I really enjoyed my time here! The bowling area was very spaced out and you almost feel as though you have the place to yourself. The mini golf too was great and you can definitely spend a good 3 hours here without being bored. Good drink/snack options & nice atmosphere!

This place is great for group events including adult birthdays. Booking online is a breeze and the staff gets back to you within 2 hours. Amazing customer service. I'll definitely book group events here again!

Wow, what a dump! Very crowded layout and although there weren't that many people there we couldn't move around well or get an extra lane when we wanted it. Had beer on tap, only one brand available, and it tasted like month old swill from half empty glasses left behind. Can't wait until Kingpin opens in Cambridge! Owners should start winding down now to close gracefully....

Man. Was planning a date with my girlfriend here tomorrow. After reading how the owner replies to negative reviews I'm gonna go elsewhere. I can tell you right now replying rudely to a customer's poor experience is extremely unprofessional. At least try to understand the issue they're having and offer compensation. What a shame.

I honestly love this place, thought they were closing a few weeks ago when they had the signs taken down out front. They just got new ones though. Will definitely come back and always have a fun time and great customer service. Especially Wayne, he’s a very nice guy and I always shoot the breeze with him

Awesome place with a unique taste of the early 90's, where you can enjoy bowling, pool and mini-golf, I believe very entertaining for children and family to spend time there, just they need to have to diversity for the food offered in the place, maybe the place is a bit old but good.

Took kids here many times in past for rainy day activity or small birthday get together and they keep asking to go back! We like that they are family friendly and easy to talk to. They have 5 and 10 pin bowling and a small indoor glow in the dark mini-putt. There are party rooms and clean bathrooms. The parking is limited but easy to find alternates nearby. Prices are very reasonable and it is a great place to go just for a night out without the kids too.

Family And Friends Had Great Time! This place is amazing. I came here with my family and friends to bowl, but in addition to bowling, the kids also had fun in the arcade and the glow in the dark mini-golf. Aside from bowling, my adult family and friends enjoyed the fun atmosphere and the drinks. This facility is licensed to serve alcohol, which makes this place adult friendly while still keeping it kid friendly. Not only did we have a magnificent time, but this place is truly the Home Of The Triple Play. I will definitely be going back to ibowl!

I came to ibowl for a family night out and we played a round of 5pin. My kids loved it. I would have given it a full 5 star but we only got to play 1 round and a quarter of another. I would love it if you were able to finish a game if you started it. Food was really good but the service could have been better.

Great bowling experience! Variety of 10 and 5 pin bowling with or without bumpers. Mini golf and arcade games were availible there too! Food was an option also. There were black lights which gave the whole place a fun vibe. Personally my favourite part was the modern type jukebox, where you could pay a small amount to have 2, 5, or 15 songs of your choice played. 10/10 would recommend!

Always have a blast here! The have 5 and 10 pin bowling plus mini golf. They also have so arcade type games you can win tickets at and cash in for prizes. They have a jukebox here as well. We always love throwing a couple dollars into the machine and have a mini playlist of our own set up. The prices are pretty good, and you get a discount if you are a student. The food is okay. They have black lights in there so you get that cosmic bowling experience. The staff are great and are very approachable. If you're looking to have a fun night I recommend iBowl!

Went here on a double date a while ago. Horrible customer service, condescending attitude by the employee/owner, food not meant for human consumption, poorly maintained and dirty everything, and reading the responses to the reviews is the only good thing about this place as you can laugh at how terrible he is at taking criticism! Never go here. Will never recommend it to anyone.

This is certainly not the largest, nor is it the newest facility in the area for bowling. However, there is something to be said about its uniqueness. I can't think of any other establishment in the area that offers 5-pin bowling, 10-pin bowling, glow in the dark mini golf, food and beverages, as well as an arcade. This just might be the jack of all trades of family-friendly night life. Although the mini golf is only 9 holes and can be played through relatively quickly compared to most, it is very reasonably priced and just as fun as you would expect. I would strongly recommend making a reservation if you hope to acquire a lane for bowling as the facility seems to overflow with guests at peak times.

Great little family fun center. The kids and I always have fun. There is a mini putt area that is tiny but fun. The service is great......even when it is crazy busy (as it was the last time) the owner and employees are very helpful. The bowling alley itself is a bit dated but it gives a retro feel. Its always an enjoyable time.

Don't be fooled by the exterior! This is a really cool place to hang out and pass a few hours! The staff are really welcoming and friendly, there's a cool glow in the dark ambience, and lots to do (for kids and adults) - bowling, pool, mini golf, air hockey, and a few other arcade games. The games are the sort that give out coupons for playing and you can exchange your coupons for cute little prizes. They serve drinks and snacks. Covid procedures in place including regular sanitation, distancing between bowling lanes, capacity limits and you gotta wear your mask! We had a great time, thanks guys ????

