Good place for pool. Not a huge fan of their payment structure ($14 will get you exactly 60 minutes, as opposed to $14/hour and you plan as long as you want at that rate which I would prefer) but the tables are nice enough and it's a clean venue.

A great place to go for bowling, billiards, and mini-golf. Fleetway is a very friendly and well-maintained place, except for their pool cues...it's hard to find a perfectly straight cue, so you might want to bring your own, but otherwise everything is top-notch. The mini-golf course is very impressively decorated with scenes of jungle/undersea/prehistoric era, and at the end you putt your ball into a volcano which rumbles and explodes! :) They also have some arcade games if that's relevant to your interests. I have not tried the food, but I heard it's pretty good.

The arcade is fun for kids, and to win the most tickets I reccomend the fishing game. Avoid the claw games because they are too weak to grab any of the items, I tested all of them and they are all built to fail. Even the ones that say you'll win a prize every time have errors that shut the machine down before the prize is given. The play place is also really fun for kids, which has a few levels that they can traverse through along with slides and obstacles. There are cubbies to store coats and shoes, and adults can fit through the whole course if you want to guide them or reach them. I have been through the whole course and it's mostly standing height.

We came strictly to use the indoor playground. Seems best for kids up to age 5 or 6. Our 4 year old daughter liked it but our 7 & 8 year old daughters got bored within an hour. Comfy couches for parents to rest. Very crowded and noisy on a rainy afternoon. If noise bothers you, consider bringing ear plugs.

Fleetway is my second favourite to place when hanging out after the Rec Room located at CF Masonville Place. It is in a great location just not too far away from Costco. It has a bowling alley, and too bad that the Rec Room in CF Masonville Place does not have a bowling alley due to limited space for their arcade games. They do serve alcohol, and there is a Pizza Projekt (would recommend) and a Dairy Queen there. Their pizza and other food are really good. Fleetway is mainly aiming towards parents with kids, so that is why they have those playgrounds and the golf court. I like their Ferrari arcade games. I would recommend this place.

Typically crowded and loud. Aside from a less than perfect atmosphere, I found the prices expensive compared to smaller bowling alleys in the area. Public wifi would have been nice, too.

Best bowling alley in London, Ontario. The lanes are well maintained and staff are really friendly. They are really good at troubleshooting and add on extra time if you ever need it. The place also has arcade mini golf and billiards. Gave the mini golf a shot as it was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Having DQ and pizza Projekt on location makes it more appealing as if you want to grab a quick snack it's literally right there. My friends and I always have a good time at fleetway! On the side note they have amazing large group deals as well

So this is a great place to go right now. For 20-25$ a person you get unlimited bowling, mini golf and pool (billiards). You can't really go wrong if you're bored and are looking for a fun afternoon/evening.

I've always enjoyed Fleetway. My most recent visit was last week when kids were still on school holidays & it was a good sized crowd out for the day. It's clean & the liquor license is a nice improvement from my last visit, as well as the arcade. My only complaint is, it's a spendy outing. I know operational costs n what not, but holy moly it's still just bowling. Arcade games with tokens for nickel prizes... I'd rather see pac man & pinball being played just for the joy of playing at a quarter or 2/play. Pizza at Projekt Pizza was edible but nothing to get too stoked about & no comparison to Soprano's across the street for yummy goodness. I'll continue to visit & enjoy Fleetway but because of costs probably not even annually.

Was there this past Friday night. We hosted my son's hockey team party there. Rose (event manager) was awesome. She help me plan a fun evening for the kids, their siblings and the parents (we were visiting from out of town). We had over 50 people. The staff was very helpful. The kids (who are 9-10) loved the indoor climber and had a great time bowling (they did both 5 and 10 pin). Thank you for a great night. We hope to come back again next year!!!

There was a problem with our lane not scoring correctly and the staff immediately stopped what they were doing and moved our lane for us. Someone came by and asked if we needed any drinks or food a bunch of times which was great. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Had a great time!

