Called to check hours on New Years Day and was told it'd be open till 7, only to arrive at 5:15 to find out that it closed at 5.

The Sales center is “temporarily closed” not just closed for the day. They’re closed tomorrow and the next day as well. I arrived to get my to tickets and called the hill once I got to the center. They said I could come to the hill (20 mins away) to complete my purchase. This kinda defeats the purposes of the having the downtown store? Anyways, it’s closed… don’t bother. Really irritating to have shown up and not be able to purchase my passes.
