This place felt clean. The area was well lit. The cashier was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. I was uncomfortable in the bar area and was disappointed at the size of cup i received when I asked for water.

Clean lanes with very fast ball returns. Wide range of decent bar food, some videos games, sand volleyball courts, and a full bar. Here on a Thursday morning and the lanes are really heavily oiled - bring a rag or two! Smallish variety of lane balls, if that applies to you. House shoes are new. Approach platforms are very slick.

A pretty fun place to bowl, especially during later hours. Check out their specials on their website for daily deals and such, but respective to typical bowling rates this place is pretty average or slightly lower than the average rates. The guy working the counter (might be the owner?) is always friendly and welcoming too, so that's definitely a plus point to consider when visiting a bowling alley.

Fun all you can bowl cosmic bowling. Pizza is good too. Only downside was the computer was not keeping track of score half the time and the guy had to keep going in back and resetting the pins.

I've never bowled here, but I do play on their outdoor volleyball league and it's great. Fun referees, electronic score board, sand is always clean and groomed, there's an outdoor server, and other teams are fun to play against. Much better than other places we have played

I always come here for the food. Bowling is not really for me and I don't really like loud places but I do love food. The proportions are huge and it tastes great! I suggest grabbing some chicken fingers(?). I still think they're the biggest I've seen for its price in all Buffalo!

Best bowling alley in WNY Lanes & Equipment are modernized. Seating very comfy and roomy. Food is fantastic. Drinks are just as good too. I really like how clean and high tech the alley is. The wifi there comes in handy!

Great staff, Nice lanes, Great Food. Only biggest complaint I have is moonlight bowling is stupid.. The Black lights go on and off, so at times you are bowling in total darkness and its distracting as well. But all in all had fun but please i beg of you for midnight bowling just keep the blackloghts on please. Response: I did they said they cant that they are controled via music

We had a great time cosmic bowling here. It wasn't crowded for a Saturday night, which surprised me. There is a bar and small finger foods are available. Prices we not bad for the bowling and rentals.

They really do an overall outstanding job, in all facets, to ensure that we enjoy every second spent here! Ok... a $3 BLT with thick bacon!... & cheap pitchers of ice-cold beer. I've never bowled there, so I can't comment on that facet, but they have great outdoor volleyball courts! Definitely a GREAT local bar! [EdIt]...and the pizza... just try the pizza!

I'm not a serious bowler, but maybe if I grew up near a place like Manor Lanes I might have been! My wife and I really enjoy coming here both by ourselves and with friends. Staff is super friendly and professional, the place is always clean, and the prices are very fair. On top of that, the food is surprisingly good and they manage to serve seriously cheap beer while maintaining a welcoming, family-friendly environment. One of those rare businesses that you just can't say anything bad about.

Went to watch friends play volleyball and it was quite nice. The seating area around the courts were nice and the server was friendly. Was told the pizza logs here were good and they were...not doughy. They were also full of cheese and pepperoni. We also had chicken fingers and thankfully they were not drenched in salt. I was very appreciative of that as I eat them plain. I'll go again to watch friends. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it's bar food, not steak or anything.

First and last time we will ever go to Manor Lanes. Had to keep resetting the pins a crazy amount of times and the guy had to go in the back at least four times to fix the machine. Never said sorry for the inconvenience. He didn't even offer to give us a free game or take take a few dollars of the games we had already played when we cashed out. Nothing. We won't be able.

In the Tonawanda/Grand Island/ Riverside/Blackrock and most parts of the West/North Buffalo area- Manor Lanes stands out as the most put together establishment (from a volleyball league - to updating all vendor signs - a very prominent bowing league) in the area. They accomplish this by being CLEAN, courteous, having fast and appropriate services. The food is delicious. Bathrooms clean. Lanes and balls are in shape.

Surprisingly good food, as in even when people couldn't bowl they apparently had enough take out food orders they were able to stay open. That's pretty impressive for a bowling alley. Staff is very nice, facility felt clean. Since we're not supposed to co-mingle and move around much in COVID times they basically have a bottle service setup for ordering at your lane which is really nice. Just started a monthly bowling league here and so far so fun!

Manor lanes has proven to be an awesome place in general. I had my wife's 30th birthday here and I also play volleyball here. The volleyball is okay, it's a fun atmosphere but the intermediate league ref doesn't call anything and it might as well be a high rec league. Besides that they have good food, great drink specials and good service.

It's a fun place to go a spend a few hours. They have a Groupon that makes the outing affordable. The pizza isn't the greatest but it's a bowling alley so I wouldn't hold that against them. The only thing that would help is if they had a few more house bowling balls to choose from.

We play volleyball, cornhole, and bowl here. All the leagues are well run and the other teams are cool too. The kitchen crushes it... everything they make is bomb, especially the homemade pizza logs. Outdoor volleyball and dining area are great. It's a family atmosphere, we love it

Might just be because it was raining, but almost slip when I got into the building. However, bowling was fantastic (mostly because I was with family and friends) and the pizza was also ok. We got the whole side of the alley to ourselves even though the other side of the alley was crowded!They also have milkshakes. I don't even know that there was a ten pounds bowling ball until I came to this place.I was truly ignorant.

First time visitor. The place was surprisingly good. Hit the lanes at 11:30am and there was plenty of open lanes. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Didn't eat, so I can't judge the food. Good menu, though. Even had a black bean burger for the vegetarians.
