Friendly staff, fun seasonal decorations, lively atmosphere. My shoes were a little worn out, but otherwise it was great fun to bowl. The weekday daytime rate is very reasonable. And they're open 365 days a year! Easy to find and lots of parking. Tempting menu in the restaurant. The parmesan fries were excellent. I can't wait to go back!

It was my first time at this place. Felt good bowling after a long time post-covid. I was with my friends and we ordered some nachos and crispy fries. Food was good. Service was good. But do not trust the website and the lanes availability. Call them and confirm. Their website was showing that all the lanes were available at all times. But once we went in there they mentioned that lanes were booked and they only had the VIP lanes available. This costed us much more than the usual and we ended up paying for it. Apart from that, the whole experience was good.

I have never experienced such a fancy bowling alley. All I did was bowl with some co-workers then tour the arcade but wow. Clean facilities, sturdy alleys (Apparently I underhand throw the ball instead of bowl in a healthy manner woops) great pizza specifically but the nachos and wings were also great, and the music was enjoyable

My experience at splitsville wasn't as good as I thought . When I went, they said there is no space and that I have to wait 2 hours . I came back after 2 hours but they told me I have to wait for 45 minutes which was really annoying.

Upon writing this, the comment box states a question of what I liked about the place being reviewed. I can honestly say, very little. The only thing Splitsville has going for it is a larger variety of arcade games. I used to bowl regularly at this location before it became Splitsville and never had a problem with the staff or venue. And when dealing with this company when booking lanes for a work function, I thought it would be the same way. I was dead wrong. Throughout the process of booking and later hosting at the venue, I encountered several different employees only half of which were actually decent the entire time I talked to them. I may have high expectations of customer service due to working for a company that strives on such, but I figured this company might want to be slightly more polite to people bringing in a base payment of at least a couple hundred dollars in a couple of hours. When reserving lanes for my party I was required to leave a deposit, which is understandable. However, I was never informed it was non-refundable. I later found this out from the invoice I was sent. After receiving the invoice, my boss notice a deal on the night we were going and around the same time. So when we called to inquire about changing to this deal, we were told we could but couldn't use the deposit toward the final balance because "it wasn't an event". It didn't help the person contacted wasn't overly helpful or even polite to my boss when called. So we kept our original booking since I would be out the deposit but scaled down the amount of lanes. However, it didn't end there. We actually had more people show up than expected but didn't think it would be a problem because some didn't bowl and it left us with 6 people on one lane and 7 on the other (please note that the lane allows you to enter 8 players). So we entered in our players and started to enjoy the night. I was then pulled aside and was told we couldn't have more than 6 people on a lane. The girl telling me this was hinting that we would have to get an entirely different lane because we were over 1 person. I understand she was doing her job and didn't want to get in trouble but if the company is this uptight about 1 extra person playing in a group that has now spent another $150 on food and drink on top of the bowling cost, then they need to give their head a shake when they are allowing every other group in the venue to bowl for $8.99 all-you-can-bowl. The fact we were being hassled and were spending more money that probably every group there is rather pathetic. I also found out later that a few of my group that showed up later (and were some of the bowlers) were also being given a problem when they tried to get shoes. My group and I spent went over a few hundred dollars for that evening to deal with terrible service, mediocre food, and an endless supply of difficulty. All I can say is unless begged by a family member or friend to attend an event there, I will never give that business a cent more.

Second time going to this place now. The staff was friendly and service was good. The atmosphere is alot of fun for friends, great for a night out. The arcade is nothing to write home about, but it is a good side dish. Clean aswell which was nice, I recommend checking it out if you like bowling

Every sign posted had the "old" prices with no mention of changes. The price change was also never mentioned before we decided to wait. Total waste of time.

Coming here mid-day on a week-day feels like you've got all the lanes to yourselves! The staff was very nice and helpful, and accommodated our work party, for which we rented out 2 lanes. The place was clean and well-maintained. Oh, and there are also dart boards and a pool table. We had a great time here.

We had our staff event at this location. Will definitely be back. They went above and beyond to make sure this event was a success. Tamara the event coordinator was friendly, accommodating and made sure all our questions were answered. John the General Manager was outstanding ... we never had to worry about a thing, except having fun, during our 4 hours there. Food was great and it was the perfect environment. We were extremely impressed and I highly recommend this location for your next team outing.

Skip Classic Bowl and make the trip here instead! I can't get over the enviroment of this place so cool for a party or night out. From bowling, pool tables, arcade games, and area to eat if you want to take a break or can bring to your lane. About $36 unlimited bowling at the time got 4 games in played nostalgic tunes from back in the day like Pony by Ginuwine. I would come every month for sure so relaxed tons of lounge space staff are happy to be at your service such a good time food nor bad either!

