Kids had fun, course was in great shape!

I just want to let you know that I camped at Bingemans Campground this past weekend June 30-July 3 2017. when a campground says that they are a Resort you expect the best. Let me tell you how disappointed we were in Bingmans Campground. #1. I was asked to read the rules and to follow them upon entrance, not sure why they asked this since their rules are not enforced. 2. No playground.sure they have an indoor playground that has a fee but no playground for the kids at the campground to play on. 3. The campsites are overloaded with lots of people. I was camping at one site and the two sites next to us had 8 tents over 20 people on the campsite. My parents who camped down the alley away from me had a family of over 20 people at their campsite. The loudness from all these people kept us up quite late into the evening and we made a complaint in the morning. Which we were told we were not the only ones to complain and they would look into it. By the end of the day I went back to the office to complain again as I had not seen anyone look into the complaint or address the issues from the morning. I asked for a security number to call after 11 for when the noise would be too loud. I was told that there was no number but they would definitely have security come down. Let me tell you that when I'm camping I'm there for outdoors, fire and Stars. Not for disco lights and karaoke and yes this happened across from our campsite from 10 at night to 4 in the morning. If I wanted a dance bar that's where I would go not a campground. Worst camping weekend ever, definitely will not recommend this campsite to anyone we know. If you are a family and are looking for a relaxing weekend don't go here. Sabrina Sent from my HTC

We got there on a Tuesday it was raining on and off and they closed everything down. I know places do that but only if there's a thunderstorm. That wasted one day. The mini golf was closed for two of the days(for private events) went three times to Boston Pizza apparently you have to make reservations well in advance our air conditioning was broken and I would suggest to bring your own mattress they are 2 inches thick on rod iron beds. The porta potties were almost completely to the top it was disgusting. I wouldn't even complain except we went there for my daughter's birthday for 4 days and she didn't have fun at all

Julie Ann

Great for the whole family here. Staff are nice for the most part and it seems to be a very safe place to allow your children to wander and make noise. I love that. I have been going here with my family for years now. The pool area and waterslides are busy during the summer so u have to go earlier or later in the season and show up early to enjoy the slides more. But I love going here for other occasions too. Like the psychic fairs and other special events they have during the year. Bands here and the food is ok too.

Zack Gray Ritchie

I carry a season pass for the waterpark. I frequently come for 1-1.5 hours on week days after work. Shorter lineups during the week. Overall, the park is updated and doesn't feel old and unsafe. Staff is super friendly.

Rachel Enright

Honestly I had so much fun at EverAfter at Bingeman's... However the terrain can be very difficult and thus is not very accessible which is why I'm rating it 4 stars. I would love to see more signage as well that helps people find the medical center or water stations.

Stacey Wallace

Went for a birthday party. Everything was pretty good. I like that everything is in the same place. The only ridiculous thing is the elevator size. It definitely needs an upgrade. It couldn't even fit my double stroller and myself good... i was wondering how it could even hold a wheelchair good. Lol

Terry M (Scarlemsfinest)

Always busy around Thanksgiving long weekend for Oktoberfest. Drinks are cold and there's a selection of craft beers available to be tried. Music is Bavarian as well. A good time as usual.

Dareen Fatmeh

My kids love this place, we drive 50 min just to visit, it is worth every penny and loads of fun. If only it was bit more clean in the closed play area and more food options.

Kory Besta

The wave pool seems a bit small and seating around fills up very quickly, with not many shades spots. We didn't get to use any of the water slides as our kids are too young. But the line ups did seem fairly long. The kids loved the splash area. Our 6 year old had a blast up there, which was nice since we were worried she might be a bit old for the area.

Uncle Horst

This is the place that the kid drowned in the wave pool. I still remember that, wouldn't wanna swim in that. Anyway, the Ever After is a great event that generates mass amounts of cash for corporations, while the people attending think that they're being counter-culture by paying over $200 to enter into a loud ad-filled corporate event.

Our family throughly enjoyed the gift of lights!! Especially kids enjoyed a lot!! Gift of lights is a treat to watch.

M. Crawford

It's great to be able to dive through a light display at Christmas. It has now become something we do instead of going to see the same lights we have since being a child and waking through the Kitchener park.

Bitbat

Went here for the gift of lights and i could say that the entertainment is exceptional. They have great waterslides, and an awesome indoor park where you can send and shoot foam balls at each other.

Jong Leu

went there for a friday drive in nite. staff are nice

Cameron Oldfield

I did the magic themed escape room and I had a great time! The room was themed very well with great decorations. The rooms puzzle were pretty fun and challenging too. The only problem we had is that when we were trying to ask for a hint it took them a long time to give us one which ate up a lot of our time because we were stuck.

Brian Munday

This review is for the bowling alley and Boston pizza. Is was absolutely horrible experience. We were there for two hours. It took an hour and a half to get food,.... after it was delivered to the wrong lane the first time . Our lane lights did not work and there were extremely long delays at times when the pins were down. Sometimes several minutes. They did give us 15 minutes extra but I think we experienced close to half an hour of delays . To the point that I won't go back. It's not worth the cost and frustration

Mary Devitt

Purchase tickets during stage 1 of reopening and couldn’t go because of weather, I was told no refund but they would transfer the tickets to a different day, 3 weeks later and still getting the runaround ????

Jillian Safa

Really great place to take kids to for fun or for birthday parties! I wish they would add more things for young adults to do, that would be really nice.

Marianne McGlynn

Pick pockets there. Guard your cell phone and valuables. Who would have thought to be pickpocketed in KW! I was able to give police exact location of where my phone was (a house nearby), but they declined to go.

Jessica S

We had my son’s fifth birthday here over the weekend and it was great! The kids loved the pizza, popcorn and cupcakes. Funzone was packed with other kids, but that just added to the fun. The staff were very helpful and came to check if we needed anything several times. The only things I’ll suggest to those looking to have a party is to bring several tablecloths (depending on size of the party, two dollar store disposables are enough for the single rooms) and bring water for the kids and parents. Thanks Bingeman’s! We’ll defiantly be back.

MrAsherDeist

Came for the gift of lights. Been there a few years in a row and they have two tunnel of lights however one is very sparse with the amount of light bulbs and distribution of them so it's lacking a little however the 2nd tunnel is perfect.

Ev YOUSIF

I don’t recommend this place for to many rules had baby 1 year with me can’t be with him at kids section

Zachary Nolan

This establishment use to be great back in the day. Unfortunately much of the decor, games and amenities have not changed. We still very much enjoy visiting Bingemans when the kids want to play some games, but we wish that they would upgrade their facilities to bring in something new. Overall it is still a great establishment to visit, especially for new visitors. Great time for the family!

Elena Lim

So right after I paid for the tickets (I mean literally right after) they closed Big Splash and the pool due to coming rain and thunderstorm and I was said I can't be refunded. I was ok with my kids tickets not being refunded, because they played at Funworx instead, but what me and my husband were supposed to do there if not the pool? We just lost our money. And it's very expensive!

Shantelle “Shantzie09” Dakin

Splashpad - sitting in the wave pool with bandaids passing you by, gum sticking to your knee, and oh, is that a poop floating in there? Yup! No worries though, the lifeguard said it happens all the time(no the pool was NOT shut down, and I assume the poop was scooped-we left!). And dont forget to hold your breathe if you need to go to the ladies room. Incredibly overpriced, very disappointed. Waste of $200 that we thought was going to be a memorable, special family day! Well, I guess it was memorable. Bingemans is low class and I hope it shuts down sooner or later. I will not further support Bingemans.

Jessica Han

Great experience with the Gift of Light drive through. A bit hard to find the entrance but it had a nice touch with the Christmas station to play along while driving. The lights were great and definitely something to be enjoyed multiple times. Hopefully they can keep this going every year and attract more people.

Tamara Holmes

So much fun all year round. They have a great arcade and indoor play gym for all ages. If your child is mobile there is something for him or her to do. Water park is great too. Lots of out door seating.

Mark Keogh

Great fun center! Indoors there is always updating video games, rock climbing, harnessed in air obstacle course, all ages play structure, and bowling. Outdoor there is a water park, go carting, mini golf, batting cages, and camping. JUST AN AMAZING PLACE!!!

Nikki

Be prepared to spend a lot of money here. My daughter loves the big play area (Funworx) but always manages to convince me to buy the $20 unlimited game card for two hours for the arcade game. The cafeteria in funworx never seems to be open so we end up going to Boston pizza right beside and spend way too much. Never done the splashworxs as it’s pretty expensive and make everyone pay going in even if you aren’t swimming

Rambo

We went to the drone light show. We could barely see the drone light show, thier was a large tree in the way.Anyone who didnt sit in the front seats weren't able to see the show. The drone light show was very short, also drone light show wasn't impressive.

Ella Pettit

Bingemans is a classic water park. I love all of the slides!! The waves in the pool can get really big, especially for young kids. As a kid, I almost drowned once because of how busy it was and how big the waves had gotten. Other than that, I’ve been a dozen times when I got older, and I love it!!

Steve Wise

Daughter lives playing in the arcade at funworks. It gets busy and noisy at times and a few of the games are always broken. They also have separate bowling alley for both adults and kids.

Naba Pramanick

The gift of light show is just waste of money. I dont recommend it for even kids..Spent 35 dollars plus tax for this on christmad but total waste of money. Even 25 dollars on other days are waste of money and time

Hammer

Stayed Sunday till Tuesday. Kids had a blast. Park was clean. Staff was friendly. Yes some better signage would help but unless your a idiot it's easy to figure out. If you drive from the campsite to the splash works it's about 1 min . Every life guard we encounterd was very friendly and helpful . We will go back next year

jazzy Nicks

This place is so fun and well priced! Great place to go with friends or family!

Adam Fraser

Pretty fun , mostly tailored for kids but good to go with family and young ones just wish they had a separate afupt pool with an outside bar you can sit down and have drinks .

Jason (RSTV)

Escape works was really good. First time doing it. This place is mainly for kids overall. Kingpin in cambridge has a more adult setting which i prefer. My girlfriend and best friend enjoyed themselves as much as i did. Will return to do the other escape rooms in the future. Nice staff as well.

Colin Dickie

Overpriced for a Waterpark. The kids enjoyed it. The wave pool barley made waves. Customer service is better than the camping side. I won't be back.

Andrea K

Loved the water park with the kids and my husband. Everything was neat, clean, tidy, and the staff were really diligent about wiping down the mats between clients. So Much fun!!!!

Bryce Dick

Only regarding the scream park — “8000 in counting have chickened out” is totally not accurate! More then half of that are pissed off people who walked away. Tonight was brutal, there was only one scream haunt that was decent, and we waited for 45 mins. The others we waited in line for OVER an hour for a 10 minute little haunted house that wasnt even scary We got the all inclusive ticket & didn’t even get to go through half the haunts because the lines were horrible. Super disappointing, not worth the money.

Trevor McLarnon

Lots of fun for the kids. Clean and safe. Boston Pizza isn't great though. If there was a better managed restaurant it would be 5*

Josiah Peraulta

Absolutely lovely. Brought my two daughters here and they had a blast. The waterpark is very clean and kid friendly. The arcade has very cheap prices. I would reccomend this to anyone else with a little one.

Melissa Klein-Geltink

absolutely horrifying experience! I rented a campsite that happened to have a trailer on 5ft of my site and the "yearly" tenant was a horrifying woman. She started fights and swore at me in front of my children the whole stay, because according to her I was in her way! I was there of 6pm one night to 8am the next day. I have photos showing her trailer clearly parked in my lot! She told my kids they couldn't walk on the campgrounds and accused me of vandalizing her trailer at 7am after I woke. When I finally got angry enough to mention it to their 17 year old campground manager she said specifically " well she's not moving her trailer, she's yearly" say what? Then when I got angry about that she said I'm going to ask you to leave cause like I said she's not going anywhere. I can not believe I have had to deal with this. The site should not have been rented if they had no intention of giving me my whole site. do not rent site 1003! I believe bingemans themselves have managed themselves poorly in this situation They should not have let her park on my site it cause me grief she was there They shouldn't rent my site if they won't move her And when a customer is distraught from having a horrifying experience and you kick them out you need to retrain your staff on conflict resolution and how to deal with a person who has been harasses for 14 hours by a crazy tenant! I will never camp here again!

Andrew Lubczuk

We had alot of fun bowling in the boutique area. It was quite pricey at 5 on a Saturday. We had salads, drinks and 1 hour of bowling and it was well over $100. Food was good (From Boston Pizza) server was very nice and always there when we needed her. We'll be back.

Alex K

We have been here several times with our 2 year old and he definitely loves it. The price isn't bad and the facility seems to be kept pretty clean (considering how many people are moving through the the place with food and drinks). Its nice that there are no issues bringing in your own food or drinks. For younger kids I would recommend being a chaperone into the main play area and up into the covered sections (not easy if you are tall!!) since there are plenty of older kids often who can get pretty rough. Also if your toddler is in the ball pit I would keep an eye out there too as kids in there are often unsupervised and start throwing balls at other kids and getting quite rough. If you want to go when its not quite so busy on the weekend, the volume seems to drop off after 4:30PM as many families leave for dinner presumably. We will definitely come back as its a great spot especially when the weather is not the greatest.

Carrie M

Attended the Oktoberfest breakfast and it was awesome. They had a live band and an area for dancing. Volunteers were excellent and the food was great. We were very happy with the Wellesley apple cider to drink. There was a time Hortons truck outside the tent go ng away free coffees also.

Mark & Melissa Skanes

We had a great day! The pizza order was wrong, so they made us a second pizza on the house. At the arcade Nathan was excellent! Thank you for giving our family an awesome experience!

Chris MacLean

The Gift of Lights was really cool. Lots of displays set to music. Line up to get in was about 10 minutes. If you buy your ticket online it costs $18 instead of $25 at the gate. You can buy a pass to skip the lineup for an extra $8.

Pamela Clarke

Treat or Treat event was poorly organized. I sat on Victoria road for an hour and moved 5 car lengths not even making it to bingemans rd. We were excited for the fact my children cannot trick or treat due to autoimmune deficiencies, we had recieved guest list for event. I now have 3 crying kids and driving home. Thanks for ruining our Halloween.

D Luch

Be sure to purchase tickets online before you go. This is not stated on the site.

Tara Signorelli

I really liked this place better than other arcades we have been to. It is licenced, so you can take your drink from Boston Pizza into the arcade area. It's also well lit with lots of tables and feels clean and cozy at the same time. The ropes course is cool and the play area is really great even for 8-11 year olds. Would definitely return.

Mario Stocco

It is one of K-W's few large event venues. They offer lots of services and host many events. A bit tired for my taste. It is ok for a family to bring the kids for the water park and other outdoor activities. Not really a place for adults. Don't come for the food.

Kyle Laverty

Fantastic location for a day out with the family. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. With an indoor play structure, arcade, wave pool, splash pad and lots of outdoor space it is a great place to relax and find lots to do.

Azhar Saleem

Went to the Dinosaur Drive Thru with the family. Had a great time listening to dinosaur facts on the radio and looking at very realistic Dinosaur great experience. Would definitely enjoy a longer exhibit. The drive was about 10 to 15 mins long. Kids will definitely love it. They get scared and excited all at once.

Marta Borowska

Pretty big waterpark. Great for kids in the summer but gets fairly busy. The Halloween Screamfest or whatever it is called is pretty fun in October. Good one-time experience! The arcade area is kid-friendly.

Jennifer Miller

Came here for the festival of lights. Was extremely busy. Got the quick pass and it didn't matter. There were so many cars bumper to bumper. Light display and tunnelling were pretty good but man was it crowded.

Chris Sonser (Another Bearded Gamer Guy)

I was hesitant to go mini golfing here but based on the reviews of the other place in town it seemed like the better choice. The course was clean and tidy. However due to it being the summer there were all sorts of kids from the day camp wandering arround the course and some were just loitering and not even golfing. As a family experience I would say that it's fine if these children are golfing with their councillor's in an orderly fashion. But to be quite frank they were getting in the way and were mostly unsupervised. If they don't have a putter and arnt playing they should not be on the course when I as a paying customer am trying to enjoy family time after spending 40$ to play. Won't be returning during daytime hours in the summer as a result.

Sabrina Kostyshyn

Must see their Christmas light display, outdoor summer camping and waterpark. Must see the CMT concert held there and to stay in the know...visit there website and sign up for their emails. Great family friendly location to hang out at in the summer time when the weather is fine.. :)

Rupneet Kaur Dhillon

Splash patio for little ones is a big hit. Long tunneled water slides attract a large crowd as well. There is an indoor playground for kids, rock climbing, ball pit, slides, a small cafeteria, washrooms. Ideal for family fun day !!

prtk

I paid $53 to get scared, 10/10 would do again

Yusof Ghiasi

I'm honored to work here as a volunteer to help the vaccination process. A great place with a pleasing atmosphere outside and inside the buildings.

Jennifer O'Carroll

Visited the water park with my boys. The lines for the slide were unacceptable. (A few were closed) Went to purchase lunch for boys and had to wait 25 min for a hot dog and a slice of pizza. Totally overcharged and the food was terrible. The staff was flustered and very young. I will not be returning.

Fernanda Soria

It's a good place for kids, simple but nice.

Riddhima Patel

Going to bingeman is always nice like they have nice stuff but pretty costly, still I love it

Riddhima Patel

Erica Beck

Booked 2 lanes for my daughter's birthday about a month in advance, and had a to wait almost 30 minutes due to a scheduling error when we arrived. Would have been nice to have someone apologize, or maybe even comp an appetizer due to losing 30 minutes of play time. The kids had fun at least!

Melissa S

Unimpressed with the staff at the day camp. Lots of moments when the campers aren't properly watched, resulting in injuries and fights amongst the campers. I've even witnessed a fight breakout between two campers, with a camp counsellor not paying attention asap. The food quantity is very low. For how much you pay for a child to go there, they surely don't get that much food. I've never seen this problem at other camps before and never had a problem at other summer camps in the region until now. It's not worth the money to send your child to summer day camp here. I definitely don't recommend it, which is a shame, because it looks like a fun camp as advertised. I should have read the reviews and took to heart what other people have said about the camps in previous years. It doesn't look like anything has changed.

The Pamela Vang

I have fond memories here as a kid.

Dayan Gineth Martinez Garcia

Very expensive for the attractions they have, the customer service is lousy. I asked them a few questions and they told me they didn't know what to ask online. For now what is winter is not worth going.

