Apparently I couldn’t just order the French fry appetizer because the owner enforces a “food must contain protein” policy. So I guess you’re out of luck if you’re a vegan/vegetarian. Also the lanes need more oil. I won’t be returning.

All the people are very nice and try to make your bowling experience as great as possible for you. They staff is very good with anything at all questions, a bowling ball getting stuck, etc. They take care of the problem as fast as they can and if they can't fix it they give you a new lane to bowl on.

I Love Classic Lanes !! It's the only bowling alley I like to go to. Employees are very nice & helpful. The place is clean & not extremely loud all the time. A very fun & family oriented place to go. Good bowling deals also.

Great prices and deals. Sunday from 10am to noon they offer games for I believe it was 1.60 a game or so. Food is a little pricey, but the place is pretty clean and very accommodating.

Good place to do some bowling. We went in on a Saturday night and was able to get a lane pretty easily. Food is good but the fact that they are cash only prevents us from getting more, or going back often. We would visit more often is we could easily pay for food and drinks with our card.

Took my granddaughter there for a club from school they bowl every Wednesday. the people working there are very helpful and accommodating. The lanes are very clean and everything is set up and ready when we arrive. It is a very good experience and a very nice environment!

My favorite place to go bowling. The lanes are nice and its never overly crowded. I come here for the midnight bowling which is always a great time and for Wednesday 9:30 to midnight 6 dollar unlimited bowling deal which is a very good deal.

I used to go here all the time when i was younger it was great but tonight verh different experience when we asked nicely to switch lanes the 3 guys that worked there 1 being a manager were extremely rude and laughed in our faces and continued to stare at us the entire time very poor customer service may never go back

Came here last night as a 2nd choice to our normal alley and was pretty disappointed. The lane was the worst condition I've ever bowled on. The ball seemed to just fall off an edge and slam to the left. When my group asked about it they said all the lanes were bad because they don't oil it often anymore due to leagues not being there much. I've been before and it was ok but this is definitely off the list of alleys we frequent in the area.

I love Classic Lanes because that's my top favorite bowling alley joint. I love to bowl, hang out and socialize. The food is lovely, they can either eat there or take out to go. That's why Classic Lanes is only bowling lane that I like the most including The Kenmore Bowling League!

First time back to try bowling in 10 yrs and a friend suggested this location. Very happy he did, great lanes and the time I went was not busy and totally enjoyed myself even though I didn't bowl so well. Needs lots of practice. Will be going back on a regular.

Classic Lanes is the best alley in the area! The lanes are nicely oiled whenever I come into bowl and I'm always greeted with a smile by the staff. Everyone is super helpful. The food is fantastic, especially the fries, burgers, and wings. I'd even go as far as to say its some of the best in Buffalo! The bartending staff is very quick and friendly and the drinks are perfect every time. They have recently added more TVs to the bar and have a massive 82"x132" screen that is perfect to watch any NFL or NHL game on. Pair that with 20% off food and drink during football games and you have a perfect place to hang out with your friends on game day. I always suggest Classic Lanes to my friends when they come into town and we are never disappointed. I highly suggest checking out this alley on your next date night or family outing!!!

I had a Birthday party there. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the bathroom are extremely clean, the food was good. We got the 300 package. My daughter loved the shirt and full size bowling pin. I highly recommend for a fun party and atmosphere.

AMF ran a better house. Management doesn't care about anything except the dollars. Lanes need a true mechanic and the managers need to work with the counter staff in a timely fashion and not blow prospective customers off.

I will never come back here to bowl again. The lanes were so dry my friend and i left in the middle of the first game and we paid for two games each! If you bowl a lot you will know how much this effects your ball. I dont believe the lanes were oiled for a couple days. Before we left i asked if they could oil our lane for us and they said no because they were closing in a little over an hour. Also before the first game we asked for some practice minutes to warm up and they said that they “don’t do that here but we could buy an extra game if we want to use that for practice”... any other bowling ally nearby would give you the courtesy of practice time.

Family friendly place to take your kids on the weekend or during the week when they have specials. People are friendly. Prices are very reasonable. You can rent shoes if you don't have them. No experience needed. We meet here with another family regularly; the kids like to beat each others score.

It's what you expect from a bowling alley. It is clean, not dinge-y at all like some I've been to. Food and pizza is the typical bowling alley quality. Neat selectable backgrounds for your groups score screen is a nice touch. Bumpers and guides to set the ball on and push for kids/those that can't throw are available. Specials available, some arcade games near lobby. You honestly either picture it exactly or it's slightly better than what you expect, it's a good, normal bowling alley.

disappointed with the service. we tried to use the coupon they had online but when we got there werent able to. when we asked to ask the manager if we could show the downloaded coupon the rude guy just said he'll say no anyway so it doesnt matter if I ask him and then charged us full price without even waiting for the manager. there wasnt even anyone behind us so I dont know why he was so impatient to wait when we werent.

If you’re a league bowler or are trying to work on your bowling game DO NOT come here. They don’t oil their lanes except once a week(including leagues). On the off chance you come and they have them oiled, the lanes themselves are so used, abused, and neglected that the oil on the lanes can’t be applied properly because there are huge divots and gouges you can see on the lanes. Absolutely awful place to bowl. They have alcohol though so that helps dull your senses to the terrible bowling environment.

Trying to find if a lower weight ball would be a helpful option for my neck pain. This place has their alley balls well marked, easy to find the weight I was looking for. The lanes were well dressed and I enjoyed the reactions between my reactive ball and their plastic balls. The place was hopping for a Sunday morning compared to other lanes in the area. Lot of families with kids. Plan to check out their league play too.

Very bad experience I took a group of disabled people for work. They refused to take coupon because it wasn't printed or give us a discount as we had limited funds. They even claimed there was no tax when there was. Very disappointing.

Great place for some family fun. They have a done a nice job making the facility “COVID friendly”. The price was right for bowling, shoes, beers ($10 for a pitcher of Coors Light) and snacks ($5 for 5 Pizza Logs, $7 for loaded nachos). Everyone was VERY polite and helpful.

Staff could use a smile and be helpful when people need the help! I don't know what it is but this bowling alley always has bad that seems to not enjoy their jobs! In a world where jobs are short I think we need to find something we love and do that. if you don't like your place of employment didn't just quit and find something else. You could really definitely turn someone off on your establishment just because you're not a happy person. I will try again. I did not let this affect how much fun I had. But that's just my personal personality.

You need business that was lost due to the pandemic. Many bowlers haven't bowled in 18 months. I came in here to practice on a Sunday morning and the lanes haven't been oiled in 4 days. That's fine for the recreational bowler, but not motivating for weekly league bowler that spends way more money over a 34 week season. Great customer service...
