane by a server looking to provide us with whatever we needed!! It can be Very busy on weekends, so expect a wait after 8pm. All-in-all, an A+ experience as always!!

I came to Palasad South tonight with my husband's work team. We had food and played a ping pong championship. The food was great, ping pong was alot of fun (we used the challonge app to keep score) and best of all was Jen. She took such good care of us, always checking in on us seeing how we were enjoying our evening, asking if we needed more water, offering dessert menu's etc. She was really awesome and made us feel well taken care of. Great wings on Wednesday's... Their pizza is also a hit. They could work on getting patrons in to seats a little faster and for some reason it seemed like all the staff were hanging around the kitchen in groups while no one was walking the floor to see if customers needed anything. On a side note, maybe a few extra napkins and some extra wet napkins would be great considering you are eating finger food Chicken wings. Overall, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Too bad they don't have a "bar" to sit at and enjoy.

I went to lunch there today with a friend. Madison was our waitress & she was outstanding. Friendly, took our drink orders immediately, explained ‘specials’ & brought our food quickly. We split a pizza (Greek with Vegetables) & a salad with feta, cranberries & apples. Delicious! Not a bite left. We even split a dessert. (Chocolate Brownie with Hot Fudge Sauce & some spice in it & Vanilla Ice Cream. We loved it all & Madison for the win! Fabulous waitress.

Had a fun time. Great service. Although, I thought it was a little strange how the lanes had seating that involved you directly looking at the people in the lane beside you (whom are also facing you, it just felt weird). Would've been a bit nicer to get more privacy in our lane since we got seated with a bunch of loud drunk people. It just felt like your group for one lane is sharing way to much space together especially when two lanes are sharing the same table.

I took my Team here for a Corporate Olympics and I could not be more pleased with our experience. I had some dynamic requests for Cait, our host, and she was so on the ball and flexible. The Experience was great, right down to the Event coordinator Tiffany and her assistance throughout the process. If looking for a spot to have a team builder I highly recommend. We hold a fundraiser each year in March and it's a full house. A very busy night for all the staff and they handle it so well that everything runs very smoothly for the event. A big shout out to all the staff especially Aliyah, Nayef and Zack! We will be back next year!

My wife, I and some friends had a great time! It was super busy probably due to st patty's weekend and match break. The manger Jay greeted people at the entrance and then come to our table to see how the food was. We felt like valued customers. Even though the restaurant and bar area was packed our server Maggy was very attentive and our drinks never ran out and the food come very quickly. Great experience overall!! Highly recommend having a night out here!

We rented a room here at palasad for a large family reunion. The food was great, the room was spacious and accommodated all 20 of us. Our waiter was attentive and courteous. Bowling was fun! A great place to have a party.

This place has some consistently great wings that are half price every Wednesday (from afternoon to close)! There are numerous sauces and dry rubs to choose from. Though I only really go for the mild sauce, I've been told from friends that the others are good, too. The staff have been friendly every time I come to this location - shoutout to waitress Maggie who seems to always be the one helping us on Wednesdays and makes our experience great every time. There's a lot to do besides eating (which you can do in their La Fiamma restaurant, on the bar side, patio, or pretty much anywhere where there are tables). They have bowling, pool, laser tag, ping pong, and now laser tag. I have tried everything except for laser tag and was pleased with my experience except for bowling. I am deducting a star because my bowling experience was awful. Their bowling system kept miscalculating scores and the pins would not reset. The staff made no effort to make the situation better (not even move us to another lane) until we practically begged for a refund , at which point they offered us a coupon for free bowling. As you might imagine, we did not take advantage of this generous offer. Still, I will continue to come to this location for their wings and I hope they do not revise their wing menu as they did in their downtown Palasad location.

Ordered a margerita pizza, which is traditionally made with buffalo mozzerella. I requested they leave off the regular mozzerella and parmesan for two reasons 1. Authenticity 2. I can't digest cows milk but buffalo is okay. When the pizza arrived there was barely any cheese at all. Logically, if two cheeses are removed a little more of the other would be added. There was very little san marzano sauce, as the menu read, rather there were quite a few tomato slices and far too much arugala. Very disappointing. My husband liked his pizza though.

Service always good, food always good, it can get expensive quick but that's the same anytime you get people together with cocktails. May 31 I was there for my sons laser tag Birthday and Scott (wish I knew his last name) went above and beyond to keep us happy. First time at palasad in a very long time Madison was super friendly she went above and beyond to make our experience great. When we sat at our table she was right over within seconds to give us menus and get our drink order. She told us the specials and even recommended the skillet cookie afterwards which was a hit! She also set us up with bowling right before the bill so it would be ready. Definitely will be back!!!!

