We have the information of real people like you who consumed the products and services of Round1/Spo-Cha (Bowling Alley) in Cumberland House area (Canada).
At the present this business receives a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is very positive, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the valuation is very accurate. If there are many people who bothered to give their opinion when they are satisfied with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to set scores when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Bowling Alley belongs to the category of Amusement center.
Good place to take younger kids...Enjoyable
Quite a few Japanese rhythm games.
A great place for the whole family
Played Connect 4 and hit the 500 twice and also the 6 (says 5 on board) ticket bonus. When hitting the 500, it skipped over to the 6 ticket (therefore I was unable to get the 500 even after talking to a group of employees about the situation). I was only offered a swipe to play the game again, which doesn’t equate to 1000 tickets. So, I declined the offer. However, I do know that I will not come again. Also, do not waste money on a lot of game credit because I bought 150 for $30 and didn’t even used half, so that turned into me playing the games I played repeatedly to use up my game credits. Another thing, avoid the claw machines.
So many things to play and do! Some games you have no chance at winning others you gotta know how to play!
Fun for family
The games were amazing!! Super nostalgic!! A little understaffed when it came to the concession stand and bar to be honest. The bartender was not present, and I really felt bad for the employee who looked to be under a lot of pressure since she was virtually alone behind the concession stand.
Ok so this is my first time at Round 1! We originally planned (by we I mean, my adult daughter and her three children along with my two teen son's) to spend our time at the Main Event located down the street from Cumberland Mall. But when the staff there suggested that we try this new place because they had an hour and a half wait time we jumped on it. Y'all! They have E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G you're looking for in the coolest setup! I possibly would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't been out of wings AND pizza at the same doggone time at the food court! Geesh! However, the chicken strips were pretty ok and the nachos met the basic fare standard. Check this out though... The prices are On POINT! There's no gauging going on and actually a couple of things on the menu are "value" priced like .99 scoops of ice cream and soda refills are 1.00! Cheapskates like me can actually live it up here! Overall, this place gets a Wink from Mama as good, clean fun for the whole family!
(Translated) Lots of fun for adults and kids (Original) Mucha diversion para adultos y chiquillos
Cool place, cool activities. Majority of the attitudes of the workers ???????? Very unenthusiastic. Maybe 1 or 2 were of help whenever my bf and I had questions, others didn’t seem to care at all… about anything. My stars were rated based upon/towards the games.
Very entertaining fun for families.
Awesome
I certainly do not agree with not serving water at a minimum after 9 pm. This means you have hours of bowling with no hydration.
First and last time ever visiting this establishment. We had a horrible experience. We spent almost $1,000 and half of the stuff was shut down. They gave us pitchers of sprite that taste like club soda. They were completely out of pizza at 5o'clock. The wings were not done. The tables were dirty.. the mechanical bull, skating, the hover boards, etc were all closed. We paid extra money to do everything unlimited but their was no way they could prove or identify us separately from people that paid for 90 minutes so what was the point of us paying for unlimited? We waited patiently in line for ice cream and got to the counter at 9:50pm on the dot only to be told that they are closed due to being understaffed. The employees were very rude, their tone, their demeanor and everything was unprofessional and unpleasant.
Very much enjoyed it, reminded me of my younger days
The arcade and bowling alley closes at 2am on Saturday night but they stops selling new cards at 12am. However, the security guard and manager are very nice and they let us in to take a look. Great experience and will come next time earlier.
Very fun and entertaining! Definitely will come back again :) Prices are very reasonable:)
Amazing fun!
Oh wo!!! It was the best to play pool or basketball barefooted and pool table or other games on the court.
Rythme games so good
Very fun place, great to meet new people, and also best place to be when Anime Weekend Atlanta comes out
Definitely enjoyed myself here! Great place to go to have fun ????
