We celebrated our kids 10th birthday party. The place is so homely that we really fill at home. This is a local treasure and people here are trained to make you special. In this age of commercialism this facility is a flavor of god old days where people care about people. I am glad that we chose this place and we will go there again and again and more.

I recently went bowling at Waterdown Lanes and found that it is under new management which she seemed very pleasant and also excited to be apart of the bowling community. She has already made some improved changes and has told me there were more to come. Waterdown Lanes is a great atmosphere for a date night or for a party for children or adults. By the way if you decide to go you can't leave without trying the poutine it was amazing. I would recommend it to everyone of all ages. They have great deals for children and the 5 pin balls are easy for them to learn this great game. thumbs up Waterdown Lanes

Attendant at the front With black hair was very moody. Would not restart our game nor help us after the lane was counting the score all wrong. We paid for a hour and she said I’ll be there when I’m done this (was in the kitchen)........ however we paid for an hour and the clock was ticking. She also put the bumpers up which we didn’t want so we had to try and figure out how to put them down - I did get a strike but she said just kick them, and there were big don’t kick stickers. I will just go to dundas - it is much better... dundas let us finish our last game even though it was over an hour ! :) Would rate zero stars if I could!!!

Really I person running a bowling alley and a birthday party is not ideal. I have seen this more than once at this bowling alley

I recently went bowling at water down lanes with some friends of mine. They brought their own balls but lucky enough for me ( I hadn't brought balls) Watertown lanes supplied the balls (nice newer balls) It's a great place to hang out for a couple rounds of bowling to release some tension after work or with friends on a Saturday night. It's a great convenient location. And thanks to the staff (Rima) for all her help. We had a great time see you soon

Terrible. Took my staff here and there was a younger girl with dark hair who was very rude. The lane wasn't working and she didn’t care one bit. Hire nicer staff. Don’t be in customer service if you hate people.