My family hosted a baby shower for me at Palasad South on November 22nd, 2020. We had the large Ping Pong Room so that social distancing could be followed. We were thoroughly impressed by the precautions taken by Palasad staff, in order to comply with covid safety protocols. Masks and visors were worn by our servers, and our guests left feeling very comfortable and confident in the safety measures taken. The staff were all so familiar and comfortable with the covid protocols, that you almost forgot that covid is something we are living through; this made for such an enjoyable day! We have held multiple events at Palasad, and each time our events go so smoothly, from initial contact until the end of the event! Tiffany is wonderful and has all the answers! She makes the planning process so easy and efficient, and this time was no exception, despite the hurdles that covid throws. The food, as always, was delicious! Of course, being a baby shower, we had many gifts to carry outside; the servers went above and beyond for us, pushing cart after cart with gifts out to our cars - even through the crazy amount of snow that would not stop. We are very satisfied and would recommend Palasad for any event!

The place itself is very good. I have been here for over 5 years since moved to London. Today was the worst experience. We haven't finished yet when a waitress came with a bill. We were thinking about dessert after we finish our beer jug but after that we just paid and went out. I don't like when a waitress brings the bill without asking and I personally have never had such this unpleasant moment which ruined the whole meal. EDIT. A strange feeling of dejavu :) I was there again on September, 15. Unfortunately there was the same waitress. And the same thing happened again, she came with a bill before we finished drinking. I said " Ok, I will pay when I will be ready." She told me that her shift is finished. What does it mean? Is she the only waitress there? Other staff member is not able to accept a credit card? OK, I paid at 3:54 pm according to the receipt. When we went out at 4:05 pm she stayed behind the counter with another waitress and they were laughing. I am glad that we have a tons of pizzerias here in London because never ever I come to Palasad again. Also I still don't get why their manager asked me to tell him all the details about the first time incident. He wrote "sorry" and then told me that he will be out of town for a week or so. Nothing changed after my complaint. If you don't respect your customers, your visitors wouldn't respect you. I found that during Covid you lost a majority of your clients. Maybe not because of the virus?

I was at the south location today, i was in the dinning room with my boyfriend and our server i think his name was Nayef went above and beyond for us. As a server who works in the industry it was EXCEPTIONAL service today. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel like his top priority. I also observed him with his other tables and we all got the same treatment. It is so refreshing to go out and have such a personable, kind, and genuine interaction especially in a dinning room setting. Nayef is the reason for me returning and telling all my friends and family!! THANK YOU SO MUCH NAYEF!!! YOU"RE A ROCKSTAR.

Been here multiple times. The games are always fun and we'll maintained. One star off because of the 5-6 times I've been, the service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and flawless, other times like today, it's not. We played 3 games of bowling and 4 of billiards and were never approached by a server once. I had to go to the bar to get waters. Meanwhile people around us got served promptly. They had some large parties in today so I won't be too hard but it's still a point off.

Was here for a work gathering and I had a great experience. The food was delicious and I really liked the layout of the space. We did some bowling and the only thing I could reccomend is the videos and music choices were dated and quite awful. We all laughed about it.

Don't book large parties here. We booked a youth hockey Christmas party here through their booking service. It seemed like everything was incredibly well organized during the initial planning and we wouldn't have to do anything once we got there. Unfortunately, they only put down 12 kids when there were 20 and miscalculated the number of adults. There wasn't enough seating, food came out in stages (despite getting one of their packages) and there were not enough vests for everyone to play laser tag. Because I was the host of our party I didn't get a chance to sit, chat or eat warm food because I spent the entire time ensuring everyone got what was expected in part because they only had one server for our entire group (she was amazing given the situation!). This was all despite several emails wherein I confirmed the number of people in our party, the time and what we were requesting package-wise. That said, the kids still had fun and that's what was most important to me. I just won't book parties there again.

Amazing food, great prices and incredible staff! We visit frequently and very much enjoy everything about this place! Our servers name was Lauren (I think) and she is just a fantastic person! She went above and beyond to make our night perfect. Highly recommend checking out this place over the other bowling alleys in London.

Food was great as always if i could rate seperately food would be a 5 star... Bowling however all the balls are gouged and destroyed with little upkeep to them. The lane itself was so badly warped we had to bowl practically in the right side gutter just to land the ball properly. If you just want drunk fun i suppose it works but otherwise you cant really enjoy the bowling.