Jennifer Riddell-Metzler

Went to gift of lights. Expensive! Some of the displays weren't lit and they need to space and time the cars to get the effect. Most light displays at other places, it's a donation of your choice or free. Over $23.00 for 3 people in our own car for maybe 10-15 min ride through park. If this is for a charity they also need to display at start and end who it's for

Daniel Mutter

We went the other day for the lights. The kids really liked it, it was a fun little outing as a family. It's not really that long of an experience, but still fun. The kids really loved the light tunnels. This is probably best suited for families with younger children who still have the sense of awe over lights. Buy your tickets online to save money and time. I wouldn't bother buying the fast pass as that line was longer than the normal online ticket line when we went.

Albert T

We attended Screampark in 2021 as first timer. First, the COVID social distancing was handled very well. Entries were spaced out. The actual haunted attractions are very very well done. Props were elaborate, many actors out there to get / scare you. Overall duration of the maze is very good (took us about just over an hour to get through). Highly recommend if you are looking for a great haunted attraction this year.

Im The Devil

The Christmas lights are awesome! I definitely recommend driving through and checking them out.

Lindsey F

Very expensive the washrooms are very disgusting they really should hire someone for just the washrooms full time during opening hours. The kids splash area is great but very cold would be great if it was a bit warmer for the little ones. The wave pool is ok but not really wavy. Water slides are great but long lines.

Brad Hope

We went on their birthday so admission was only $6. They said the doors would open at 10am and they were closing them at 11am. At 11, the line up was still all the way across the parking lot and they continued letting people in. It was over crowded and not enjoyable so we left. But, other than that, it is a good park with plenty to do. Not at all worth their regular admission price of about $35!

Loose Goose

Absolutely awful experience with the staff and services while attending the first day of Ever After Music Festival 2018. Completely ruined day one. My girlfriend and I were at a loss when it came to finding water, as they shut off all the taps, and security got aggressive with those who were literally begging for a drink. If I understand correctly, I believe limiting and depriving an entire festival audience of water is illegal. Not only that, but there is no designated smoking area. If you have asthma or another respiratory illness, you're screwed, because the staff don't care what goes on. And the line to get in? Doesn't exist and is not reinforced. People were blatantly jumping the gates and no one stopped them. Ask any staff member for assistance, and you'll get pointed in a generalized area with no clue where you're going. This year, Bingemans and EA focused more on their camping set up than safety and rule enforcement. Pathetic start to what was to be a great festival.

Larysa Vaz

Bowling was fun. Great decor. The pizza was delicious. The place was a little too warm though.. they should turn down the heat just a smidge. Overall enjoyable.

Dabbarina BongSlut

Went here for a music festival and camping during the summer and had a blast!!! Grounds had plenty of room, lots of amenities near by and the festival was well organized. 3 different stages with space for dancing or chilling at any of them. Food trucks were good. Lots of fun little activities scattered around if you got tired of dancing. And best of all they had a full on outdoor waterpark with slides and wave pool to keep you and your friends cool and entertained!!! Highly recommended checking out this spot for their events.

Frank Mardian

Fun place for the kids but it gets crazy busy for the water park. We stood in line to pay and once in the park had to stand in a second line while our bags were searched. A very slow process, not enough staff, and it just felt like it violated our rights.

Alison Gothard-Huang

Love the water park and the Bowling alley and Boston Pizza. Beautiful banquet Hall. Never tried their camping, kids' play area, or the Halloween stuff, but they sound great.

M Kellington

The waterpark might be good, haven't been there yet. The Arcade absolutely sucks in the worst way. The only game that is worth it is the giant claw machine and its broken. My kid tried other claw machines and get this... the claws don't even open. Insta loose. Talked to the people working and they said sorry, nothing we can do. Basically we waisted 50 bucks. Thankfully this horrible experience has my kid no longer wanting to come here in the future.

Nicole Dodd

Really scary experience. Picked up the golf balls and clubs and got mild but sore chemical burns (kind of like when you get medical-grade peroxide splashed on your skin). Maybe the covid cleaning product wasn't so well mixed. Just glad my toddler wasn't affected.

Natasha & Bill Moshenko

Went for ScreamPark. Pre purchased tickets online and still has to wait 45+ minutes in line for entry to Bingemans. Management should be better at dealing with the influx of people. And pre-purchase should have it's own line to expedite entry. Therefore was unable to do the entire park because lines close at 11. If you're in line before 11 you're ok. The Scares themselves were 5 star. Props and mazes were amazing. Not a tonne of live actors. More creepy than scary. Good time after the headache wore off from the frustrating entry line up.

yukti makalikal

The ambience is good and so is boston pizza but the staff has this weird kind of attitude when you call them for service as if they work for the Queen and you just bothered them by asking why the pins are not loading fast, the way it should. So last night we bought a hourly pack for 2 people for $57 and we could only play half a game in 30 mins, the pin loading was incredibly slow, when we asked for service no one showed up so we went to the bar counter to seek for help, one of the staff rolled eyes at me and then I had to ask for a manager. Thankfully the manager is good who processed the refund. 2 stars: 1 for ambience and 2 for the manager. Quick tip: choose the package per game instead of per hour.

Ivin Issac

It’s good for a family out but not much options if your kid is small. Neat but over crowded during weekends.

Matthew Patten

Great venue for big events. Oktoberfest!

Gheorghe Curelet-Balan

Bingemans in Kitchener means 3 great sites: conference / events site, camp site and amusement water slides site. As a conference site it accommodates all kind of events size going up to huge ones with feature to setup also huge outdoor tents as on Oktoberfest season. The camp site is attractive stretching along the Grand River.

Cassie Robinson

There is so much to do here that it will take you all weekend if you decide to stay overnight. Although everything is amazing and at your fingertips once you figure out the system, none of the staff seemed to know what was going on or who is supposed to be doing what. It was chaotic and very stressful trying to get our wristbands for everything. Also - the high ropes course harnesses were not fastened properly on my children and s2emed to loosen quite a bit by the end of the course, and no one was on top while they were crossing. It was terrifying trying to coax my children to get back before they fell. Very unprofessional staff that were rude and flippant as well.

Brendan Docherty

No refunds at all even if it’s raining/50 degrees out for one of the 5 people you were supposed go with can’t attend. Not even a gift card to use so the place wouldn’t lose any money. Staff and management have zero problem solving skills and there’s little atmosphere. Needs some renovations unless they are going for an 80s look. Waste of a day and money.

Sarah L

It's more fun than scary. There's always a group in front of you because it's busy so you see what "scares" are coming. The costumes/makeup could be better. My favorite part was the zombie wasteland and the prisoners playground. Overall it's a decent time and the attractions looked really cool on the inside.

Solange

3 stars for the Boston Pizza dining experience. There are webs all along the back barrier of the restaurant area. The service is slow. The pizza is good. 4 stars for the bowling entertainment. Fun for the whole family. My lane had minor technical issues.

Mahrukh Zia

Suchhh a beautiful light show! Definitely puts you in the Christmas spirit, especially with their radio station that plays Christmas music! Wish it was longer than 2km. Great date night idea, or fun for kids!

Taekwondo Time

Not nearly as cool as it used to be. There are TWO Bingeman parks: the one I grew up with and the one that exists today. The Bingeman park I remember had GO-KARTS, a BATTING CAGE, BUMPER BOATS, and an outdoor playground. You won't get to see that Bingeman park because it doesn't exist any more. The park you'll see will still have the wave pool and the mini golf, but that's about it. The outdoor playground became an indoor playground. The arcade is still there. The Go-Kart track and bumper boats are a distant memory. There is paintball now, but I'd like to think the Bingeman park I grew up with would of had that too if paintball existed back then. The driving range is still there, but it's more of a "chipping range" now. The conference halls are all still there. The campground has sites that are so close to each other that your neighbour can roast marshmellows on your campfire or their campfire--at the same time. I miss the long winding road entrance. Also of note, ever since they widened the road leading to Bingemans and extended it all the way through to the highway, the police love to set up speed traps in this area to make sure motorists get no relief from Victoria Street hell.

It was dirty and outdated. One slide was closed. The hot tub was covered with a grate and had green sludge. The turf had giant holes. Food and drink was expensive. It just wasn’t worth the money. Lots of safety concerns

Athana Oosterlinck

Amazing staff beautiful grounds spent a week at a site near the front office and it was so great now have another site on the ground and it's so beautiful and lots of shade.. the mini golf course is service dog accommodating as have …

M. Fatih Yegul

We were there as a family for the OktoberFest opening breakfast. Parking was a bit problematic, but service was quick, pancakes were good. Lots of people dancing happily with joyful live music.

Cary Scott

Awesome exhibit space. Lots of fun things to do. Indoor playground, huge bowling alley and fun events. Love this place.

Dan Vince

My kids loved the Screampark. However I personally was very disappointed in it given the cost of $201 for 5 people. It's nothing but a cash grab. Next year I will be taking my money to Canada's Wonderland's and their haunted theme park.

Tonya

It's a great place for a kids birthday party. The only thing is I wish we could have the party room longer or at least for a bit while the kids play in case they don't finish their food and or drinks.

Ryan Metheral

Had a great time! The best/fastest slides are the yellow torpedo tube (when I swung my body in for extra speed, the sharp turns felt like I was pulling a few G's!) and the gold tube ride (the left one is faster than right). The arcade is a bit of a rip-off, but mini-putt and the kids' play area (included) make for a nice break when you're pooped from tubing. $5 lockers in change room (with $10 deposit) can fit a backpack. Lift the front of your mat up a bit when racing the tubes for extra speed. Enjoy!

Justine Krause

Wait staff could have been better. But fun atmosphere

I have been to Bingeman’s many many times over the years. Some of my visits, good and some ‘not so memorable’. The ‘not so memorable’ visits have honestly been many years ago and I was reminded of that on my most recent visit. The rooms are well kept and the one thing that was the biggest surprise to me was the food! In my opinion, the food has never been a strong point. Not terrible, but nothing outstanding. At an event I attended last night with close to 900 people for dinner, I had an AMAZING steak. Yes, amazing. I was sitting with a fellow foodie at the table and we both commented on the tenderness and flavour of the steak. Then continued to put that taste against the fact that 900 other had to have theirs delivered at same time. Truly impressive. Goes to show you that things change over time and everyone has the ability to get better. Congratulations Bingeman’s.

Jacquie Wood

Not a great experience.....my youngest had fun but for the price it was not worth it. We paid 100+ to get in paid 2.50 each for the socks so the kids could play in the play structure.....that was fine we forgot ours but she forgot to give them to us and no reciept so we had to argue with he lady for 10 minutes to try and prove they were already bought (she was extremely rude). There were about 6 change rooms and about 30 people waiting for them. They were dirty and discusting. The pool was very crowded but the water was nice. We were not able to do the rope course or rick climbing because we had not closed shoes (which is not stated very well on the website) so that was a waste. Mini golf and excavators are $8 per person to use or play.....which is crazy! All and all I have to say very underwhelmed and not impressed at all.

Stacey M

This place was great years ago but they have clearly stopped focusing on the water park and outdoor activities to focus on the arcade and fun centre inside. Slides and waterpark badly need and update and staff need to learn to at least be a little friendly. Many activities have been taken away over the years but admission price keeps going up.

Codie Smallpiece

Great place for family fun. New changes though the water season pass does not include mini golf like in the past. Also, if your child is under 10 yrs old. They will have to wear a life jacket in the wave pool.

Kevin Rego (Kevin of Heffner Toyota)

Visited for the Christmas lights display. Most displays worked well, wish there were more updates as we had gone the year before and it all seemed the same and in the same order. Wonderful however for a first time visit and as long as there is snow on the ground, it's still magical enough.

Madalyn Smith

I liked the bowling alley. It was great and fun. I've been to the water park and their are lots of different kinds of slides to go down. Choice is good. Never had the food. Unicorn lemonade is kind of bad tho.

We just stayed in a log cabin this past weekend and I have to say I'm very pleased with everything. The staff were friendly and great to talk to, the cabin was clean and cozy. It rained and was damp all weekend but we had a small space heater it made the cabin nice and warm. We went to funworx Friday Saturday and Sunday to play in the arcade our daughter won some great prizes and staff was also very friendly there as well as Boston pizza! We can't wait to stay again!!

Jennifer

Bought a Groupon and found out we paid TWICE what Bingeman's was charging online! Also, while we were there at the splash pad area, we were not impressed with the staff. One guard physically put her hands on children to remove them from a piece of equipment that didn't have a sign posted or any other indicator that it shouldn't be used. She was also very stern with them, yelling at them. Another guard spent the entire visit walking around the perimeter looking at her feet and talking to herself. She rarely every looked up at the children she was supposed to be guarding. Bathrooms and changerooms were also unclean. And I found it ridiculous, considering we had toddlers with us, that we as Grandparents had to pay full price. We didn't use the water slides or anything else, we simply supervised little ones splashing around. Not sure we'll be back

Tim Snider

Parking is terrible, some lots could have a lot more spots than what's painted on the asphalt. Too many events occurring at the same time. Seems like they're more interested in raking in money than providing an exceptional experience.

Erik Wehrle

Had fun going through the dinosaur drive though. Out 2 year old has a blast, especially since he's so into dinosaurs. ????

Chris Brunke

We did a social event at Boston Pizza, followed by mini golf and enjoyed the whole thing! Food was great and golf was loads of fun! 2 courses available, we chose the shady course LoL

Tara Petrie

First of all, I now understand why it is almost impossible to find pictures of the inside of the cabins. They are basic....mini fridge? It’s a half a mini fridge so be prepared with coolers and ice. Also no form of heating, so bring a portable heater depending on the time of year. There is NO privacy! You literally are camping with everyone. They are decently clean...looks like the wood has been wet in a few places over all a fair roof over your head. Bathrooms are a long walk to the main office, so with small kids this can be a pain. No playground as it was removed. The office closes fairly early in off season so get your wood while it’s open or you are gonna have to do without. Pricing was okay, not excessive. Everything is a fair walk from the cabins, such as Bowling, Funworx, etc

Dana Mihut

This is a huge place where you can have large events, corporate parties ????, weddings ???? and everything between. They have different rooms and different size. They will make it the size you need. I come very often here with my photo booth zattuphotobooth.ca and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcome. Definitely this is the place if you have large events!

amber flanagan

Bingemans is a fun, safe, and a good place for children. The all year round arcade is fun. Along with in the hot summer you can always go and chill out at the Big Splash.

maddy mcgarr

Stayed Friday till Sunday really nice place recommend the big steel containers to stay in have air conditioning and cabins are very nice . Went to waterpark great for kids will be coming back for camping.

Sam Vandek

I've always had a decent time at bingemans. Went here for several occasions (most memorable was for some Halloween haunt thing and miniput). Good to kill a few hours I guess. Noticed that they have a sweet arcade - will give it a whirl the next time my inner child craves some nostalgia. The bowling also looks fun.

Chris Koy

I've been going to bingemans for years. It has great collectible shows and also a great bowling alley plus a Boston Pizza apart of it. Over the last few years it has also been a leader in the K-W region for amazing festivals from a zombie hunt to a great time called the ever after festival. I remember as a kid riding past the grand river on a bike going down a hill then play mini golf great times all year round.

Tee B

Great place to enjoy time with the kiddies. Even a great place for drinks and bowling for a group of friends. Wait times for food kind of outrageous. Only complaint. Other than that I'd go back

Strawburry JAM

My nephew is an arcade junky so this time instead of burning through tokens because there were 4 kids I set them up on the VR machine. They loved it! Hopefully they get more games setup on it...

Muna Mohamed

Recently had my daughters birthday party. I swear its the easiest thing someone can do to have a great birthday for 2-13 year olds. Call and book what type of birthday party you want. We had a bowling theme. But they have so much more. They take care of everything. The food, cake, entertainment, everything even the decorations. Check out their website. This place has everything a child needs to enjoy themselves. Theres a boston pizza so you know the food is good. Boston pizza side has bowling and pool tables and a bar so the adults can have their own fun. Overall this is a great family place! Everyone will enjoy themselves. Oh it gets busy so does the service, just be patient and have fun.

Fani H

Good place for events and tons of activities. Their Boston Pizza and bowling are pretty decent. They even have ping pong!

Andrea Li Calzi

Me and my friends did the Gift of Lights drive thru and it was so worth it! Everywhere you turned, a light show was present! There were more than two light tunnels, which I was very impressed with. The whole experience was magical! Enjoy!

Robert Mahar

I enjoyed spending time at the arcade with the kids. Will go back again.

Mike Schwartz

I was here for the haunted attraction out back and it was a lot of fun! The actual venue itself looks like a great place for kids and maybe even some adults to have a great time!

Alicia Newell

Our lane broke down quite a few times and nobody seemed keen to help us. We weren’t given extra time despite the fact that we lost over 20 minutes waiting for the lane to be fixed. Service was very slow and servers seemed pretty uninterested in serving people. Would not recommend.

Jessica Mammoliti

We only went for the day .. it was really fun but crazy expensive .. the line ups for the slides or tubes was a little long .. arcade was fun but again crazy expensive . The bathrooms we're disgusting and all the lineups stunk like urine . Definitely bring water shoes . The staff were very friendly . The wave pool is outdated and the waves are not like other places .

Remy Pravato

Went for the "Gift of Lights" drive through light display, well worth the admission cost. Very well put together display, especially enjoyed the light tunnels. The rest of the amenities at the park look great, will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy them.

Tyrone R

It's a pretty nice looking place. Plenty of space. Been here a few times for seminars recently and Octoberfest back in the day. It can be a bit weird to find if you are just looking at the map. Do not turn into where Boston Pizza is. You have to turn down a dedicated street across from Waterloo Brewing and go down a hill. Plenty of parking at the back so I just go straight there and save myself some time. Looking forward to my next trip back.

Mista Jay

Screampark review only, Bingemans is a big place with lots to offer, this review is only for the screampark. Staff were all great from the parking attendants to the ticket sales to the actors in the park, great job! Overall very fun experience, and great value for your money, the park is large with different "areas" and a licensed rest area in the middle. The actors were awesome, always stayed in character and they got me a few times. The line's can be long getting in, but my suggestion is pay the regular price, go see how the line is, and if its long you can go get the speed pass and get right in. My only suggestion is of course more staff in certain areas, like the woods etc, and wait longer before sending groups so that the group's following don't see what's coming. We slowed down a few times just so we'd be first and get scared :) Great job guys!

Jean-Claude Desjardins

#DinoDriveThru was great for a 20 minute activity, although a bit pricey for what you are actually getting with the experience. But families with young kids would love it. Only thing that frustrated me as well as I'm sure many others was the directions that it gave you to visit the experience were not well thought out, we drove around the bingemans lot several times trying to find the actual start point of the experience as there was not much posted along the way to even guide you. I would say for future years maybe some signs guiding people who sit in the bingemans parking lot googling how to find the entrance would definitely be helpful especially to people travelling from afar.

