Took family here for a bowling night and we were told they closed at 10pm so we were only going to have time for 1 game (we got there at 830pm). I asked if we had time for at least two games, and the employee told us "maybe". We finished the game by 9pm so we asked to play another game, and the same employee said we didn't have time because they decided they were going to close early. Kids spent the next 30 mins in the arcade area and there were still other groups of people bowling that were only on their 5th frame ???? Kids tried to cash out their tickets for prizes and the employees refused, said they didn't know how much the prizes were worth so they couldn't help us. Kids were very disappointed and upset. Worst customer service ever and would not recommend going here. Staff was incompetent, rude, and lazy!!! Definitely our last time bowling here!!!! This place doesn't even deserve my 1 star rating!!!! ????

Shoes make it hard to stand. Crazy slick. Pro shop won’t open because the guy who works there apparently just bowls all day and won’t help customers. this place is not that bad if you don't mind to pay a lot of money to throw balls in a run down building. the workers are rude and inconsiderate. my friends and I went and it took us 30 minutes for them to fix our lane before we even started. I paid FOUR dollars for funnel cake fries and received very little powdered sugar with a total of EIGHT fries. i literally paid 50 cents a fry. this place is a joke

Hope nothing happens to your child while you are there. They are rude. A 2 year old child got her hand stuck in the ball return and they would not turn off the machine. They were more concerned about their equipment than a child.

I don't mind this place to much. The bowling is fun, the prices are a little too high, they have deals everyday but Fridays, but that is not saying much. Some of the workers are nice, other's acted like they have the worst job ever and wanted to die. Especially the old lady at the concession. I ask for a pizza, but told me that they don't serve pizza until 6:00 every night, which is a dumb rule. Other than that, not the best place in the fort to hang out, but no one as the worst.

We have a blast every time we go. Food isn’t the best but it’s still good and if you’re going for the food then you’re wrong and should stop off @5guys before you go. There’s plenty tons of great fun between the bowling, arcade, billiards, music and array of cool lights.

We had a lot of fun and used the Sunday special which includes 1 1/2 hours of bowling, 5 shoe rentals, and a large pizza for $40. The place was clean, and everyone was spread out to follow social distancing guidelines. I'm giving lower marks because the employees in the food service were super rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience to take care of.

Enjoyed bowling and pool. The pool tables green is pretty worn and could not find hand chalk. Had trouble finding a ball for bowling so was unable to really play. The closest ball I could find that would work hung on my thumb every time I released the ball which made for a not so great game. The people were helpful and I enjoyed myself greatly. Went on a Friday night. I was busy but no where near as busy as I expected. We were able to get a lane immediately and then a pool table. No wait.

Prices for bowling are great!!!! Snack bar prices on the other hand....they must sprinkle gold flakes in and on everything. Nobody should have to pay almost 3 dollars for a 32 oz fountain drink soda. NOBODY. That's ridiculous and may be the reason we don't return. Folks....you get thirsty when you bowl, it's strenuous activity. Lower your snack bar pricing.

They ended up giving a refund to my mom who payed for the whole family, but they still canceled our first game in the middle with another game left, and then sold the lane we were on and offered us another lane being used. They are pathetic business. Don’t screw people. Refund or not, terrible business practices Sorry, only a quarter of a refund of the last game and no refund for game we were still playing on

I used to really like this place, I went today and the staff was very rude. Threw our shoes at us and when we informed them one of the arcade machines were broken they threw our coins at us and barely acknowledged us. It was only 9 and they wouldn't let us bowl 1 game. Also wouldn't let me spend my tickets even after being informed I'm from out of state. When I asked why I couldn't spend my tickets they said it was because they didn't know the prices of a prizes. That's why everything was labeled with prices. With such outdated tech and poor customer service I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone.

They were packed today, said it's be a 30 minute wait but it was more like 10 or 15. Good family fun. They have beer, pizza, funnel cakes, chilli cheese fries. All in all, cool place.