Waited 15 minutes at the front before staff even came up to ring us in while there where 10 people waiting just as long behind me and a few got mad and left. Go to play pool and was there for an hour and a waitress didn't even come by once to even get us a drink let alone food. People beside us left there balls on the table so a group of obnoxious guys came and were playing for free for atleast half the time we were there and just kept getting in the way of our shots. Next time I'll just go to a rundown corner bar because atleast I'll get service. Not the place to play pool that's for sure.

Horrible place, the one at Adelaide and Oxford is much friendlier. Showed up with a group of 4, (3 of us were 18 I was 19. We go to reserve a pool table and the lady at the desk used some dumb excuse so she could call security over. He proceeds to card us all and tell us that we all have to be over 18 or accompanied by an adult or parent to be allowed in after 5 (it was 8:30.) So we show him our id, but one of our members forgot hers so we drove to her place to get it. We get back to palasad and he's their waiting for us, we show him our id and he spends at least 2 minutes looking at it, he then gets this smirk on his face and tells us that we have to be 19 or accompanied by an adult or parent to be there after 5. The girl at the counter proceeded to give him the meanest look ever. Horrible security, horrible and sneaky employees. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Computerized scoring and bowling system continuously make errors, cannot count on an accurate score. We had multiple issues and were moved to a new lane, which had a ball stuck halfway down the gutter and still had the same problems. Curtis from management refunded us our money and was very nice, but the experience still was not what we wanted.

We have always loved coming to Palasad, especially for their calamari. They always had some of the best calamari! We are VERY disappointed that it has been taken off the menu and not been put back on. We have mentioned this more than once to our servers and they have all told us that they hear this often but management will not be putting it back on. We will continue to visit Palasad but every time we enter the restaurant, we are reminded that they don't listen to loyal customers.

Really cool place. We came here to eat. Service was good enough. Food was ok. A decent amount of activities to do. Cost can rack up if you're going with friends for a night out, budget maybe 50-100 depending on how much you plan to do if you wanna have a decent time here for a few hours. First time eating here after hearing good things (about the wings). Made a reservation for the patio and it was good and comfortable. My wife and myself had a pizza (crazy good from a wood oven). Our one son had the Soho Burger and raved about it (it looked delicious), and our other son had the wings. I was able to let him share it with me and they were really good. Huge jumbo wings but not the kind that are all breaded or fatty. Just big chicken wings sauced perfectly. Server was great attentive and friendly. Great evening and great meal.

My best description of Palasad South London is that it's one of a kind. On September 21st, they helped my fiancé pull off an unbelieveable surprise engagement. It was well planned and executed with the help of the Manager and staff. My fiance reported that they were very easy to work with from the planning to the event. Their help was invaluable in pulling off this unforgettable moment. I would definitely recommend them even I'd it's just to chill with friends or to celebrate a special moment. Thanks Palasad South! Really fun experience, but when I went to refill the games the staff was nowhere in sight. I can't leave my kid alone on our lane to go off and find missing people. Also could have used more signs explaining how the restaurant worked (apparently you can order from the lane??). Overall friendly staff but definitely some shortfalls.

Food is the best. The variety of food is great always something different to try. Always a great time at palasad.Take the grandkids there and they always have a great time and never want to leave. The atmosphere is wonderful, very relaxed and comfortable when in palasad. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. They seem to go out of their way to make you feel at home there. The fun is never ending at palasad , there is so much to do. When you go you feel so at home you never want to leave and you always come back.

Wow, what a great Christmas Party! They set our staff up in the Lebowski Room (private room w/ pool table) and provide great food & excellent service all night. Kathleen was a particularly warm & attentive host throughout the night; Coordinating with Ownership, explaining each course, kept the drinks flowing, and was very polite when explaining their covid mask policy (could have been a drag but she did not make it seem that way). I can't say enough about what a positive influence she was on our party's evening. I highly recommend Palasad South, the Lebowski Room, and Kathleen. Last week, I hosted a Christmas party for my colleagues at Palasad South. Gino was our server for the evening, and he was absolutely sensational. He went above and beyond to care for our large group, and was incredibly kind, attentive and efficient. Given that it was a Friday night leading up to Christmas, Palasad was very busy, however, Gino made sure that all our needs were meet and that wait times were always at a minimum when fulfilling any requests. Palasad is a large place, full of myriad things to do. Laser tag, bowling, arcade games, ping pong, pool...many fun nights are possible. A great venue for parties, too, from Weddings, to staff and birthday parties. The only problem is the service, which 9 times out of 10 is forgetful and neglectful. Better trained staff who put the customer in customer service would earn Palasad a 5 star rating.