Megan Gilkes

Honestly, My family books weeks in advance and we spend a substantial amount of money on food and bowling every time we come. There are always so many issues with the lanes. During our most recent visit, I asked for some napkins at the bar and the waitress behind the bar treated me terribly. I am super unimpressed with how long it always takes us to get service when the lanes stop working correctly. As a family, we have decided to start going somewhere else.

Marsha Laur

We have been going to bingemans for the past 4 years with seasons passes every year. The kids love it! So do my husband and I. This year was a disaster trying to get our passes and my mother got charged for 4 not 3 when our daughter is free. Trying to reach Andrea or even someone in the office to sort it out was like pulling teeth. Thanks to Sean though for all his help! The life guard staff are wonderful and I want to thank them for stepping into ensure my child was safe when she was almost knocked over by older kids running around. My other issue was when we finally get in with our passes. Also taking the golfing out of the extras was disappointing to our kids. Then the ladies changeroom bathrooms we flooded and out of order. Also the push button showers suck for most don't work and its terrible trying to wash your kids. My other family members decided to get wonderland passes instead but we stuck with bingemans. Really feel like my families not sure what to do for next year. Nothing was done to compensate my mother who buys the passes other than she can send an email to get reimbursed for the one pass. She's not happy

Steve Main

We went for lights and the were nice, its about a 15 minute drive through the lights while the radio station plays christmas songs. One suggestion would be to please not advertise Bingeman's between every song when its a paid drive through.

Robbie Plunkett

So much fun and a fantastic venue. Security was a wee bit intense and rude at times, but other than that I give the place 5 stars

jamie gauthier

Customising my daughter b day party was fun unique and cool. Upgrading the kids food to Boston pizza menu options was awesome future. Would of got 5 star if food option was little more organized. I'm sure it has improved for future customers waiting to impress the kids

Gabriela Kurek

We loved it! We had a great experience. Full day of different experiences! Our waitress Marta even though she was very busy made tjme for our big group, was kind, friendly and very helpfully and made us feel so welcome. We are visiting from Poland but We will be back again!

Jason Angst

Pop-up covid-19 vaccination was run great by the volunteers and medical staff. Thanks for coming to town! Lots of parking and very orderly.

Shiva Dulal

Very good for expo. Every year they have health and wellness exhibition. It is useful health awareness community services.

Christine Smith

Overpriced and run down. We went to Splashworks. My 4 year old had a blast in the water, but that's because he doesn't know any better. They had one person checking bags and selling lockers which made getting into the park very slow. The change rooms were disgusting. The wave pool is small and there are tiles falling off and just sitting on the side of the pool. I couldn't tell who was staff and who wasn't (lifeguards especially). The material used on the ground under the kid splash area is flaking off and collecting around the edge of the water. It's like walking on gravel. There are a few umbrellas, but not nearly enough shade. There were leaves and debris (not to mention a bandaid) floating around in the water. The webside says that anyone under 48 inches can use the Full Throttle slide, but that's misleading. You have to be 42 inches to ride. My 4 year old is not 42 inches. To get to most of the slides you have to walk down 3 sets of wooden stairs. They are covered in a black rubber mat that is 1000 degrees in the sun, and the mat is held down by rusty roofing nails. When you get to the bottom you wait in line for a tube or a mat and then you have to walk all the way back up the stairs to get on a slide. At the bottom of the stairs for the slides there is a list of height requirements for the attractions. The excavators are listed as one of the things you can do under 36 inches (why is this listed with the slides when it's not a slide?). We went to use the excavators but there was no attendant. Went inside to get an staff member, were told they would be out in a couple minutes. We waited more than 15 and then gave up (cue crying 4 year old) because no one was coming. The staff did not care in the slightest. Spoke to a manager to be told that using the excavators is actually an extra cost (which she offered to refund). No where does it say that this is an extra (again, why is this listed with the slides as something you can do under 36 inches?) I'd rather drive the hour it takes to get to Wild Waterworks and pay $8 less per person, for a nicer, cleaner, and better laid out park. Will never go back to Bingemans. They need more staff, better signage, and to renovate the facility.

Melissa Sherk

We had a blast in the wave pool. It would be nice if there was more than one water slide for kids 42 inches tall though. That part wasn't great because the slide was being used by alot of people who could have gone on other slides which forces the little ones to wait in a lo get que when ots the only slide they can use. I would like to see that one have a maximum height on it. But they spent most of the say in the wave pool

Mike Bourre

We booked a campsite for 1 night during the dino drive thru for our sons birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted by a line of cars out in the street waiting to pull into the campground. We had to push our way around many other cars to get to the campground office to check in with our trailer. The line of cars was there until late into the evening making entering or exiting the camp ground near impossible at times. The following day which was Sunday when we woke up and went outside we noticed that they had setup traffic cones and picnic tables to divert traffic through the rows in the campsite. We ended up packing up and leaving slightly earlier then planned to try and avoid the line up again. Unfortunately by the time we had everything ready to go the line had already begun and was snaking through the campground. We had to move cones and block traffic just to exit our site. Throughout the weekend we addressed our concerns with no fewer then 4 Bingemans employees all of whom didnt seem to care about our concerns. Prior to this experience we were thinking of booking for a few weekends next year in hope the water park would open again but the indifference of the staff and poor planning by Bingemans have changed that now. I dont think we are likely to ever return at this point.

Tori Walker

We tried the Bingaman's mini golf. What an ordeal! No access to the mini golf from the nearby parking, we had to go all the way up to Funworx, pay for a play card, then walk down a huge hill to get to an automated golf ball dispenser. No road signs telling us where to go to pay for and access the golf course. Just a lot of locked gates. One single sign that said to pay at Funworx. Also, no bathrooms anywhere near the mini golf course. Bathrooms up at Funworx. Easily 10 minutes away with a small child. I'm not even sure that's legal. At least the mini golf course itself was mostly enjoyable and in good repair. But I doubt we'd go there again (especially because of the bathroom issue.)

Mahrukh Zia

Suchhh a beautiful light show! Definitely puts you in the Christmas spirit, especially with their radio station that plays Christmas music! Wish it was longer than 2km. Great date night idea, or fun for kids!

Cecilia Long (Sgt. Pepper)

The kids love Bingemans!! We had a company picnic there and was a wonderful day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It really is the perfect spot for a family fun filled day. You have a l play structure, pool, rock climbing, ropes course, arcade and bowling!! Lots of choices and things to do. Love it and will be back.

Dan Leduc

Great area to go camping. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice clean facilities. Would go again ☺️

Katelyn Hines

I’m not sure where to begin. It’s an amusement centre. Fun work is fun. Bowling is great water park is good! Putt putt is great and octoberfest is amazing. Bathrooms tend to be clean and tidy. Off course it’s pricey but what can you expect.

Riddhi Bhatt

It has really beautiful lights, much better as they dont allow to get out of your car. So it is pretty quick and no kiosk and risk of icy weather. If you want to take pictures with lights then that is not possible here though. Nice display of lights.

Sterling Moore

Stayed at Bingemans RV Park for over a week. Park was clean and friendly and quiet. Had the Grand Kids over for the Splash Works area and they loved it. Price was good and fair. The Staff were very accommodating and eager to help us get set up with the Motor Home.

Benny Cheddar

Food is decent enough and the bowling lanes are superb. There's also a game room and an arcade as well as a bar and a really nice patio with tons of parking. Staff are polite and helpful and the bathrooms are well kept. Will visit again for sure.

Christine JK

There were two events happening when I was here. There was very poor signage both at the road, the parking and once inside there was only a couple of printed paper signs pointing people to the correct location for the activity they wanted to get to. Seems like a very bare bones place with minimal traffic coming through the show.

Pedro E

I was visiting the communitech event. The place is very organised, and the event was good. The only problem is the accessibility of the place. To get there when you arrive you have to walk a little, but when going home after the event was 20 min walk to get a bus.

April McCall

I really like this place. The only problem I have with it, is that the food and drinks are very expensive. So definitely eat before you go.

Ben Teeter

Overall it's a great place to camp. The camp sites are a little close together but besides that it was fun, great place for kids and families!

Cynthia Cybulski-Raszmann

Kids had a great time but that climbing equipment needs a good cleaning. It was filthy and people are eating in the sitting area, when kids go down the large slide dust particles fly everywhere including your food.

Jonathan

Water park is good. Food situation is horrendous. You can’t bring food in at all. They check your bags and will throw it out, but they serve you very stale food.

Tamara Miljevic

Bingemans was a beautiful outdoor venue and staff who go beyond the call of duty. It was a sparkling crisp autumn day and the sun could not shine any brighter. Rows of chairs and guests filled the alcove. It was the perfect day for a wedding. At the back of the assembly my daughter stepped out in her elegant wedding gown white flowing chiffon strapless plunging neckline with sparkling jeweled bodice. Her burnett hair was swept up in a simple coiff with a spray of flowers and tiny rhinstones on each side a petite veil flowing from the back whilst one delicate curl framed her pretty face. Her smile could melt crowds and the wooden arches bowed in unison as she seemed to skip up the isle on her fathers arm. The girls stood in burgundy gowns on the dark wooden steps of the outdoor gazebo. Her handsome groom in his tux and his grooms men lined the other side in a salutation of chivalric honour stong and proud to witness this moment. The wooden stairs framed with large floral pots and dark colour provided a cascade of contrasting beauty and handsomeness. On one side burgundy in contrast to the mens black and white. The music played people gasped at the beauty of the bride and her entourage. The leaves with their many coats of colour the rich dark gazebo setting and the lovely set up made Bingemans a delightful venue for an outdoor wedding. The bride reached her groom tall, handsome, blond hair, and sparkling blue eyes in a dark black tux. His smile spread from ear to ear as he took his bride and escorted her up the stairs to face the officiant and proceed with the wedding ceremony. The brides gown flowed down the stairs and completed the perfect picture. Off to the side a small table was set with a bright white table cloth where the bride and groom signed the registrar. Finally at the end of the ceremony the groom kissed the bride and the crowd clapped as the new husband and wife were introduced. The music played and the bridal party and parents proceeded out under the cathedral of Gods heaven sun shining coloured leaves whispering their congratulations in unison. It was a beautiful ceremony never to forget. The pictures proceeded taken by my son an excellent new grad in cinematography. After the guest pictures were taken he moved to bridges in the park. During the picture taking a gorgeous flourite bracelet fell off my daughters wrist. I had made this special gift for her wedding day and made the mistake of not adding a safety clasp to the magnetic closure. Beyond the call of duty a wonderful staff member went back and searched the site for us finding it in the grass. I was so elated that someone would care enough to look for this special gift . This truly made our experience of Bingman park and their staff a fantastic one. I highly recommend this gorgeous outdoor setting for any wedding.

Danny Zmuda

Lots of great facilities. If clamping, matresses are too thin and fridges too small. Outhouses nit cleaned out nearly enough. Lots of skunks running around. Still, overall most things are well kept and in good repair. Waterpark is also quite nice and well maintained. It's worth it to check it out.

karen brading

my granddaughter loved this place They put the ball shooter on now and so loud that she will not go anymore. I spoke to a few parents and they have left and went to the new place that opened.... I feel this should be controlled. These kids are 3 and 4 and it isn't fair for them to have to have this ball machine go on so loud. and scary to alot ... As a parent it is annoying while sitting there

Leona Varga

The new restriction for kids 9 and under means they have to wear life jackets which is fine, however the are only allowed in the front part of pool even if they are strong swimmer, yet an older kid with no swimming abilites not only does not need a jacket but are allowed in the deep end. Does anyone else see the glaring flaw in this new policy.

Bill Hayes

My family and I had only gone for the day and it was our first time going. They had several packages to chose from but the staff was not very forthcoming on any details, which led to some confusion as to what was included. For the most part the park was clean but for the price of entry there should have been more upkeep done. For example the kids play area had a nice rubber coated floor but was ripped is several areas. Instead of repairing these areas orange caution cones where simply placed over top.

Andrea Gillier

Nice little park. Could use some updates but would be great for young families.

Negeena Shefa

It's a great place for children but the lifeguards were unprofessional and the bathrooms needed cleaning.

SASH

We went here yesterday at around 3:30pm to get a couple of drinks only. Was told that they can't seat us at all because of short staff, but it didn't really look busy. So guess we take our business elsewhere....

Vasudha Dembla

A must for kids. Me and my husband found it fun - grabbed our coffee and sandwiches and enjoyed watching these dino-models from the comfort of our own car. Cost - $20.00+ tax per vehicle (book online to save $5.00) Safe & comfy - as it's a (drive-thru)

Zuzana Kha

I was so disappointed at this place. My boyfriend and I went to bingemans to check out the Christmas lights. In the videos online I was expecting so much more. Once we got there we were so disappointed. It looked like a garbage dump full of Christmas lights. Too bad we couldn't get our money back. After checking out the lights we decided to try the escape room they had. We purchased tickets online for 9pm and headed on over. Nope nevermind. We arrived at the arcade around 8pm. On their door AND online it says they are open until 12am. I guess not. The entire place was shut down for the night. We paid and booked for an escape room we couldn't even go to. Naturally we tried calling, but no answer. NOT only did we just pay to see sad Christmas lights, We also paid another 50 dollars to go try the escape room. We were down 75 dollars the end of the night and didn't get to do anything. An email was sent for a refund for the escape room. They never got back to us. I had to call 2 more times and left 2 more voicemails before it was resolved. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very nice and we did eventually get a refund for the escape room however I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Calin Alexander

Grew up with this place and it has really improved over time. The golf course is always fun, the little obstacles are great to fool around with. The swimming was better when I was a kid, the wave pool seems small as an adult. Overall the new additions, like the arcade and now the restaurant, have kept this place really fun. The only thing I really miss is go karts!!

Bear L0st

Tough place for kids that are 4 and under if they are not tall. Slides are big and even splash zone for kids gets pretty crazy with the big bucket drop. Bring umbrella or some way to get shade there are not many umbrella covered chairs for those hot days. Indoor play one had some kids that were too big on it and playing rough. They ran into multiple kids and could have really hurt them. More supervision from the establishment and other parents would help. Hot days need more check in people. It took almost 30mins to get in. Puddle jumpers are no longer allowed but they supply life jackets.

Aaron Zomer

We got our boosters here and it was I think some of the most efficient service I have ever experienced. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Such a great set up.

Josh Lessard

Attended a birthday party in the upper party room. It was an ideal location: very spacious for the kids, and the view from the upper level made it easy to see the kids when they were in the play structure. The place is too noisy for my taste, but we were there for the kids, and they had a great time.

Ryan Donahue

Pros the place is the only place in town with water park, and it is fun for the kids and adults alike, however sometimes the maintenance is not that great. The playdium arcade is it big rip off but the water slides are good as is the splash pad when it is in good maintenance

Dan Miller

Decent place to while away the hours of a cold or rainy day. Enough variety of activities to keep Mom & Dad, and the kids happy. Bowling, restaurant, bar, arcade games, climbing walls, huge play structure for the pre-teens, water park for the warm months.

Jennifer Percy

Had a great time. Scream Park was very slippery and flooded. Some of the attractions were a little hokey. Need more staff to scare people in the Forrest and the attraction in the Forrest. All in all a good time.

Kanerahtontha K. Mitchell

I went to the Toyota event a few weeks ago and it was really fun! My little sister was trying to do a suspended obstacle course I guess you could call it and she is Deaf and we use asl with her. Being deaf has also it effected her balance growing up and one of the works stayed with her up there the whole time, her name is Mariah and she was amazing with my sister keeping her focused and excited to keep going and finish even the she was scared and it was a little past closing time. I think that my little sister will not forget that day thanks to Mariah, 5 stars for her!

Ben Bandicoot

Me and my family booked a time to play mini-golf here and bought tickets off their website took a 45 minute drive there only to find the place closed. We tried calling them and got no answers and didn't get our money back. It's fine if they decide to close but at least update your website to say you're closed instead of having us pay money and waste gas getting here only to find out your closed!

Kristi Lea

The pool was not clean. It was gross. Walls were black with dirt around the water line. Floating stuff like bugs, a different colour wrist band than today's colour, and I found a few salt packets. We were there right at opening so this wasn't just daily dirt. Obviously sanitizing and cleaning is not a priority.

Randall Freeman

Good place to cool off on a hot day

Chris McCann

Awesome time as always... Great time camping even though it rained the whole weekend. Kids had a blast in the water park. Only complaint is as it always is... Please... If you are going to charge over $8 for a bag of firewood, make it properly dried hardwood. The green wood you sell won't burn and you know it...

Kate Harrison

5/5 Stars. Got my booster at the conference center. Quick, efficient process.

Roccozio “RestaurantRater”

Overall a nice establishment with lots to do including arcade rooms, wavepool and indoor climbing centre and other activities. If you go on a rainy day or if itstarts to rain it will get busy inside - fast. Best to purchase the annual pass in the fall as you can use it all next summer at a low cost!

Terry Keleher

I’ve never been a fan of buffets or brunch. Large amounts of mediocre food is not my idea of eating. Perhaps I just go to the wrong places lol. Bingemans does not fall in the mediocre category. It’s a very pretty banquet hall, it feels comfortable and inviting. There were numerous food stations rather than one long line-up cafeteria style. There was a great variety of different foods, many of which I’ve never seen at a buffet. They even had a doughnut making station. My one criticism is the desert stations of which there was two. There were numerous cakes but the were basically the same cakes with different colour icing. I’d like to see say carrot or German chocolate cakes and perhaps some pies. I was excited to see trifle but I found it to be bland and a somewhat odd choice in filling. My other suggestion would be to have different coffee options such as espresso or lattes. I would also suggest having a variety of liquors and coffee drinks such as Irish Coffee. The price at $ 35.00 was extremely affordable and well worth it.

Yoman Biggie

They charged $39.95 a car what a rip off it wasn't that long and for that price it should have been a lot more lights .. it like high way robbery like if u think about it there making 800000 a night where's all the money gong like get more lights

Andrew Verteramo

A awesome place to take your family and friends. You can't beat the price verses any of Niagara falls water parks and resorts. The arcade has the latest games and the jungle gym is clean and there's even enough space for us parents to go through. Water park is fun with a huge wave pools a number of slides and the food is good it's your standard affair with the over priced Pizza Pizza, chicken finger , hamburger combo and fries.

Sandra Dalpe

I've been to quite a few events held here over the years. Great personable staff, and a very clean facility for special events. I did go to the Christmas meal last year though, and was very disappointed. Perhaps I had higher expectations than I should, but the food was poorly arranged, it was difficult to find the traditional food you associate with Christmas, and it is beyond cheap to make people pay for pop ($2.50 I believe) that came in a small liquor glass, with no refills. We spent over $20.00 on that alone. Not everyone drinks just coffee or tea.