We went to this establishment expecting a fun day of games. We requested bumpers to be put on due to two of our players never had played before. We were informed that there was a strict 8 and under rule. If we are going to pay $40+ to play a game, we should be able to play with bumpers and have a fun time like everyone else. I asked to speak to the owner, and was informed that I couldn't talk to the owner and there wasn't anything they could do because they weren't going to contact the owner for my complaint.

Went for my daughters birthday party. We had a good time, but wasn't happy about some of their rules... like no bumpers unless tour under a certain age. If someone wants bumpers then give them bumpers. Some people bowl once a year, or rarely and getting straight gutter balls isn't so much fun! We also had a hard time finding balls light enough for some of our players as again some are kids under 8 only. We did have fun in the arcade, although one machine stole tokens, and honestly the prizes are junk you don't want to take home. A free drink, game, more tokens, etc would be much better prizes. My only other complaint would be consessions... the pizza tastes like burnt cheese on cardboard. It's horrid. Aldi pizzas are $4, totonis are under $2. Buy and resell those! Not discouraging people from coming here IF you have no limitations and eat before hand. If you have players who may need a light ball or bumpers who are over 8 though, don't come. They refused our family...

This is a very sad place. Bathroom was disgusting! Asked for 2 games at around 8:30pm and was told they can only fit in 1 game for us since they closed at 10pm. Finished 1st game a little after 9pm even after they put us at a broken lane and we had to wait and get moved. We did ask for another game and was told not enough time so we let the kids hang out in the arcade area for a bit. When the kids tried to use their tickets, we were told that there wasn't anyone available to help us cause the two workers that we asked didn't know the prices to the prizes and for us to hold on to the card until next time. Coming from out of state this was very inconvenient for us and took the loss. When we left around 9:45pm, there were many lanes that were on their 5th and 6th frames. Very disappointing! I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star and would definitely not recommend unless you're desperate and want to experience poor service just so you could leave a review like this.

I go bowling at bowling world every Monday and Thursday night and the occasional weekend. Tonight I was asked in a rude tone, while I was talking to my bowling partners about bowling, if we were here to bowl. Obviously we came to the bowling a lot lley to bowl. After we politely said yes he rudely told us that we can’t bowl until after 9 Bc there was a group of “75 people” going to be there. So even though people leave Bc they’re don’t bowling they’re still going to deny their local, reoccurring customers! Shows you they’d rather profit in the short time than to keep reoccurring customers. Definitely need new management from the bottom up!

DRY LANES!!!! Lanes had zero oil on them. After 2 games I couldn't find a spot on my ball. I asked the woman at the front about it. I was told lanes are oiled for league and high school teams. But not as often for open bowling. Games are expensive and if you are coming for open bowling don't expect a maintained lane because they will take your money and put you on a junk lane. Terrible business. Terrible bowling alley. Shame on them for having such poor practices .

I had the exact same experience as a previous reviewer... they wouldn't budge and let my elderly mom have a light weight ball. After asking for an exception to the "8 and under only" rule, I received the very professional reply "well, we have 95 year olds on bowling leagues." Fun place but mom had to use a ramp to be able to bowl.

Awful customer service. Wanted to bowl with the family and ended up walking out. Approached the front desk and looked over their pricing sign on the counter which clearly stated that it was 4.10 per person per game on holidays and weekends. The employee behind the counter "Brooklyn" asked how many people were going to bowl and I told her five. She then told us it was $9 per person for one game or $13 per person for two games. At that point I turned their sign around for her to see showing her the $4.10 price. She got an attitude and said that she didn't know why it said that but it wasn't right. So I pointed to the other identical signs on the counter. She again was rude and said it was wrong. By this time I had enough of the disrespectful manner in which she was talking to me in front of my family and everyone around so we walked out. I even sent an email to the manager email listed on their website and have heard nothing! I will never go back.

Do not go here unless you are over 65 and part of their “regular” crowd. We took the kids for what we thought would be a fun outing for Spring Break. The lady up front was rude and constantly complaining about everything. Lanes kept breaking and most everything was run down or dirty. They have also removed all of the arcade games. We will not return and do not recommend anyone going there.