Great place for date night or to take tyke kids. They have bowling, ping pong, pool, a large arcade, laser tag, a bar area, restaurant / dining area, and even do kids birthday parties. Monday's are $2 bowling nights with 1/2 price pizza.. weds is all you can play for $9.99 and 1/2 price wings.. and kids bowl free all summer .. Tonight we had the pizza, tried 2 kinds, both great, thinner crust which we like, fresh ingredients, good flavour and came quick and hot. Service was fast, friendly and attentive but not overly so.

Bowling experience was good but too loud. Service wasn’t that great. I don’t feel it’s fair to a larger group to share the area with just another smaller group. If we are required to put face masks on while bowling then sharing a small sitting area on a same table where food and drinks are getting mixed and other group is loud and having their fun time and while sitting we don’t wear masks so how that is any safer? We were literally maintaining good distance from other group while bowling than when sitting. Food was fine. We were a larger group and we had to squeeze into each other when other group arrived. How is that Physically distancing safe if taken that policy?

My boyfriend and i went for date night sunday july 7,2019, it was our very first time We seen a gentleman who looked to work there as many others were busy he ended up being the mangaer(jay) he was very nice and explained things very well. We did bowling we were just about out of time they added 5 more minutes so we could finish our game that was so nice! We then decided to have dinner there qent to the restaurant side and the manger(jay) came and talked to us asking how things were so far telling us about the food. We order the platter extra wings and half pulled pork, half chicken nachos and my oh my so amazing!! Our server was very helpful she even told us about the nachos, the cookie dessert is to die for and again the manager(jay) came back and asked how everything was! I would 100% recommend this place the price is a bit high but the food is worth it, the only thing i wish they had was maybe a date night package mayne you can bowl then pick out of a few items to eat. I can't wait to go back again!!

Awful experience, food was sub par and overpriced. Shots came in tiny shot glasses that were hardly an ounce. Half the bowling lanes were broken down. Our lane was broken and took two employees and a mechanic to "fix" and even after the fix it was still broken. In order to get in, get a meal and play a single round of bowling it took 4 hours. Will not be going back to palasads again. Wait staff was courteous.

It was a great experience, we decided to make a day outing and we ate at the restaurant. Lots of food options, deals to get a game card with your food purchase and free pop refills was a big plus. We had the tower of onion rings that were seasoned and cooked perfectly and the jalapeno aioli was delicious. Our server Maggie was great and very friendly! We bowled and the lanes were kept clean and entertaining with video monitors at the end of the ally. Kids were very happy and each alley had the kids ramp for the little ones so didn't have to go find one like at other places Arcade was alot of fun, the kids wanted to try everything and they won enough tickets for some prizes which of course kids loved! We had an issue with some tickets not going into the card balance but after speaking with the friendly and very personable manager he quickly fixed it for us. Management is doing a great job here! It was a fun day!

Monday night biwling has a good price, but food is waaaaaaaay too epensive. $7 for over cooked large fries. $12 plus tax for an order of perogies (6 total) I could get two orders of perogies at Swiss Chalet for less (14 total). Went bowling with a friend, asked someone for a server so we could get food to eat while we played. He haned us a menu and anfter 1 hour, 45 minutes we had to hunt down a server ourselves. Waited almost an hour for the food only to send it back because it was over cooked. If anything, go for the bowling during the week during the days. Stay away from the place Thursday-Sunday in the evenings unless you like kids running around and screaming like maniacs

With Laser Quest closing up as far as I am aware this is the only laser tag arena left in town. Been going to this location for years and have always enjoyed myself. I had taken a group of people out from work and we found ourselves a horrible time. The staff managed to keep serving a very intoxicated man because he seemed to be buddies with bandanna server. This man had sat at our table and started stealing our beer, yet it wasn't till half an hour later and a few more drinks in him the man came back to our table and threatened to kill us with his guns. We had no luck getting the waiting staff to remove him from the table and the result there was a confrontation resulting in our party of 6 being made to leave. NOT A SAFE/FAMILY PLACE AFTER DARK. Inexperienced staff and managers who do not care, and it is too bad.

Been many times, arrived afternoon on a Monday took 45 mins for someone to ask if we wanted a drink. Waited 40 mins for pizza and when kids went to play laser tag after we bowled they could play 1 game but had to wait for 2 groups to play the other game. I was fed up and we left. Don't go to the restaurant on half price wing night. The bowling area was busy and of course lots of wings were being ordered. I've never had to wait longer for food in my life. The wings were large when they eventually came though, and they didn't end up charging us for our appitizers.