Auburn Anger

Great variety of things to do for young kids. Rules are a bit weird so be careful if you have a child around 42" you may be denied once you are up on a slide. Measure your kids without their shoes at the beginning because the wrist bands mean nothing. Lots of walking to get tubes but that is not a complaint:) my 9 year old loved it.

Erik Brickman

This place is great but in the water park there is very little privacy in the men's room. Update: they put in some new changing stalls which earns another star!

Tim Gevaert

Service was good, and food was decent. The cocktails looked much better than they tasted. The bowling was fun, and the big screens kept us entertained between turns.

Kyle Greig

Went to Bingemans Screampark....the sets were very cool! However, way too much open space with no actors. Walking through all the woods you would expect something, but nada. Even the set up zones had very few actors (quarantine zone looked cool, huge area with 2 actors!) Certainly got a workout walking this huge loop through the park, but that was the scariest part of the entire thing!! Whole experience left a lot to be desired, especially after all the advertising I've seen and considering its been running for a few years now. Definitely not worth the money spent :(

natasha hillocks

The facility is good but the arcade had too many glitches where games took more credits than needed and malfunctioned a few times. The variety was good with rope climbing and rock climbing stations.I think the persons who are tasked with assisting can get more training, specifically rock climbing.I told him the child had no experience and has anxiety so please explain to him what to expect/safety measures etc. Instead the guy ignored me and told him to "just come down". Ofcourse the child didnt come down without knocking on to the wall..thankful no injuries/issues. It soured me from attempting to trust them with rope climbing area. The indoor play scape area is chaotic as expected but appears to offer a few fun elements. Overall it was just ok..kinda pricey too.

Shauna Boan

I love the Gift of lights! First year going and I really enjoyed it with the Christmas music playing in the background on their radio station. I would definitely recommend it!

Bob Steiss

Our kids had a great time at summer camps. Our oldest really enjoyed the kayaking and canoeing and our youngest had fun at the mini golf.

keely lavigne

I worked there and working there was fun and all the staff are nice. The attractions are all fun

Cecilia Kwon

Bowling was fun but the service was awful. We had to wait over 30 minutes to order drinks and another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. It was not busy at all - the servers were on their phones and just talking amongst themselves without paying attention to customers.

Melissa K

Was a fun family friendly place. I do have one complaint... I wish they would take care of the walking grounds more. Mostly everyone was walking around barefoot. It really sucks when all of a sudden u step on a little stone, ouch! Their was quite a few around. But overall I would go back again. Fun, friendly staff. Lifeguards are very good at watching and doing their job. I highly reccomend going on line and buying your admission tickets, save a bunch;)

Stephanie Cybulski

I give Bingemans 5 stars based on the pure joy my son experiences being there. He's always going back and has an amazing time everytime. We have yet to go to the water park part of it as it's a tad expensive for my taste, but the play structure inside is reasonably priced and he spends hours playing.

Mason Tucker

Lights were fun for the kids but pricing strategy is not in the Christmas Spirit.. We found out the hard way that tickets at the entrance are $45 vs $25 online. A little steep and no warning of the gate ticket premium.

Jainam Shah

The place was good, it can’t be said that it was ok. But here the age matters. If you have children with you, they would definitely love it. But there was nothing which can amuse a teenager.

Amber W

My 4 year old loves the indoor 3 level play structure. And I love it cause it's not at all expensive. The arcade games are a lot of fun. Lots for the whole family to do.

Candace MacLeod

STAY AWAY...very poor unorganized service. unprofessional and a waste of money. the deposit they ask for is a joke and the will not return it back to you. the sites are small and cramped. don't waste your money here. there are way better camping grounds to stay at that are way more professional and competent. trying to get a hold of anyone by phone is very hard. they need a ton of work will not be staying here ever again

Robin Runstedler

We went in a party of about 25 to 30 people who really like to drink and eat and have a good time. It was my friends Birthday. A couple of us were very thirsty so we went to the bar to get a drink. We almost had to go behind the bar and get it ourselves. She said that we have a waiter and he would be with us after he was done serving another party. We didn't want to wait that long and it took making us angry for her to actually serve us at the bar. I won't be going back

Paige Duchesne

The play structure is great for 3 and up. However, the toddler play area has a deep ball pit that was half empty the day we were there, it was very difficult for my 2 year old to navigate.

Chris Tillery

Conference facilities are amongst the best in the area. Have used rooms from 12 to 150 people. Has some great indoor facilities for kids but the splash park is looking dated now. Bowling and Boston Pizza is an added bonus.

Christine McEwen

A group of friends and I played mini-golf. We ended playing in the newer course. The course wasn't cleaned up from the winter debris and the end hole for each course is very deep, some almost a foot deep. Not good for someone who can't bend much. Other than that, the course offered some difficult shots and plenty of shade from the hot hot sun.

Maryann V

We went bowling here and ate boston pizza right at the bowling lane. Getting a server took forever. Once we finally got a server, she kept leaving and our food took forever.. we kept bowling. Finally food came. We didn't want to hold up the game so we ate while playing, but this means you need wipes or hand sanitizer at the tables so that your not touching the dirty balls and then your food and then the balls. We asked for some.. she came back with only a couple. I also asked for a small nacho and recieved the biggest platter of nachos... for one! I didnt want to be rude sense they already made it, so I just asked to take most of it home. I was given a takeaway box, packed it up but then the server went missing again and I needed lids for the dips.. finally I stood outside the kitchen for 5 minutes until someone came out and that wonderful lady helped me out! This was my first time here. Good bowling tho.

Amanda Hill

REVIEW FOR GIFT OF LIGHTS. Way overpriced to sit in a line of traffic and look at kms of underwhelming light displays. For the cost which I believe was over $25 we could have driven through some nice neighbourhoods and seen more impressive displays. It is mostly plastic structures of characters and objects wrapped in Christmas lights. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go again.

Archie V

Great corporate facilities. Update: Splash park is nice. The sun has bleached the colour from most of the signs making the place look faded but the slides and wave pool all work the same. Not too busy. Be prepared for the $10 locker fee.

Tracey Ebert

Clean. Friendly staff. Kids had a blast.

Gavyn McLeod

Good bowling lanes. Modern interfaces compared to most. Big screens over the lanes is a nice touch. Beer selection is limited (most of the taps were out of order when I was there). Shoes were in good condition and fairly new. Balls in OK shape.

Patricia Moores

Rented a container cabin for the weekend. We got the newest container. The double bed was falling apart, there was insanely loud dance music and weed happening at the camp site beside us and it has literally ruined our weekend. Called the office and no answer. Signs are unclear for camper pool and people infront of us at mini golf were drunk and acting ridiculous. While we have tried to salvage the weekend I feel like we are only welcome here if we are between 20 and 25 years old and want a raging party weekend. Not family camping what so ever and park staff have done nothing to help this.

Tim Hingston

These are the people who know how to do banquets! We had a great breakfast for an Interfaith gathering. Good read great and should be suitable for everyone gathered yet efficiently served for such a large number of people in a short period of time.

Darcy Campbell

Very welcoming, fabulous staff most accommodating, spacious rooms food and hospitality second to none. thank you for everything

Dave Pope

Lots of options of things to do here Conference rooms Water park Trailer park Bowling alley Boston pizza Mini golf Arcade Pool tables Kids fun zone Ice cream! Yurts Camping I think that's it. There's the occasional trade show and other shows here too. Checkout their website from time to time to see what's happening.

Jay Proulx

Kids had a blast, they love the wave ???? pool.

Tammy Brown

Great experience at Boston Pizza patio! The DJ was playing great music, and the atmosphere alone was just awesome. We will definitely be going back!

Devonn Fitzpatrick

We had a great time with our son. Plenty of games for him to play - and us. We played “unlimited” so it was 2hrs of unlimited games, but no tickets/prize at the end. Next time we may play for prizes, but I think we’d blow through credits quickly.

simon keller

It used to be 5 star they shut down my favorite slide

Liang Cheng “Julian” Weng Chen

Good place to have a nice splash. Don't expect too much. The waiting time for the slides are ok, not the worst. * 2 slides are out of service.

Daniel Cardoza

Visited the arcade and had a good time. I'd recommend the $20 for unlimited play for two hours rather than buying credits. You play 2 hours but don't get prizes !

Vivienne Lindo-Romero

Great little water park entertainment centre in Kitchener. My nieces and nephews had a great time playing in the water park the slides and the arcade area. Next time we will check out the bowling alley

Liam Yum

They don't allow any sort of GoPros or handheld cameras. You always have to be in this one position. Quite expensive if you're only doing the water activities. You have to rent your own tubes... Its okay and all but I personally favour Wet 'N' Wild over this because there's more slides, less unneeded rules. Cameras are allowed, staff are nicer...

Stephen

Went here for a birthday. Service was not great. Drinks came halfway through the game and had to be asked for multiple times. I went up to the bar and asked for a can of beer. Paid in cash. Bartender helps the next person in line then asks me "what else can I help you with?" "Yeah the can I just bought...?" Halfway through our second game a new group walked into our lane full boar and started bowling when we were still paid up for another half hour of time. Management needs to give their heads a shake here.

Imdad Ali

Small and good fun place for everyone.

Justin Tube

Nice and quiet, no stress or rushing when we went. Was perfect for our staycation day.

Jay Sheils

Great. Lights are well done. Cost me $40 though which is a bit much.

Lil Dick

Lil price for the same show as last year

cj randall

I'm not sure if this place is under new management or not, but things are a little odd when dealing with the company now. I had inquired about seasonal spots. after some back and forth, I missed the regular seasonal spots but apparently they opened some extra, one time only sports due to high volume interest. fair enough. the prices are a tad high, but it is what it is. what got me is the $750 non-refundable deposit. now, again I can understand a deposit being non-refundable. but talk about money gouging. the campgrounds I've seen that take these usually take a $150-300, tops. $750? seriously? when I asked if this was refundable if the government shuts the park down due to covid (which can definitely happen) will I get my deposit back. this was the reply..."if the government decides we can't open then bingeman's will decide what they will do". that's a bit sketchy. it basically leaves them open to say no, you're getting nothing back. I understand it's a business and it needs to make money. but be transparent. be open and honest. don't be shady. overall the customer care-less attitude that the woman I was talking to, Penny, is just too much. we'll be taking our trailer elsewhere and most likely never coming back. bingeman's has never had a great reputation for customer service. it seems it's just getting worse and worse.

Tonia Kumynska

Relatively cheap with lots to do! However, we went on the 3 story play structure and while it's huge and loads of fun, it's in dire need of updating. The netting on the structure was falling apart in many places and was being held together by cable ties, some of the mats were falling apart to the point where you could see the stuffing inside. It could also used a good vacuum inside the ball area, where you could see a few good years of dust build up. Other than that, some of the arcade games looked brand new and like I said, there's lots to do (rope course, rock climbing wall, escape room, and in the summer there is a wave pool, huge splash park and mini golf). All separate fees. The play structure cost my toddler and I $6.

Kevin Harris

Great fun place ! Had a birthday party there and my kids had fun. One downside , the games cost a lot of money and half of them werent working the day we were there.

Mo shay

Super awesome place to go for Oktoberfest! The beer is obviously extremely expensive and I did not like their beer (too hoppy for me personally) but the tents were fun and unique. One was more traditional with german music and dancing (my fave) and the other had rock music and was catered more towards a younger crowd as a general whole.

Sarah Jane

Kids always have fun. Funworx is clean. Staff is friendly. Needs a better system for purchasing Funworx passes. Had to wait in line with everyone going to the water park. Price of cantine good is pretty high. But, can't expect it to be less, considering the type of venue.

Dustin Cowan

A great place to spend the day with the family. Prices are a little high, but so is the fun. If you are hitting the water park for a full day of activities I highly recommend renting one of the private cabanas. It cost a few bucks for the day ($150) but seating is limited otherwise, and the cabana comes with a few perks! We are headed back there again this weekend!

Jason Nguyen

Poor quality bowling equipment and service. My family was provided a bowling lane with broken lights; the bowling pins were barely visible. There were plenty of available lanes to accommodate moving our group of 10, but they only offered to split up our group into different lanes. We had to wait for 15 mins to just have the bowling guards removed. Both of our attendants either forgot about this request entirely or did not update us on the status of our request. We only received support when we requested support from the front desk. Although the quality and price of the food was good, bowling at Bingemans was an overall poor experience.

Cody Nowell

Nice venue with some large rooms and big ceilings. The breakout rooms were nice for the competition as break rooms and presentation rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the dinner, great food, buffet style. They had four tables open on each side for eight lines, we whipped 500 people through dinner in no time and they had no issue keeping up. Was very satisfied with the meal and with the service it's not always easy feeding that many people. This would be a great place for a conference or event, a bit on the older side but lots of parking available and it's pretty close to downtown Waterloo. Would recommend it I was very impressed by how they handled the meals I hadn't seen anything like that before.

isabel antony

This is really nice experience but don't go as groups, that will ruin the experience...

J.

Went with coworkers for a Christmas party. Group of 6 and paid for the premium lounge bowl. Not only was the food cold and dishes dirty, but the had the audacity to tell us that we were booked for another lane on the main floor. Until we showed our copy of the reservation, that they said they made a mistake, and asked us to wait 15 minutes (already 10 minutes late) for our lanes to be made available. No effort was made to improve our night, and no apology was offered. Terribly unimpressed.

Manny Ford

Went to the gift of light holiday light show, we had tickets for 7pm and got in right at our time slot. Very organized to get in. Lights were really cool!

Rebecca McKay (Soprano)

It's a fun place to bowl. I find that the service from Boston pizza really varies. It can be awfully slow or ok. Servers sometimes forget about you. The bowling lanes never malfunction since I've been there. Front desk staff are OK as well. We were 15 minutes early for our time (as they told us to come early) and we weren't let on until 15 minutes past our time. Lots of waiting.

Jonathan Yim

Free open WiFi no login required is like fastest speed I've tested ever including on university campuses ???? went here for a birthday party for my nephew. The play area is huge. They have a glow in the dark room perhaps for bigger parties! They sisnt rush us to get out ao that was nice ☺

Mistry Woman

The scream park was actually scary, it was so well put together and the actors are badass and extremely nice!!! If you like Halloween then this is something you need to try!! Don’t recommend bringing kids here, can be super intense!!!

Bill McCullough

The Christmas tree display was spectacular ????

Talya Smith

Great spot for kids. Clean. Lots of different options to choose from. Friendly staff. It's pretty much like a Dave and Busters for kids. My son had a blast and we will definitely be going back again.

Zane Dargaty

Poorly maintained. Not an RV resort, an old campground with a water park and a pool. Some picnic tables were ready to be scrapped, and the fire rings were rusty truck tire rims. No money is being put back into the camp ground. Stayed with a group of Class B campers. Staff removed items from our sites knowing they were still occupied. One couple got their occupied flag back dirty and with the flag's stand bent; another couple never got theirs back. Some staff were unfriendly. In the low rent section the showers did not work properly, water was cold and you had to hold the button in the whole time to get any water. Also there is no security to speak of. Anyone can drive through the campground day or night; we did not feel very safe. Our advice is to stay elsewhere.

janet leclair

Great place for family fun but bathrooms are seriously lacking in numbers and locations

Matt B

Great venue for medium-sized functions. Air conditioned, and supports multi-media presentations. Food quality is above-average, considering their ability to serve large quantities of people.

Rob McIntosh

Its a good place for kids but the water park is pricey. If you want to take the kids but are not going to use it you still have to pay full price (35.00) to stand and watch.

Chris Berry

Lots of fun. My kids really enjoyed playing in the arcade and winning tickets to get some prizes. The prize selection was decent. The stuffed animals looked of good quality. We will definitely return.

Zaidi

Actually, we wanted to go to the Banquet Hall but there was no signage showing how to get there. The Management of the Banquet Hall must consider it and place appropriate signs heading towards the hall. Otherwise, I liked the hall very much, it was neat and clean, washrooms were tidy, Staff members were very nice and friendly.

Erika Rego

It's a fun place to go but the bowling is pricy and you always wait forever on food and drink service. More often than not you try to order something off the menu and they either don't serve it at the location or just "don't have any right now". It's definitely not somewhere if go on a regular basis.

Shannon D

1st time ever at Bigemans had such a great day with lots to do for the whole family. 5 stars! Will be returning!

Bryan B

So I just want to get this out of the way now, but the only reason this place didn't receive at Star from me is simply because we checked in on Sunday, we were after 2pm and had to wait until almost 5 before we got the keys to our container cabin because it still want ready. Apparently the previous guest wasn't co-operative and didn't check out on time. The sign state you must check out by 11am... So I guess they don't do nothing if you don't except make the next person wait longer to check in. Besides that the camping was great, nice and scenic. Didn't go to the waterpark, although it did look pretty great. Did go to the pool to which was clean but a little too cold for my liking... The kids swam tho and that's what mattered most. Showers were mostly cold, but good enough for camping and what I expected. Seemed to be open all night which was great since I like to shower late. The container cabin was handy, especially with the AC. Nice place to escape the heat. To be honest tho the beds were terrible. So hard to sleep 3 nights there. Don't expect comfy bed that's for sure. Again... It's camping so let's keep it realistic. It was quiet when it was supposed to be and everybody seemed to respect everybody else's privacy. Definitely a plus. The mini golf was fun and the play area was fantastic for the kids. Can't complain. Would I go back? Yes. I would. Would I recommend this place? Definitely yes. I could probably write alot more, but I think this is good enough for my review. So yes..m book a trip there, the price is right and it's a good place.

Erin Davis

This is solely to talk about the kids play place. It needs some serious repair! Duct tape holding pvc pipe together, zip ties and string holding nets together. Broken screens where the nerf guns are located on the second story. A child can climb up and through and fall down. Probably some health and safety concerns there. The toddler area is not safe at all and really lousy. And it all just feels dirty.

Brian B

Christmas light display was awesome even if it took us three tries to find the entrance (Its the campground entrance). Bingamans offers so much this should probably be split up into different categories.

Srushti Shah

Fun place to hang out with friends

Tad Mclaughlin

Stayed in the converted containers and they were decent. We stayed two night’s and maybe it was a bit too long. We had two young kids with us who really enjoyed it. Better than camping, but not by much to be honest. If your used to camping then your probably good.

Classic Roofing Muskoka

Its needing alot of grounds repair to the water park walkways and stars. The indoor stuff was nice. For the cost of admission I was expecting a better manitained park. The grounds were very rough interlock. It would be nice to wear sandals but you have no way to get them down the slides. It was very clean no garbage to be seen. Staff were great and very friendly.