Just okay. I come here a lot and there is constantly long waits, I know that is not a fault of theres, it just sucks. Ive dealt with passive agressive staff before for no reason, it just seems like lots of them dont want to be there. Especially one young gentleman with brown hair who works on the weekend. A few times they have ran out of my size in shoes and also only have super small bowling balls.

Not the same experience anymore, horrible experience bowling kept having issues with lane paid for 8 people for 2 VIP. They were late by 30 min after booking online we were in the last frame for 4 people asked for 5 minutes which is perfect to finish. Balls were getting stuck we used all the balls available I bill they were all stuck no one to service it once they finally did there was a minute left the last person was going to do their very last bowl to their best score and they would not extend it 2 more minutes. They have done this in the past for us and wouldn’t today after we had to kept asking for the lane to be service. Don’t waste your money go to Burlington bowl.

Was there with my grandchildren for a PD day. Friendly staff, and good fun. Make sure to compare the hourly rate to the per game rate to make sure you're getting the best deal. On weekdays we've found it less expensive to pay per game, especially if you want to take a pause for snacks.

Probably the best bowling place in the gta! My boyfriend and I frequent here often and we never leave without a smile on our faces. Izzy, Kat and Lauren consistently go above and beyond giving us amazing service! Kat suggested we sign up for the “king pin” and because of that we happily come by every week! We used to come here all the time for a fun night out. No more is the case. The arcade was fun until they "fixed" it. Now it is an arcade where all the games are rigged for you to spend more money than the items are worth. Stick to the bowling part of this place. As long as the lanes are not malfunctioning, it should be fun.

There are special kids zone with variety of games. They recently added new games for the kids. I was there with family and enjoyed a lot. I visit that place frequently for games and fun. Parking facility is enough for the visitors.

Pretty good bowling alley. Not too noisy while we were there but with even just three large groups spread out it was hard to hear someone next to you can't imagine with the place full. Some bowlaramas have noise dampening along the back wall and it makes a world of difference. The arcade is pretty large, about 20 games it looks like, although missing some favourites. The deep fried pickles are solid but the wraps had far too much salad, add some more tomato or cucumber if you want to bolster the chicken in a wrap while keep cost of production low don't just do tons of lettuce. The chicken wings and fingers were good though, good sauce and juicy. Terrible on tap beer selection and as is to be expected food and drink are not a great deal. But overall, good clean bowling alley. change table in women's washroom only and they were out of paper towel from their one dispenser the entire time despite me telling an employee.

We held a corporate bowling event at Splitsville and it worked out well. The VIP lanes are separate and have good seating. The food we selected was typical finger food - nachos, fries, chicken fingers, etc. Was good quality and very generous portions. The buffalo cauliflower bites were especially good. She called the manager over, and the manager was even more unhelpful and rude. I mean, if you hate your job fine, but don't take it out on your customers. I could barely even understand his english. The price is only $9 on Mondays and you can play as long as you want after 9 pm on Mondays. So if you want to bowl for a cheap price, definitely go on Mondays or Wednesdays after 9. So it was really fun. I wish they would play music though. Also, our lane kept getting stuck and someone had to keep coming to fix it. But I think this was the issue with just our lane. This is a nice place to drink and have fun with your friends. Overall, would recommend.

The venue is nice enough and I love that they have an arcade, but I’m not the most fond of my experience tonight. My fiancé and I went to go bowling just before 7 and when we got there the entire alley was booked out for a company event. The woman there told us to come back at 830 when it would be free. Totally fine, we leave and go waste time for an hour and a half and arrive back there before 830 to make sure we’d get a spot. When we got up to the counter, we asked if we could bowl and this time a different woman told us it was booked out until 10:30 and to come back then. I just don’t like being told two different things, I recognize that Fridays are usually very busy, but don’t tell me one thing and then say something different later. However, I will be sure to try and make a reservation next time regardless of what night it is.

Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is that I have seen other bowling alleys with more kid friendly bowling balls, ie space for all four fingers and a thumb hole. Splitsville didn't have that..while not a huge deal..my kids noticed saying it was easier to play at the other place because of the extra holes in the ball

NEVER COME BACK. My wife has a birthday. I came to the place a day before to book birthday party. They told me it's late. I wanted to book two VIP lanes in bowling for 2 hours. A girl on reception told me I can do that online only. I booked online. We came with friends. Brought birthday cake and food. They told us we can't bring food. We have to buy it in the bar. But our friends are vegans. I asked the administrator to leave the fruits. But she told us they have a policy no food from outside. We started playing bowling. Our lane stopped working 3 times. Every time I had to come to the reception. First time we were waiting for 15 minutes. Terrible service for $270

Honestly I used to love splitsville the lasertag was pretty good but the bowling was meh within the first 5 minutes we had our lane stop working and it took 10 minutes for an employee to come over also we ordered food and the nachos had like nothing on them and the so called king platter had like no food on it I'm pretty disappointed and probably wont be returning for awhile

Took the two kids for an afternoon of bowling and arcade games. The staff are always friendly when you can find them, sometimes the bar and cash desk are unmanned, and you have to wait! The new menus is much better, offering kids meals and more variety. I had the hamburger and it was pretty good, kids had the pepperoni pizza and it too was good, because I heard no complaints from my picky eaters, just empty plates! Bowling was fun, the arcade has added or changed a few games, a few were not working which was a disappointment for the kids but for the most part they had a good time and left happy. Will go again!

Overall a good experience. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only reason it did not get 5 stars - we called our server with the button "service" as instructed and she never came, we had to go and order from the bar. Also, they told us at the bar that we could take our drink in the arcade, but when we got to the arcade we were told we couldn't take it in. Price point was a bit expensive for what you are getting.

We recently celebrate our daughters 8th birthday in Splitsville. It’s a great place for kids 4-14 years old as it has Bowling, laser tag and arcade games. Laser tag was the most popular amongst my daughters friends. The food was good too. Must try is Honey Flavoured chicken wings! Tip- For birthday parties- Instead of taking multiple packages, I would recommend to take one or two packages and then add a specific game (on it’s own) on top of it as add-on to make things economical! Staff is extremely friendly is always there to help! Highly recommended!

Last night my friends and I were not pleased all we walked in a couple seconds after the minute changed for 7:15 which is when our reservation was for and they idiotically gave our lane away and told us we would have a 30 minute wait and after our 30 minute wait they told us it would just be 20 more minutes because a customer came back and asked to keep the lane for longer and after waiting 20 minutes we went back to the counter and they told us 20 minutes agian but this time 40 minutes later we gave up! What a waste of time! Just because they gave away our lane!

Attended a party where friends rented almost half of the lanes. Unfortunately we only saw one server for the entire lunch time. Over 70 guests was at this party. Food did not arrive all at once. Feel bad for friends paying plenty of money to host their party that received little attention to the guests. Bowling was fun but I do not recommend a large gathering for this place.

It was an hour wait which was no problem for us and our 2 children. We had a drink and played some games but after an hour and twenty minutes I asked how much longer? It was going to be an additional 1.5 hrs!!! because of reservations. seriously!! The front entrance staff wasn't smart enough to calculate our wait with reservations. That's a new kind of stupid or just plain disrespectful. Staff didn't seem to care, especially the girl in glasses that first gave us the beeper and said it was an hour wait.

Went for a friend reunion. Hard to find, its not on a main street. I was there on a sunday night. The street lighting was bad and the parking lot empty. Good if you dont mind being the only party there:) its like a bowling alley added a mini playdium as an extension. Food and service was good not great, would have been great to be the same as playdium at sq1. Could have had a foosball table and a batting cage. The party room was large and overlooking the lanes. Being with good company and Having the whole place basically to ourselves was the best!!

I recently had my sons birthday there. The staff was very friendly and tried very hard to tend to everyone. Problem is, they are short staffed. Long wait times at the counters, nobody around to assist. There must have been 2 staff members trying to take care of what looked like 5 or 6 parties, countless walk ins, people playing in the arcade area and laser tag. I must have stood in line for atleast 30 minutes just to pay for my party, while the poor girl had to run from the cash, to arcade, to floor. Our party went on 40 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Parents waiting to pick up the kids because of numerous delays. I even asked if some staff called in sick and the girl said this is the norm. Just chaotic. You can see they look overwhelmed running around like chickens with their heads cut off. 100% management or owners problem for not having adequate staff on hand.

Went for the arcade and it was great! We went on half price Wednesday- machines require half the number of tickets to play. I would have given 5 stars, but several machines were not functioning. Very bad experience with the event planner. They are not flexible with changes. When I wanted to add somethings they did in 2 seconds. When I wanted to order less because less people were showing up I got an instant answer “no”. We were planning a party there but because they could not make any changes for us we decided to go to Burlington Bowl, where is the service was amazing and very flexible. More importantly, they only charged me $26.99 per hour per lane where Splitville charges $47.99. Also when I cancelled the event the front desk said I could use the $50 deposit as future credit. But then Laurelle told me I cannot use it. Very unorganized place. Very very very disappointed.

