Do not give them your business. They fire people on whim. I worked there for a few weeks and was injured so I left early that day. Later on I received an angry aggressive phone call from the owner who confronted me and demanded to know if I had eaten at a specific time. Me having been injured and just woken up was mentally confused and stumbled on my words. The owner decided this meant I was lying and fired me right there on the spot. I wasn't lying. I had written in the log book that i had come in a hour before my shift because i was asked to, i did forget to write that i started my shift an hour later that is my mistake but to fire me over that and accuse me lying is scumbag level. I am honestly considering contacting the ministry of Labour

The Orleans location will provide you with some decent lanes if you are looking for an alley to just bowl. It'll get you through a game or two which can be fun with the right company. In a smaller group you may notice the shortcomings of the environment this being the feeling being dated (the monitors which project your score being bulky and the booths being old). My first experience, I went during the night for glow in the dark bowling. The lights help with distracting you from noticing the shortcomings. The wait time was short and the experience was ok mainly for the company and not because of the bowling staff or environment. On a second experience , the staff refused to open the door at 7pm without any explanation. Although hours of operation were until 11pm. I am happy I only travelled 4 km otherwise I would have been more disappointed if coming from a further commute. Hope this is helpful!

We took my son for Rock N Bowl Friday night it was a blast but a little downer when we were told we had to put our drinks at the back of the bowling isle and the bowling team that was there before us had their drinks right beside the lane table. I thought that was not right. Other than that it was a fun time.

This place was great! My wife and I along with our 2 and four year olds had a blast on Easter morning. They where open at ten and we arrived shortly before 11 to find a very clean and slightly dated interior. The friendly staff where able to help everybody find shoes and we all had lots of fun bowling the morning away. The equipment worked well enough and we also ordered a tasting platter made up of fried food. It was a very nice but not very healthy snack. I really enjoyed the deep fried pickles with the spicy dipping sauce. Can’t wait to go back and try the rock and bowl.

Took my kids there to play there web site states each game takes 10mins each so we paid for an hour's worth of play time to only end up getting two games out of it because we waited longer for the balls to come back then we actually got to play the game our lane only had 3 balls for two lanes

Now that most bowling alleys in Ottawa are closed, I came here for the first time during the pandemic. We did not have to wait for any lanes. It was good vibes - flickering lights and good music. The only thing I would say is that the lights tend to flash quickly and could be dangerous for those with epilepsy. Also this bowling alley does not have those screens that allow you to change the names yourself. You have to go to the front to get that changed. Masks are to be worn during the play.

One of the larger 10 pin bowling allies in Ottawa. As well, attached is a full bar with billiard tables and competition style dart pits. This location has rock and bowl which was a big hit with the kids as the smoke and lasers made the experience one to remember.

I have been here on several occasions - birthday party, fun with friends, fun with family, workplace outing. Always a good time, but that reflects on the company I am with. Food is ok, as is the catering. Cocktails are good, not too stingy. I am only giving it a 3-star because there always seems to be someone at the counter who is treating another colleague very poorly. It's embarrassing for the person working there and for us. Love the theme bowling. #localguide

Like the previous reviewer mentioned, the service here is terrible. We did not feel welcome here at all, in fact, we left when the owner's son was passive aggressively yelling to himself at the bar "we're cloooosing". Mind you it was one hour before their posted closing time. Incredibly rude! Moreover, the pool table was noticeably slanted, and you had to chase people to tend to you at the bar. Never going there again.

Cool set up .. But they dont make their own pizza they charge for parties and over book the only party room they have .. The guys dress and look like slobs .. Kids were in the bar area while people were drinking and wondering around with their alchaol ... Bthroom was covered in blue sanitizer like as if they stood vack and squirted it all over the bloody place .. They had nothing proper for childrens birthday parties let alone a basic party chaperone.. Lanes were messed up and not working ... Tables in bar area even though there has been no smoking indoors for at least ten years had cigerette burns on the tables and were not sanitized ... But biggest issue is the open drinking where the children were and the kids in the bar area !!! Really tereble and should be restaffed .. And owner should be fined for the open use of Booze through out the intire place while it is loaded with under age children

Wonderful place to bowl. Every second lane is closed to protect you from Covid 19. Maximum people are 50 on the lanes at a time. Masks to be worn at all times. So if you want to have fun Orleans Bowling Center is the place to be.

Take a bunch a 50 plus couples add in some nice cold beer a wonderful staff great music at the perfect volume cool light show and it was like we were all 18 Again. The staff was very very accommodating and the place is super clean . Whether you're going for a birthday party or just a couples night out like we did you will not be disappointed. This place has been around for a very long time, and it's still the best (and only) bowling alley in Orléans. I've been coming here for close to 30 years, and it's great. You never feel rushed to play, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is fun.

Well me and my family went on Saturday 21st and it was great service by the gentleman at the counter. But one them was very busy and one of his coworkers was yelling at him to clean something and he said I'm busy I can't can you do it then apologize to us for yelling and we understood. Also his coworker shirt look ugly on him because he had holes in his shirt and it looked tight on him. We would go back we had a great time

Everything good except that they have an ever changing lighting sequence as if u are at a night club rather than a bowling alley. This means the regular lighting is turned very low so you have difficulty navigating the area. I didn't see a step and almost sprained my ankle even before I began to bowl. Also with the low regular lighting and flashes of "party" lighting, it is difficultt to see or aim properly. Good for kids, not very good for the more serious bowler, Orleans bowling won't be my first choice the next time I go out to bowl in the city. I will choose an alley that lights the establishment normally so I can have fun actually seeing my ball hit the pins every time I shoot the ball down the lane.

Staff was friendly, place was pretty clean and prices aren't too bad. Would've been nice to have hand sanitizer near the bowling lane booths. Other than that it was great, we had a good time.

It's just okay. Service, food and drink, and price are all middle of the road. The lighting system for evening bowling is outright annoying. It's like the lights are cycling through the demo loop, jumping from rainbow lighting to nearly pitch black to rave strobes.

Went here a couple weeks ago and had a great time. Brought our neice who had fun bowling for her first time. Our lane had one issue that was promptly fixed by the staff. I was surprised at how good the food was! The onion rings with the chipotle sauce was delicious. They have a bar as well which was nice to order a drink while bowling. Will visit again in the future.

The check in person was confused, even though we had a party booked. We were rushed and had to bus our own tables. The security guard stalked us all night like we had doing something wrong. We spent alot of money for terrible service from unorganized teenagers. I do not recommend wasting your time or money. The bartender was the only good thing about experience.

I was here for karaoke a few Friday's ago. If you live out in Orleans and have nothing to do on a Friday Night I highly suggest checking out this place. Karaoke is from 9:30pm-1:30am every Friday! I'll be back for sure! Super awesome karaoke host and staff!

Blonde lady at the bar blatantly took customers after I payed for my pitcher. Had me standing there like a fool for 10 minutes when all she had to do was top up the rest of my pitcher and hand it off. Horrible bar tending service you guys definitely need to hire someone who understands what customer service is

Great Place to Bowl. But as far as the service comes (Pm hours at the front counter) Not Impressed. We were a big group wanting to play 3 games and the front desk attempted to discourage us from playing saying: "It'll take you a long time to finish though". Still don't understand why they would do that considering it's good business for them.. Great Place, horrible customer service.

Looks and smells dumpy, our lane kept bugging we constantly had to go to the front for them to fix it, the guys at front all looked like they couldn't wait to leave, the music was ok...overall we go because it's close to home but that place would need a revamp