Carina Lebrasseur

Booked 2 cottages for 2 days, $400 and left after the first night. They were partying till 3am, absolutely ridiculous. We were there with a 5yr old and 2yr old who didnt get to sleep till after 1 am because of the stereo speakers blaring outside. Will never go here again. They should tell families that cabins are for young partygoers so I would not have wasted my $

Alison Purvis

Big splash was so much fun. Lots of picnic tables, chairs etc. Get there early to get a lounger tho. The rides are fun and the staff take safety seriously. The only let down was the wave pool. It was way too hot and the waves weren't big and fun. I'd go back tho just for the waterslides

Desh Sharma

Had a great time taking the family bowling. Fun, clean and good times. One star less only because the bathrooms weren't maintained and cleaned.

Mathew Gennaro

I was at Bingemans to attend ever after music festival. it has a great layout and is big enough to host such an event comfortably. I have not camped there nor used the water park but it does seem to have a lot of amenities.

Christina P

Very poor service there. Booked a week early. The host team wasn't rest for us. They seemed lost (maybe training?). We were never there before, so we were hoping they'd be more on the ball. Our server made us feel like we were wasting her time. It wasn't busy so not sure what her problem was. I ordered nachos. The chips were hard, and had a couple of old hard fried in it. Booked the bowling alley after dinner. It was our oldest daughters birthday with 2 younger children so we requested the bumpers up when we Booked. The server told us to just move over to the ally after dinner. Well she took forever to come back to help wrap things up from the table. Cut into our bowling time. The lane didn't have bumpers. Took 20 minutes before someone was willing to help us with that. Bowling is on a timer too btw so if you are late you lose the time (even if they aren't busy). Ordered a drink while bowling. Couldn't find the lady that took our drink order at the end. So I went to the bar to pay, and the bartender rolled her eyes at me because I asked to pay?! We were way to nice to these people for the service we received. I have no idea why we tipped them. Won't be going back. No one left in a good mood. Felt so bad for our birthday girl. Live and learn I guess

Herbert Balagtas (Banana Powered Pedaler)

We were here during winter to celebrate my sons birthday, we invited a couple of friends and the kids really enjoyed the arcade and the play structure. For food you can either bring your own or order from their concession stand or from Boston Pizza next to the bowling alley.

Justine Krause

Wait staff could have been better. But fun atmosphere

Jayne Elford

Had a fantastic time with our party at Bingemans. Food was timely and our event contact Lisa was extremely easy to work with.

S McC

Uneven sites with lots of trash from previous campers. Steep road to lower campground area is pitted with deep potholes and crumbling pavement (a great road to drive if you need to agitate ice cubes in your RV holding tank to clean sensors). Large parking lot adjacent to the campsites encourages foot traffic through campsites to reach pool, showers, restroom, miniature golf, etc -- and provided no barrier between guests at campground and guests at water park/amusement park. Several campsites had welcome mats, garden flag, water bottles, and other personal items stolen during daylight hours -- we were first told they were likely removed by grounds crew (who should leave things in place unless campsite is unoccupied!), but later told it was not the grounds crew, so there's no hope of recovering stolen items. Lots music from amusement park is also annoying at times. Campers found drill bits inserted into the asphalt if the lower parking lot, which would surely puncture tires of vehicles driving over them. We'll NEVER stay here again, if we can avoid it!!!

Ryan Williams

The website says 10:45 pm is when they close. I tried calling all extension s and it was impossible to talk to anyone. I showed up to mini golf at 7:30pm and my family were denied to mini putt because it was too late. The manager Lisa was responsible and she seems completely incompetent. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! ANSWER YOUR PHONES!

Lees M

Good fun and clean. The wheelchair accessibility was a little remote and not well signed though. Finding staff to help with the lift was difficult. Once we were in the park it was full steam ahead.

mike lewis

I went in o give my kids some more money and ALL the bank machines were down managment told me that they could not charge 30 callers to my card and give the money to the kids . At the prices you charge there should be a way my to accommodate your customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to this is not the first time I've had bad service here.

Craig Ainsworth

Tons of things to do for short or long visits. Prices a little on the higher side which prevents regular visits so I recommend the season pass for frequent visitors which includes the new and improved play structure. Would love to see a little more in the kids area for younger kids.

Jonny R

Came here for a booster shot. Not the funnest time lol.

Chef paul Sanchez

The screamerspark is amazing worth every penny

Bundle Buster

Back in for Christmas 2019 I purchased $400 worth of season passes (2020) for myself and family members. When the season was canceled due to covid. I was offered for my passes to be transferred to 2021 or a gift card +20%. I chose to take the 2021 passes. Because of uncertainty with everything happening I have asked for a refund. I've been told they are not offering refunds at this time. However I can still get the amount transferred onto a gift card. I replied to them by saying that a gift card to a place that is not open is not much use. Today again I was refused and offered the gift card or my passes to be extended to 2022. This is completely unacceptable. They have absolutely no clue when and if they can open for the season at this point. Even if they can things will be a lot different and nor myself or family feel Bingemans would be the best place to be.

Candice Grizzle

Had a great night. Jordan was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Tonia Walker

Our annual Christmas party was held here at the bowling alley then we were upstairs for dinner. The bowling was well organised and there was plenty of staff available for drink orders. The staff should be mindful and not complain about their tables in front of other customers. The apps that were serves were hot and tasty. The food for dinner was lack lustre and cold. the room wasn't set up when we arrived and we had to organise the tables ourselves. It was lacking decor and ambience. The food wasn't ready all at the same time and they seemed somewhat disorganised.

yutzman

Fun place to take your kids....waterpark is awesome and indoor playstructure is great for little ones:) Decent arcade with VR now this year. Kingpin bowling and Boston pizza on site is a bonus as well as pizza pizza. We have season passes and if you buy them the year before they are 60 bucks.....best deal out there

Roger Kelian

Amazing atmosphere!

I have a 3 year old little girl and although we made the most of our experience I have a few issues. DISCLAIMER: I was only there for the play place or jungle gym (whatever you call it) so my perspective is limited to that part of the park. 1. There is no supervision. There were older boys inside throwing things and climbing everywhere, sometime elbowing little kids out of the way. It would be nice to have someone there from the staff just to make sure everyone gets a chance to have fun - safely. 2. There is a loud hissing noise where the air balls come out. It's right in the middle and my daughter was so scared I had to go in with her holding her hand. 3. The gate that let's you in doesn't work properly and if you're lucky to figure out how to get in - once you're in you can't come out (without swiping your card again) which I'm pretty sure is a fire hazard. It looks like there is a safety handle from the insidr but it's broken. In conclusion, this place would be awesome for older kids (6yr and up) but I wouldn't bring a little one inside.

Was their on Saturday night for a works party and of knowing there food for about 40 years I have to say it was very disappointing. This was supposed to be christmas dinner I got a very very small piece of beef, watery mashed potatoes and some coslaw the rest was like a very cheap Chinese buffet which is not christmas dinner. The waiters didn't clear tables very well and I went for coffee in a urn at 10:30 and it was like ice coffee. I guess the only good thing was the had a good bar tender.

Elijah Noftle (EvilClown)

Went here for ScreamPark this year! Absolutely awesome Halloween attraction! The actors were great and really friendly (while also still staying in character and trying to scare you)! Totally reccomend!

Shawnie Clark

We made a day, or night I suppose, to drive down to see the “Gift Of Lights” light display. It was really nice to see and having the radio station advertised with Christmas music was a nice touch. An upside or downside depending on your personal opinion, but I wish we had been able to take some better photos, but as the cars cannot stop at any point a lot of the pictures came out blurry.

Kerry Wilkinson

Had a birthday party for our little one in the glow room which was awesome. Then had 2 hours of unlimited arcade games which was also awesome. Had a blast

Hareem Ahmed

We went to the gift of lights drive thru! What an amazing time. Can't wait for next year. I'm so glad I found this place. Great, affordable family fun.

Tashmin patel

Generally very busy and they are too slow on all the rides. On an average it tood about 2.5 minutes for a rider to complete the ride, this resulted to hectic waiting time. It’s always too busy and crowded. Have good collection of rides but incompetent to manage it faster.

Aldona K.

It's a nice kid friendly place. Organizational not so good. If have people check in for Splash park up in a Funworx please make second line for quick bag check by the entrance to the pool. Don't make us stand in another check in line. Especially during opening hours and weekends.

Hussain Khuraibet

Fun place to go for bowling and a nice arcade if you’re here just for fun then get the unlimited pass which is u can play any game other than claw machine and those kinds of game for 2 hours but u don’t earn any tickets

Sheida M

Kingpin is one of the best bowling places I know. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the whole place is designed for a great experience. Shoes are in good condition. There's also plenty of comfy seats for large groups. Recommended.

Kevin Fernandes

Bowling was great. There were a few issues with our lane but those were resolved, and they added extra time for us! Staff were nice, and everything was kept clean, including the washrooms. Appreciative.

Jhe Monreal

Great experienced, highly recommended for family.

PlatinumTurbo

Booked tickets for 7pm drone show, got confirmation and receipt for said drone show. Day before show, I get an email saying they overbooked and my ticket has been moved to 9pm without any prior notice. I have 2 small kids thats why I booked the 7pm show. Email states if I don't like it they can give me a refund. Thats not how you do business, this is the 2nd time Bingemans has done this to me, I will never book with them again.

Shorty Goofy

Came here for the “gift of lights” it was our first time. The tunnel of lights was amazing! Great photo opportunity. We chose to come by car and not do the walking one, but I think if you are to visit the best option would be to walk it so you can stop and take nice pictures which will not come out blurry.

J.E. S.

Great as always. Had an excellent time with my wife and friends

Becca

The waterpark was fun for my little brother but we were camping in the campground and the campground gets a discount on day passes for the water park and when we went the girl at the counter had no clue what we were talking about and when the supervisor came they told us we had to go to the camping office which is at the other side of the park to purchase passes for the waterpark. Poor service.

Christine Gillis Bilton

Went to the Holiday Drone show tonight at Bingemans. Well organized in getting people in place, but a 15 minute delayed start. Only a 6 minute drone show for the first half, with musical difficulties. 30 minute intermission followed by a much better, 8 minute second half. The actual show was much shorter than the advertised 30 minutes. The show itself was mostly holiday themed and was definitely unique. Ticket for the car was a flat $35 and in a non-covid year, we would've been disappointed. This year, it enabled us to get out and do something as a family.

Mark M

Whether it's the water park in the summer or the indoor video game area, this place is amazing. Fun for my 2 kids plus my inner child! Will return for sure and highly recommended for anyone with a pulse.

Yesha Shah

Bingemans is one of my favorite places to go bowling and I basically learned bowling here. Sometimes it takes too much time for pins to come down but other than that everything is really good. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

Polsky's Strength and Conditioning

We held our Christmas Party here this year. It was a large, open space for us to gather, socialize and have fun bowling while not feeling too crammed. The service was great and the food was delicious.

Rebekah Hookings (RebekahsReviews)

This place is a ton of fun with lots of different activities and events throughout the year. The indoor climber is massive! My kids love it here. We had a nice formal dinner hosted here as well, they host good group events. The bowling upstairs is so expensive that I wouldn't even consider. The prize counter is always full of good little prizes for all ranges, everyone gets something from this experience. Definitely worth checking out

Nichole Riddolls

My two older boys are 7 and almost 9 and are big enough to go on the water slides. Most of the time they are too small for the "cool stuff".me and the little guys are between the splash pad and wave pool.

Aniket Sananse

Great campsite with all the basic requirements... One of the best ones if u have small kids who don't wanna be in the woods ... They also have swimming pool along with hot water tub .. Plus a beautiful lake in center to take some shots there..!! Within city limits if u want to get that dinner pick up ;) ..!! Great and helpful staff as well..!!

Thom Last

Splendid lights at Bingemans! A great trip, fun for the whole family!!

Jesse Michaels

Chaotic, noisy but a lot of fun for the kids! Entrance price is very reasonable and there's is enough to do to keep even young kids occupied for a few hours. The arcade games are also a blast and kept this adult occupied!

Marc A. Laflamme

Amazing drive through experience for Christmas lights. I’ll do it again next year

Mandee M

A great place to go to start family traditions! We have gone here 2 years in a row now, our daughter loves it. And if your lucky and it's not busy you can get out and take quick pictures.

A A

3 stars because at the front desk was a lady who was extremely rude, she didn't even want to show us the bill when we asked to see it. She had a horrible attitude and treated us like we were begging for something. But overall it's a good place to have some fun.

trish mcarthur

Great place to bring the kids. Be prepared to spend lots of money on food. The swim times are conveniently placed over meal times and you cannot bring food in. Two large pizzas and a burger was $100.

GOKUL Rajan

Great place to tire the kids with big play structures and rock climbing. Rope walking is another feature. The downside is they have this huge epileptic sin during screen facing the entrance to the play structure and front of chairs for general audience who may include smaller kids and seniors... May be visually disturbing and bright.

KiMAGIC KiMAGIC

After lunch at the Boston Pizza, we came in to the Bingemans Big Splash. After changing into our bathing suits we stepped out on to the deck exited about all of the slides that awaited us. They had many slides to choose from and better yet, the height restrictions are very reasonable so that everyone can go (most of the required heights are around forty inches). My personal favourite slide was the Cyclone. Over all, the park quite fairly spread out which makes it feel like there is less of a crowd, there also is a big wave pool which has a shallow end and a deep end however the tubes have to be rented for five dollars each and Cabana rentals are also available, another thing to note is that most of the rides are one person at a time, however there are a couple that two people can ride on at the same time. We highly recommend that you try it out especially if traveling with young ones. Overall it is the most fun water park in the region.

Cedric S.

Review is for the Bowling and Boston Pizza service. Not too happy when I go there. Always the same issue. Balls or pins get stuck. Takes 10 to 15 mins to fix. Service is atrociously slow. Takes for ever to get refills and new orders. I have been here 8 times so far and it's the SAME thing every time. Get more staff or train them better.

Nikita Regular

Drone show was good. 2 10 mins shows took 50 mins. So a lot of sitting and waiting for kids. Make sure you bring something for them to do. But was a good show.

FFTW Development

Always packed but one of the places in KW where you can do a few activities in one day. We have had events here with our teams and they have always been good. Staff can be really good or average but with a day out.

Chantelle Z

The best place to play Beach Volleyball in town. Always a fun time at Ever After music festival. Cool water park in the summer. My fave event at Bingemans tho is the scream park during Halloween. So Thrilling!

Harold Joseph

Sorry to say, the wave pool is just a swimming pool and no big waves. Also no fixed schedule for the waves, my kids were disappointed

Julie Hornick-Martyk

This place sucks. Lanes did not work and wasted a lot of time we payed for. Manger was nowhere to be found. Lane condition was NG maybe oiled once in the day. Overall this place sucked one star maybe to good. Severs at less try to do the best they could with poor everything. Had diner here spent a lot of money for below subpar treatment.

Ken Andersson

Such a great place to bring the family. Outdoor water park, indoor games, rock wall and playground for the younger kids. Bowling and Boston Pizza next door too. Mini golf, can even camp there too. Prices are not cheap, but not overpriced either. There's deals for admission alot of times on wagjag or Groupon too. So keep an eye out for those to save some cash. With all their land, the only thing missing in my opinion is a go-kart track. Hint hint ????

pooja mankani

I love the ambience in this bowling arcade. The lighting is perfect and the food and drinks menu is really good. A great place to chill out with friends. I had the chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert and loved it. Reasonable price and good quantity.

suhani suri

I came here to look at Christmas lights. Getting here was the most frustrating part. It was difficult to find, and we used a few different GPS devices and asked for directions. Once you get here it is magical. The lights were beautiful, and there are restaurants for you to go to after/before. it was a bit if a drive for me, but well worth it.

J3nn87

First of all I read all the reviews before we went and was so nervous of all the bad ones and thought for sure we were going to have a horrible time, clearly people have way to high of expectations. Anyway, We stayed at Bingemans this past weekend July 24-27 The park was FULL like jam packed but it wasn’t crazy or noisy/loud at night and everyone was super friendly. Because of COVID I do recommend booking everything before you go and planning your days as you have to book everything you want to do in advance. The washrooms were dirty but manageable to use Sat/Sun. The majority of people left Sunday so Monday/Tues they were super clean. The showers were dirty so we didn’t end up using them but we spent so much time in the pool and water park it was fine. The Oasis pool was VERY clean, one of the cleanest pools I’ve been in. **Do note that for the kids at the water park and pool they have to have on a actual life jacket that is approved no puddle jumpers** We were in site 405 so all the sites in that row back onto a field which make it walkable too the mini golf and camping pool. And it is close to the washrooms. The only annoying part is people kept walking through our site to cut through the bush. You do have to drive up to the Boston Pizza, Water Park & arcade which was fine cause it was super hot. My only issue with the Boston Pizza is we made reservations at 5:30pm and were there 10 min early and we barley got a table. People that made reservations were getting turned away because they were so busy. So they need to plan better or just not allow reservations. The fire wood is a large bag with big pieces of wood for around $10 which is pretty standard at most places I’ve found. The ice are super large bags around $10 as well. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be going back!

H. Villa

We stayed here for a weekend with another family. Our sites were a good size, albeit a bit in the open. In conversation with another camper, I heard that the sites on the Grand River offered a bit more privacy. The washroom was clean but could be updated. Staff at the registration desk were friendly and efficient. It rained a bit on Saturday so we went to the St. Jacob’s farmer’s market in the morning and then took the kids to the Bingemans indoor playground in the afternoon, which they enjoyed. I’d go back again – there are enough things to do outside or inside if it rains.

nicole janssen

Its a great place . We were at the hall for a comedy show and it was pretty good ! But id like to know of they have AND AED as someone had a heart attack while there and NO ONE KNEW OF ONE .

Shannon Mellin

We booked a family trip for June 23-26. Upon Our Arrival... *Park Was Open On Sunday But "For A Private Event" and were unable to go...No Apology For Not Mentioning It. *Park Not Open On Monday. No Apology For Not Mentioning That Either When Booking. *Closed Campsite Family Pool...Manager "Penny" Does Not Even Have A Reason Why... Told Its Not Her Department. *Refusal Of Refund For Reminder 2 Days even after I offered to pay for first night...Its Not Her Problem She Does Not Have Time To Give Park Details Upon Booking. Told To Go Use Voucher For Bowling n Pizza THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! *Go down and buy $50 for arcade cards and use vouchers for pizza n bowling. 20 MINUTES AFTER WE GET THERE THE HYDRO GOES OUT. *HYDRO ALSO GOES OUT AT CAMPSITE PAST 9:30PM *Try n Go Again This Morning n Boston Pizza was down as well as bowling. Till we had a voiced our disappointing our stay was for our children we were then accommodated w pizza n bowling n FREE BROWNIES (LOL). I Have To Say Though That The Manager At Boston Pizza Was Very Kind n Understanding. And She too was also surprised that there was no offer for a refund nor apologetic. *Showers Were Terrible n Dirty. *Campgound very barren...CLEARLY PEOPLE ONLY STAY FOR THE WATER ATTACTIONS. BUT WOULD NOT KNOW HOW FUN THE WATER PARK IS SINCE WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE IT DURING OUR STAY. WE EVEN LEFT A DAY EARLY IN HOPES TO FIND OTHER THINGS TO DO WITH OUR CHILDREN TO MAKE THE MOST OF OUR BAD EXPERIENCE.