This place is the perfect spot for some family fun without breaking the bank! We did the Mini golf as well as the bowling and thoroughly enjoyed both. We went for the first time last night and I can guarantee we will be going back, the kids loved it, the adults loved it, the nostalgia we got walking into this place was almost worth it on its own.

The bowling machinery would get jammed very often, and the fix takes away from play time when they drag their feet. The place needs proper maintenance. Update after response from owner: For half the game, the machine was malfunctioning consistently and no amount of extra time would have improved that experience. I stand by my original assessment; the place needs proper maintenance (or new equipment). Customers should know what they're getting into. The owner's response forced me to drop the review from two stars to one star. Kindly spend less time being defensive and more time improving your customer experience and facility.

We always have an absolutely slammin' time here. Our most recent visit was followed by some bar hopping where a drunken 40 year old bar patron in a hipster shirt and a fedora who had no business wearing such articles of clothing was speaking poorly about the condition of the lanes at ibowl. I, as always, eloquently defended Neil and his absolutely brilliant handling of his business despite the large quantity of alcohol I had already consumed. Neil runs a tight ship and it will continue to provide us amazing date nights for years to come.

Fun place to take kids bowling. Definitely not for serious bowlers. Machines occassionally pick up pins that were knocked down. The balls are mostly old and worn. If you want a casual bowling experience, it's a nice small venue.

Amazing bowling place! I had alot of fun. I had a group of 7 people and reserved 1 lane for bowling. They had 5 and 10 pin option. My group played the 10 pin. Overall great experience. The place looked super skeptical from the outside but once you the enter the place, its pretty lit.

Very fun environment, kids had a great time, the staff were great, facility was sanitized between users. Very impressed. There was a long flight of stairs to get up to the alley, which I thought was unique, I didn't see an elevator, nor did I ask, they did have all amenities on the upper floor. (mini putt, arcade games, air hockey tables, and about 10 lanes) they were keeping 1 lane closed between each active lane. Fairly busy, appointments are required.

Went here with my family place was pretty nice we had a Groupon for bowling for 1 hour and mini golf for six of us it was quite fun nice and quiet kind of a unique little spot and go really old school safe are looking for modern look and flashy designs this won't be for you. if you're looking for old school retro kind of mom-and-pop bowling and mini golf is definitely a cool place to check out would recommend to curious Adventures.

Had my son's 9th birthday party there and at first felt bad because it wasn't a unique over the top party like so many kids have these days. However the kids who attended were thrilled with it and had a lot of fun. The only letdown was the billiard games which are in dire need of repair and just steel money. Part of the birthday package includes tokens for these games for all the kids but I had nine upset children over that. I would recommend it but I would definatley include the mini golf instead of the billiards. Also the owner and his helper who is his daughter are wonderful and accommodating.

Went twice this week (Groupon deals were expiring). First time bowled for an hour, just my husband and I, and we had a great time. Got in four games, pretty much had the place to ourselves since it was midday. Second time bowled along with our three sons... Owner let us go over our 1 hour allotted time which meant a lot to the kids who were actually getting strikes and spares so their next frames would count. Finished two full games, then mini golf. Kids shared a "large popcorn" which was just over $4... I would complain about the cost however we brought our own bottled water so that evens things out (normally we would get a drink to share but everyone has colds right now!) We always have fun at iBowl. Sure it isn't fancy, some of the balls have grooves and pieces missing, but that adds to the charm in a way. The music is fun, as are the glow lights. Worried that the "water hazards" haven't been repaired and hoping they will be because we don't want to lose this little local treasure. We always buy the Groupon deals, already bought another couple for the months ahead because we know this is a fun and reliable way to spend a couple hours of family time. Hoping we don't lose iBowl to the new guy coming in at the mall. I know we will stick with you!

I brought my sister and her daughters here from out west for some bowling and mini golf, the prices where great, with a great vintage look for the bowling and a pretty entertaining 9 hole mini golf. Although I only played 10 pin bowling there was also 5 pin bowling and a decent arcade area for the size of the venue. Thanks Neil for a fantastic time.

