Had a guys night here (8) for bar food and drinks. Great service, food was hot and fresh. Laid back atmosphere for all ages. Bowling, pool tables, and arcade room looks fun. Do not miss the escape room! Best part of the night for sure. If you're looking for some laid back fun in Milton, this is your place.

I haven't been for a while but I think we'll be back more. The bowling is always fun, the stuff are awesome, and the arcade has been refreshed with many new games since the last time I was there. Great for both my 8 year old and 12 year old, and the adults too! Lots of variety. You definitely get your money's worth!

I went a few months back, and I must say it was amazing. Since it was my first time ever going bowling! I had no idea what to expect. The shoes were a bit uncomfortable, one fit but th other didn’t. I didn’t say anything but alright.. all my friends were saying “ oh your gonna be in a lot of pain tmr with the shoes “ luckily I didn’t which I am grateful for. It was very fun and entertaining. I think I had even a better time since I won in bowling... but was amazing. There were drinks, food and games. Everything a kid needs for having a good time. And the cake was good, it was neat and fun. I am planning on going some time again this week with my family, this time I will show them my great skills ???? really enjoyed it!

I went to this place for the first time a couple weeks ago. It's a little pricy... self control is a must. I was really surprised by the food meaning this place seemed like the boil in a bag type. But looking at the menu it says most things if not all are house made. I had the champ burger and I almost died it was so tasty. Yes the games are fun but I'm going back for the food. 2 thumbs up.

The Pizza I had at this place was really quite a surprise. Very high quality food, and I'd say worth eating there if you're also bowling. The issue I had in general with the venue was the volume of music while we were bowling. I don't understand why they have to blast the music to such deafening levels. Don't people actually want to talk while bowling? Anyway, loud music and huge screens showing music videos was a bit strange for me. Perhaps if I was a teenager that would be enough for 5 stars.

I bought a Groupon and when I went there I could not redeem it (I drove 40 minutes to go there). I called them and they said that I did not need reservation but when I went there, they said that they did not have lanes available because there is a bowling practice every Monday to Wednesday so they do not offer lanes those days. They shoul specify this type of indormation on the Groupon so the people can plan the visit. Also, they should tell me whem I called them. In addition, I tried to redeem the credit on the restaurant but they did not accept it. Very bad customer service!

Good place to come play pool & bowl when it's not busy .. but never come Saturdays .. their live music sucks alot and they play it extremely loud and it gets obnoxious while eating !! .. Service was pretty slow and we sat ourselves down.. only reason they got a 4 star was because I came here on a Friday once and bowled, they had 4 dollar drinks and it was a good time .. but overall there usually busy !!

There seem to be a lot of mixed reviews about Champs. I've visited Champs many times over the years - really just for the kids - and I've always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and the food is alright. The only thing i don't like so much the arcade. The games are alright but many aren't kid oriented.

Terrible place for family and a terrible place to bowl in general. Music videos with straight up nudity are projected right above the bowling lane. When asked to turn it off the staff declined despite the fact that several other families with kids were present. Nudity and terrible customer service aside the lanes are narrower then standard lanes and the ball selection is abysmal. I don't understand how they can name themselves a "Family Entertainment Center"

I had a server last night she was amazing her name was Lauren (might not be the right spelling) she was amazing and always on top of me! my drink was never empty she was super nice and she was really accommodating. she was handling multiple tables and the bar and did so beautifully. I had a great conversation with her every time she came by me. it was an awesome experience! I ordered way too much food everything was great and super hot the chilis was alright and they have the best deep fried pickles in town!!!! my server made my day so I needed to write a review about it lol I hope she get the recognition she deserves!!!

Kid behind the counter handing out out the shoes tonight could not have possibly been any more disinterested in the fact that he was the first person that people would make contact with when walking in to rent a lane. The mess that was at the lane table beside us was left as a mess for over an hour. The staff are clearly untrained or unsupervised. Bar tenders at the upper bar...too busy at times chatting amongst them selves to acknowledge or serve you. Certainly not the place it was less than a year ago. Such a shame. Likely won't be returning.