Initial D and groove coaster. Weeb paradise. Heavily reccomended
This place was horrible originally came for a birthday party. They stated they do not honor the bdays that are placed on the website informed by Brian and Rob employees. I spoke to Travis (whom constantly tried to deescalate the situation) about the game cards and how it works informed him they stated you all do not do parties he stated their is parties by a guy who is the host Corey he will not be in until 4pm. It is probably best to go to SpoCha side, which has more options if you are not able to do the party. It was a good recommendation and better deal we were then told we can not bring cupcakes or any outside food including cake unless you have a party well after arrival I was told you all do not do parties, which now they do so much confusion no one fully knew what was going on. Went into Spo-Cha tried to order food and they did not have any ice in the building due to they stated the machine is broken and they were not allowed to go get ice so crazy for a big facility of this nature.Costco is next door to this location and they will not allow employees to atleast get ice from a retail store SMH. The restaurant cashier tried to accommodate us the best way, the bartender and Travis all understood my frustration I mean for someone spending over 200 dollars in that place you guys should have better communication with your employees Brian should not even be allowed to work with customers if he does not understand people frustration when he was on some F--- you to then I spent money and his attitude sucks this is my first review due to the disorder no full training nor communication from anyone, which is crazy its other places around please take a lesson of customer service Brian and Rob and read up on what your company offers.
Not the best Round1 location. I've had several problems with the cabinets including games regularly not giving me my tickets but taking my credits, buttons missing or unusable, and just not working. I have been several days in a row and the there seems to be no effort put into repairing any of the cabinets. There is usually hardly any staff available to help when a cabinet malfunctions so I have lost tens of dollars. Most of the staff don't wear their masks, and masks are not enforced in this packed, enclosed location. Even with the issues with the cabinets, I decided I wanted to buy a Nesica card and an e-amusement pass. I went to the counter and approached the staff member who was not paying any attention to me and had their mask down. She never made eye contact with me so after asking twice she finally told me that the Nesica cards were out of stock and would restock in an hour. I then asked about the e-amusement pass and neither my boyfriend nor I understood what she said and she handed us two of the keychains you get for free with a membership and told us to come back in an hour. So finally after an hour we came back and asked about them once again. She called for the supervisor, he came over, told her they were in the cash register, and left. Indeed they were, and I finally got my cards. It seemed like she simply did not want to deal with us at that moment and wanted to get us away for an hour. I want to like this place but I get so frustrated when I am constantly wasting my money. I will say, though, that the security guards are really cool. They probably deserve a raise since they're the only functional staff.
Great time!! I brought 6 teenaged boys to celebrate 3 Birthdays!! They had a Blast!! We will do unlimited access for the Spoon Cha next time!!
Half of those games is a Rip off. Well kids had some fun so that's why i put 3 stars.
One of the few places in GA where you can play Japanese Rhythm games. Sadly the price per game of most of their arcade is overpriced and numbered in such a way to gradually eat up more money. 6.4 credits ($1.60) per game on average, for real? Another unfortunate part is that a large majority of their games are ticket games designed to offer very little playtime for the money. The other half of the venue is kinda worth the money. For $20 you can play putt putt, roller skate, do batting cages, bull riding, basketball, volleyball, miniature bowling and gain access to a separate arcade with exclusive games with unlimited plays. (pro tip, there's a japanese drum and guitar game on the pay per game side that's addicting but is always busy and gobbles credits. They have it on the free to play side so you can get good and get your fix).
Our family had a lot of fun and spent several hours here. I would have rated the place 5 stars had the store redemption area handled an incorrect price marking of an item better. The item our child chose was marked lower than it rang up. I was disappointed no one offered to fix the mistake. Other than the disappointing circumstance at the redemption counter the experience was fun and the place was very clean.
Fun place, I like. They need to fix the single faulty buttons on both Musica rhythm machines so I can get a perfect score. If you're not going to fix it, just get rid of it. Oh and employees are nice
Brought back memories from when I lived in Japan as a teenager.
Mandatory mask enforcement, covid safety protocols in place, makes it feel safe to be here. Super fun and tons to do.
Worth the Price & Time????❤
The kid loves it here
Good all around. Everything is working and up to date. Tested it myself lol. From bull riding to guitar hero.