A retro atmosphere, dark with blacklights, etc, See my photo. This place is not fancy but it seems to be fine for families. They have electronic scoring which is ideal! We had a Groupon coupon but also paid to do mini-golf; the latter seemed pricey: $20 for 4 persons for one round. It was fine; the area for the golf was small and dark but not a problem. However, it could become very crowded if more than a few people were playing at the same time. They sell drinks and snacks; beer is $7 with tax which seemed kind of high. There are tables too and we saw people eating pizza but we did not try it. Bottom line: not fancy at all, above a retail store downtown, but seemed to be very popular with families on the Sunday afternoon when we visited. Lots of parking across the street. There are modern high-tech bowling places too, and many people would prefer those but this place is kind of cool with an entirely different atmosphere.

Pleasantly surprised! Our local bowling alley wasn't open so we looked online to find a replacement. The pictures looked decent and it had mini putt which was also on our list of things we could do. So we drove to Cambridge and was a little concerned at first glance. The outside left something to be desired. We decided it could be a diamond in the rough and to give it a shot. Aside from the stairs to get up to the alley it's a great little place. Its smaller but the glow in the dark art is cute, there are some older arcade games, a basketball game and two ski ball games. The mini putt wasn't my favourite. If there are only two or three people on the course it's fine but my group had six. And in some spots it was too dark to see where you should aim for but could easily entertain a few kids for 30 minutes. The bowling was great though! We didn't eat there but there are food and drink options. We also had a lovely chat with the owners. They just took over the business but he was an employee there for years! Great little place overall! Give it a try!

Alright bowling alley nothing really to new they have beer and a arcade there and a good amount of lanes. When we went the lanes kept breaking as a pin wouldn't reset every time it was fixed quickly but still time lost while bowling.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. My boyfriend and I went with a couple other friends. My boyfriend had a groupon and as we were redeeming the coupon at the counter, their employee Wayne said that our groupon was expiring the next day. I told him the same coupon was extended by the Groupon people as we couldn't use it on time before and joked about the fact that we finally got to use it today. What he said after this was so rude and disrespectful . He said that because we got our groupon's expiry date extended, iBowl is not making any money and we are doing our bowling for free, on iBowls' expense. He then continued repeating himself over and over again insinuating that we are cheap for getting our groupon's expiry extended. I have never been so humiliated at a business before. My friends and I will never return to this place where customers are disrespected and customer service has zero value.

Nice little spot. Prices are great. It's clean. Shoes are clean. Be sure to wear glow clothing as the black lights are pretty cool. There's lots to keep your eyes busy as well. The bowling screens keep track of everything that's cool as well! Customer service is good. It's fun & relaxed. Offers small menu items. Kids can have fun playing mini golf, games for ticket prices, and bowl as well. Parking is sparse out front but you could park just across the street for free as well. Oh and yes they have a neat bar menu as well in case you get thirsty!

Have been going here my whole life. The owners are very friendly and make all their customers feel so welcome. They offer 5 and 10 pin bowling, pool, arcade games, and a cool unique 9 hole mini golf. They also offer food and drinks - full service bar and will deliver drinks right to your seat. Overall the whole place is very fun and unique. Black lights and neon everywhere - they even now have light up bowling balls. Definitely worth going here as opposed to a local competitor like Kingpin.

I took my nieces (9 years old and 12 years old) and they had a great time. The atmosphere is very family friendly. They have a jukebox full of kid appropriate music to choose from if you want to listen to something. But the music isn't so loud you can't talk to each other. And the black light effect was a big hit!

I enjoyed my visits to ibowl and found the atmosphere to be very inviting. The owner tries to appeal to a number of ages and has other activities besides bowling. It's obvious that money has been spent to update the venue. Although there is limited parking right in front, there is a large lot right across the street. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my grandchildren here for a family outing.

IBowl is a pretty good place. Except the manager(his name I will not be using if you go to ibowl you will know who I'm talking about) he's to friendly. Let me rephrase that HES A CREEP. And if you have kids should stay away sorry to say it but it's the truth. Well I was in the bowling alley I could tell the the other employee (who was a girl) was super uncomfortable. And that she didn't want to be there. I saw him touch her bum (now there work space is small so I don't know is it was on purpose or not but I'm just stating what I saw) when my friends and I got up to pay he started making as he said "jokes/comments" to mw (I will not be posting them online cause kids are everywhere and see everything) Later in the night when I was outside smoking I overheard the worker (who I'm guessing was on a smoke break) on the phone. I thought nothing of it until I heard "dude I don't know how much longer I can take " then she went in. I was outside with my friends and others and we started talking (I only knew 2 out of the 5 people) anyways all of those girls got the same vibe of the manager and felt uncomfortable and actually left early. They said the paid for two games and only played half of one and then left. A waste of money for them but they felt uncomfortable. I will say right now I love ibowl. BUT I WILL NOT GO BACK UNLESS HE IS FIRED. AND THAT THE CITY KNOWS ABOUT HIM. And where he works to make sure it's safe. I'm also friends with an old employee from about a year ago who said she's still in contact with people that work there (I can't use names) and told me that she quit for the exact same reason she did. Cause of the manager. My friends friend wouldn't tell me much but the fact the she quit cause of the manager. IBowl could be great again it could but that place needs help. Now you can take for this whatever you want to. I just stating tht truth cause no one else can. And the fact it's been 2 hours since I posted this and it only takes the owner normally an hour to respond back asap. So what's happening

