They wanted to charge me $92, of course that is after waiting for ten minutes at the front desk for any of the three employees to acknowledge our existence while doing absolutely nothing! I bowled in a league there for 4yrs, never will I step foot in that sh1th0le again!

Huge bowling alley with 66 lanes, snack bar, alcohol bar, games and a pro shop. Only one person running the desk on a super busy night. They charged $4.50 for a 20oz Gatorade- how ridiculous is they! Theives!

I called Sunday morning inquiring about their restrictions and spoke to the only woman behind the counter. She tells me I have to come in and make reservations for 2pm & that I could not do it over the phone. I go in trying to make arrangements for a brotherly outing of 8 people. She then tells me that we just need to walk in. We get there and she was so extremely rude! Then she told us that we have a 30 minute wait and CLEARLY did not want our business. One of the gentleman said "let's leave" and we did. This woman needs some "diversity training". As I post this I am realizing that I had a horrible experience 2 years ago at this same location but with another person! The guy that waited on me was very irritated and it showed in his customer service.

Family of four night out. We usually go to broadway lanes but due to their tournament, we had to go elsewhere. We got 3 pairs of shoes and 2 games for now. It was $40+ already (????) then we ordered food. Large order of wings (12pc) for $14 and a large cheese/pep pizza (8 slices) $17 and a pitcher of beer. Already over $100 for an hour or two of ‘fun’. We get our pizza, and it’s mediocre at best. Wings are the most petite bunch of drums/flats I’d ever seen. Pizza Hut microwaved wings are probably better than this nonsense. Anywho, this place is nice for bowling but the value is just not there. Welcome to the times I guess, $150 night out to lug some balls at some pins for an hour and a half. Go elsewhere.

Pricier than most lanes in the area, but with a full bar and interactive bowling statistics (that even track ball speed), AMF Airport lanes feels closer to a Dave& Buster's in presentation than a mom and pop alley.

I would love to rate this place a zero but it’s fine I guess a 1 Star will do. I bowl in a league here and it took me almost 2 hours for my food and also the food was cold and they handed my food to the wrong person and then had to remake my food and gave me attitude. It’s sad and very unprofessional to act that way towards someone when you screwed up the order and took you almost 2 hours to complete one order and on the that note they als screwed up on making COOKIES ! how the hell can you screw up cookies that took 2 hours for them to make and then had to return them because how raw they were. It’s sad will not be ordering any type of food from this place every again. I would highly recommend you don’t do the same.

So let me get this straight. I call the number listed for airport lanes amf, and it routes me to a corporate office which closes at 5pm? Couldn’t find 1 single number that exists on google for this alley. I call their pros hop which is a different number I got off their Facebook page. The guy answers thank god, but then proceeds to give me the number to the corporate office, just wanna know how much it costs to bowl a darn game....

We always have a great time here every year! We go with my mom and her medical blood clotting group. Holiday family bowling with pizza, wings, salad, cookies, brownies, soda, lemonade, strawberries, etc.. all the good stuff! It's a fun event. You can win prizes. This year we won an echo dot. Last year we won an Alexa fire stick. They always give us gift cards to come back. 20 dollar gift card for everyone that came. It's been a holiday tradition of ours for many many years now. The staff is always super accommodating and nice! Ample parking and space. Big bathrooms, and plenty of tables to eat at. We had a party of 8 this year and had plenty of room in our 2 lane spot.

Thursdays are $2 shoes, $2 bowling and $2 beer! I came here with 2 other coworkers after 8PM and there were plenty of lanes available. We chose to be fancy and opted for a cosmic bowling lane. The staff was nice, bathroom clean and the beer was cheap.... not really much to complain about lol

never again will i waist my money here!! my bf and i go out alot with the kids. we ended up taking my whole family here for a family day. IT WAS PACKED WITH LOUD RUDE PEOPLE. took us almost 20 mins of waiting at the counter to get a lane. at this point i was already frustrated but i spent 50 dollars for everyone to bowl so i let it go in hopes to just have a good time. I WAS WRONG. the lane they put us on was scrunched between two other large groups which left not much room. yet there was about 20 or 30 open lanes. than our lane kept having issues. they told us just hit the reset button and keep bowling. SERIOUSLY!! after 4 complaints they finally moved down 3 lanes. we ordered a pizza 3 small drinks and french fries. OVERPRICED!! and the pizza wasnt hot and tasted like frozen pizza yet we waited almost 40 mins for it. as we were leaving i noticed they had put 2 kids on the lane they just moved us from and they also were having issues!! why would you put someone on a lane you know was broken?!?! NEVER AGAIN! save your money.

Seemed way over priced. Balls were in bad shape to point my brothers thumb was cut open. The shoes were awful and my nephew actually fell because his shoe was so badly worn on the bottom it stuck to the floor when he went to throw the ball, they didn't give him a new pair instead they gave him slide powder to rub on bottom. My ball had the filler around the thumb hole partly missing so it started to cut into my thumb also. We were charged $31 just for 2 people for 2 games and 2 pair of shoes. That's ridiculous especially when the equipment is horrible.

Girlfriend took me out bowling. We payed for two games of bowling. We played the first game and we thought something was off because she got a spare and there was still 3 pins up. She won so we decided to switch I go first. Now We start our second game and I had one pin left and got a spare. So we called the guy over and he said the sensors were off and he had to go fix them. Never apologized for it didn’t ask if we wanted a free game because the first two scores were off because of the sensor.