Jen Tremblett

It's a decent place to take the kids

Hwy Gurl

It was fun. The line ups for the slides were unusually long wait times. Maybe could be a little better organised in that sense. There are little flying bugs that bite and it's rather annoying. Other then that the kids had fun

Gauge

Went to scream park and I was very disappointed. I paid $47 and something in change for a really disappointing experience. I went last year and it was amazing. This year, they changed everything. There were little to no actors. The groups were not separated with enough of a gap so the group in front of us got all the scares instead of my group. It literally was boring. Not at all scary. Screamers was better. I recommend going there instead.

Acton Guy

Family had a great time. Staff were all very friendly. Had a great time at the water park. The reason I gave 3 stars was the cleanliness of the site when we got there. There was garbage everywhere. As well the washrooms were a mess anytime we used them. We will be back but hope they solve the cleanliness issues. It was disappointing.

salvatore varriano

First time at Bingemans for Oktoberfest. Lot of options for beer, Jager bar, authentic German band, good times. Would definitely go back.

Raina Bernard

Great vaccination site. Well organized and kind nurses!

Sim S

Screampark was great as usual! Absolutely no lines, went on a Thursday night. Very nicely done, scary compared to other places. Highly recommend here..do not waste your time or money going to wonderland. This is even better than casa loma in toronto.

Keith Thompson

We played mini golf.It was ok. I think the staff should sweep off the course .A lot of stuff on the putting area's.

Greg Albert

Food was terrible and took forever to get to the table. Then the bowling alley wasn't ready despite the fact that we were an hour late due to the slow food service. And the whole place was fairly dirty.

Leticia Giron

Octoberfest breakfast, excellent and delicious, thank you to all the sponsors

Talia L

We planned a birthday party here. The plan was to go to Boston pizza and do bowling and then go to the arcade. We called A WEEK IN ADVANCE to check that they were open until 10 (google says they are open until 10). They told us they were. After we went to Boston pizza, we went to the arcade and they were closed. We had 11 little kids with nothing to do for an hour because they told us they would be open.

Lisa Clayton

The staff were friendly and helpful. This was our corporate Christmas function. The beef was tender, the chicken was juicy. The salads were varied and fresh. There were dairy and gluten-free options. Lots of variety for dessert. Best yet: they plowed! We had a winter storm today. City streets weren't plowed at 5:30. But Bingeman's was!

Robert Slater

Had a blast so much to do

Angela

They are only booking every other site but its still super close to everyone and all the sites are small. We had room for a 25ft camper and dining tent but would not have had room for the dining tent if they booked the site beside us. All the amenities that were open were pool, arcade, mini golf, Boston Pizza and Drive In but everything was booked solid for the 3 days we were there and I tried booking on the Thursday before going, the Drive in had private events both Saturday and Sunday night of a long weekend! Also there is no place to actually fish and the river is not one you can swim in, Everyone that works there looks between the ages of 16 - 19 so no one there that could address a complaint at all. We were also told to park our 2nd vehicle in the parking lot away from our site but almost every site there had 2 vehicles and several sites had way more people at them than 6! Overall This was the worst place I have ever camped at and you could not pay me to ever go back.

Marco Marsili

Mini golf was fun, clean and safe with the Covid19 protections + visibly extra cleaning!

Stephanie Eneogwe

my experience at Bingemans was awful last weekend. my daughter celebrated her birthday last saturday in funworX, and somehow lost her game card. spoke with two different staff at the redemption centre about it and my little girl was crying in front of the staffs because she could not play game with her friends. My daughter explained to them that she did not know how her game card fell from her pocket and the staff said that they can not replace it that we have to purchase it. It was really disappointing after spending close to $500.00 on Big Splash Birthday there and just to replace $3.00 card even as a courtesy for the celebrant they said no. It is really bad and wicked.

Megan Kroetsch

My kids are registered for Bingman's Chipper's Day Camp for August 2020 and I have just been informed that Bingemans will not be refunding parents during Covid but that they would "kindly" hold onto our money until Summer 2021. Really? Bingemans has been a household name in the KW region for decades. Bingemans should reconsider their reputation during this Covi-19 pandemic and refund parents. Bottom line, if my kids cannot safely go to their camp, or they cannot safely operate their kids' camp programs as advertised, they need to offer refunds. Bingemans should be embarrassed. This is bad business Bingemans.

Ron Lemon

Water slides are great, wave pool is a little wishy washy. Lines didn't seem to be too long although it can still be a bit of a wait on some of the slides. Nice splash pad. Make sure to have a strap for your glasses and sometimes they ask you to remove your watch and necklaces even though it's not posted that you need to do so.

Meegan Galloway

A huge patio, food was great, service was exceptional. The view of the fountain enjoyable. Best Boston Pizza I have been to.

Crystal Smith

This review is only for the Screampark it was terrible. Not scary at all will not return again. It was a waste of money when you can go to the hunt at Canada's wonderland for the same price. Very disappointing for us.

Chris Conroy

Can state just how horrific the stay at Bingemans Campground was. It started with a 45 minute wait to check in at 2pm. Never been to a campground where it took that kind of time to check in let alone at 2pm. The grounds were horribly kept. Paid for a pull thru site that I couldn't pull thru due to low branches which would rip the roof on my 5th wheel. Not announced to me at the time I booked the site was the fact that there was a washed up 80s heavy metal concert on the grounds the weekend we booked. My family had to endure the awful screech of Skid Row and Queensryche without their lead singers. Towards the end of the night an individual came through our site, said just passing through who I later had to chase away from my truck when I found him looking in the windows. No gated entrance or access control to the campground. Never have I felt so unsafe in a campground. Cars travel at excessive speeds at all hours and are left unchecked with small children playing everywhere. Need to travel by vehicle to the water park and pool which leads to people driving around the park after several drinks and would not be fit for driving on public roads. I cant state enough just how awful the experience was for my family. Lesson learned, any place that advertises under no circumstances do we issue refunds more prominently than anything else should be avoided.

Alejandro Croce

The water park is amazing. They just had a freak accident with the water chemicals, but that's the first time I've heard of something like that in all the years it's been running. My kids love it there.

Britany Gallinger

We went to the tour of lights Super amazing experience made me feel like a child again You've done a really great job Perfect amount of time for something to do with smaller children too We only took our older one but for sure next year or maybe even later this season I'd take my toddler too

Hon. Matt Perusco

Expensive. Poor service. Great indoor play park. Perfect for thos over 20 years plus. Games are very expensive

MELANIE ENSLOW

Everything is very far away so when u ho to the bathrooms or get a drink u miss everything ! Stage us a little small

Dom Salazar

It was a good there, lots of chairs, umbrellas and tables where you can park yourself and relax. The other's who wants to enjoy the slides and wave pool, all had a great time. One thing to improve is the washroom and better showers.

Robert Baty

Great place for kids. For adults, just grab an icecream on a hot day or, a alcohol type of beverage and, you'll be fine, as long as you're kipping an eye on the little ones. There is is other kinds of foods like, hamburger and, hotdogs....... have fun

Gavin Breen

Used to like bowling here until my last experience. Watching people throw bowling balls aimlessly and recklessly in their own lane and across others was quite distracting and disturbing. I was thinking to myself, where are the staff members? And why is nobody doing anything about this? And then I realized that one girl at the lane was an employee and then saw there were other employees joining as well. This behaviour definitely did not make me feel at ease and essentially ruined the experience. Does not make me want to return.

Ashley Beam

Came here for pizza and bowling with a group. The food and service was good, but the music was pretty loud, my ears were ringing by the end of the experience. The bowling alley was decent, despite some obvious uneven flooring. Sometimes there would be a long lag between turns when the machine was trying to figure itself out. Overall, okay for parties, but not my preference.

John Brown

Was at the CSC Volunteer Banquet last night. Our table was forgotten and when food arrived it was not up to the Bingeman standards. We have been to many events at Bingemans and always enjoyed first class service and food. Last night was the absolute worst. Staff was definitely inexperienced and therefore, slow and extremely unorganized.

Tong Liu

Tons of fun activities to do with friends!

Durga Prasad Coimbatore Ravi

It was a good experience especially the bowling price was quite affordable and the food was really awesome at Boston pizza.

Melissa Henry

Fun experience for young ones but, camping wise everyone is on top of each other with very little personal space, very few bathrooms/showers for the amount of people. Great staff and groceries stores/LCBO/Tim's a few mins away.

April Moreno

Arrived at 2 to check in waited until almost 5 before being able to set up because other families were on the wrong site! Then spent 2 or more hrs cleaning up glass on our intire site worst experience ever!!

Corinne Kaufman

Kids love it but the bathrooms are gross in big splash area. Every time we go at least one of the slides are shut down for the day with means longer line ups at the other slides.

Renee Denomme

Best alley I've been to. But sucked that they didn't have 5 pin bowling.

Pam Hillis

Lots of fun to be had any season. Mini - golf, water park, games, bowling, food and a really fun drive through Christmas light display in the winter.

Andrew Kathen

We waited 1 and a half hours for beer and pizza and never got it. We had to go to the bar and get our own pitchers of beer… not enough staff…

Fiona Murray

I was very disappointed in scream park this year! I have been multiple times and it was really lacking in a scar and people who would even pop out and scare you. As well as safety. The most disappoint part of all was the escape room. The longest line and our last one my boyfriend and I did. He has done multiple before this was going to be my first escape room. we were some of the last people before the park closed tonight. I totally get your staff whats to go home at the end of the night, but when it says max 6 people at a time and you shove 8 of us in we got put in with a group of high school kids that were 6 already so we all couldn't fit in and look for clues. And when i looked down i got kicked in the head immediately! I was very disappointed by the end because of the staff running people though and over packing the last groups. no wonder hardly anyone has escaped the rooms. You can find clues when you can barley move. Really dont think it is worth the money this year!!

Gerry Trombley

Campground is just ok, nothing special about it! The only open showers are up the hill at the office and were not clean even though we went right after they cleaned them. The water park definitely needs some TLC . We saw several safety issues like nails sticking up on stairs treads, algae under water at the edge of steps , foot tall weeds along fences, and slippery wooden walkways. The path from the bottom of the purple slide was mud . So all those muddy feet must create a heck of a lot of dirt in the pools. This park is old and needs to be updated. Covid protocol is pretty lax. Was it fun? Our 9 year old loved it

Debbie Cunningham

Camping in cabin was great but campers pool isn't open during week only weekends 10 to 7 pm. Funworks also only open weekends, very disappointing when you have children and people pay for the season

Nat aces

Our very first time there with 5 adults and 3 kids was exceptional. Our first impression was its a little more compact than the other waterparks ive been too but it has everything a 3yr old girl would want in a place. Its has a clean childrens water playground and its patrolled frequently for the childrens safety. The wave pool is adequate with a nice slope for wade into the deeper water and the waves arent as powerful. No puddle jumpers allowed in the wave pool through. Our daughter had a blast in the indoor playground afterwards which includes a ball pit and a few slides. There is also an arcade and bowling alleys for the adults. We ate at boston pizza in the same complex and the food was great. Only reason it wasnt a 5star is the showering area and changeroom. It needs a solid refresh and a good clean. It reminded me of an elementary school washroom and change area.

B K

I used to bring my 16 year old daughter here when she was young. It was extremely fun for her great prices and lots to do. People who worked there were super friendly. It was so different then it is now. My 4 year old does enjoy the play structure but really the games are over priced and nothing else to do. Staff is not friendly and just always irritated if you ask them anything. Not really worth it anymore

frank schwab

The reason I was at Bingemans was for my second Covid vaccine. I was in and out very fast.

Neil P

Went with the kids and played video games did all the water sliding and mini golfing and eat at Boston pizza. Suggested if you want to spend the day having fun. I don't really recommend their campground 2/5 stars.

Sylvia Dittrich

Was at the main banquet hall taking in a seminar big bright windows letting in natural light. Real tablecloths and fresh pitchers of water on each table to adhere to covid protocol. Soft yellow walls made the room seem sunny especially this time of year. The fountain outside was lovely to hear during lunch. Nice natural peaceful setting to take a stroll this time of year. People available to help lecturer with videos and wifi . Only thing ,the foundation gardens needed some tending, they looked a little neglected.

West Popp

Bingemans recent addition.. Boston Pizza and Kingpin bowl lounge are simply amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The food is great, the staff are amazing and they really try to accommodate reservations of all sizes! Would definitely recommend!

Rythum Chawla

I visited the SCREAMPARK event and encountered with THE MOST RACIST person of the park’s management. It was a horrible experience as we were kicked out of the park with utmost disrespect and false accusations. The person claimed to be the manager named LISA. she threatened to call the cops on us and when we asked about it, she left the park with no replies! This was absolute harassment.

Orry Reibling

Went to see the Drone show. Show was great except for being behind a truck blocking the view a bit. Shrugged off the size of the truck but then they left their running lights on so we had their tail lights shining at us. Tried to ignore that but then the started their truck for the last 10 minutes of the show making their tail lights even worse. Flashed our lights at them but continued to ignore us, total douches. Be ware if you see license plate BD 25170 on the road in case they act like they own the road as well with no consideration of other vehicles around them .

Vishesh Gupta

Good atmosphere for bowling. Definitely pricey. Would recommend not playing on Lane 17 as it was super slow and wasted our time, had to go ask for extra time.

Mary Drozd-Lutka

The life guards in the big splash were not well trained. Horse play and running on wet surfaces was allowed and even the life guards were running between shift changes by the pool. Grown adults floating on inner tubes in the wave pool were pushing kids into the pool and nothing was done. Inside at funworxs the staff was disinterested and the snack bar was not accessible and overpriced.

Rhys Thorpe

Best place for summers for all ages of persons

Tripz Desimini

Very dirty not up to covid standards. The staff and management is very rude to children. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Very unsatisfying my child left here crying from the rude staff/management so sad

Maggie White

Had our work dinner at Boston Pizza. Chicken pecan salad was great as usual. Pasta was undercooked and a bit bland. Pizza was so so and quite expensive. Very busy & noisy

mike clapham

Would be nice if they would have posted on their home page about having to pre-book your time tried calling Saturday no answer and again Sunday no answer INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS! you have to go thru 3-4 different pages before you find any info about pre booking what a wasted 2 days.

Kaala Chokbengboune

The splash pad is really great for kids. The water is a bit colder than the pool but it's great for younger kids (under 12). It's pretty expensive if you're going strictly for the splash pad. Parent-friendly too. There's always lifeguards walking around. They're awesome because they don't sit at the splashpad, they're actively walking around! They have life jackets there, it's first come, first served (as swimming regulations have changed.) Also lots of stuff to do inside, like the Funworx indoor playground. Dropped a star because it's ridiculously expensive. We used a Groupon to cut the costs. The pool also isn't the best shape but still pretty good.

Mark Fischer

Such a great venue. Large variety of events and recreation.

Bobbie - Joe Seitz

My husband and I took our boys to Big Splash and made sure our youngest son was 48 inches to ride the waterslides. He went with my husband on the tube slide which says you need to be 48 inches to ride. They loved it. When my oldest took my youngest up and waited in a long line he was told he couldn't. He came down the stairs crying. When i took hi. Today the life guards shed they measured him again. Its said 48inches. She then did again and aimed her clip board down so that it said under 48. Not Happy with the staff and really for a day that costs you$100 bucks or more they should put it back into the water park.

Rachel Tenbergen

We went bowling although there are many other attractions here like a waterpark, escape rooms, arcade, etc. Great atmosphere, loud music (in a good way), helpful staff, alcohol, boston pizza, lounge seating. The bowling is awesome and the price is alright. The only downside is the noise if you are a more talkative person however still tolerable station. The other tiny issue is partnering with boston pizza means paying on the higher side of average for delicious food and drink.

Deborah Paley

Won't be back . We are camping for our daughters birthday weekend with friends. The campsites are small and very confusing . Recommended a pull through if you want any space and some room outside your trailer without being right in top of the next site. Plan to pay a ton of extras . The water park is NOT included in the price to camp nightly . There is only 4 of the waterslides open out of 11. For the cost....we have done Great Wolf Lodge for her the last couple years and this is way more expensive and not as much to do.

Kristen McIntyre

Went for the Dino drive, no traffic control, incredibly long line for a 15 min drive through... It was just ok

S Hanson

So much fun! I spent most of my time in wave pool. Staff were very nice. I like that you can pre-order food from your phone and pick it up, however it would be nice to have a website that a person could go to, to do the same thing. For my first time, I highly recommend and hope to come back again.

Mike Clemens

Great place! Lots of fun activities from bowling, water park, arcade, play structure, camping and more!! Great food from the Boston Pizza restaurant on site, fully licensed for the parents and a selection of craft beer too!

Tania Van Den Heuvel

Every year, we come to the Christmas Buffet and loved it. This year was a big disappointment for us. Not enough chairs and table settings for our group of nine. Service was horrible, my daughter in law was serving us water. And clearing up dirty plates from our table. Most of the waiting staff just stayed at their station. And the dessert tables had just few cakes choices, not like other years. This year was not a nice experience!

Greg Singer

Probably the best indoor play area in the region. However, the staff do not watch the kids and neither do most parents so things can get rowdy. You have to keep a close eye on things if you have little ones. The toddler area, despite being separated from the main play area, is a free for all and full of bigger kids.

Ashley Nicole

I'm not saying this was their resturant, but they did have a food truck that delivered to my work on Oct 30 2020. The food basically was leftover Thanksgiving, microwaved over n over and put into a container to serve to my coworkers and myself. It was horrid. The taters were mush, no flavour the only flavour was sauce. That sauce was overpowering, almost like vinegar and some BBQ sauce. The veggies were over cooked, bland, every time you'd use a fork it'd crumble. The stuffing was an absolutely ridiculous, I could stab it with my fork and it'd stay up on it like a blob. Something about the taste made it worse which i couldn't place. The chicken was smothered in that sauce and it wasn't even cooked properly. The edges were a slimy white but the middle or thicker parts was pink and slimy. Even from very little I had I felt sick, several others were throwing up later on. Please don't ever sell anything like that to anyone ever, not only does it make the company look bad but its making X amount of people sicker than a dog. This was an absolute shock to me from that being served from a food truck, something that should never be served again, even prison wouldn't accept that meal.