Not great. Bowling isn't a full bowing alley. Serve beer which is nice. Mini putt is just okay. Edited review after the owner sent back a reply to a fair review (I had originally given a 3 star). They were condescending and seems to not know anything about online presence as he has argued with all of his low reviews rather than LISTEN to what the complaint was. Some of their comments to other complaints are gold too! Really just gives it to anyone that was good enough to leave them feedback. check these out: "If you felt the table you were sitting at was dirty, all you had to do was ask the staff to clean and it .." "Sounds like you are a shill for an invader from Kitchener..." "If you were offended, you should have said something right away but you probably enjoyed in your mind an opportunity to go online and spew venom and smear." "Very bad form calling my employee White Trash, probably a more fitting description of yourself (a Groupon lowlife that is ungrateful for the great deal you received)." Honestly, you claim to be great at your replies to people. Perhaps you should let someone else handle this as you are actually hurting your own business. I will now never come back and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

A very disappointing experience was had by all. The venue was dirty. Lots of grime and grease on the bowling balls. Lanes don’t seem to be regulated either. The food left a lot to be desired. We weren’t expecting gourmet food but something served hot would help! Also watched their employee untangle the pins then proceed to prepare food right afterwards, very gross and slobbish.

Old bowling alley, looks creepy from the front door. However once inside it's staff are always welcoming and take care of the people. Some investment in terms of upgrades, visually changing the front entrance should go a long way. Food served is either bland or tastes like heated and presented. May be a partnership with nearby restaurant would help in that case.

Small "family-run" bowling place with lots of personality. Maybe too much for some people, but your young kids will love it. It's straight out of the 1980s including the coin-op games from before the days of Donkey Kong. Food was pretty bad but they did make hot chocolate using milk, which was nice. Coffee was terrible but hey this ain't Starbucks, and it ain't your megaplex bowling alley. Open almost every day of the year and they take reservations. Friendly staff.

My son loves bowling and mini golf. So it's a no brainer to go to ibowl. We've gone several times over the years. My kids love it and it isn't expensive so that's good. We had a party for them there years ago and it was great! The kids all enjoyed themselves. My son was there recently attending a party and he had a great time!

Went to a Brithday Party at Ibowl Yesterday and i have also been there a few time to bowl. Staff are not nice and a got yelled at 2 time by a guy that work there to through the ball lighter and dont throught them up (i was not throwing them). Very rude stuff If you are planning to go bowling go to the new bowling ally in cambridge much nicer and cheap and very nice staff.

This place is honestly one of my favourite places for bowling. It is not high tech. It is not the latest and greatest of what is out there. But it was reliable! We did not need to call for help once! 5 pin or 10 pin. Rustic charm, with updated seating. Bring your loonies for the jukebox. Service was outstanding. They also somehow fit 9 holes of mini golf and made it work. It is themed well, it is challenging enough. They do have arcade games, but we didn't try them. My only warning is that it is upstairs, amd be mindful of where you park.

So a couple of key things about the exterior of this business. It's an old factory building, very little signage and very little parking, it's best just to park in the grocery parking lot. It looks very sketchy. Inside you climb up these steep stairs and you have 10 pin, and 5 pin bowling, mini golf and arcade games, with an eating area. 3 adults and 3 kids played a game of golf and bowling for 85$ we were there for 2.5 hours. I would say it was fun and pretty good value. Not too busy and friendly customer service.

I visited ibowl while on vacation with family and was pleasantly surprised to visit such a fun place. This place was definitely a do not judge a book by the cover place as it was located in a very old building, but once inside it was definitely a wow. We tried the Triple Play - 5pin bowling, 10pin bowling and mini-golf and had a blast as the music and very cool glow in the dark paintings and cosmic lights made for a fun time, Wish this place was near where I live. Great place for family and friends to have a great time. Don't hesitate.

well where to start the bowling its self is really small all one room the mini golf was a joke barely lasted 10 minutes for a very cramped game and the whole time we are there on a double date we had to listen to Justin Bieber because someone had requested all the music for they next hour on the jukebox that's hooked into the sound system not worth your money go somewhere else