We came here for a company event, there are lot of arcade games, virtual reality games, snooker parlour and bowling alley. The facility is very clean and service is great. The food is average and has a good drink menu, the bar is pretty big and lots of TV's to enjoy your favorite game. The ambience is great and all in all a great place to have fun. ???? Service on December 18th from 6pm to 10pm was absolutely horrible, we had to ask for drink refills multiple times, our finished appetizers and plates remained on the table even when dinner was brought out. The French onion soup was tasteless, the wings were overlooked and pizza dough was raw. Even when we were finished the plates remained on our table and the bill brought out to us. The servers have no training and need serious guidance. I could write a book on the lack of common sense at this place. Spent $210 at this place, McDonald's would have been better.

Held a children's birthday party here. The party was a weekend morning and it was not overly busy we were able to get three lanes beside each other. The service was good. There were no complaints with the food and everyone enjoyed themselves. The kids split there time between bowling, eating in the party room and playing games in the arcade.

Came to watch the hockey game 1 against Boston and we knew the place would be packed. We had a group of 10 people or so. I just want to take the time to say how happy I was with our server Madison. Our drinks were never empty, she was always around asking if we needed anything. I was really impressed because she had a ton of tables to serve and her service was still impeccable. Good Job!! This is a great place for adults or kids. There are only 12 lanes for bowling but the location isn't very busy either. There is a sports bar with a 150 inch projection tv and and eatery. Drinks are reasonably priced and food is tasty as well. Pizza hot dog and fries.

Disappointing food quality and complete lack of service Paid for the VIP bowling. Service was non existant. Had to walk to the restaurant to order food and drinks.as no-one was consistently present in the service bar nearby where we were instructed to order from. When our food arrived an hour later, the wings were crisped to the point of tasting like newsprint. We returned it for a redo. Another 20 minutes later, passable wings were served.The ketchup that was provided for the fries was more brown than red and tasted like it was in the containers for way too long. For the kids meals we had to return to the restaurant to request the missing game cards. Whoever schedules, manages, and deals with quality control and service, needs to be retrained or replaced.

I actually prefer this place to Dave N Busters, and I csnt say exactly why but maybe it feels a little more intimate, or the layout is better. Wish I could be more specific but I just enjoy Champs more. Has 14 bowling lanes and a ice bar with decent food and then a range of arcade games.

I visited last night for a friend's birthday, it was my first visit. The wings were very good and the other apps were atypical with other bar/restaurant places. Drink prices were usual. Bowling was enjoyed by both adults and kids though the billiards were all booked up. The arcade was fun, however I thought it was odd that the loadable cards are taxed. Meaning that if you add $10, GST was charged. I have never experienced that anywhere before. It was awkward for the kids trying to load money and then being charged this. Yes the staff are very young and at times their attention was hard to get, other staff did a great job taking care of our large group. Kids are cleared out at 10pm from bar as there is a DJ/dance area for adults, just an FYI. We enjoyed it and would return.

Really good place to take family for a chill night. We went to the bowling alleys and the arcade and the bowling alleys are well oiled and with there only being a small amount, it keeps it quiet. The arcade was okay, not the best, only a small amount of machines/games.