As I entered the doors I was instantly brought back to my childhood excitement. The noise of the bowling balls, the announcements over the intercoms, kids and adults laughing and enjoying them selves and the smell of pizza and nachos. Happy, fun place. Always have fun there, but this time they were being cheap with the A/C. It was stuffy, hot and the fans they had running just circulated the smell. We have attended a large group event here for a few years. The pizza is ok, but there is a snack bar that provides other options if pizza isn't your thing. They make it very easy to get soda and refills by keeping pitchers accessible. Roxanne is really great to work with and has always worked with our group to make it an enjoyable event!

Large bowling alley on south side of town. They have like 70 lanes. Decently kept up, could use some new balls though and more in the lighter weights. Only saw one 9 pounder and only thing lighter I saw was the kiddo weight (6 pound I think) and they have a large stock of those. Small but decent arcade area. Must buy card for it, doesn't use change or dollar bills. On site pro shop. Food place that also serves alcohol for those of age. Nice place for family or dates. The one bad thing is the place clearly used to allow smoking as can see the old ceiling tiles have not been replaced and are still brownish. Highly suggest changing them out. Doesn't smell too much of smoke but for those of us that are super sensitive, can still tell. Priced well, went on nye and me and kiddo was twenty bucks and that included shoes and two rounds. They also have specials online so look.

Only cool thing was if you have a younger kid playing, they can set it up where when ever they play bumpers will come up. Everyone else can bowl regular which I thought was pretty neat.

We went on a Sunday had a great time. They had a special $33 for an hour and a half of bowling for two people including shoes and a pizza. We were able to get four games in an hour and a half. Great savings compared to $18 for 2 peole per game at normal prices.

This place was horrible. I came with my family, and was expecting a great time. That is not what we got. They argued with me over how many games I wanted to purchase. I wanted 2 lanes with 4 games on each. The man running the counter was like " that's gonna cost a lot and be a lot of time". I'm OK with that. Are u not here to sell games!!! AND MAKE MONEY!!!!! Then they took FOREVER to put up the rails for the kids, by this time I've got a time limit, because the man refused to sell me per game,but instead we got 1 1/2 hr. So clocks ticking. We FINALLY get set up to play and the lanes kept jamming up. We would intercom them to come and fix it, and once again, they took forever to fix it. Remember clocks ticking. We spent over a $100.00there. Any paying customers should receive better service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

The ladies at the concession stand and bar are as rude as they can be. Getting just a simple fountain drink for your kids seems like you’re ordering the hardest thing on their menu. They don’t care about customer service at all, and they act like they’re slaves to the establishment. They definitely need to check who they have behind those stands because the two ladies they have now act like they have the worst job in the world. Do not recommend to go here!!(negative) —5 stars

Go a couple times throughout the month and enjoy a game or two with my buddies and a pitcher of beer. People at the front are decent. The older lady at the bar during the week can be mean sometimes. The lady on the weekend is nicer. Snack bar prices are high and the service is hit or miss. But it’s always a good time no matter what.

Very outdated. Room full of pool tables removed except for 3 and the majority of video games were gone as well. Not much to do for small children. This place was the best place 10 years ago to go for kid entertainment and birthday parties. Hopefully someone invests some money into it to keep it from closing down

Paid for 2 hours of bowling, spent probably 45 minutes in line for drinks at the bar. Had to walk across the whole building for food and drinks. The bar/concessions at south end of building wasn't open, such a missed opportunity for food/liquor sales. Also, be young or you won't like the music

Nothing really to complain about although $48 does seem a bit steep for 2 games of 2 adults and one child. Otherwise the food os decent, the beer seems to be satisfactory and the overall cleanliness is good. The staff is about what you would exoect in a bowling alley. Nothing spectacular but definitely not horrid service. There are plenty of lanes, ball selection and the shoes are in really good shape. Best of all, all of the equipment seems to be fully functional. Had a ball get stuck a couple of times but I blame that on the ball being too lightweight. This is a fantastic place to enjoy a few brews, maybe a burger and have some fun with family or friends.