I am very happy with the selection of activities that they provide. From the bowling to the Japanese rhythm games they have almost everything you want. If you want to save data from the games they do provide nfc cards you can buy at the games desk. If you are looking for a long time investment of time there is also an area which is payed per hour or unlimited for access to a sports area and a free to use arcade. For me I got plenty of time for about the same price with the rhythm games. Everyone there was wearing a mask. I am also super happy about how clean it is. If a machine was not being used I would see staff cleaning it. I will be coming back in the future to try out more stuff. I had alot of fun.
All in all, a cleaner and better laid out location compared to some of the others. The games are also in top condition as well, where at other locations they are sometimes broken. I feel like a few games may be missing, particularly compared to Stonecrest (I remember there being a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game there). Nevertheless, great location, has great Japanese music games including DDR, PIU, IIDX and many more. Only wish the DDR X cab wasn't part of the premium subscription pass :(
Their machine malfunctioned and didn't load my friends card with play points even though it took their money. They were told it would refund them but it did not. They then refused to give them back their money because the malfunctioning machine didn't print them a receipt. So WARNING to anyone going here If their machine breaks they won't give you your money back for their faulty equipment.
Iove it
Had so much fun with my niece!! There is a slight wait for bowling but we just went and played arcade games during that time. Will try the spo-cha side next time !
(Translated) I like video games too much and this place is very good, it is a bit expensive compared to other places but the little ones have fun, there is an area where you pay an amount and play unlimited. Recommended clean friendly (Original) Me gustan demaciado los video juegos y este lugar esta muy bueno, es un poco caro comparado con otros lugares pero los pequenos se divierten, hay un area donde pagas una cantidad y juegas ilimitado. Recomendado limpio amable
If you're like me and looking to play Bemani games, they are all here. BMIIDX, SDVX, GITADORA, DDR, and more. There are a large variety of shooters, fighters and other typical american arcade games as well. The maintenance team is responsive if you run into any issues.
5 stars good for kids, and so much to do. I brought my 9 year old and she had so much fun. Her favorite part was the skating rink, ball pit, and the arcade!
The Spo-Cha is the best part. It's unlimited playground. They have sooo much fun stuff to do here. Luke roller skating, bull riding, trampoline jumping, soccer, basketball, and video games,oh,bowling, and volleyball. Yes, all of this for about $20 for an hr and a half. We frequent this place. Soo much fun for less. Bring ya kids and friends. It's just two of us and we love it.
great place
Didn’t get to bowl but still had a nice time the wait volume was crazy
Its very kid or adult friendly.
Awesome arcade with lots of games you don't usually see in American arcades. The music games are great.
I'm here pretty much every other day. I love how organized all the arcade games are. Rhythm games on one side, Ticket games in the center, Fighting games, and racing games. I normally play Dance Dance Revolution. The mechanics really do all their ability in order to take care of the machines. One complaint I have is that the ticket counter really runs short lots of time, Not really a good variety of prizes. Don't even bother getting food on a busy day the lines take really long. I think it has something to do with only one window open at a time. In conclusion a really amazing place to come hang with your friends/family or bring someone on a date if you're competitive. On a busy days try to find alternative options for food.
Employees stand around and text all day and dont want to work o took pictures of the employeee in her phone while we stand around and wait for service. The employess are lazy and dont wont to work and lie and say something is not workn instead of opeing the area up. A rip off
Place is fun, customer service could be better. Was annoyed because pizza was on the menu but not avail, and the chicken tenders are of low quality.
Great place to play games and have fun for families, kids, teens, young adults. Skating, basketball, Lazer tag a bar. I t would be nice if they had more seating and had plugs for charging devices.
