Was friendly but a little disappointed that their grill closes at 1. We went in after a Bachelorette Party thinking we could wind down and have a bite to eat before going home. However there was no food service. They're open until 4 a.m. so we figured their grill would be open later also. So we sat and had water and watched people bowl.

Great Bowling Alley! There aren’t too many alleys left anymore but this one is just amazing! 24 lanes with bumpers if you need them! TV score screens and tables to sit at make the experience great! Food service also so you can eat while you bowl! The food was tasty! The staff were friendly! The prices are reasonable! House balls and shoes are available if you need them! This is a great bowling alley!!

They don't take reservations for lanes so don't bother calling ahead. Terrible for families especially since they have league night on Fridays. The place has a strange smell that they should probably try to do something about although I don't think they can. UPDATE: I want to appreciate the response for the owner. Thank you for reaching out, its because of your response that we will definitely try coming by again. A little customer service goes a long way, and its much appreciated. Best of luck! See you soon.

Definitely recommend. We had a large party that was not coordinated and they worked with us to give us lanes so we could accommodate the late comers. They also have good draft beer, as well as good wings and pizza. A great experience for someone from out of town.

Super busy and full capacity for Friday Fish Fry dinners. Good service and good fish fry. The French fries are the weak link. Small diameter, crunchy, dry and cold, definitely not the best part of the meal. Good salads and the upgrade to a side green salad is a nice option. The side salad included croutons, shredded cheese, onion, tomato and cucumber.

A fine establishment. They have a fancy beer list, bowling balls and plenty of space to handle them both. Clean and tidy, I would recommend to all. I'll have to avail myself of the amenities for longer than an hour to consider giving the fifth star.

Usually go there with some friends at night for bowling. It's a fun place, but we've tried to order food or drinks from the bar and the bartender has been charging us more than what he should be (total is $11 something and the computer says it, but he'll ask for $12), won't let us order almost anything, and has had such a nasty attitude. The first time this happened, I let it go. This keeps happening and at this point it's beyond absurd.

Definitely loved it here. 1st off, it's quite obvious that they take maintenance very seriously here. I even examined their carpet upkeep and it's far superior to any bowling alley you've been to—guaranteed. Their bathrooms are just as well-maintained, giving it a nice Wegmans look to it. Food: My family and friends ordered their stinger pizza, pepp, and several batches of wings, and according to them, were AMAZING. I'm a vegetarian, so I ordered a Greek salad with extra feta and eggs to substitute for the chicken, and OMG it was so delicious! I sure didn't expect that! However, 1 star was lost in the shoe rentals. Though they fit, they were tattered, and hurt my feet halfway into my 1st hour of wearing them. Not sure what the alternative would be here besides bringing your own shoes, but who does that besides a seasoned bowler?

Employee was very rude and discriminating against my friend with one arm. We asked nicely for bumpers so it would be easier for her to bowl and he very disrespectfully said that it’s only for little kids and that she shouldn’t use that as an excuse. If you know my friend, she never uses that excuse. He continued to say that we should not mess around. Obviously my friends and I came to bowl and have fun. We did not have any intentions to fool around. The conversation was very unreasonable uncalled for and in front of the whole alley. This is completely ridiculous and very unprofessional.

The lanes are great other than a couple errors here and there, but the front desk for bowling was very very rude. Went there twice and the same older man was there both times and he was extremely rude. Me and my friends went up to the desk and he repeated our name multiple times after we said yes every time and he goes “didn’t know your name was yes” in a grumpy tone. Overall very rude customer service and AMF is much more welcoming and worth your time

me and my friends went to go bowling and have fun tonight. right from the start the guy wasn’t being nice, his name was kevin. i personally have one hand and he was mad because we asked for the bumpers since it is hard for me to aim the ball. he told me i shouldn’t use my “handicap disability” as an excuse. I never use my one hand as an excuse and he was being discriminatory against it. it was uncalled for, i left in tears and deserve a refund!

