Nice bowling alley. Clean, very nice. Bar drinks need to be a little stronger. All in all I would go back. They have bowling teams too and tournaments.

I love this place, been coming here since I was a kid. But lately, these prices have gotten extremely out of hand. You got places like peotone paying 4 dollars a game, but this place charges 40-50 dollars an hour. Plus shoes, food, and drinks. Most people go here not by themselves, maybe 2 or 3 people. The more people in one lane the less games you can play. So you bring a couple of friends and can’t play more than a couple games of bowling. Please change it back to per game then hourly.

There were two signs on the door upon entry - masks required and no outside food or drink. My party had their masks on and I brought in a water bottle. We were told by the unmasked staff member that our lane wouldn't be turned on until I got rid of my water bottle. The entire staff was unmasked. Almost all other bowlers were unmasked. A few other bowlers had drinks that were not purchased at the bowling alley. If you are going to have rules, follow and enforce all of them. Also, the price to bowl on one lane for one hour is outrageous. I would have left had I not had a young child with me who was already excited to bowl.

I think it's a shame that an establishment is so greedy and so opportunistic that they take advantage of their customers by charging $5.00 per person, per game, that's for children too. These are people who are just trying to have a little fun around the holidays. If a couple had three children and wanted to play two games each, they would pay $60.00 and they haven't even purchased any food yet. Wow! It also seems like most of the families there were of color.

As a 10 Year veteran of bowling who has been to state since 2015, these are the best lanes out there. No pinsetter errors, balls are nice, and the entire place is just kept orderly clean and well. The only gripe i have is that the pins are the striped Brunswick B-Max's instead of the crowned Brunswick B-Max's. Currently, they are trying to get those back, so it's getting better. Perfect place to take your friends and hammer out a few strikes!

I went here last Sunday with family along with some kids; it was 13 of us all together. From the moment that we walked in we felt really uncomfortable and unwanted by the two ladies behind the counter. I did not catch their names but one was an older lady with short hair and the other was a younger lady with longer hair. My main complaint is about the older lady with the short hair. first she had a arms folded and was just giving us an attitude from the moment we approached her to ask her for pricing. I did not like either one of the lady's demeanor. We've decided to just go ahead and pay for the bowling because the kids really wanted to bowl. Fast forward, as we were bowling the two lady's were watching us like a hawk as if we were trying to steal something ( we were not the only ones in there bowling). They're arms were folded and their eyes were always fixated on us. This is what made us even more uncomfortable and honestly, we could not wait to be finished with the one game we paid for. We have never felt so uncomfortable in our lives. They never even greeted us as we walked in or as we were leaving. , With all that being said, we will not be returning to Brookmont Bowling Center. We would much rather take that 30-40 minutes ride to bowl out of town so that we can ensure that we will feel comfortable and have a good time.

I come here often and I did not appreciate the grump of a lady behind the counter telling my husband "it's illegal to have his hood up inside." If this is part of your "Supposed policy" you better have it posted somewhere so that people know. You should also tell people to take off their hats indoors as well if that's the case. Ridiculous.

They’ve updated the place significantly since Gala Lanes. The bathrooms are updated and very clean now. There is a new arcade where the pool room used to be. All of the games are new or newer with a very good selection. It’s the best arcade in the Kankakee area now by far. As for bowling, they have a new touch screen system as well and the lanes have been redone. Very smooth! The concession stand has very good prices and the bar area has been revamped. We had a great time.

Showed up for a day of bowling got put on the list by one person and never was called and then got put on another and the employee was rude and not understanding. So waited and 3 other names got called that showed up after me. The covid precautions that they had on that day were ridiculous because they had people running around without the masks on and walking in and out.

Went for 2 dollar tuesdays at 7 30 pm only to be told no open lanes when there were and that the hrs for this is from 12 to 4 not 12 to 10. Just change the specials on your website. Kankakee really needs more than 1 bowling alley

Very disappointed today. Went into this establishment with my children to play a few frames. As I walked in, I noticed that there were 3 lanes being used, the others were empty. Went up to the counter and it was empty. Waited about 5 minutes and then a gentleman appeared with a cash register drawer from my left. He didn’t speak one word to us and went by the food area and disappeared. I figured he was coming to take my money and let us bowl. That wasn’t the case by any means. We stood there a few minutes later and left. My children were really looking forward to bowling before school starts this week. What happened to basic courtesy?

We showed up Saturday night with 11 people! It was pretty busy, so it was a bit of a wait.. The bartender was really cool so it was worth it. The ladies behind the counter were amazing. Patty is a Rock Star! She was super friendly and patient with all of us! I look forward to seeing her every time we come!

Of course we did social distances. I was not playing. They got me out...We had a blast. It wasn't a lot of people there. They were cleaning and sterilizing everything! So we requested to go far away from others. We were able to do it. Ordered, Pizzas, Hot dogs, Popcorn and the good pitchers of Soda. It was so much food, we had leftovers! Girls verses the Boys. It was tied up.Haha???????? The 3 younger ones had their own lane. Fun fun and fun!

Went in there today to take the little one bowling. Get there, and there's no blacklight bowling going which I thought was weird cause they're website said 2:30-4:30. So get to the counter and get asked if I want on the waiting list. Again weird cause there was like ten or more open Lanes. "Oh those after for kba" me no clue what that is assuming it's some sort of league. I told them they need to adjust their site, then I get attitude from a bigger lady with 90's hair and a polo "well we did put it on our site" further investigation, it was there, under the tournament tab, which Joe schmo like me isn't clicking. I told her I check an hour ago and told her it said blacklight bowling and again more attitude "will it's there" rolling her eyes. And I left.

Love bowling here. Just a little pricey since covid impacted them. 40 dollars for one hour is ok by yourself cuz you can bowl 6 plus games but with a group of 4 or more ud be lucky to finish 2. But it is what it is and I love bowling here. Need a ball? Ron will hook u up.