Okay, how do I put this? THE BEST WINGS IN MILTON. P-E-R-I-O-D. Done them all, tried them all, read my reviews...but this place has the best wings in Milton. Go on a Wednesday, chicken wings are half-price at 75 cents per. They're huge - pterodactyl size! We've been there upwards of ten times now so this is not a one trick pony review. The Champs Nachos are a treat too - two people can dine on this entree and you're quite full so pace yourself because...they appreciate a minimum order of 8 wings on half-price wing day. Another good deal is the Bud And A Burger special - 16 bucks gets you a hefty burger with tasty fries and a PINT, that's 20 ounces or something like 560-odd ml, of beer! So there, burger and a pint and ten wings and you and yours have dined for under 25 bucks! The atmosphere is very friendly, the service is fantastic, a few too many distractions with a gazillion televisions scattered all over the place. Okay, it is a sports bar! They have the trophies to prove their wing-cooking prowess and the chef is just a sweetheart and a wizard in that kitchen. Be sure to greet her once in a while. You can tell when she's cooking from the seasoning on the fries! Oh, did I mention? THE BEST WINGS IN MILTON! Okay, so why the 4/5 after such a glowing review? Lately during more recent visits, we're noticing inconsistent food portions. Fantastic, THE BEST in Milton on the days it's good, and other times you order exactly the same thing and half the ingredients seem to be missing. One Wednesday you get the pterodactyl-sized wings and the following Wednesday they're, like, quail wings! One week the previously mentioned Champs Nachos are so heavy you put your shoulder out lifting the serving what with all the meat and cheese and olives, they're delicious...the following week, there is practically no cheese at all and only a mere sprinkling of meat chunks. (Just a boatload of nacho chips to bulk the entree up!) The nachos looked like a rush hodge podge of whatever ingedients they could find. Nonetheless, service is always friendly and professional. So be honest with us? Lunch has hit $65.00 in the past, often times less than that, but if you're low on ingredients, be honest! We're on first-name basis, we are/were regulars, we're generous tippers far above the customary 15 percent - direct us to something else if you're low on ingredients? Happens all the time at home running out of ingedients - that's why we elect to dine out in the first place!

Wings were great but service was atrocious. Having to ask for a side of dry rub 4 times while the server is sitting on a stool with the crew of "hot, young, single guys" is ridiculous. Professionalism dictates that customers be served first and with a smile. Slamming my beer on the counter then going to a group of guys (maybe I'm wrong and she wasn't flirting with them because they are "friends") to celebrate the Leafs goal is unacceptable. I hope I never see this waitress again, would definitely request another server.

My family and I have been coming to Champs for bowling and the arcade since 2017. It's where my family and I had our 1st date in Milton. My son has sensory issues, and the server was SO accommodating to turn down the volume to the music one night at bowling. The food is fantastic, and you have to try their pizza. The new VR ride is a lot of fun. Recently my son and I did the escape room for the 1st time, and he can't wait to have his birthday party there in Feb. I have no complaints about the bar, and the service is quick and friendly—the perfect place for family fun, food, and a game of billiards.

Alright. I’m not one to usually give places bad reviews, as I know people can have off days. However! We arrived at 6 this evening and sat ourselves. 10 minutes later, the girl took our drink order (that’s fine/normal) however, it then took us over an hour to receive our food 7:20pm. (Food was good though!) - normally, if a place was busy I could understand. But considering there was only 2 groups and 4 people at the bar, it’s a little upsetting that it took so long. I did happen to notice our waitress hanging around rather closely with a gentleman I can only assume is her boyfriend (as he was feeding her fries as she walked by) this kind of thing is unprofessional, I would lose my job if I were to pause in serving a customer to talk to, or interact personally with someone in my life. I am rather disappointed as I know champs is capable of much more.

I didn't have a customer experience but my Husband had a very bad Uber Eats Delivery Experience.An older chubby blond lady was extremely rude and uncivilized with my husband that never had a delivery from this place before and the Restaurant Note wasnt very clear to let you know where Uber Eats Pick Up was and she immediately was like Here is the Pick up I was looking for you everywhere and when I took the delivery she didnt stop there she continued to say Go Deliver to the people in a rude tone as if I were a Slave or Mule of hers and its very sad that the poor Delivery People are just trying to make a living and are harassed enough by customers and don't need that from the restaurant staff on top of it.Very Shameful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ll drive 30 minutes down to Burlington before I drive the 5 minutes to this place again. Too bad because this place could be a gold mine. I was in this business for years and would absolutely lose my mind if I knew this was happening in my establishment.