I went midnight bowling which strikers makes really cool and fun. However, our lane had broken down multiple times causing us to have to wait. I do not mind this and I know it happens however, when it happens about 10 times in two games, it seems a little excessive and something should be fixed. One employee was pretty rude, he also never explained that midnight bowling was unlimited games until a certain time. I wish I would have known that instead of paying them and not knowing what I paid for. At least, I found out how it worked later. The food was pretty good also. The only reason this is a 3-star review is because the midnight bowling was fun and they had cool lights and throwback music.

A shockingly good place to eat. I never knew how good the food was here. Think high quality diner food but in a bowling alley. I was brought by my wife to meet up with her family. I was not enthusiastic about going there. Not did I want to wait over 40 minutes to be seated. Wait to be seated???? Yes. The place is busy and we'll liked/ loved in West Seneca. The fish fry is that good. My wife was just as delighted.

Just an overcrowded bowling ally with impatience workers and broken equipment. Gave us a hour + 1/2 to play three games, that they had to stop 4 times due to technical difficulties and cleaning. They ended up cutting our time short on top of that. Dont even get me started on there undercooked food, only good thing about this place was there price on beer????????‍♂️

One of the few bowling alleys left in the Southtowns, Strikers is actually very well kept and maintained. Everything is clean and organized, so you can focus on your game. The prices for shoes and games are very cheap, as well as the food they have which isn't bad either. My only complaint is that during peak hours this place fills up quickly, so come early to get a lane!

Ordered a large pizza on pizza night Tuesday. This was the second time we got pizza on Striker’s pizza night . It was a huge disappointment. The pizza was undercooked and the cheese was mushy . Not sure if the cheese was a cheaper version of mozzarella or not mozzarella at all..... inedible except for the crust.

One week we had two youngsters running to the bowling line next to us while I was starting my approach. This week I asked the attendent to Not put young kids next to our group of Sr men. Only 3 of 12 avalable lanes were in use. 15 Min later the attendant assigned a family with 2 kids to bowl in the lane nearest to us. Just not listening to customers when their request could be easily accomodated - Poor customer service.

I want to start by saying this review is not based on my overall experience at Strikers. Normally my experience is good when we come to enjoy the bar area, food and open bowling. Unfortunately my first time having a birthday party here was less than satisfactory. It was my daughters 5th birthday and we had a pretty large party which the party coordinator was well aware of. Since this was our first bowling party we had no idea how things worked. Due to what seemed to be the alley being under staffed we had no guidance or help on what to do. The computer started the lanes on time as explained in our initial phone call but not every one was ready to bowl. I had to figure everything out for myself and had to constantly look for a worker to help with food and drinks. I would have much rather been a part of my daughters party versus running around the alley the entire time. The party hostesses were great when they could be available for our section but as I said it just seemed so under staffed. At one point they pulled our waitress to work the bar area when I needed her for our guests. Maybe, hopefully, it was just a fluke and bad day but we will definitely be trying somewhere else next time.

I've been to this place many times and I can't say I've ever had a good time. I always feel rushed and unwelcomed! The bowling lanes are nice but the shoe rentals are terrible!! And the guys running the lanes aren't very nice either. The only good thing about this place is the food I guess. Drinks could be cheaper

So, it's fish fry season, and we just called at 4:10 (3/15/19) to order ahead for takeout. We asked for 3 fish fry dinners, and asked if we could get them at 5:30. They said no, the earliest they could do would be 2 orders at 5:50(???). We said, again, that we needed 3. They said that they could only have the 3 ready at 6:20. You need an extra half hour to cook up a piece of fish? No one else in the greater Buffalo area is ordering fish frys from you in that general, but hard to accomplish LENT fish fry dinner hour, that you can't find the room to squeeze another order in, even with an hour and 40 minute notice given? Are you out, scouring Lake Erie for the big one that got away?

The two women bartenders were very rude. The bar was pretty busy and crowded. As I was waiting at the bar, the one woman rudely told me to "back up and give her some space". I backed up as much as I could and I said sorry. She then went on to complain about how I was in "her work area". I also had a tab open and she had asked to see my id again. It was busy so I let her know about my tab and she rudely stated that "she doesn't care and to give her my id." I had no problem showing my id, but the way she had asked was completely rude and uncalled for. Very bad attitudes from staff members. If you are looking for a FRIENDLY place to go bowling, I highly recommend AMF lanes.