Went to the palasad with a group of friends and the food was terrible. We ordered appetizers. Nachos tasted like they used cheese slices and the toppings were poor, cheese on the Mexican fries was barely melted and fries were cold, Kraft singles never tasted so good... The pita chips for the spinach dip were rock hard and dark brown from sitting in the fryer. I’m not usually one to complain about price but $16 for 8 “jumbo” wings with barely any meat is fairly absurd. What an absolute delight to pay for this.

This is a great place to hang out on a Saturday night. The servers are friendly. I gave 5 stars although we waited a long time to get a server to take our order. They seemed unprepared for the crowd that was there. I went for a surprise engagement. I would definitely recommend this location because I've been there several times when the servers were much more easy to reach.

Came here for the first time just to shoot some pool. No one greeted us when we came in. Not a big deal really. Paid for our table and started to play. At least 5 different servers walked past us numerous times. Not one stopped to take drink or food orders. My husband went up to the bar to ask for menus and was told someone would be right over. No one showed. We paid for our table for an hour and left after 30 minutes.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and all make sure you get the best deal or bang for your buck. Hailey was our host and she did a fantastic job looking after the kids (7 boys and 1 girl) and keeping them on schedule! Went for laser tag with kids. It was a pleasant surprise. Bowling, laser tag, arcades, ping pong tables, pool tables, and restaurant... All under one roof. If parents wanted to wait while kids play, they can certainly grab a bite such as jerk chicken nachos, or pan pizza while watching some sports on big screen TV.

Had an appointment for my son at Victoria hospital, accidentally stumbled upon this place and was so glad we did. (We’re from out of town). Great place for the kids to eat, delicious food, and fast service. We had such a great waitress. I was struggling with my two boys ages 3 and 18 months by myself and the waitress came over and helped me. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is they seemed understaffed and the waitress who was helping me was also running the bar at one point. This was a Friday afternoon so maybe they didn’t expect it to be busy, but I felt bad for her. She was very good at her job, but seemed over worked. Otherwise, it was a great experience !! Will definitely be back

We planned my Dad's 80th birthday at this location and I wouldn't hesitate to hold another event here. Katryna was so helpful throughout the entire planning process from the location at the venue to food selection. I appreciated all of her help and quick responses to my questions. The day of the event went very smoothly. Our designated waitress was wonderful and efficient. The manager even stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly. Came in on a Monday which is the cheap night for bowling, there was a birthday party when we got there but they still had an alley available. Later on a friend joined so we got more bowling, there was a graduation going on and there was still no problem getting an alley. For being a group of obnoxious young adults the staff is extremely tolerant and friendly. Definitely will be coming back here.

Very unpleasant experience, We were kicked out of the bowling lanes after an hour for a party even though there were still lanes available and I saw a response to a complaint that they do not make reservations. Same thing happened on the pools tables then a waitress took my drink and when went up to explain what happened I was treated like I was trying to steal a drink. Debating if I’ll ever go back.

We took our 5 year old here to enjoy some arcade games before and after we had a meal together. The arcade was a lot of fun and had a great selection of games. They were newer looking too which was nice. The atmosphere was great. We sat in the lounge area across from the ping pong tables. It felt so private for being so open and the chairs were really comfortable. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the beer and cheddar dip with the soft pretzels. Also, the manager on duty was lovely and made a point to run food to every table himself to check in with the customers. I thought that was great.

Been to this place several times, most recently March 2020 for a friend’s birthday. We ate at the restaurant first. There is a standard menu there with multiple pizza options, burgers, pasta, wings, and standard appetizers and drinks. The price point is reasonable, with my burger and pop coming to $25 after tax and tip. Our server was very good (Jennessia). All the orders came correctly, and the food was very good. I had the hick fried chicken burger with french fries, and it was very good. My friends had pizza and tacos, and everyone said their food was great. The server even helped us move plates and cutlery to the bowling area for cake afterwards - and this was after we had already paid - I was impressed. The bowling was fun and without any major hiccups. Everybody had a good time. There were lots of balls to go around and no rowdy customers (though we were there on a Sunday night). The place was clean and well maintained. Music was a perfect volume. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. There is an Arcade there as well, and laser tag, but we didn’t use it this time. A great experience all-around. We will definitely return.

