Was there over the long weekend. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Lost my wedding ring and one of the staff had found it a few days later. Can't say enough nice things about them. Special shout out to Liz!

I had a minor injury (entirely my own fault) at Kimberley's Aquatic Centre and was properly checked by the lifeguards, who provided immediate assistance while the first responders were already on their way. The ambulance folks then did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable, as well as making sure I was totally OK before leaving the facility. It was impressive to witness such a well prepared team do their work. Thank you guys for providing such a safe environment in Kimberley BC, can't wait to swim again ! ????❤️

Visiting family for spring break, Pool was ok, nothing great. Front desk lady kinda dozey, and literally everything you touch you get told to put down as it all costs money to use. Pool staff are beyond RUDE! Left within 10 mins of getting there, what a waste of money. Kids were so disappointed, the pool staff where literally pulling everyone aside and telling them they couldn't touch anything cause they didn't have blue wrist bands. Even an old lady that was there floating in the river was stopped by the guy and told, you don't have a blue band give me the tube. Any other pool we have visited in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, items in the water were free for anyone to use! Very dissatisfied!!

This pool is not quite Olympic size...meaning the Seniors & 55+Games cannot be accomodated. They do, however, have unique Lazy River Aquasizes, that if done daily will produce a firming body.

The lazy river and hottub was a nice way to relax and the staff was friendly. 10/10 would take kid again when visiting for a Spartan race.

The facility is well managed and clean. Never had any problem with PH or chlorine irritation in the lane pool.

The rules here prevent kids from just having fun literally no fun allowed...wristbands and extra money for a tube...no using any noodles or pretty much anything else...unless you rent it...also despite 4 lifegaurds and noumerous attempts to get the diving board open my kids were told no 5 minutes before a class started....cant give the kids a 5 minute bit of fun??? It was a awfull experience and this wasnt just one example...everytime is like this...great and beautiful facility but not family friendly AT ALL.

Too many rule and a rude lifeguard, charging people to use tubes and literally not letting kids or families have fun, apparently fun is not allowed while swimming at this pool, would rather take my family to cranbrook then swim at this pool again

We were so excited to drive up to Kimberly to swim today. We get there and one of the life guard was totally rude to my family and I. There were lots of rule that were not posted. We really felt like the life guard had it out for us today. My family will not go back to the pool.

Fantastic facility! The lazy river alone would be enough to bring us back again and again. Friendly and helpful lifeguards and staff, drop in aqua fit classes, steam room and hot tub, clean change rooms and building. Highly recommended!!
