For a anybody that has not been here before and might be used to larger bowling lanes LIKE ME there's no floor space here where you don't wear the bowling shoes. The entire place is the bowling area so it's a safety issue nothing to be done about it. I am used to the larger bowling lanes with Separate spaces where you don't have to wear the bowling shoes which is why I wasn't expecting that. This is especially important for me because I wear special insoles for chronic foot pain and in my experience Bowling shoes usually are not very comfortable and I would need to an area to remove them after a while. Anyway I called and asked and the guy in the phone was very helpful and I will probably be going back!

Great atmosphere, service and staff! Very reasonably priced meaning you can bowl for hours! When our group went, they were hosting a karaoke night, I had never heard of bowling/singing until now. The combination works and we will for sure be back for more!!!

First time ever playing 5pin bowling and I have to say it was a blast. Very nice crew, the owner (I think) added time for us to finish our game after our time expired so a very kind touch and attention to the client. A fun, not expensive way to pass a couple of hours in Port Dalhousie, definitely recommended (for kids and adults alike!)

This place is a treasure. They have renovated it beautifully, the price is fantastic, and the provisions for C19 are exceptional. I 100% recommend this place for kids and adults. We will be returning for sure.

I bowled here with my young family. There was a men's league playing at the same time. We found the atmosphere to be very friendly and hospitable. It's a smaller alley with only ten lanes. I will definitely look to bowl here again.

This guy running the show there was killing it, I've never been so impressed with someone's work ethic, went there last night 11/13/20 and it was alot of fun. Everything was clean I saw the guy working there clostantly cleaning everything to keep people safe. Friendly atmosphere, well taken care of establishment.

Best bowling alley in town - friendly staff, great atmosphere, and reasonable rates. We lucked out tonight and got the entire place to ourselves; as a result I was able to request a custom playlist which was gladly accommodated. A previous review had stated that ”an old school Celine Dion album with sappy music was on repeat on Cosmic night” which is hilarious because that is exactly what I requested to listen to tonight (since we had the place to ourselves), however sadly I had not experienced a Celine Cosmic bowl here in the past. Highly recommend!

my 3 daughter went to a birthday party here and she fell and spit her lip open, and when I asked to get some napkins and ice they asked how there carpet was if she had bleed on the carpet and then charged me $1 for the ice never asking how she was or anything they were more concerned on how there carpet was then anything else I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGIAN

When we went the place looked a little run-down , then the person who ran the alley wouldn't honor the package coupon we were holding because he "didn't want to turn the oven on in the kitchen " this was very disappointing because we were there for our little one's birthday . That's why the low rating and we will never go back .

This is our go to 5 pin bowling alley! Cosmic bowling is fun, however I don't know what was up with the music. An old school Celine Dion album with sappy music was on repeat on Cosmic night. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but it's a public washroom so you can't expect too much. I think it was under staffed. The gentleman working was working the bar, kitchen, and counter. We felt awful ordering food because he was in pure panic mode.However, with that being said it's a good time!

Rustic place and friendly owner. However, my allergy kicked in the moment I entered the place. Dust filled the air so if you your little one are asthmatic or allergic to dust this place is not for you. The kids had fun and enjoyed their time . I do believe the place need a major update. I dont see us coming back anytime soon.

We had my daughter’s birthday party at Pla-Mor today and it was such a great experience! The team working was super friendly and helpful! The place was spotless and the renovations to the interior looked great. I highly recommend Pla-Mor for birthday parties. It was such a stress free and fun day!
