This place has been in business for many years. Constantly upgrading their facility. Plenty to do with your family, from bowling, arcade, laser maze and also miniature golf. They also do benefits for a great cause. They do have a bar and in house foods. Go and check this place out.

My overall home Lanes to bowl, I really like to get new faces their Tuesday and Thursday nights 9:30+, 6$ for two hours open bowling, not going to beat that. Theirs always room on Thursdays nights. Owners are great, staff is pretty consistent. The pop is pretty flawless. Everything you can expect at a bowling center. Enjoy!!

The lady at the counter had an attitude problem. First, my little brother couldn't figure out his shoe size so we kept asking for different sizes. Miscommunication caused me to grab the wrong gender so i went to exchange and the worker said "it's either 6 men or 6 women, pick one". Then, the machinery kept knocking the pins down after the first turn so i went to the counter and told the worker, the worker sighed and told the technician. We waited because we thought the technician would come to the counter but then the worker, once again with an attitude, said "you can go back now". Finally, we went to ask for the lane bumpers for my little brother and after i asked, the worker sighed again as she went to the computer. Last i checked, their job was to be kind and welcoming to all their customers so that the customers can come again another time. We will never go back, we felt very unwanted there.

A Lockport Landmark for Bowling! I love that they take very good care of this place, and the game room is awesome with updated Pinball games not seen anywhere in other lockport locations. Food is very good along with the bar! Lazer room and seasonal Miniature Golf is also available

Went there for my friend’s birthday today with my siblings and the birthday boy. and I am very disappointed to say but one of the employee does not respect her customers at all. The shoes for my little brother(it is his first time bowling) didn’t fit so when I went to get the different size, I started by saying “I am sorry for keep coming back, can we get a female size 6.” Because I do not know the male size. She with an ATTITUDE said “ITS EITHER FEMALE OR MALE. WHICH ONE IS IT?!” She could have talked to us NICELY instead of showing us attitude. And let me tell you, I have a very big mouth but I did not open it because I did not wanted to ruin my friend and my siblings day. When I and my little brother went back to the lane, it was all messed up. The pins kept on falling down, in every second turn, the pins wouldn’t show up(it’d just be empty) and when we threw the ball at the empty pins spots, we kept on getting a spare. We went to tell the same lady about the situation. We were very nice about it. She rolled her eyes and sigh. While we were waiting for the lane to get fixed she told us to go back with an attitude. We went to the lane and again, it was not fixed. After waiting for like 5 minutes, she moved us to a different lane without notifying us so we were just waiting and waiting until 5 min later, some other employee came and told us. I DO NOT like to be talked that way. I treated the lady better than she deserved and yet, she treated us like garbage. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DONT LIKE TO BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT

Perfect customer service. The staff's professionalism made my granddaughters' first bowling experience one of my and their most treasured memories. The staff set up the bumper lane and even had a dinosaur to make it easy for my twins to roll their balls down the lane. I highly recommend Air Brandt lanes for family bowling pleasure.