Sean and Taylor were our servers and they did a TREMENDOUS job, especially since people were moving around, ordering different drinks... I was amazed how great of a job they did and how well they kept track of people. They also kept things running smoothly for me and kept checking in on me to see if there was anything needed! Behind the scenes, Tiffany helped me plan everything - the room, the food and everything in between! She was a freaking life saver and was such a pleasure to deal with! Mind you, the service is slightly better than let say 5 years ago yet still bad. Waitresses never smile even when greeting! Waitresses are unpleasant, they appear distracted and in rush. I was dissapointed with my experience. The food wasn't the greatest for what you pay for and the service was what you'd expect from a bowling restaurant. The chairs and booths were not wiped properly and nothing looked clean. The same person who handled our food also handled our bowling shoes. The glass and poles had fingerprints all over them and the bowling balls were noticeably sticky and dirty. It would be a cool hang-out place if it were more sanitary and the service was better. I would not recommend going here.

Went to South Palasad’s for pizza on Monday night for my pandemic birthday celebration. Alternate booths were used and staff and people were well spaced. Felt safe with their cleaning team in action. Wow!! We had a blast playing pool and visiting with friends. The highlight of the night was having Taylor G. as our server in the dining room. As a former restaurant manager and trainer, I have extremely high standards for employees; Taylor exceeded all of our expectations throughout the night, from her greeting, to efficient service and personable, humourous banter. She was readily available for refills and checking our food, and cleared dishes quickly. She made an excellent recommendation for a guest we brought for dinner. Been here a few times with groups and other couples and it’s normally pretty good at least food wise in the dining section. They also have some pretty cool drink options (fishbowl & shot roulette) which are fun and awesome with a group. But went recently with a small group outside the dinning experience & had a pretty sad laser tag. Sales girl complaining about other customers at the counter, and guy explaining how it works inside made it pretty obvious he would rather be anywhere else- also barely spoke loud enough to hear anything. That wasn’t the terrible part though (hey everyone has bad days and it’s minimum wage so what can you expect)- they also overcharged me and manager sketchily didn’t want to give me refund by credit card. “Oh it’ll take too long here’s the cash”. But I paid by credit and normally refunds by card don’t take that long anywhere else? Took the cash and left only to realize they gave me the wrong change. Just go downtown, way better experience and much more professional honestly. Update: they did give me coupons to be used to free games after emailing them about it. I still wouldn’t recommend it for laser tag but I do have to applaud them for attempting to fix the situation.

Call first to see if they are hosting a private party before you go. Our once every couple of months date night was ruined because of large parties taking over the majority of the venue. They cannot host large parties and keep other Guests happy at the same time. Service and Quality suffered immensely. Drinks were slow, food was cold and slow and we couldn't play a game of pool because the parties had prepaid for ALL of the pool tables for hours.......but used them to sit on and NOT actually play pool. They should have left a table or two for the general public. We spoke to the Manager and were made to feel that walk in guests are not as important as their large parties. We left feeling annoyed and unwelcome. #datenightfail #lessonlearned

Too many people and the food tasted weird and was quite expensive for basic food. The music was too loud and the service was quite slow. I saw waiters waiting in the middle of the way just talking ignoring your presence when you want to get by. The laser tag gun didnt work well and the vest was very uncomfortable. The arcade games kept having bugs and it would say i had no playing tickets when i went to swipe it but when i checked the balance i still had 50.

Worst service ever! We went to get food and play pool. No server came to ask us what we wanted. I asked for a server and I was told they were too busy. Then after 40 minutes someone came with water and a menu and then no one returned again to actually take our order. We finished the game and left. Ever since we went on lock down last year I have not been out to eat anywhere, I cooked every day. I was craving wings so bad so me and my friend went 2 weeks ago They seen I was nervous so the waitress gave us a seat far from other people, it is was nice that she was helping me feel comfortable. The food was amazing as always, and the staff was amazing as well. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in going out to your restaurant to finally eat some good wings again.

Staff is really helpful. Bowling area and seating is great for for kids to burn off some energy. Arcade is pretty well laid out to allow kids to play around without chasing them. Laser tag arena is pretty impressive for it being one of multiple activities in this facility. Good beer selection, food is average. Pizza is best choice.

This was my first time at Palasad. I had planned a birthday hangout for my husband! We enjoyed playing Lazer Tag which is only available at the south outlet. We ordered some pizzas and being a vegetarian, the staff was kind enough to make changes and provide us the pizza! Great Service and Fun Experience. We had a birthday party for two people and reserved two lanes, pre-ordered pizza and deep fried munchies. This was a popular time but staff made it work. Parking was tight but eventually we found spots. Washrooms were clean and staff helped us with the machines. I recommend the Palasad.

I went to my husband's work Christmas party and we were placed in a hall way between the kitchen and public bathrooms. The food was ok and the server was very nice but they forgot to bring out the veggie platter for the vegan that was with us. I would not recommend this place for the money they changed for the food.