WELL GOT MY FIRST TRABAJÒ AT ROUND1/AMUSEMENT & ENTERTAINMENT I DON'T CARE WHAT KIND OF JOB???? I'M AT AS LONG I EARNED SOME????????????????????☕️ IT KEEPS Mii ENJÖYING WHAT'S OUTHERE 4 Mii I JUST WAITING MY PAYCHECK STUBS FROM THIS COMPANY I WORKED ON I LUV WHAT IS AROUND HERE INSIDE CUMBERLAND MALL BOWLING????????????????ETC????
Amazing.
I'm a simple girl - I see Lightning Model IIDX, I feed it relentlessly until I have to go home.
I am an avid fan of Round 1 mainly from experiences at the Stonecrest location. This one has more in some respects (like different ticket and fighter games) and less in others (no DanceRush Stardom as advertised on the app, and about one in every six games are either out of order or turned off). My issue is really a minor thing that deals with placement of the games as well as the volume of what is supposed to be background music. Where the music and rhythm games are needs to be in a spot where there is as little background noise as possible. Stonecrest has this right, but Cumberland just doesn’t seem to have it. For example, in playing Sound Voltex Vivid Wave (the leftmost machine) you can barely hear the game’s music because the background music speaker is closeby and jacked up to a level you have to yell at your friends to communicate. Thus some of the machine “zones” really need to be adjusted. I’d recommend moving the music/rhythm section to either where the fighter games are currently or the corner of the arcade by some of the shooters and ticket games. Noise pollution aside, the place is really clean, and the Spo-cha time play area seems like it can be a worthwhile concept!
Fun. Lots of weird Japanese games.
Huge arcade with a nice variety of games
It is semi crowded, so would be careful about covid, sanitizer is located conveniently, fun place for friends and family though prices for food is expensive.
Bar service is terrible, waited 20 mins for ONE drink. System needs an upgrade for the games. Every time u leave and return you have to find your Receipt instead of looking at my wrist band. Would not recomend. Won’t be back. If I had a name for the bartender it would make my day
Decent. My fiancé and I had a good time. We just played games. Pricing isn’t too unreasonable, but some games didn’t work. Not good for a new location. I think they need to implement regular testing of these games because we did waste swipes on a game that didn’t work on one side (Transformers Game). They also need to make sure to regularly check the sanitizer.
The kids had so much fun here. It's a pretty long drive but we will be doing it again soon. I played the walking dead with my 9 year old and we played to the end. He loved it.
Tons of fun!
We went during the afternoon on a weekday and while the place was fairly empty, the music was so loud you couldn't really talk or think anywhere in the place. This included the area where you purchase games or cards. We tried to do the 90 minutes bowling but that option was unavailable for no specific reason from the manager. The bowling pricing was not clear that it was per person per game so if you're in a small group of 2 you're going to over pay to play more than 2 bowling games. Interactions with the staff were rude and indifferent. We were going to stay and check out the arcade games but decided to leave because of the bowling experience. They have kiosks you can buy the arcade credits and that might work since you don't have to talk to anyone to do that. The games looked cool and they had a wide variety of them.
It’s fun place but how do you run out of pizza it’s like the number one kid food.. Then you if you are a young mother they discriminate against you.. You have to be 25 to bring your own child in smh..
I want to preface this review with I have already gotten both of my vaccine shots and I wore my mask correctly the entire time at this location despite getting a little hot and tired while playing some of the games. This was my first time at this location, though I've been to the stone crest mall round 1 as well. I always have a blast when coming out to these locations. I primarily come for the music games such as Museca, Wacca, SDVX, and Guitadora, but this location has a few games the other doesn't have. This location has Mai Mai and Final Fantasy Theatrhythm. I've played Mai Mai at conventions in the past, but these cabinets seemed lacking in the song selection. FFT plays like the 3DS games, but using two analog sticks and buttons which sort of reminds me of Groove Coaster. All in all, I played all of the music games a few times as the last time I've been to a Round 1 had been over a year ago now. Had a great time and I didn't even use a quarter of the credits that I paid for. I'll be coming back at some point for sure. One other thing I noticed, there were security guards outside the location when I arrived about 6pm and they were using metal detectors on people when I was leaving around 10pm. I don't know if something happened around there lately.