Complete rip off!!! $27/hr for a lane...what happened to $5.25/pp per game. Always wondered how they payed for this facility. Also would like to thank the guy in glasses who couldn't be bothered to get off his stool to talk to us..rather said "go to bowlerama of you don't like our prices". Too bad more people don't realize how bad this place is ripping then off.

The kids play area is pretty good, but be warned that there are no staff monitoring the area. This leads to some kids being very aggressive and not monitored. There is an arcade area, but buying their card/token system is not obvious. They do have some cool games.

My daughter LOVES coming to Fleetway. The indoor playground is really nice, mini golf course is great, nice bowling lanes and the arcade has a good selection of games and prizes. A good place to keep kids (and adults) entertained for hours.

Went here with my pregnant sister twice this week and staff were incredibly unhelpful. We went on Tuesday to play a 5 pin because the regular balls are too heavy for my sister to lift but they were all booked for leagues. That’s fine, but then we asked for some lighter balls for the 10 pin and after sending us up and down the area searching one of the staff told us we weren’t allowed to use a 6lb ball without a child. We went back on Thursday and decided to wait for the 5 pin which the lady said would only be a half hour wait. Half an hour goes by and some league teams were finishing up and we ask the lady if we can play and she said “I said it will be one hour and you can only go when one of the end teams finish”. We understand that lanes get booked up for leagues but at least be realistic with your time estimation instead of wasting our time. Never going back!!!

Place isn't bad but has some poorly designed rules when it come to grabbing beers. Apparently you can't order a pitcher and take it back to your alley unless you have another member of your party escort you and this sacred pitcher of beer from the bar to your alley. Palasad makes it a lot easier than Fleetway as they have someone bring drinks to your table. I'm not a fan of rules that make no sense.

My family and I really enjoyed fleetway today. It is always clean and I love how spacious the space is. Even when it's super busy it doesnt feel as if it is. Which is nice! We were looking forward to doing rock climbing and bowling... they no longer have the rock climbing... #momfail. They do however have a huge indoor play structure. Which, I must say, is rather fun AND a great workout. I had to get in there b/c, unfortunately, there weren't any other kids, my son got bored. After, we went to the arcade and ended up spending a significant amt of time and $there so didnt bowl, next time! The staff was super friendly and knowledgable. A cpl staff members actually enhanced our experience w their charm and quirkiness. The amt of money spent was expected.. a bit costly, especially when you get into playing the arcade. Next time we'll bowl instead... ????

Great place! I love bringing my two year old here. The place offers many things for many ages, and the staff is generally pretty friendly. The arcade is fun but could be cleaned a little better (we found a ring pop that had been placed in between the seats of one game, and the goo was still there about two weeks later). The prizes are great. I won a huge hamster out of the claw game and it is a high quality toy, not just the usual type of toy you get anywhere else. We've also won a number of big bouncy balls from there that my son and his cousins love. The jungle gym for children is set up perfectly with couches for parents and even has an area for younger children with a small slide. I prefer coming when it isn't so busy, as it can get overwhelming with children, but we always have a good time and my son always leaves smiling (or crying, because he wants to stay). This has become our go-to place for getting out of the house and staying indoors during the cold months.

Glow golf was pretty cool, however the staff and security following us and watching us like hawks.....not cool! We are adults and doing nothing wrong. Why..because there were 5 of us on a Saturday night and that doesn't fit your regular clientele?! I would not recommend this place unless you are under 30 or with a family. I know we won't be going back.

When your hour is up you are done even if you have 1 frame left. Your time starts 5 minutes after you pay even if you aren't bowling yet. They failed to tell us that.

Although I'm disappointed by the rock wall not being accessible anymore,the jungle-gym is amazing! And the glow golf is a lot of fun - nice for something to do inside when the weather isn't cooperating. The staff is a little hard to get a hold of on the weekends, but I suppose that's because everyone loves this place. Also - their licensed now for the adults!