Palasad hosted our Byron Mites Year End Party! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!! CAIT (our server) WAS AMAZING!!!! She made sure all the kids were having fun, and accounted for as they moved from area to area. She made sure they had water. She made sure they were allowed pop before she offered it to them. She made sure they were fed, had ketchup, the adults were fed, laser tag was on time, arcade cards were handed out, etc etc. She was always checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. She lowered the music so the coach could speak and be heard while present his awards. She boxed up all our food nicely and labelled it!!! Once again, you guys succeeded in making all kids and adults happy. Palasad is my "GO TO" for having indoor fun! We will definitely come again and request CAIT as our server!

Usually not one to complain about customer service, and I've enjoyed all my previous visits to this place of business. But tonight, was a different story. Staff were unaware of ongoing promotions, were indifferent to our questions and comments, and were just generally unpleasant to the point where I felt we were inconveniencing them for using their services. The entertainment facilites are second to none in the south end of the city, but it's experiences like these where I would not hesitate to take my business elsewhere.

A double-edged sword, here. Went with friends, waited 3 hours for a lane for a foursome. Was told it was our fault that we didn't hear the call for us, but then found out they hadn't because of a power issue with half the lanes. Went for a work function, food and all was great. It had been a while since my wife and I had been to Palisade. Their coupon and their participation in the St. Pauls Food Bank brought us back for dinner recently. My wife and I have rarely been so impressed with a professional in the service industry as when we were served by Matteo. This guy just knows what to say and do to make our experience fantastic. My wife can be very specific about her food and always has some substitutions or special prep needs. Matteo made her feel like the only customer in his world and got her order perfect. So many restaurants have forgotten the individual experience in favor of volume and turn over. Matteo should hold a doctorate in service - he is truly a professional. Went back a week later because of Matteo - we were equally impressed with our service from Meg - again personal service and care - again a doctorate is in order. There must be something happening right with management at the London South Palisade. Finding, retaining and fostering two people such as Matteo and Meg is rare. WE APPRECIATE YOU GUYS - see you soon.

My family and i went to this palasad about a month ago and it was great then we call to make a reservation today and the guy on the phone was very rude to my mom, and my mom doesn't make reservations on the computer because she barely knows how to use a computer, and the guy wouldn't make a reservation over the phone for the elderly when that's how we made it a month ago... never going here again if that's how the staff is going to talk to the elderly. I never would have thought it would have been an enjoyable phone call, but Palasad has done great job at promoting him to management. The entire Staff was incredibly accommodating for our groups accessibility needs and went above and beyond serving our group. I was blown away by Tiffany's customer service and could not be more thankful for her hard work and kindness in making this event possible and for working around our complex accessibility needs. In addition, our server Morgan could not of been more helpful and kind. It was an absolute pleasure to organize this event with the Palasad South staff and I will most definitely be returning!

The kids and I came in recently to eat and go bowling. Our server Nick was the man. he let us know about all of the deals going on and saved me a few bucks with the arcade card - food bundle. The food was super tasty, he recommended the garlic chicken pizza and it did not disappoint one bit! we did have a few problems with our bowling lane but every time something happened Nick and Sean were there to fix it right away, and they even gave us a few extra minutes to make up for the problems. the kids in the arcade were super helpful (since I dont know the first thing about all those games). it is kind of rare to see employees that truly care about customers the way these people do. The kids and I will certainly be back in the future.

Lots to do - bowling, ok, birthday party facilities, arcade, etc. Lots of food options that are fairly topical for this sort of establishment. A good place to take the family on a rainy day. It can get fairly expensive, fairly quickly, though.

It makes sense that the main attraction of Palasad is bowling and games, but their food is their best-kept secret. So good! My husband and I love eating here and have turned several of our friends onto the restaurant. We've also been ordering takeout during the pandemic, and the staff---as usual---has gotten our order ready quickly and the food is the same great quality as always. The wait & kitchen staff are always kind and friendly. It's a wonderful local business that I'm happy to support, especially given their recent charity efforts during this pandemic! It'll be nice to return whenever it is safe to do so.

I cannot state how many times my wife and I have been to Palasad and every single time they do not disappoint. Even through covid and all these restrictions, regardless of if we order takeout or sit at their new outdoor patio, my wife and I always have a great experience. The food is always amazing, the service and staff are always exceptional. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant and the recreation areas is always top notch. I personally love the nachos, but their pizza is definitely one of the best in the city. If you have the opportunity to go here, do it! We have our retiree Christmas get together at the Palsad every year. It is a great place for this event. We have stone-oven pizza, cooked to perfection, along with wings on the menu. I have been going to Palasad for almost 15 yrs. They had the best chicken wings in town. As I said HAD. The chicken wings there are now just your avg chicken wing. Prices have gone up quality has gone down. They are small and saucless. I asked the waitress about the wings and was told they have a new supplier. So it is a sad day for me because my love affair with the wings has come to crashing end.