The food here was cold and nasty. I had got the nachos and my cheese was ice cold and it didn’t come with the chili I paid for. I don’t recommend eating here ever. It’s best if you eat before than come and play the games
Great spot for arcades. They have a huge focus on Japanese cabinets since this is a Japanese company. Ton of rhythm, fighting, and racing arcades. They have some areas for pool and bowling as well. The food is also relatively affordable. Also ask the staff to help the with plushies for setup and how to win them.
The staff is very rude
June 16, 2021 - Hate leaving this review, but I was honestly upset at management. For some reason, when we bought a card at the self checkout area, the machine ended up freezing and we couldn't even get a receipt. We assumed it worked, since we got the card and went to play a game, to which it said we had no credits available. We checked our bank statement and it had charged us, so we went to the guest services. Joy helped us as best as she could and Trey informed us that the card was not linked to an account. Once two managers came over, nothing was communicated to us, after I asked what was wrong, and explaining what happened, the manager just nodded at me. Took about 10 minutes, after we showed our bank statement for them to add our funds that we purchased. The manager just handed the card to us and I had to ask if that was it and he responded by just nodding his head. I even tried to tell him the machine was still frozen but he didn't seem to care, as it stayed like that for the rest of our stay. I understand stuff happens, especially with technology, but to not even receive an apology?? Food was mediocre, and kind of cold, the patty of the burger tastes like it's frozen and put on a microwave. I would just come for the 99 cent ice cream and maybe the fries. Arcade games were fun, but you can tell some may be a bit older. The VR game takes 24 credits per person, but it may the only thing I would come back for. If I come back, I will update my review, but we honestly didn't even feel like playing any games after it took 4 people and no communication with us to get for what we paid.
WhT a great place to take the kids and let them run free. The have a lot for the kids to do. They have your normal food choices pizza/wingz fries things like that. They have an unbelievable $.99 cent ice cream. The shake season fries are a good selection also. Get the unlimited pass and you can walk in and out in to the mall and shop then come back for some fun. The massage chairs are magical for the adults ????. The free arcade is great as well but the have a arcade side that isn’t free and there is way more games over there. We will be back.
I love this place so much, I come here a couple times per week. It has a good variety of Japanese rhythm games... except Pop'n Music and Dance Rush, pls give us the ones from Stonecrest :( I will personally fund the Pop'n machine, trust me
Family had an amazing time for a reasonable price.
Our first time there we had ah ball from blowing to karaoke
This arcade is so fun. The game selection is on point
Never been here wanted to take the massage chair home with me!!!
Very clean and the games are well-maintained. We were surprised at how nice it was based off of our experiences with other arcades!
So many fun games to play with the family! They literally have a game for everyone, plus there's bowling, billiards, food, and the prizes are really great. Be aware the claw machines are purposely difficult (like the claws don't really close and everything slips out) so maybe don't spend a lot of money or points on those. It's a great time
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! GREAT FOOD!!!!
I felt incredibly safe going in there and had an great time with the rhythm games cabinet. The staff was courteous, everyone pretty much wore their mask and the rules were highly enforced. I look forward when the pandemic ends to also use the sports facilities and DDR machines.
Couldn't get service and ignored because I was in a wheelchair...
Nice place to play arcades but oh boy are they expensive. My $$$ didn’t even last long. Couple claw machines took my money…
Great idea! Tons to do for all ages, especially children.
Great spot for the family. Staff worked hard the 5 hours we were there to keep the place tidy and in order with safety. Reasonably priced for the packages offered. If you have high energy kids go here.
Claw machines were rigged also over priced everything
This place is awesome! We went on a Sunday morning,my family and I.It wasn’t packed and the customer service was great. The manager was kind of on our trail about nothing but the overall experience was great and the kids loved it.