C Schaff

Total money grab! Went with my family to play on the indoor climbers and use the splash pad. When we went to pay they charged us $90 and my child was 2 years old. They made my husband and I both pay for wrist bands which it states no where on the website or in their policy even though I was not swimming/playing in the indoor climbers because I had a newborn baby that was also with us. They insisted I pay or I could not go into the water park. Old facilities, not very clean. Only stayed a few hours

Loreanne Schweitzer

There for a covid vaccine. It was efficiently ran, knowledgeable volunteers and pleasant.

Stephen Sabourin

I went to the lights show with my family because we were desperate for something to do. I wouldn't recommend it. $25 is incredibly overpriced and it really wasn't that great. However, the huge lines seemed to indicate I wasn't the only one to pay it.

Carol

Great place to take the family. My children really enjoy the arcade games and play structure there. They also have a water park and fun for the whole family

JO do

Kids had a blast. The lifeguards take their job seriously which is great. Love the wave pool. The other water slide kind of hurts on the way down.

Jennifer Baic

So awful. Attended for a large company meeting. Buffet lunch ran out of food and no further was provided. Food that was provided was disgusting and was actually rationed by staff. Dessert ran out. Coffee constantly empty. Bathrooms stalls are so small you feel claustrophobic. Worst conference centre I have ever been to, just generally dirty, run down and shoddy.

Rochelle Pelley

Went to scream park. We were complying by all rules. We were screaming and having a good day. Then we had a girl come up to us and ask us if were drinking or on drugs?? Excuse me? No I'm trying to get my 40 dollars worth. The lady followed us through the the house but kept saying she wasn't following us? Clearly she was. Bad experience I was on no substance. The actors then stopped scaring us. I'd honestly like my money back but probably never gunna happen.

Zack Newsham

Gift of lights is a massive rip off. $45 for very little. Their website lies about the price too.

Kj H

Upstanding customer service! Awesome craft golf classic event despite the low staffing hiccup!!

Debra Wasserman

The Campground is VILE, the sites are small and covered in trash from previous campers, the facilities on the campground (washrooms and showers) are beyond filthy and extremely old. Toilets kept plugging up and sewage kept rising from the floor drains. We expected A LOT MORE considering it is a private campground. We are avid campers who have stayed in multiple provincial parks, and Hershey Campground in PA, USA which are all cheaper, immaculate and more enjoyable campgrounds. We definitely will NOT be returning to the campground. Having said all this the waterpark is ok and the indoor playground is quite decent. We didn't think all the big slides should be set a 48 inches as some are fine for 42 inches but rules are rules so our vertically challenged 7 year old missed out on a lot of slides which she has been on similar in Niagara Fallsview and Great Wolf Lodge.

Michael Cosley

Excellent family fun get away! Only concern your signage is terrible when camping. We entered from left side of park there was not a single sign indicating where to go! Very frustrating. Also we did research online for daily deals..beware they can only be purchased on line another frustration. A 10 minute walk from camping to entrance along street sidewalk. Well worth the money!

Andrea Taylor

The hookup camp grounds are poorly maintained, dirty, and so close together your lucky to get an Rv or trailer on the lot. If your lucky and get a spot without low hanging branches you might even be able to open your awning. The picnic tables offered on the lots are extremely rotten, to the point they are dangerous but don't worry they have a fresh coat of paint. Not all sites offer a fire pit. There is absolutely no security or ensurance that rules are being followed. The camp grounds resevle a free for all tailgate party. Cars where parked all along and even on the roadways. Some lots had as many as 6 camping tents set up per lot. Golf carts where constantly speeding, stunt driving, honking, and blasting music all night long. Many of the drivers and passengers where extremely drunk. The walk to any of the amenities from the Chalet camp grounds is at least a 20min HIKE up an extremely steep hill both ways. (no joke) They do not offer some sort of shuttle service for parents with young children, disabled, or elderly. Nor do they warn you of the hike when booking the camp grounds. As for amenities the booking is massively flawed, and has no refund policy. We paid for all day waterpark passes months in advance, with no indication that you need to book time slots. The only mention all day amf half day on the passes and site. When arriving at Bingemans they tell us we had to book time slots prior to coming as the waterpark is fully booked for our entire 4 day stay. Turns out they emailed the wrong email for the time slot booking, but they still took full payment for the passes. They refused to give us a refund the credit card, instead they gave us credit on the Bingemans account. So we used it to book mini golf only to be rained out and 1 of the players where unable to come due to illness, again the best they could do is only reschedule even tho it was our last day there.

Slavica Markovski

Stay away!! Scam! If you think you will get to use the pool, think again. They book it with time slots well in advance and by the time you get there it’s too late for a refund and they will tell you the pool is book so your kids can enjoy watching other kids swim. Customer service is a absolute disaster. You can call 500 times without getting anyone to talk to. Booked a family weekend only to get there and find out the pool has been booked up without notice. Kids will love a weekend there in 30 plus temps watching others in the pool. No refund given even though we turned around and found a better park. This is a poor mans shirkston with zero customer service.

Jennifer Kalte

We were all very impressed and enjoyed the Mother's day Brunch!! The food was plenty a great variety and so delicious! Not to mention the nice decor, background music and excellent service! Thankyou for a wonderful Mother's Day Brunch! Will go next yr again!!!!

J K

It was a short ride but very well decorated. They do not allow visitors to get off from the car and walk around and the tunnel shown in the pictures is not really that long and is not exactly a tunnel. Regardless, it was a good visit. Kids enjoyed it.

Anita Carrera

Had a great time would definitely recommend to others it's great for family and friends or for a night out. Bingemans offers tons of activities from bowling to arcade to camping in summer season, the Boston pizza in bingemans is absolutely delicious and great service will definitely be returning!

Chris Moon

Recently visited the bowling alley here for a birthday party with my nephew. We had 3 lanes for 18 people and had a fantastic time! The bowling, scoring system and kids ramps were all readily available and easy to use. The only reason i wouldnt give 5 stars is the service at the bar was very, very poor....around 12 minutes to get and pay for 2 pints and i was the second person in line.

James Barnett

Wanted to change my reservation the day before and no one answered the phone. Got voicemail 3times. Left a message but no callback. Sent an e-mail and no response. My wife couldn’t go and they wouldn’t give a refund. When went the wave pool didn’t make waves and I found the walkways completely out of date and hard to navigate. Won’t go back!!

Timothy Becker

Bowling alley - 18 of us there, server came over got our first drink order. Never came back to see if we wanted anything more. Our bar bill was $500. It would have been closer to $1000 if we actually had a server. Bathroom had no papertowls. We mention this to staff twice in the 3.5 hours we were there. No one did anything.

Victor R

Visiting from Florida and must say this is truly the best Haunted scream park I've ever been to. Very well run, detailed, and good family fun.

Shawn Westlake

Used to be so much fun. Been coming here camping for 7 yrs now. They took away the kids golfing 2 yrs ago and now you have to pay for minni putt even with the all day passes. Cant even split up the kids arcade pass between them they make you buy each one separate. Great campgrounds (but had my cooler stolen with all the kids drinks:(. It seams now you have to pay for everything to do when it already cost over $400 for camping and water park for 3 nights. Would look into more affordable camping for families it's becoming too expensive to bring the family here anymore. Sorry last time

Ron Jacobs

Great family fun!! Canoeing camp got 5 stars from the kids!

Alicia B

Reasonably priced bowling. Usually pretty crowd on a weekend. I do notice that the game consistantly slows down near the end. The goes half the speed. Still enjoy myself.

Susan Jessop

I ordered the father's day meal for two. Impressive BBQ ribs and beef brisket with more sides than we could eat! Easily could have fed 3 to 4 people. Great food and value for your money!

Chris C.

We came here for bowling with a large group of friends, but had children that we planned on having eat while we bowled. The amount of activities they had for children was awesome and made our experience excellent. The level of safety was nice to see. It is a great place if you want an adult night out but have children as well, between bowling, a craft beer bar, and Boston pizza onsite the adults will be entertained, and the children have a jungle gym, a splash pad, an arcade, and other activities we didn't get into. Will definitely return.

Robin Orton

Boston Pizza at Bingemans worst experience every. Had a surprise party there for my daughter. First off staff ruined the surprise when she arrived by telling her there was a large party waiting for her. Secondly a guest who ordered food had to send back because it was not cooked. They brought her a plate a sweet potato fries to tide her over considering we were all eating out meals. After she had eaten several cold fries she picked up what she thought was a fry. OMG it was a chewed up chicken wing bone from someone else's plate mixed in with her fries. Once we got over initial shock and had to demand to speak to the manager it was resolved by a new order which she didnt touch her meal was taken off the bill. Will NEVER eat there again and recommend nothing therr.

momin Azizi

Always love coming here. Such a great place to come with fam or even on a date night !

Unbox, Unbag, Unwrap! Santos

The kids always have a blast! There was just the one off time we showed up during regular business hours, and they shooed us away because apparently the whole place was a private venue that afternoon, eventhouvh it saod it was open for regular business when i looked it up

Jacqueline Mill

5.00 admission quaint, a lit if empty booths

April Fillier

I went to Bingemans Waterpark for my first time in in 15 or so years and it's exactly how I remember it minus the hot tubs and a few cabanas. For some places that's a good thing however for here it made it seem dated and dire need of an update. It cost me $40 for a ticket which I thought was overpriced given the limited water options. For that much might as well head to wonderlands water park. Unfortunately for a woman in our group, she had a surprise visit and none of us had any feminine hygiene products with us... shouldn't have been a big deal as all places seem to have a feminine hygiene product dispenser but nope, Bingamans did not have one in the ladies washroom of the water park. Luckily for her, the young cashier had a spare item to give otherwise she'd have had to leave to find something.

Mark H

The place is decent but if you like water and want to only do water activities wild water works is much better. Has loads of activities geared for kids ($$$) and the mini golf is fun (2 courses of 18 holes).

robert pedersen

How anyone can rate this "Camping Resort" more than a two is beyond me. Three families went for the Labour Day Weekend. I arrived first. My site had doge feces around the fire pit, one fire pit had not been cleaned out, the other site did not have a fire ring. Trees all over with dead limbs that needed to be cut back so that the full width/length of the site could be used (I had to get a maintenance person to cut mine back and I only have an 18 foot trailer). Due to an earlier flood in the park where the seasonal people are, they were given free reign as to where they dropped their trailers...some taking as many as three camp sites, and were in no order of where they were...literally placed anywhere. We were near the dumping station and kept smelling sewage the first night. Decided to investigate. Two of three port caps were broken off and missing. Went to the office the next morning and the staff said they would pass it along to management (that was saturday morning) By Sunday morning, they had not fixed the issue, we asked them to place pylons over the holes as the seasonal people's children play around there all day long (don's ask, I don't know why - absolutely no supervision over there) On the Saturday night, some truck pulls up at 1AM to talk to a seasonal friend of his and we could here him asking his friend to com to the bar...guy tells him to leave and he hammers the gas, tearing up the lawn and peeling out. This "resort" has no gates, no fence on they highway it backs on to - security is almost nothing, cleanliness even less. Security is private from 11p - 9am - no number to call is you have an issue, we didnt even know there was security until we complained about it...of course that night we see them drive by 3 times....but at 330AM - past 400Am Sunday night, they were sleeping in their black truck at the far parking lot - they are never doing rounds. Long I know....but man, I have never seen anything run like this in my life....ever. Poor staff team is made up of very young people, and it seems like their hands are tied....the owner has given up.

Jeff Chapman

It was closed but it looks like a great place to take your cubs!...

Melissa Harker

We have visited Bingemans a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. We booked our trailer camping this past weekend to attend Screampark and it was fantastic. After it was cancelled due to inclement weather on the Friday night, Penny and Michelle made sure that we would be accommodated on the Saturday. Thank you to them and all the staff who made our visit memorable. We will be back again.

Ashley Thring

Great place to spend the day with the family.

John Stuckless

Great entertainment facility. Only reason for 3 stars is Boston Pizza within Bingemans. Multiple groups of servers and employees standing around discussing person life with multiple open tables and the wait was 20-30 minutes. In my experience this IS Boston Pizza. I avoid them when possible. Over priced mediocre food and poor service!

Lesley Ford

My family and I did the Christmas Day Dinner. The food was awesome but not geared for younger children. The staff were all excellent and the room was beautifully decorated. We will be going back again next year.

Kay S

I wasn't sure how seeing a drive-in would work out with my short car but the slope on the hill we were parked on meant there were no obstructions to the screen, despite many taller minivans in front of us. Nice way to see a movie.

World Traveller

Bowling is absolutely brutal there. None of the equipment works at all. Rented 2 lanes for 2 hours and ended up being there for 3 hours because we waited longer then we bowled. We then tried it again yesterday and same thing.

David Wilson

Food was pretty mediocre, even for a Boston pizza. Don't rent bowling by the hour, they have a neat trick where the lanes stall out for 3-4 minutes after a few bowlers to slow you down and need more time. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful.

Alicia Nicholls

we will never go back here again. People hype it up like it’s the greatest place when there’s NOTHING to do that doesn’t cost money, not even a free outdoor play area for kids, I’m glad mine were away or they would have been asking to go home. We had 7 sites for our group and came from 2 hours away, no way were we booking water park passes until we knew the weather. So of course no Waterpark, no pool time, nothing available. Tried to get tickets for at least kids and not one person in front desk or waterpark can give you an answer making you run from place to place. The bathrooms were nasty. People were bathing in the sink, standing on the toilet, and just disgustingly dirty overall. Please save yourself the money and go somewhere kids will enjoy, I’m never one to review but I’m not impressed.

Anna F.

Lanes weren't oiled. Back bathroom had blood in the floor, and smelled heavily of pot. Reported it and nothing was done. Definitely not enough waitresses on staff for a Saturday night. It was fun but I'm not sure I'd recommend.

Felix Rommens

We did the drive through the light show with our granddaughter. It was a lot of fun seeing her reactions and having fun.

ufragme

Good medium sized waterpark, fairly priced, especially if you camp and get with waterpark passes included. Bonus, can bring in your own cooler / food, just no alcohol or glass containers - which makes for an even more reasonably priced day. Ice cream is good and pricing is reasonable.

Mary MacGregor

Great place to spend the day with kids. However the "wave" pool was overcrowded and waves almost non-existent even when turned on. Long lineups for the most popular slide - 45 minutes and the favorite slide was closed until 4pm. Its an expensive day for a family but the kids did enjoy their time there.

Sonny M

Bingemans drive in theatre is not well thought out. Staff are belligerent. Restrictive covid rules ruin the experience. Don't go. Waste of money. Maybe its that the screen is too low. All Vans trucks and SUVs are parked on a steep incline making the screen impossible to see except for from the front seat. Ridiculous covid19 rules prevent you from using lawn chairs or parking backwards to help solve the visibility problem. Vehicles are parked plenty far apart. It's ubsurd to think sitting outside in front of your vehicle is "dangerous". The "mall cop" parking Karen flipped out and stormed away to call the police when we pointed out how poorly thought out it was that half the people can't see. We tried to put out lawn chairs and so did several others. I get it that was "against the rules". Some of us pointed out the foolishness of the rules and this lady should be fired for how dramatically and rudely she reacted. Not impressed. Not a good experience.

Matt Moran

Nothing is mediocre about bingemans'. Always a great time, if your going to be here more than twice, I would suggest a season pass.....pays for itself lol

Jason Otoole

I mean I really don't care for your overhead but 60 for 2 pizzas is very greedy

James DONNELLY

Campground is just a grass field. It is absolutely aweful if you're trying to compare to provincial campground. Small sites with little to no shade. Washroom facilities are basic at best and not as well looked after as provincial ones. The water park is a complete waste of time for children under 10 but older than toddlers with restrictions requiring life jackets and limits to where they can go. Lifeguards are turned loose as though they were jail guards, are aggressive with no respect for paying customers or sense of customer service. Over all a very poorly managed facility and am unpleasant experience. No where near the "resort" experience expected.

Alan Kivaev

Ever After Music festival is hosted here. The festival was absolutely amazing in every way. The acts were awesome and played fantastic sets. The crowd was very nice which is rare for being near/in Toronto and it made the experience even better. The food venders are awesome and you can get many different festival foods.

Steve Hanes

We have been a couple times for a corporate family picnic. It's really nothing special and so expensive, everything seems to be extra. The kids splash pad was so cold and slippery. The wave pool was warm, but packed, and my kids hated the life jackets, they fit rather poorly for my daughter and kept pushing up into her face even though she was in the "right" sized one. The parents and the lifeguard staff were letting kids do stuff they really shouldnt have been doing, it was all rather annoying

Arnoldo Rivera

Clean, emphasis on water safety. Good family fun

dill dirk

Wouldn’t recommend if you have kids. Too dirty and no hot water. If your campers make sure to reserve everything in advance cause they are open to the public. Also too expensive

Erik T

Bingemans is ok for summer fun. This is the place that someone drowned in the wave pool. Electric vehicle charging would be a welcome and nice addition for Bingemans. The bowling is also pretty decent, although a bit pricey compared to other places.

S P

Decent camp ground. You are right next to one another and there really isn't any true privacy, but you are not coming here for privacy. We stayed in the cabins which are extremely basic and no frills. The cargo containers on the other hand have air conditioning at the least. Decent place from my experience. Responsive staff.

Jessica W

We are not happy with the safety. Parts of the pool are not open because of broken tiles. The are several tripping hazards throughout the park.

峰爺

I'm standing in the huge Bingemans general admissions line right now waiting to get a wristband for Screampark and the situation is ridiculous because I bought the fast pass specifically to avoid this. Must be at least 100 people in the line, it's going out the door.. Even though I bought the tickets online I still have to line up to get the wristbands, even though the tickets specifically said i could go directly to the screampark entrance. However all employees I've spoke to have said there's no vip line for this and to go line up for wristbands. And then to get into screampark there's another huge line to get our pockets and bags checked, which is another bottleneck. Again, no vip line there either. So why did I buy tickets online again? Why did I buy the vip fast pass again? Save your money.

F Z

2nd time this summer and trust me it's more than just water park. It's fun. Get up and gooooo now.

alexanderracer

We went to the arcade. The place is great! Lots of people. All having fun. The only downside was a few games that didn't work and so we lost a lot of credits. We will be going back. I just hope everything is working next time.

Josh Dowling

Great fun for all ages, pleasant staff and the Boston pizza right beside is perfect and plays great music. A few of the arcade machines tend to eat your credits but other than that it's a great time!

Adam McCulloch

My family really enjoyed the variety and quality of the various holiday scenes depicted in the Gift of Lights.

Richard Pian

Literally the greatest place on earth. Everything they touch turns to gold. The mini putting, camping, scream park, wave pool, drive in, it is all amazing. I love Bingemans 4 eva!