Great service, and while we get that from almost everyone, on my last visit, Kelly looked after the table. Great friggin food man! Wife and I had a late night chillin at palasad while waiting for her drunk friends at a party. We killed some time at this great establishment. Would be cooler if there was more seating on the lanes as when we showed up a huge group was sitting in our spot so we had to stand. That sucked. Took the family for lunch and bowling. Found the food wasn't very good. The biggest disappointment was when we went to go bowling. It seems they changed their rates from renting a lane to now charging each player. So for a family of 6 was going to be $108 for an hour of bowling. Will never be returning.

Went this past sunday for some patio drinks and snacks!! Our server Cait, was wonderful! Super attentive and helpful with finding something my friend could eat that wouldn't affect her allergies. To elaborate on my 5 star review... The food is always stellar! The wings are a staple and I make a visit whenever I can to grab some. Lemon Pepper and Medium are my fav. We also have done a couple of corporate olympics and they do an outstanding job of making it a fun, team building experience. Highly recommend.

The waitresses serving tables were wonderful and trying to please us as much as possible. They were terribly understaffed and who ever the owners are need to figure this out because I’ve never been so frustrated with service in my life. The girl working the bowling alley was sprinting around with a smile on her face but I had an empty beer for a majority of the time. We waited 15+ minutes for anyone to see us because they were scrambling around trying to do other party group related things. Cons: - Little kids were sitting in our bowling lanes - party groups had 3+ servers we had none and when they visited us they complained they had to go help the party groups. -Waited 40+ minutes to get a bowling lane (wasn’t the problem because we just got food to kill it... we were warned) for only 40 minutes of bowling time which was ruined by the kids sitting in our lane. They also threw balls down our lane previously so we started with less pins then we were supposed to. I talked to the people to get this fixed and they said they would reset it to no avail ( wasted 1/4 of our time there for no reason at all). Conclusion: If you do not have kids/have a party to go to/have more patience then Jesus Christ himself do not go here. The guys at the front desk are terrible and the servers are ran into the ground but do the best they can with a bajillion people to serve outside of the party’s.

Mixed Green salad was very good, the blue cheese dressing is nice, though it could use more blue cheese! A bit wet for me. The wings though... Truly spectacular. Pulled this 4 star salad into a 5 star review. Staff were kind, though my coffee was only filled once and I had to ask for that - in their defence they were extremely busy. Listen... Doesn't matter if it is a day out with the kids, night with friends, or an office Christmas party, this place typically seems to hit the mark. Staff is generally good, food is decent (couple menu flops), activities are all top shelf. While there are good deals to taken advantage of, standard price for bowling and food is pretty steep. The place is always packed, but price is what keeps Palasad out of 5 star territory.

I had my son's birthday party here one time. It was pretty good given that we were a group of about 25 people. The kids enjoyed the games. It did get chaotic for a bit at the bowling, due to being short staffed or something, but the manager handled it well. I selected food from the shareable menu for our guests and though it says on the menu how many people it would feed, it really was not enough. We had to order extra pizzas to make up for lack of quantity. Had I known, I would've just paid for double the portions and save myself the embarrassment and having to order while the kitchen is busy.

Definitely recommend for a fun night out.

Went for dinner and bowling for my Moms bday staff was super friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meals then bowling which was fun. I was a little put off by a couple of people doing a partially nude photo shoot in one of the party rooms on the pool table right by our bowling lanes... I'm sure they rented the room and I wouldn't normally care but my young niece and nephew were with us so super inappropriate thing to be doing in public. I mentioned something to one of the servers and she went and closed the door.. Worked out good for all parties and enjoyed the night out with the family!!

I was at Palasad this past Saturday the 19th to celebrate my dads retirement. There was about 20 of us we had a private room and it was awesome. We had one worker who was designated for just our room Taylor G. Was excellent. She was always around to grab our drinks and she served each and everyone their food because of the times we live in now she did it for us. She had her mask on the whole time and food was delicious.!!!!

Came on a Sunday afternoon with a fairly big party and our server Matteo was absolutely a gem. If you’re ever at Palasad south, ask for Matteo! He’s one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend the food as well, portions are HUGE!