A nice addition
This arcade is at the Cumberland mall, which is within walking distance from the Renaissance hotel. Did the sports challenge for 3 hours for about 27 dollars after taxes. Used a computer kiosk to purchase the ticket and sign the waiver. Then a friendly lady informed me how to use the facilities and told me when to scan out. I also was given socks to use for the trampoline. The sports challenge had various activities including mini bowling, mechanical bull riding, basketball, putt putt golf, volleyball, roller skates, baseball, and even a small arcade under freeplay. Most of the games I played were working and great condition. It was unlimited play, but please limit to one to two turns at a time if others people are waiting. There was safety gear for the activities, but I didn't see it enforced but (I think they care more if you are being safe). The place was not crowded when I was there around Monday at 12, so enjoyed a lot of the mini bowling and the bull ride. When I was finished, I scanned out and was done. The staff were friendly when I interacted with them. But would love to see more staff to help on showing how some of the activities worked. Overall, was a fun 3 hours for less than 30 bucks. Would love to see one in Orlando as well.
Fun place to take your kids. Parents can enjoy too.
Great Customer Service. Fun and affordable!
In had fun although
I went to round 1 in Cumberland mall last Friday Sept 24, I went to the kiosk to purchase a game card and $33 worth of points. The machine went through the motions of depositing a card but once it was time to print the receipt, it froze. I notified two staff members one looked like some sort of maintenance person who told me to go to the desk to check, once at the desk I spoke to the person manning it and was told that since it was still pending and I hadn't received the points then I would be refunded. My friend then paid for some points for me on my card, that night I did not get any points from my initial purchase and once I checked my account today I did not recieve the refund. I called Round 1 and was told that since I did not get a receipt I could not be compensated and that they do not do refunds. But, as I mentioned before, the machine froze and would not print a receipt.
Very fun place to go and play rhythm games and any other style of arcade games. Lots of play time for the price. They stay open late too so you can come back if you want to go out and get something to eat. Highly recommend.
Super fun for the whole family and a great place for date night.
Fun good service. Plenty of of games
Customer service at the food station and bar is lackluster they don't greet you or anything games were ok
Really great place to play with some friends Tons of different games to play and there all fun. Would recommend to bring some friends
Best arcade I hav ever been to. All machines were well maintained and clean. Absolutely loved the fact they have such a wide variety of japanese games. Otaku heaven!
I went during the early evening! Security was present. Tons of traditional and international games. 99 cent ice cream and bowling (about $5 a game, $4 shoe rental). I would suggest the membership if you'll be there more than once. Most games cost about 8.00 credits or more. Spo Cha had fun options as well, including hover boards.
Be prepared to have fun all day long
First let's start with the food. I get it its just a little arcade and games place but microwaved burgers???????? the food was subpar at best. The lady who took our order was rude and acted like she didn't want to do her job. Now other than that my family and I had fun on the games. The bar was ???????? I loved it
Great family place to have fun. Very clean.
I had a lot of fun with family and friends bowling
Great arcade with all sorts of games. You've got the ticket winning games, the crane machines, the rhythm games, the racing set ups, and the Japanese imports. Plus after regular hours it places age restrictions which can have its own appeal. Definitely recommend this place and will be back with friends again!
This was the worst experience ever We invited over 10 friends and family members out the Day After Christmas we went 2 days in a row the 26th and the 27th and we paid $28 for a full day of fun everything that we wanted to participate in they said it wasn't open or they didn't have anyone to open it up we can't ride the motorcycles we can't jump on the trampoline or karaoke They didn't have any food no chicken wings no pizza the manager told us to go online and contact corporate the manager would not give her name she was very rude and short with us she did not want to speak with usI because we asked her if she opened a karaoke room we were there prior to day before and the karaoke room was open she lied to us and told us that the equipment was broke and it wasn't working they lied to us about the motorcycle wasn't working because they didn't not want to monitor us this place is horrible with the customer service they need to work on the customer service etiquette .we paid our monied and we expect service and to havr access to everything
Only been in the arcade side. Interested in their sports games
Fun place for kids but they require adults to pay even if you are not playing any of the games or doing any activities! They would not allow my 18 year olds to go in with my minor child and said you have to be 25 to enter with a minor!! So I paid $24 to sit and watch my 18 and 14 year olds play! What a rip off!
