Always great fun at Partners. The 5 pin bowling is lots of fun and often they have disco bowling with black lights. Great place to have a birthday party and even a staff development day. The banquet and party facilities are great! Billiard and bowling in one spot. The food is great and reasonable too!

Large pool venue with more tables than I could count. Big enough for a good sized tournament. Licensed venue with a nice bar, and great kitchen menu. I'm not sure what the secret is for their fries but they're awesome. Upstairs is the 5 pin bowling and a party room for hire.

On Tuesday May 17th 2016 at 9pm my work staff had a gathering at Partner's Billiard's and Bowling. There were 7 of us total, we rented a $12 table for 1 hour and ordered two pitchers of beer at $21 each. Looking to hydrate we requested a pitcher of water, which we were refused. We then asked for 7 plastic cups of water which were also refused. We were told we could purchase bottles of water from a vending machine at nearly $2 a bottle. I believe it is irresponsible as a liquor license holding business to deny tap water to paying customers. I asked the Bartender (Rob) who the manager was and that I'd like to speak to her. He told me she wasn't there and that I'd have to call in the morning. I called and left a message for Bonnie. Bonnie Zufelt reached out to me and informed me that she was there that night and proceed to throw all professionalism out the window. Over the course of the phone call which lasted 4 minutes, Bonnie proceed to divide the amount of money our party spent by the 7 of us and inform me that the money we each spent was not worth tap water. That nothing is free and I don't understand how business works. I told her I felt it was irresponsible as a business to serve liquor and not free tap water. At this point Bonnie told me that no municipal alcohol rules applied to her private business. I told her that I would be asking around about this and I would not recommend her business. At this point Bonnie threatened to slander my name if she ever heard it brought up. I told her this is not how one should run a business at which point she hung up on me. I feel slighted as a resident of North Bay that a business can rip off its patrons and then treat them as terribly as they treated me over the phone. And once again I don't think it represents this city well in responsibility with intoxication.

Don't waste your time or money going to the bar here. If you wanna have a good time go to the fraser! At partners they have the most rude staff & awful customer service. The manager who said her name was “Kim” is an awful person. So rude. I feel bad for anyone who has to come into contact with her. But the fraser has an AMAZING bartender, AMAZING DJ/karaoke & AMAZING owner! Never will i go back to partners. If you’re not a regular good-luck you'll never get your turn to sing as the karaoke host puts up the 20+ regular singers first always and you wait over an hour and a half to even get one song. Not to mention the regulars thought our group was too loud so they took it upon themselves to scream in our faces and try and kick us out. Overall a terrible experience.

Ordered the Pickerel Bites Combo box from the outdoor chip van for my mother’s 86th Birthday. The fish was overcooked and too hard to chew. The coleslaw container was filled only to 1/4 - could see the bottom of the container. As well, the container was dirty and it looked like someone had eaten out of it. I posted comments on Facebook but they were blocked from public view. No apology from the owner. No offer to make it right! Will never eat there again.

OUTLoud North Bay

The lanes are a great size to playing your games. There's a place to hang your jacket and place your shoes, there is an area to sit down, eat and be near your bowling lane. They even offer bowling in black light very cool. Only reason why I give it 4 stars is because, 2 month ago I ask the girl that was working front desk a simple question (question was; What time does the place open?) the responds was laughed and giggled and then said I don't know probably on the website or on the door when you walk in not very professional, not enough training, cut backs I guess. But other then that it's for sure worth the time and day and hanging out at the bowling alley ???? Also, just though Id mention there is A LOT of stairs to go to the bowling alley, but if you want to play pool that on the main floor, there bathrooms as well as a place to get a drink and food.

Great to have the kids upstairs bowling on a Friday or Saturday night. I haven't been in ages but I believe they still have "glow in the dark" bowling... Downstairs there's many pool tables. Now a patio and chip stand but careful if you walk from the right hand side of main towards them they will refuse service as they think you are part of the "Villa" riff raff across the street. I would recommend this place if the lady "Bonnie" I believe her name is wasn't as judgy and rude. Fair warning fellow foodies. They have pool leagues and fun matches. I'm not sure if they do anymore but they did have karaoke on Fridays.

Had a great time going out with seven co-workers bold from 7 till 10 went crazy had a good time. Definitely would recommend again. Would like to see more than 5 pin bowling though. Bowling alley is clean staff are courteous and funny. drinks should be unlimited refill to be completely honest for non-alcoholic drinks especially for near $5 for a large after taxes.

Recently threw a birthday party for my son here. They provided the pizza and drinks for the kids plus a game of bowling also invitations if you choose. All we had to bring was decorations and cake (if you want loot bags you need to bring them too) they also provide a party host and every child receive a card for a free game of bowling. Friendly service and worked very well with the kids. The package is for 6 kids. Would recommend this place to any parents looking for a good birthday party venue.

Felt unwelcome on multiple occasions during lunch and daytime hours. Evening staff are wonderful, as always. No longer a patron whatsoever, after 4th incident and extremely rude, non transparent, insensitive, and ignorant behavior and responses from establishment owner. Would not consider this to be a family friendly environment due to extensive gambling machines on site, save that this is a licensed alcohol beverage establishment with pay for play and league pool, darts, and other forms of consensual gambling. with open smoking in front of building, at main entrance and several large coffee cans for cigarette butts on each exterior post. Open coffee can containers of butts at the rear Oak St employee and delivery door as well, with tobacco butts littering the area in and around receptacles. It is also food service and with bowling upstairs

Great time at the bowling alley. I tried the nachos and onion rings and the food was surprisingly good. Lots of room for 8 friends to hang out and play bowling. Really decent selection of food and drinks. Obviously a little pricey considering the fact that you are in a bowling alley and the price of bowling is well priced for unlimited bowling that is understandable. The place is really well kept and shoes are clean.

This was worst experience ever! We needed proof of ID in person and not on a phone. WHAT IS THAT!! I can literally get into an arena, which is run by the city but can't get into a bowling alley. We were told it was illegal to get in without "in person ID" even though every other business allows it. And if they want to do that then advertise it so we know beforehand, not tell you when you get there. Finally, to top it all off, the staff was so rude and disrespectful. They even made a comment about us being up to no good. We were just trying to wait inside for our ride. Terrible experience...