We love coming here with our children. The jungle gym play area is fantastic. The bowling is fun and so is the glow in the dark mini golf. The arcade gets expensive but that's to be expected at an arcade nowadays. DQ and pizza projekt are nice but a coffee place is seriously lacking. OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK IS PROHIBITED, THEY WILL TAKE IT FROM YOU. So keep that in mind when you need a coffee.

When my friends and I come doe a night of drinks and bowling we find that the service for food and drinks is slow. Also the finger holes in the bowling balls are on the smaller side for people with bigger fingers, especially for the thumbs.

I haven't been to Fleetway in years. I now have children 5&7 and this place was a blast! We've been 3 times this month. We tried the new play centre and it is great! I had to try the slides myself it just looked so cool. The kids loved it! Food was super easy to grab and we had a choice of DQ or the pizza project. We did both on different occasions and it was very reasonable. I thought they might charge and arm and a leg but we fed 8 people at the pizza place for under $50 and we had food left over. Bowling was also so much fun. The staff was super helpful and even offered to come set up the lane if we needed help. We tried the bowling side service for a few drinks and some wings. They were great and came right to the table. I would highly recommend you check this out especially if you want a few hours to socialize with friends or have small kids. It was awesome!

Then was told I had to wear socks (there were three other adults w/o socks, and the boy supervising the play area said he would make an exception). Then he was replaced by "Kate" a girl who took over the supervision. She said I had to put on socks or leave. A lady (w/o socks) and her kids (one of which did not wear socks) was inside. Another guy was without socks. Kate only addressed me (I was near the gate). Was it because the lady and her kid were of African descent, and I am Anglo? I really resent the arbitrary action. No notice (not on the website, and no sign notice) re: parents needing to wear socks in the waiting area. I also resent the non-enforcement of their no-socks policy INSIDE the play area (as those supervising allowed the lady, her eldest son, and the other unsocked guy inside without saying a word to them!!). So the whole experience was negative. Expensive and negative. Adventures on Wonderland has great WiFi, and parents waiting for their kids can wear their shoes, order food and drink in the waiting area, and don't have to suffer arbitrary "enforcement" of "rules" that are not sign-posted (and re: the front desk, do not exist). I asked the front desk whether waiting parents had to wear socks and was told no. Yet, the play area gate supervisors (they don't actually go inside the play area) did what they did. Go elsewhere! Bad Bad Bad!

My experience at fleetway london was not only horrible but unfortunately racist as well. My family and I went to fleetway on October 30th around 2pm. After completing the covid screening and providing proof of the vaccination. Another customer complained about the mask me not wearing a mask although I have a medical condition. I notified the workers at fleetway and they told me it's not an issue. A few Mins later the same employee tells me that the company has changed their rules and that I have to either get out or wear a mask irrelevant to my medical exempt due to my chronic asthma.

I have been there pre Covid but the worst experience happened today. Went with my two kids, one is 14 and other one less than 4 year. Paid for 14 year old. The employee name "Christine', I guess she was Assistant Manager, worst customer service. I totally agree we need shoes on platform and I got one for my older son but the little one being too excited went on the bowling area in running shoes. She came and objected and I apologised but even then she almost ran to my son and was going to grab him. I felt so bad and insulted. It's not good for an entertainment business.

Used to be a great place for billiards but they don't take care of their tables..atleast to my standards and there are cheaper places to play pool on better tables in the city($6 per person per hour)Not limiting the amount of people on 1 table for $16 an hr. Rips in the felt, they don't change the felt anywhere near as often as they should for the amount of people playing on them. I'd recommend new felt for all tables every 6 months not once every year and a half. Bowling is overpriced and should be charged by the game not the hour considering some people like to socialize while they have fun and might not finish a game in an hour. Glow golf is boring and Rockwall is overpriced. Very very mediocre place. I recommend Strokers billiards for pool($6/hr per person)

Theres comfortable couches and wifi (though it can be hard to get a seat) so if your kids need to burn off some energy, you can get some work done. Also as a taller person, I can comfortably get around most of the play centre to play with the kids which really adds to the fun. Hood food selection with Pizza and DQ, and there are other activities as well to keep you entertained.