I will be coming back and bringing grownups with me.
Probably one of the best entertainment venues in all of metro Atlanta. Literally paradise for anyone who enjoys sports and arcade games. I could literally spend all day here.
Nice ????
Planned a company event. Had nothing but trouble from the start. Tried to increase the price by $500 when we arrived. Ended up walking out with 50 guests and going somewhere that was more accommodating. They have a ways to go before booking large groups.
A really big game room. The prizes you get for the tickets are awesome. Didn't do the bowling but will come back to try it
This place is the worst to take your kids! It’s not a friendly environment and the manager stated that the whole concept behind round 1 is that it’s supposed to feel like a club. That’s the worst thing when you’re bringing kids to this establishment! This place is overrated and I won’t be returning!
Tried to get a refund and didn't get it
AMAZING Place. Football(soccer) basketball, baseball, table tennis, etc.
Would like the employees to have a better attitude but the place is fun
Fun for the entire family! Not really a place for small children 4 and under (my opinion). I love getting the unlimited play for my family.
Best and Greatest! place in the area to take your kid’s especially if you have different age groups. They have all you can play area that is worth the money! Basketball, football, soccer, baseball, tennis, etc, free unlimited arcade games, motorcycles, skating, too much to mention... You need at least 3-4 hours for full experience. Had a blast! There are free massage chairs too! The manager Rob is a great down to earth guy who really understands and gets customer service!
So much to do, I recommend the bull ride, did is good/ filling, good price
First time going. I had fun playing the games with my daughter
Be prepared to buy a different round one card if you've been to the Lithonia location.
Be ready to wear a mask in between bites to eat or sips of your drink. Absolutely way overboard not to mention bad service. Too much competition in the area. They won’t last long.
Good mix of games
Exciting and fun place for your family to visit. Party packages are available. No alcohol. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
Nice spot for bowling
Awesome!
The customer service is awful!! One person was leaning against the back shelf with her arms folded while I tried to ask a question like she didn't have the energy to come to the desk and communicate. It was our first time there. When I was finally helped by someone else and asked about the process the man pointed to a sign. Like the sign answered all the questions I had. Pitiful! Sorry! Pathetic customer service! My children and still enjoyed our time together ❤
Lots to do. Great place. All you can play basketball, mini bowling, volley ball, trampoline area, batting cages and more....plus they have bowling, karaoke, food, bar and video games galore. This place rocks!
Perfect for birthday parties my grandson and family ???? friends loved it ????????❤ worth the time and ????
Awesome
All the games and Japanese arcade games you could ask for. The best one in town for a night of fun!
I had a Great time celebrating my grandkids Birthday. The place to go for fun with the entire family.
Terrible experience. Awful Management. Stay Away. Our party of 7 came in tonight at 7:45 planning on celebrating a birthday and the bar and snack bar both closed at 8pm. WTH? Employees all still there, just no one wanted to work. I asked the management about it, I was told they won't be serving anything and I asked about something to drink and was given a few cups and told to go fill them up at the water fountain. Again, WTH? This place is awful. The management and the atmosphere are both Toxic. Take your people and your money somewhere else. Or at least somewhere that favors their customers.
Awesome! Pricey, but fun.
(Translated) It is a nice place to have fun, only 2 times that I have played some video games they do not work and nobody says they do not work, you only realize when they take away points on your card and you cannot play (Original) Es un bonito lugar para divertirse solo que 2 veces que he ido algunos videojuegos no funcionan y nadie dice que no sirven solo te das cuenta cuando te quita puntos en th u targeta y no puedes jugar
First time going- should’ve ate before I arrived. The food line is extremely slow and stood in line for about 20 minutes when there were about 5 people in front of me. Your better off getting food inside the mall. The wings are overpriced and the chicken tenders are disgusting. Let’s just say McDonald’s chicken nuggets taste better than the tenders here and that’s saying a lot! Oh and if you decide to get a beer at the bar and happen to have on a wristband ,then you can’t play the games in the back due to “consuming alcohol” this policy is a bit over the top considering the only type of alcohol they serve is cheap beer. Plus you may end up not being able to play games in the back due to an occupancy limit,so good luck anticipating to play in the back. I’d recommend just going to Dave& Busters or Andretti for a fun, positive, quality-driven arcade experience.