Nicole Ranney

I was appalled at the state of the changerooms and washroom area in the water park. The wheelchair washroom had no doors as well as others, the feminine garbage were overflowing, pads on the floor and on top of lockers, the mens changeroom does not have any doors which can was extremely.ely embarrassing for my autistic son to change. The key that I paid 25 dollars for wouldn't work, had to wait in line to recieve another one. The excavator ride is 8 dollars extra Nd have to purchase tickets inside. 213 dollars for 5 people is very expensive. Earl haig is much more worth the price and time! I will never visit bingemans water park again. The waterslides wave pool and indoor playground are great though!

Amanda Leliever

It was pretty good. I would give it 5 stars, but had to do 4 simply for the reason that one had so much fog it seemed like it was choking you. The actors were good and stayed in character. I had a panic attack because of claustrophobia and the guy helped me out RIGHT AWAY and was really nice so I thank him for that!! All in all, we had a good time! Went right when it opened on sunday and there were no lines and we did all the mazes in an hour and a half. Totally want to to the escape room again with people who aren't so immature lol will come back again! Also, I'm terrified of clowns and I made it through and survived!

sheila kennedy

Day we went half the slides were closed due to inspections with no notice We were camping and got the water package which you would think was a good idea except it stormed and they have no rain or storm solutions or refunds.when I emailed the place I got told I should watch the weather and plan accordingly which is impossible when I booked a couple months in advance. When I emailed back letting them know this I never recieved a message back and still haven't. They have a pool for campers but it closes super early, as in 7pm. We wanted to go from the water park to the pool but realize they close at the same time ???? so again we got screwed. There's not enough washrooms either, unhappy with our stay and won't be back

Michael Cold

We absolutely love this place. Went to the wu tang concert a while back, than Went tenting 3 times last year. Had a cabin this year already on opening weekend, and we are trying to book this weekend for Father's day as well. Best camping spot in a while.

mike muscat

By far the worst experience. Everything was so far away where you had to drive to get to. The place is run down and dirty. My 30 amp site kept tripping breakers when ever I put a toaster on ( I have a brand new trailer so it not that). It's not kids friendly because everyone was speeding in the park. Worst of all one of the staff members tail gated me from the pool to the office and when we got to the top of the hill she sped past me then cut me off to the point I had to lock my brakes up to avoid a hit. When I told the supervisor all she said was" really, again!!" Then she walked away without saying another word to me. DON'T GO

Bash R

Couldn't get in. Everything was pretty much reserved. I know what you all are thinking. Why did I go still? It's because they didn't answer their phones so i thought I might have a chance with my family.

Alvin P

It's nothing spectacular but given the limited places to take your child... it'll do. Arcade games are decent enough, fairly kept play structure, some rock climbing and rope walk. It's fun for an hour or so. Pizza pizza inside, they do birthday parties. Boston Pizza attached with bowling alleys and a couple of pool tables. Outside has a waterpark for the summer. There's also a paintball area too.

Kristina Srbljanin

Here for a work trip with children ages 6-12 but it is a great place to bring children of all ages. Slides, wave pool, splash pad, indoor playground and other activities. Have to be certain heights for the slides. Only downfall was the one large picnic area is on a hill.

Taylor Matheson

If there is any indication of weather influencing the day you plan to mini golf, I would advise you not to purchase tickets at all.

Stephanie Harnack

I paid 100 dollars to go to screampark this year and the overall experience was horrible. I went years back and it was amazing but i didnt enjoy the experience at all this year, huge waste of money and the fact that i felt like i was in a can of sardines. Nobody was spaced out so it wasnt even scary and it literally was more boring than a hole on the wall. I enjoyed snyders fear farm way more so i recomend going there.

Ed Grabasandwich

Went bowling and had a few brews and pizzas. Never doing this again unless I bring hand sanitizer. You touch rental shoes, bowling balls, seats, chairs and then pickup food and put it in your mouth after who knows what germs were left on everything. The washrooms were deplorable. Water all over the floors and service was like pulling teeth. Very costly in the end. Three days later I was sick with flue like symptoms.

Donny Redbourne

I got my third shot here ,well done .

Sam Giancoulas

Went for the mini golf. Very nice courses. Prices was reasonable. It was a bit inconvenient to have to walk up the hill to the main building to pay. Otherwise great way to spend an afternoon

jenn Minstrell

I enjoyed the Christmas lights.

Matthew Minelli

0 accountability from the top management team for safety and covid concerns after spending hundreds of dollars if not thousands through the years...

Cheryl Macmichael

Gift of lights was great tonight

Jesse Wilson

Camping was clean, sites are kinda small. Staff was friendly. They let us choose a different site because we didn't like the first 2. Waterpark is great fun for all ages. They also had a bowling alley attached, and an indoor playground my children absolutely loved. I would recommend for a short stay family vacation.

Went to the Womb to Walking baby show. Great information provided

ADDITION to this review. After speaking to Bingemans again, they will honour a full refund due to the water park being sold out. Thank you for doing that. Very disappointed. WE booked our campsite months in advance. No where in our booking package did it advise us we needed to make reservations for the water park or any other activities. 3 days before our trip we get an email and then it advises us of the need to make reservations online and about booking times for the pool. We try to make reservations for the water park and we are told it is completely sold out for the duration of our stay and has been for some time. OH and also, this notice comes well inside the minimum 7 days cancellation time. So i cant even cancel because i get zero dollars back. So now i can go camp and torture my kids with looking at and listening to the water park but we cant go. NICE! Great planning on your part Bingemans, well done in stealing my money. Feeling mislead and robbed

Nice place but times are deceiving. Says it’s open till 1045pm but the game area closes at 9. Lost money on a game and no signs showed the closing time. Other then that good times. Just be sure to not to start playing a game or they will just shut it off on you during play.

There are many events that go on all year round. Some notable ones are Halloween, Christmas lights, Everafter(young adult event, not good for kids), and a Canada Day celebration. It has a very large splash pad for kids throughout the summer months. And year round arcade.

Louise Jackson

Thank you Bingemans for making our family road trip one to remember. It was magical day. The waterpark was an excellent way for us to cool down on a hot summer day. The arcade was perfect for some fun family competition. We will be back for Mini Golf and so more fun next time. #ExploreWR See you soon!

Brought the family camping here. Took advantage of the camping water park package. Great place to camp with or without kids. Spacious semi-private sites. All types of entertainment to enjoy or hide out at your site and enjoy the river, trees, trails and just relax.

Tammy Short

King pin bowling was great fun and good food

Kim Francis

2nd year in a row that we have gone there. Last year was better but i found that the value for the money paid just wasn't there. They need to start re investing money into the business...specifically the campground amenities.

Michael Kulchycki

Remember visiting here as a kid, much larger than I recall. Huge patio, upgraded waterpark, nice event space, excellent arcade for kids. A clean family run business, excellent social distancing protocols, will visit again soon.

Shane Davenport

Nice park, spacious lots. The waterpark and attractions are a nice bonus and the Boston Pizza delivery to your trailer is very convenient. We did notice they are missing a playground at the trailer park though. They could also use a larger sign from the road for the trailer park, we ended up missing the entrance and going in through the water park entrance.

I love taking the grand child here. She always has a blast and gets to run around climb and have fun. I think they pricing for the games is skewed but you have to pay to play no matter where you go. The manager flirting with the young girls while customers in line is a bit much.

John Moyes

My family and I did the Gift of Lights and had a great time. Our 3 year old daughter was amazed at every single set of lights. Highly recommended.

Vishwa SKS

The location was good but due to covid not all places are opened up in Bingrmans

Lisa Coupland

My kids had a lot of fun at the indoor carnival. There were long line ups for most bouncy castles. Kids didnt mind waiting. The face paint was fantastic!

overdriveboo cameron

Under new management. Not sure it is a good thing. Our family has been visiting for several years now but had or worst experience this year. Try your best not to open your mouths at the waterpark unless you like the salty taste of urine. Also if staying at the camp ground, I would advise you and your little ones to be heading back the your lot before 8p.m. or you may get locked on the wrong side of the gate( new this year). On the upside most of the staff are accommodating.

This review is for the chippers day camp specifically. It was super disappointing sending my 7 yr old son to this camp. We had multiple days he came home crying that some disaster happened. Including being held under water by a random kid who was not dealt with. There is no accountability, no one called or emailed us back and the staff were kids themselves with no one in charge to talk to. You could go in and wander where the kids are without anyone stopping you to make sure you not a predator. It is open to the public at the same time so anyone could go in where all the campers are. Disorganization when dropping off, not being able to even find your kid at the end of the day- camp leader had no grasp of where her kids were in the park. My ID was never checked when I picked up my kids or friends kids and over all it was a circus. I do not recommend it to anyone with kids under 10. If you want a great well organized responsible camp - go to Laurier Multi Sport. They are amazing.

A pleasant restaurant to visit, more so if you enjoy bowling as well. There is a surprising distinct variety of styles of pizza offered here, some of which are truly obscure, yet still quite good. The staff is attentive and very friendly, checking on you frequently enough to keep everyone filled up and happy but not so often as to be an annoyance. The only qualm I have is that at times topping can be sparse (more so on nachos than pizza admittedly).

jake smith

My son loves going here every one is very polite and full of energy definitely a place to go if its a rainy day or your child has to much energy or just want to have a good cheap get together with friends and kids 4 out of 5 stars just don"t by the pizza over priced and was extremely hard.

Shawn McCullough

Great place lots of places to have fun great for the kids water park bowling canoeing etc on the grand river

Dave K

As for entertainment Bingemans had it going on but I only gave 3 stars because of the bowling alley. There was absolutely no slide on the walkup. Expecting a slide as I approached my first release...I almost fell over as if hitting a wall.

Elizabeth Krete

Fun afternoon with my boys. Rides were fun and lines were quick. Lots of seating. Clerk at door handled our groupon passes quickly and efficiently. I suspect the bathrooms were overrun with camp kids as they were in horrible condition

Curtis De Boer

Great place to bring the kids. Would be 5 stars but the food options are surprisingly limited. This is a response to the owner below (not sure how to reply): I only saw the small snack bar inside that sold pizza slices, pretzels etc, and the option to order in boston Pizza. More food options on outdoor patios with food service at the vip booths would be nice.

Alexandra Charlesworth

Love this place! Very clean, great amenities, beautifully maintained, super friendly staff and close enough to home that when we forget stuff, we can just nip home quickly. Also, Tim Hortons is a one eye open drive away. All of their parks are fantastic tbh.

Linda Kreager

Visited today for a Christmas craft sale. There were some excellent vendors and good door prizes. I think the $6 entry fee was a bit much but overall I'm happy with the event.

Karen Lillie Filiatrault

Fun for the kids, but brutally slow service. Over an hour to get a drink last weekend. 3 by the time we were done dinner. Same the 4 visits before this as well. Good space for group events though.

Paul Wilkinson

Went to the dinosaur park! Great way to burn some time! For the price it’s a great deal, did experience a long line waiting to get in! I would recommend for the kids!!!

Selena Jutras

Went to screampark October 2nd and ended up being chased by a group of armed teenagers who were harassing people in line that staff did nothing about, have tried to contact to leave a complaint and can’t get a hold of anyone they’re staff ignored us well we yelled for help we’ll running towards us and they have no security to prevent stuff like this from happening 0/10 would not recommend for anyone

Gail Taylor

We went to the festival of lights and it was incredible. I hope to go back again next year.

Steven Weber

Bingemans is always so worried about profits and the bottom dollar...... the washrooms are always clean, but "god forbid" you need to use the toilet. The toilet paper is something of a cross between wax paper and sand paper!! We were there for a dog show and they had all the access directed through the rear doors of the facility. No proper door handles, no mechanized doors for handicap accessibility. There were tables and hot food - brunch type foods available. I bought a coffee and it was bad enough, that after a few mouthfuls, the small cup for $1.50 was an absolute waste of money!!

Went on Sat May 13 and got a cabin which wasn't a bad time however they said they cleaned the cabin which it didn't look like they really did much in the way of cleaning but as it is still the start of the season for camping here I won't complain. However upon check out I was given a receipt showing that the 150.00 security deposit was deducted from the bill and was to be put back on my husband's credit card. My husband called them today as we didn't see the security deposit on the credit card and the only reason he got it hadn't been done is because they hadn't gotten around to it yet. Sorry but if you have 3/4 people in the office not looking like they are doing much why haven't then gone to the cabin to check it out and put the security deposit back on? If they were busy Sunday after we checked out then why wasn't it done on Monday? Sorry but we won't be going back again as 150.00 may not seem like a lot to some but it is a lot when you need it for other things and now not able to use it cause they don't apparently have the time to go check the cabin and then just push a button to send it back to the card. Especially when you see 4/5 people in the office not doing a whole lot of anything.

The Dino-Drive thru was a fun event for kids and adults alike. The tickets cost just $15 (if booked online) and you would need around 20-25 mins to see all the exhibits.

乔GD

We like lights show.

Lori Buding

The tequila expo was very poor especially for the cost of entry.

Lina

Took my children to see the Gift of Lights. Nice and beautiful displays. We really enjoyed it, especially during these covid times. $20 per car, totally worth it. About 20 minute drive inside Bingemans. Loved it!!

Nikki Hau

Big space and great variety of activities to do. Great to have a Boston Pizza nearby, and service is pretty prompt. My company's go-to for social activities.

Fraser Romeo

Mini golf was closed so we went for bowling and drinks. Was nice they had mil playoffs and the jays up on the big screen but the time we took finding balls and putting on shoes cut into our hour of bowling which didn't seem fair.

cynthia hayes

Stayed in the container cabins this rainy weekend. Cabins are a great idea. Clean and new but then again the area was flooded a year ago so everything is new. Wonder how they will be in a few more years??? Bathrooms had no toilet paper on Friday evening. Not sure what we were supposed to use thru the weekend. Showers were gross!!! When we wanted to "check out" on Sunday morning the office didn't open till 9 waited on security to arrive to inspect our cabin till well after that!!! I just want to go home!!! Not sure I wiuld be staying here again

Hiba Khraim

The place is really good for families and friends..the problem is that my son is 8 and he knows how to swim yet the lady insisted that he has to wear a life jacket which is of no fun. My son refuses to wear and we had to leave early..we spent just one hour out of the four hours we paid for.. It would be really better if you guys write somewhere in a very clear writing before buying a ticket that life jackets are a must for kids under 10..

James Budge

Sucks all they are interested in is the weekenders and money. They dont do anything for the seasonal campers. They use to have parties for the seasonal campers, and breakfast and movie nights, also security. The playground is nothing but a slide. If you complain they tell to you dont have to camp here. I camped there fir 10 years until the river flooded. They put us up top for the rest of the year with the weekenders it was hell. Not one good weekend that year. I would not recommend this campground to my worst enemy

Stephanie Gehl

we had our sons 3rd birthday here and they were awesome accommodation and they were very present to deal with. kids had a blast and so did the parents!

Erin

Kids had an amazing time. Usual lineups expected for a water park. Splash Pad was amazing. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner but overall a good experience.

Steve Lee

Was there for a beer and food festival. They kicked us out from under a roped down tent, where we all where safe and dry, because " blowing objects were a hazard to us". I was safer out in the open walking to the exit??? Thanks for not refunding my ticket , or drink tokens.

Nancy Cameron

This was a new years, bash. The lulus cover band is excellent. It would have been nice to be seated a little further back as it was impossible to talk or hear anyone talk, but the band. But they were great.

Joe

Disappointing this year unfortunately. Bingemans is one of our favourite places to go since it offers such high quality family fun and variety. We've always thought Screampark was incredibly well run, but something clearly went wrong this year. My wife went with our kids a week after it opened this year and said it was incredible. Super well staffed with lots of people dressed up and scaring you in all the attractions. They used a glow stick to light your way through one called "the dark" which was pitch black without it. And the zombie walk was over half an hour end to end with a ton of great scares and people doing a fantastic job. So my wife took me tonight and what a difference 2 weeks makes... in a bad way. She just wanted to show me the zombie forest walk but you have to buy the whole ticket so we didn't care, Bingemans has great stuff usually. We ordered tickets online and went immediately and it was barely drizzling but when we went to get our wrist bands we were told they'd closed the zombie walk due to "a river of water" running down one of the hills. So we asked if we could get a refund rather than going at all since that was what we were most interested in doing and were told quite rudely by Andrea they don't offer refunds for any reason. We said the website doesn't say anything about being able to close 1/4 of the attractions we'd paid for (it does say "no refunds even if you're too scared to continue") and politely asked for an exception since we'd just got the tickets online and it was misleading to advertise a fully open park but then close 1/4 of it, especially since it doesn't say "weather permitting" or anything about "too bad for you if it rains and we close the stuff we're keeping your money" , but we were again quite rudely told by Andrea, "absolutely not" and that we were acting ignorant because they only closed 1 attraction. Meanwhile they were warning people buying tickets on site of the closure and their website says nothing about any closures or their policy on what happens if they do close something... We go to Bingemans likely 3-4 times a month or more as a family and have always had incredible experiences, and VERY friendly staff - the kind that offer out a free extra game or some other token for even the slightest inconvenience even though we've never asked once for anything or complained (we never had any reason to and aren't those kind of people) but this lady was awful in every conceivable way, it was like she wanted to fight with us and we don't like confrontation so we just left the line. We ate at BP then decided we might as well not waste the 100$ we spent on tickets and VIP speed passes already so we ventured into the misty night and did the 3 attractions that were left. But it was a VERY different experience than 2 weeks ago. It seemed VERY understaffed or something. There were almost no cast members working anywhere and you could see a ton of empty spots where there should have been someone - my wife pointed out at least 15 places she'd been scared by live people 2 weeks ago that were empty now (the people that were there were amazing as always) and they'd done away with the light sticks for "the dark" turning the lights up instead. It seemed like they were under new management or had a real hard time getting enough people to work that night, even though they'd supposedly "just" closed 1/4 of the park due to weather and should have had extra people due to that. It just left us with a bad taste. You'd think they'd be over staffed if they were rained out of 1/4 of their attractions, and you'd think it would be consistently run so each night was as good as another but it clearly wasn't. Add to that Andrea's mean spirited attitude about a simple refund and it wasnt a very good night. So long story short, Screampark is hit and miss now for whatever reason. If you decide to go, set your expectations low or hope they've found some new management for it by then to fully staff it and keep it running properly. It really was very disappointing and felt like we'd been scammed.

Not the traditional camping we are a custom to no playground no basketball no horseshoe pits no activities for kids. Hydro to our site went off 4-5 times pool was a mile away from the campsite. Washroom for the pool was across a huge parking lot. Only have pay activities that add up to hundreds of dollars. We left a day early.

Carol Logan

Great camping and lots of activities as well.
