It even took more than 5 requests to the front counter who decided to move us (the bowling alley was empty) since the equipment was broken I don't understand why we weren't moved sooner. With all this history our time was therefore limited for our second part so we had to ask to accommodate us with a refund or a credit, which is according to them saying impossible. After a problem on their part I would have hoped for better service. Ça a mêmes pris plus de 5 demandes au comptoir avant qui décide de nous déplacer (le salon de quilles était vide) puisque l’équipement était brisé je ne comprend pas pourquoi nous n’avons pas été déplacé plus tôt. Avec tout cette histoire notre temps était donc limité pour notre deuxième partie nous avons donc demander de nous accommoder avec un remboursement ou un crédit, ce qui est selon leur dire impossible. Après un problème de leur part j’aurais espéré un meilleur service. Très déçu de la façon dont ils ont gérer cette événement

One more person arrived, we then had to start on the other alley reserved for us (we had to watch ourselves because the staff tried 3 times to put other people before the rest of our group arrived) but another misunderstanding ... We ended up 7 in the same game. The employee agreed with my friend that it was impossible. At that point, I think we knew more than her how the program worked. She started the 2nd game and we corrected the names ourselves. At 1am (closing) there was one diamond left for a player to finish the game. We said to ourselves that it should not be serious ... Nenon we were firmly warned that it was over and not to send balls anymore. We ended up playing bowling and having fun but the staff weren't very helpful and the drinks weren't even good. (Original) Très déçue du service a la clientèle. On est allé samedi soir, on était un groupe et des gens se joignait a nous plus tard. Les employées nous ont dis qu'ils devaient attendre que tout les joueurs soient arrivé pour commencer la partie puisque c'était impossible d'ajouter des gens a une partie déjà commencé. On décide de commencer quand même, mais la parti était mal programmé et une seule personne pouvait jouer. C'est là qu'on a essayé d'obtenir de l'aide... Criquet criquet. Bref après m'être imposée pour obtenir de l'aide, une employée me dit qu'on doit attendre et que quelqun va venir nous aider. Voilà on est 6 personnes 30 minutes et on a toujours pas jouer aux quilles. Finalement on est pas cave, on s'est programmé notre game tout seul a l'ordi... Coudonc on s'est rendu compte qu'on pouvait ajouter des joueurs a n'importe quel moment dans une game. Et personne n'est jamais venu nous voir. Une personne de plus est arrivée, on devait alors commençer sur l'autre allée qui nous était réservé (on a du surveiller nous même car le staff a essayer 3 fois de mettre d'autre gens avant que le reste de notre groupe arrive) mais encore une incompréhension... On s'est retrouvé 7 dans la même game. L'employée s'est ostiné avec mon amie que c'était impossible. Rendu là j'pense qu'on savait plus qu'elle comment le programme marchait. Elle a starté la 2e game et on a corrigé les noms nous même. Arrive 1h (fermeture) il restait un carreau a faire a un joueur pour finir la game. On s'est dit que sa devrait pas être bin grave... Nenon on s'est fermement fait avertir que c'etais fini et de ne plus envoyer de boules. On a fini par jouer aux quilles et avoir du fun mais le staff n'était pas des plus aidant et les drinks même pas bons.