Not impressed that parents must have socks on to sit in parent area. Front staff should inform you this when purchasing for children. You can buy socks for $2.95. Also they need some kind of supervisor in place, children are wild and some parents don’t watch their children. Also anyone can just walk in without paying how is this fair to the ones that do pay. Games are always fun. They have some new ones in place of old ones that didn’t work so that was good. Kids enjoyed that. But for climbing area not really impressed. Feel there should be a few improvements. Hopefully if we try again it will be a better experience.

Fun place to take the kids. We were a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and did some bowling, mini golf and the arcade. The bowling was average, though they have plenty of lanes. The glow in the dark mini golf was awesome and the arcade was average but a bit overpriced. It's definitely worth the trip if you have kids and I could see coming here to shoot a few games of pool, but if you are coming to Fleetway expect to spend quite a bit.

Got throw out with my family while attending a birthday party because I did not bring socks for myself as my son had a broken arm and couldn’t play anyways... Whenever we come (often), we always bring socks and respect the rules. Never thought sitting in a chair needed socks. The staff member was extreamly rude and unreasonable stating “hygienic” reasons for not allowing me to sit far on the side lines barefoot or with shoes. A pregnant woman was targeted right after us, which in my experience is never a good idea ;) On almost any trip here, there are always kids climbing the slides barefoot... This will be the last time we spend $1 here.

super weird experience here. pizza projekt was great and we rented a pool table for a few hours, but before midnight, we were warned via the intercom that our alcohol would be - and i quote - "confiscated" if not finished right at midnight. some security guard was patrolling around at that time and literally at midnight, as I was finishing my beer, he said "on the table" to me. ... I'm sorry, but my partner and I are late twenties/early thirties. we're adults. we did not appreciate being treated like children, nor did we appreciate being unnecessarily rushed to finish alcohol we paid money for (and pitchers are 21+ dollars, FYI). a cool place to bring kids and probably fine for students, but going here as an adult just trying to play pool felt weird and patronizing.

Best bowling alley in London, Ontario. The lanes are well maintained and staff are really friendly. They are really good at troubleshooting and add on extra time if you ever need it. The place also has arcade mini golf and billiards. Gave the mini golf a shot as it was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Having DQ and pizza Projekt on location makes it more appealing as if you want to grab a quick snack it's literally right there. My friends and I always have a good time at fleetway! On the side note they have amazing large group deals as well

Fleetway is very large and has about 44 lanes of 5-pin and 10-pin bowling. I believe it is one of the only places left in London that has 5-pin bowling for the kids but be cautious as there's lot to do & spend money on here so it can get expensive for parents. It also has billiards tables, a midway with video games as well as a large indoor playground for kids ages 2-11. Pay close attention to peak times as it gets VERY busy here on weekends and holidays but they have lots to do while you wait. They also had an efficient waiting list system for bowling lanes as they became available. There's a custom Pizza place as well as a Dairy Queen on site. There's lots of available parking but again, be aware that it gets very busy at peak times so use GOOGLE to avoid those times.

I was excited to try the renovated glow golf with my four and seven year old boys. The new 3D art is stunning and there is a fun surprise at the end. The holes are basically the same, good for kids. If your kids go fast you can be done in 45 minutes. I was taken aback by the $49.49 cost for two adults and two kids. I hope they lower prices in the future or most families won't be able to do the mini golf very often.

Comes here 2-3 times a week for pool because this place is normally quiet without music running. Came here today for two hours in the afternoon and during our season, Two cleaners came in (one wiping tables and one with a noisy vacuum). I told the front desk about our experience and was told the one vacuuming was a supervisor and he has no authority of saying. Clearly there’s management problems with the supervisors. Funny thing is she’s eating something while vacuuming. It’s a joke. Good job ruining our time.

That wasted at least 15-20 minutes so we only ended up playing 1 game and didnt have enough time to finish the second game. An employee came over and said that someone was in the back fixing the machine and said they would give us more time to play. Well the machine broke down again and our time ran out. We never got thr added time that the employee said we would. I am very disappointed