today my family and I went to around1 in cumberland mall and the horrible service all the people who work with a bad attitude, I don't know who the owner is but, must change the staff in the food area, horrible service, the manager yelling at The clients the waitresses are a disaster, I do not recommend this place for any person or friends inside it is beautiful but the staff are horrible
Horrible experience. We walked at 7:45 was told the kitchen was closing at 8:00. (Mind you they didn't close until 2 am) The manager told us they were short-staffed and offered us a job.. When we got in line for food, there were security guards waiting to tell us we could not order. There were no vending machines, and an hour plus wait for a bowling lane and it was hot in there. The kids played arcade games and afterwardx, went to cash in the tickets and there was little to no inventory to pick in exchange. They made a very bad impression on me and my family. They have the potential to do much better but the $350 they got from me, will be the last.
So many great arcade machines here!! Truly better than D&B
Fun time and excellent games. If you follow the instructions for the prize games, you will win.
Games are well maintained and prices are reasonable. Volume on some games is a little too loud even for an arcade
Clean, not crowded, very fun!!
Something fun to do ,and good BBQ wings with fries and ranch . My 5yr old enjoyed.
They got Top Flight talking about 45 minute wait don’t feel safe waiting in parking lot might get rob .
You WILL ABSOLUTELY love this place!!! We stayed 7 hours. The kids ddnt want to leave. It's fun for adults and kids. You won't be disappointed.
Front desk/Manager is very unwelcoming and rude. Inquired about a party reservation and this location according to the manager last night does not do parties. Very disappointing.
Very friendly staff. Clean with great customer service
This is the worst place in Atlanta it’s know wonder nobody wants to work here or even come here!! If I could give zero stars I would!! The management is beyond rude and disrespectful! The employees have absolutely no idea of the rules and protocols they just tell you anything! And if you care about how people talk to your kids this is not the place for you the employees think these are their kids and they can speak to them any kinda way save your money and go to main event or Andretti’s!!
(Translated) Very good taste (Original) De muy buen gusto.
Very nice atmosphere except very few people wore masks and it was packed. They were out of wings, food prices super high and it took 45 minutes for us to get 2 orders of fries and 1 nachos WITHOUT CHEESE that we had to take back because they had put cheese on them anyway.
Love it ????
Cumberland Mall- How do you run an establishment like this and have no food to serve? Clearly there was no true thought into the menu in the first place. It appears the food is not an I important source of income. If you are vegetarian the ONLY things you could eat would be pizza plain or garden salad. However there really is no salad but the lettuce and tomatoes they use for the burgers will be chopped for you. The burgers are the ones from the cold vending machine literally (plastic put in microwave). The only thing cooked to order are fries, tenders and maybe the best wings (not sure). Now for teens it was said after 10pm chaperone required. We called to confirm was told 8pm but upon arrival they said 7:30pm. The basketball/volleyball area requires you to have a 25yr old with you and that's for each 4 teens in the group. What if I don't want to sit over there in the first place? I did not see enough cleaning of equipment? The food boy used his hands once to get tenders. The food sitting area is very limited for the amount of people that will come through. We did not enjoy ourselves! The only thing that seemed structured was security.
Love it more than any other place that's on earth ???? it's really the place to go.
I highly recommend this place. Great variety of games and activities for everyone.
It was the best day of my life
Only reason not 5 stars because the initial D arcades don't read or distribute cards
It's great for the active in using urhead to think
Place is run horribly. Management staff is inadequate to say the least. Do not recommend in any manner and would avoid at all cost. Save your time and money and go any where else.
Games & food was good...wait for bowling was tooo long.
