We had a 10pm time booked for yesterday nd came 15min earlier after waiting in line for like 15-20 minutes as we were next up were told that they were full we told them we had a time book but were told oh well sorry. What exactly is the point to book a time for nothing very disappointing. And the staff was so rude too..

Typical bowling alley. Except they didn't have enough pitchers at the time we were there, and my drinking glass tasted like soap.

Had a lot of fun here, though it does seem a bit expensive for a couple games! Lanes are nice as well. If I had to give any complaint, it did seem like the bowling balls were actually chipped so they rolled a bit more randomly then would be desired. Overall not a big deal, but I can see it being a problem if you're a more professional bowler, unlike me!

I called them two times to confirm that they book for 2 lanes in for us. The guy told that your booking is confirmed but when we arrive there they said that those lines are taken bu someone else and they can't provide us those lanes but this is totally unacceptable because we already called them to book those lanes for us in advance they should told for advance payments to fix that timing for yhose lanes. The guys on front was working very slow and because of that we have to waste almost half hour even we had an advance booking for that.

Courteous staff, the price is right very affordable, a good place to enjoy especially during winter time, the lanes are good, a good place for bowlers and for those who want to learn this good sport.

I love the bright, retro feel of this bowling alley! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the playlist was eclectic and awesome. Drinks are cheap, too. Will definitely be back!

Garbage service. Booked at lane for 8pm, had to wait until 9 for them to have an open lane. Prepaid per game. Had to wait to pay for each game as nobody at the counter wanted to help anyone.

Good looking place and good lanes. The poor staff members are seen running here and there to serve orders and help at the desk and clear up stuck pins. Definitely understaffed. The audio set up is absolutely terrible! A giant speaker at one end of the alley literally feet away from a lane and the family we were bowling beside. It started off barely tolerable but we could still interact with the family beside us and then they turned it up! It's not like the speaker was facing the lanes, no no, that speaker was pointed directly at us. It was not enjoyable having to yell at my own teammates just to be heard.

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff i’ve ever had! They were understaffed and still were running around making sure everything was taken care of. They took my food allergy seriously instead of brushing it off, and they were really sweet the whole time! Thanks so much!

Went bowling tonight and the staff were both new but totally amazing and fun to talk to and I know I can be hard to deal with but Wendy and Corwin (had to ask there names) did soooo well I'm totally impressed with there enthusiasm to customer Satisfaction. I definitely will be back again and again with all of my friends as long as there still here! Thanks guys!!

Rented this out for a corporate event for about 25 people. The gang had a blast! We played 10 pin and enjoyed the disco atmosphere and retro electonic score keeping. Wendy helped organized it all for us, and made the whole process easy. We went in the afternoon and had the place all to ourselves. We'll do it again for sure. Great fun.

Came here for a staff get together. Cool lights after 5pm. Drinks were average prices, bowling was fairly standard prices as well. Only very minor complaint would be lack of 10pin lanes as they only have a couple and the rest are 5pin.

Went there a couple weeks ago on a weekend night, very understaffed. There were many problems with our lane (balls jamming and pins not being set up correctly), but it took a long time for workers to fix our problems due to the understaffing. Because my group was paying by the hour, we lost about 15-20 min due to these issues and were told our time was over when a lane issue took up the last 10 minutes of our time. We were never compensated for this lost time. Fries were good though.

Went there for advanced voting 1.15 pm October 21 the line up was all the way out to the street. Only ONE booth was open I got out at 2.00 pm very poor planning on the cities part, I could have ordered ???? and it would have most likely arrived before I got to the front .

Group soccer wind up. Paid for a full hour of bowling but didn't get a full hour as the lanes were continuously stopping and we wasted almost 15 minutes we paid for waiting. And to top it all off we had our jackets stolen while we were bowling. Yes ..stolen! There was one guy working trying to run the whole place by himself. A new guy started towards the end of us finishing and when we realized our jackets gone all he said was it wasn't his problem that he wasn't on shift when it happened

We went here last evening which was a Sunday of the long weekend. The signs online and at the front said they were open to 11, but the lady said they had been closing at 10pm on Sundays for the past month. While I understand this for regular Sunday's, the entire bowling facility was packed and because they do not take refunds some families were starting their bowling game at 10 minutes to 10 and they lost their money because everything was shut down promptly at 10. I guess these guys are not interested in making money because there was not one lane that was empty. We were definately disappointed.