We waited over an hour after bowling, having lunch and in the arcade for the boys to do the laser tag. Purchased two games each and then they were only allowed to play one game as there was a birthday party booked. The front deck and the laser tag people were not on the same page. This happened the first weekend of May. I spent well over $150. I sent an email about my concerns and received no reply back. This weekend I am taking the to Laser Quest. Enjoyed 2 hours of bowling, laser tag, food and the arcade with 5 13 year olds! They had a great time and the staff was most accommodating! Vouchers were honoured and a good time was had by all! Hidden place but amazing space! The staff are all so nice, polite and friendly. We have been coming for years and I always have an incredible fun filled experience. We played 15 rounds of darts for $2. The wine is great, the snacks are delicious, the game area is a huge bonus and of course the bowling is super fun!! Thursday night was country music and $2 a game, can beat that!!

We have not been out bowling in over a year and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how they have adapted to this crazy world we live in! When you arrive they have the lane preloaded with sanitized balls of all sizes to suit almost everyone’s needs ????. The bar staff are good about coming by to check on you as they do table/lane side service which helps keep foot traffic down ???????? i would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a nice safe (as long as people follow the rules) for the family or friends.

Brutally expensive. Families can’t not afford to bring their children here. Everything from bowling to food they are looking for a tip on the interact so be cayreful when even purchasing shoes as you may not be aware of the tip process. We will never return.

One of the worst bowling places We were a family of 6 people and the guy and girl on the cashier said only 5 people allowed per line which is totally fine but than he said the 6th person is not allowed to sit with u either sites at the lounge or outside which is so bad experience we had to leave the place. They say we have to get another line or not allowed. Ad you have to pay extra 5$ for shoesThis is just about getting more money an ethnically way. Very bad experience????????????

My daughter and her friends booked and prepaid for an hour. Although they had fun, they ended up leaving before their hour was up due to the fact that there were hundreds of men bowling near them who kept coming and standing close to them, and not one of them were wearing masks. Even though the girls were wearing masks this made them very uncomfortable. Where was management enforcing a mask policy? Or do you not have one in light of the delta varient of covid?

I'm a frequent Splitsville customer, I'm there with my wife and kids two or three times a month. We always bowl and play in the arcade. We were in this past Sunday around 2pm and this is one of the first times that we were blown away by the staff. Melinda, who was serving at the desk was great. She joked with us threw out our visit, putting the bumpers up for the kids before we could even ask and helped us find the proper balls. Watching her interactions with other customers and the staff made it a fun atmosphere. She made our visit that much better that we plan on coming back this weekend.

Looked forward to our visit with the entire family on a Saturday night. We arrived at 8:30pm for drinks food and a fun night out! Had to ask for menus from the bar area while 3 employees were standing around not serving anyone. At that point we were allowed to seat ourselves and wait another 20 mins to never have anyone come to our table and take any drink or food orders. Thank you for 45 mins of wasted Saturday night waiting for a pager and no food or drinks! We then went back to the front desk and asked if we could reserve a lane and come back as we had already waited half an hour.. we were going to get food elsewhere...they informed us unless you are in the building they cannot hold the lane or reserve one for a later time. Let's keep it in perspective that it was a 2 hour wait and we had already been there for 45 mins and spent nothing and did nothing. Won't be visiting again...family full of disappointment and now had to find something else to do on a Saturday night at 9pm. Don't go unless you want to waste your time! Family time is precious and good service establishments know that and keep the customer's coming back!

Newly renovated, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Been there twice specifically for their laser tag. The laser tag venue was amazing and the staff made sure that we had an amazing experience. The kids absolutely loved it, we will definitely be back!!

Went to Burlington Splitsville for a farewell Party and Shinne and Alex.M Where absolutely amazing. Me and my staff family where so impressed with their hospitality and going beyond our expectations with customer service. Alex.M was so friendly and brought us water right way and made sure we had everything we needed. Shinne was so sweet and kind, she even surprised me a perfect Pregnancy drink! she did an amazing job hosting our table. We are defiantly coming back and recommending this place to our guest at our hotel. Thank you so much for the amazing evening.

Visited several times, but most recently for a birthday party of 17 people - all ages. We had the ‘VIP’ lanes: Service was excellent, lanes are very well maintained, and bowling balls of all weights available even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Did start to feel a bit pricey: 2 adults + 2 kids under 10.....for 2 games was $100. That said it’s the best bowling experience you can get in Burlington!

Not very co-operative. On day of a birthday party Splittsville would not change our reservation. We could have added bowling lanes to our reservation, but not take them away. Surprise, surprise. Even kept the $50 deposit after they said it could be used as a credit for our next visit.