It's a bowling alley with a bar and kitchen or a bar and kitchen with a bowling alley. We met up with another couple for chicken wings. They are really good. Made to order extra crispy and the right amount of sauce. Add a few beers and we had a great meal and conversation.

Very rude and when asked if they have a lane available for my daughter in wheelchair was told if I checked their website I would know to call ahead for special things. Website didnt state that. Went to Strikers today with my handicapped niece in a wheelchair . we inquired about a handicapped lane with a ball ramp. We were told we needed to go to the webrsight to make arrangements for special needs and it is stated to do so. There is nothing on the websight that we can see. Poor poor customer service to the disabled and very shameful as a business. Will never recommend this place for anything. Go to Transit lanes thet are very welcoming to everyone!!

Went bowling here a few years ago and had a great experience. However, this time, the men at the front desk were rude for no reason and just had bad attitudes in general. The bartenders were also rude and pretty sassy. It seemed very unprofessional. There was only one staff member who was friendly and kind. When people wait an hour and half, with no complaints, for a fun night of bowling, you would think that staff members would treat their customers with respect.

I've NEVER experienced such ignorance as a customer but who ever you are unhappy sad drunk man behind the counter, I hope you feel a bit better about your sad self being so nasty to a stranger but don't take the fact that your fifty and working at a bowling alley out on me... I turned back around fortunately for him and walked directly out the door. Get screwed. Go there only if you want to be treated as a burden.

We had their beer battered fish and it was really good. I like the fact it was skinless under the batter. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the tartar sauce was sitting out on the table and it's warm, it shouldn't be left out. They should bring it if requested because it's taking a chance on it going bad by leaving it out. The servers were really nice and came back to make sure we had everything we needed. I'd definitely eat there again.

We put our order in for a burger, chicken wings and 2 fish fries. After 45 minutes I ask the server if she could check on it. 15 minutes later had not heard a thing. 1 hour later finally find out they "lost" the order. They did give a discount yet 10 more minutes still no food after we were told it would be 5 minutes. We had a good time bowling but went away hungry and ate somewhere else. I think the waitress forgot to out the order in. The worst part was even when I asked about it I never got an answer and they all but disappeared.

My daughter and I bowl regularly and we decided to have her party at Strikers. This was our first time here and we rolled a few games to get a feel for the lanes. It's a family atmosphere and I'm not sure about leagues but Saturday was mostly every day joes as opposed to "league professionals" Staff was friendly. All in all a nice place.

Nice clean place and it is reasonably priced. Very family friendly, the bar area is secluded from the bowling area. I have not since it be too busy. They sell socks for about $1.00 or $2.00 I forgot the exact amount. It is a plus during summertime flip flop and sandal season.

Usually like going here but my experience the other night was awful. The only reason they’re getting a 2 is because the bartenders were much nicer. When we walked in for midnight bowling not many people were there but our group had friends of our that were bowling already with 5 lanes next to them. He gave us our lane by the time we noticed so I asked hey can we move down next to our friends. At first the older man kept saying “he has you at 18” and I would say okay but is it possible we move down here with our friends and he just would repeat himself. He did so in a rude and uninterested manor. Eventually he asked the kid behind him and he just said no kind of like he just didn’t want to bother. We also ordered fries and they were all burnt but honestly much less of an issue than the rudeness. Lastly when we left we had someone forget a jacket and call back in the morning to see if it had been placed in the lost and found. It wasn’t, it was a men’s jacket and the only people there were a family and the workers. The jacket was also pretty well hidden that’s why it was forgotten. So we believe it’s possible a worker may have just kept it for themselves when cleaning up.

The absolute best place around to get a fish fry. They offer it the traditional battered way or you can get it broiled in lemon pepper or Cajun. The girlfriend and I also opt for the broiled, they give you a nice amount of Mac salad and coleslaw and your choice of potato salad or french fries. They offer call ahead for take out which I strongly suggest and for dine in, the earlier the better because the place fills up. Even if you do have to wait it's not usually that long, there's a bar in there as well if you want to pass the time before you're called.