Terrible bowling alley, don’t even waste your time. Go to Hunters bowl, a real bowling alley. This alley still reaks of the cigarette smoke smoke from 20 years ago with service that takes just as long. Next to no stock of 10 pin balls for people to use ( there regulars bring thier own and don’t give a sh!t about the regular person coming into to have a nice night out with friends. Would never recommend going here unless you want bad food, bad service, bad atmosphere, bad bowling, and dirty cigarettes soaked into every inch Lazz ( the guy whose night you ruined ) Also just looked at your other reviews and real sweet of you guys to only respond to the people that said they had fun and not the people with issues about your establishment

It's a nice decent place and not busy like the east bowling place I liked the glow bowling and the big screens over the lanes playing good music. however the shoes and balls have to be replaced as they are worn out. vending machines were out of things and the food was not that great. staff is nice so I hope things regarding facility will be improved in the future

WORST PLACE EVER! I feel like this place is desperately trying not to get business. 1. Pool tables on their side 2. Jukbox unplugged 3. Darts not working 4. Cluttered boxes on tables 5. Tvs turned off, and not allowed 2 tvs on 6. Very rude inconsiderate toothless manager 7. Very dirty, and unhygienic manager putter her hands in the ice box spreading out the ice. This place deserves 0 stars

I started bowling here for the first time in my life. It was a wonderful experience. Now going there whenever i want to enjoy bowling. It's simple, straight no confusion & complaints just a great place to be with friends or family for fun.

The staff are all wonderful and friendly, and my child loves being a part of youth bowling! The only complaint is that the building is quite run down, but it looks like they're doing some renovations to fix it.

The prior time(s) with horrible service was overlooked because it was walking distance from home, but went back again today. The man at the counter was rude, as usual. Unfriendly, cold and abrupt, didn't even acknowledge us standing right in front of him asking for a lane, but was able to state "shoes off at door" to my 2 year old. That's about the extent of our service. We stood there for about 4 minutes waiting for him to respond since I was right in front of his face speaking with him, but he just continued looking past me and talking to another guy. My husband said "let's just go, we're obviously not good enough for service here". Horribly treated. Went to the alley a few blocks away... It was great. Will NEVER go back there again. He thinks he's above people. Not the way to run a business that works directly with people/kids/families. Great opportunity to teach my kids how NOT to treat people.

Very very disappointed. We already book for 10 pm but when we reached there , they said we are full sorry!! Like they have to inform their customers before and their services are very slow there were just one guy and he was so rude with some of my friends . Not recommend anyone . Worst bowling alley in the city. If your company can't get a booking anywhere else for there staff party this is why. They have 1 large 10 pin ball for the whole alley. Only 1. Forget XL. Forget bowling when your ready. This place makes you wait for the 1 L ball for 4x 10 pin lanes. Canadian bowling center should be ashamed to call themselves to call themselves canadian. Canada promotes a all inclusive atmosphere. And this place literally cut off all males after the first hour. We were not overly served or inebriated the manager simply cut off all men. When asked why she had no reason.

This place is a dump, The last time we were there their 10 pin lanes weren't working and it was dead there. It was not fun at all. Rude service by a grey haired old lady who didn't seem to care about our group one bit. Tonight some of my friends and I went there to do some bowling and saw that they were closed. There hours say they are open until 10 and we were there at 7pm!! We thought we would give them one more try but they failed again. We will never go back. We went to the other bowling place just down the block near Dublins, and had a blast. They were actually open!!!!! This place has gone downhill and its no wonder why its dead in there all the time. It deserves 0 stars.

We went with a group of 13 (kids of various ages and lots of adults) and had an amazing time. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and there were lots of snack options. Affordable overall. The colours and lights were great and it was a huge hit with the kids. We would definitely come back.