During COVID lockdown my wife and I decided to start getting take-out every Saturday as a "date night". We decided to only order from local businesses, and tonight we ordered from Champs. The service was excellent. The food was even better. Great high quality ingredients. I got the smoked smash burger and my wife got the chicken wrap. Both were amazing! There were two additional nice touches. The first was that the entire meal was packed in recyclable containers. The second was a thank you note for supporting Champs, hand written, and on a nice card. My wife and I enjoyed going to Champs for bowling and drinks before the pandemic. We hope some day soon we can, again. Thank you Champs for the great meal for date night!

Our group was in the private party room. It's big and open with lots of seating. It can be difficult to get your shoes when they are busy. If you don't get the right size you have to wait a bit. The arcade area is good. But needs better maintenance. There were a few out of order games.

Be careful where you park at this establishment!! We went there on a Friday evening between 7-9 pm and parked in the back parking lot. When we got home, we realized that the front of my car had been badly vandalized. The hood of the car needed to be replaced. My husband called Champs and was told that the manager would call him back. We never heard from him. I realize that the establishment is not responsible for the damage, but they need to consider how to keep their establishment more secure for their patrons.

Champs is a great place for all ages. I don't get there much because of distance but it has a little for everyone; bowling, pool, video games and arcades for the kids. There is also a sports bar with all the different sports playing. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Nice fun place.

The atmosphere can be great! But the service is generally lacking. You sit around for a long time waiting for any service. Staff seem to be standing around talking to each other rather than servicing their tables. Bowling is good and games area can be fun. Not much in terms of supervision in the games area, older kids are climbing on the games and throwing balls across the room and no one seems to care. #mindblowing

Such a disappointment. 9 year old son's hockey team won the playoffs and decided to get some food. Was refused and told we were rude to expect we could bring such a large group without a reservation. My first and hopefully last negative Google review! Pretty sad when you and your family go for a night out and get rushed out of the place! First off the night starts off with my husband and I getting our pitcher of beer instantly but waiting nearly 25 mins for our sons root beer. We placed a food order at the same time as our drinks which happened before our hour of bowling. We then waited over 50 mins for our food not to mention that when we had 25 mins left in our hour we had asked to add an additional hour to have time to eat our food that we had ordered and not yet received we were told we couldn't as there was a waiting list which is 100 % understandable but when we received our food with only 10 mins left to bowl we could not finish our dinner as a 9 year old does like to bowl more then eat! When our time was up we were rudely approached by an employee that rushed us out of the seat by clearing our unfinished food before we could even celebrate who had won little own sit down and take our shoes off! This kind of service after spending over $150 in under an hour!!!! SAD to say the least!

Ordered through skip the dishes last night and the food was delicious! My husband Ordered the smashed burger and loved it, I ordered a lb of Buffalo wings and thought they were great, they're breaded which not everyone likes but I don't mind. We ordered lattice fries for our son and he had 0 complaints and nachos as an appetizer which were good but the toppings tasted like they had been refrigerated for too long kind of had that stale taste. All in all it was good and we will order again.

Went with a large group of roughly 30 and I was definitely not impressed. For such a large venue you'd think that the kitchen would be able to keep up with orders, but they couldn't. My appetizer came out after my main course did, leaving me stuck with having to eat my nachos before my meal or they'd have gone disgustingly cold. Sadly, doing this meant the fries that came with my meal went cold instead. The fish for the fish and chips was way too greasy, to the point where trying to cut a piece off ended up having the piece fall apart and fly off the plate. And the coleslaw... Oh dear lord the coleslaw... It tasted completely rancid and it was warm like it had been sitting out all day. Needless to say the food alone spoiled what should have been a great night out with friends, was not worth the $68, and was definitely not worth driving from North York for.

Champs is fun. It's a good place to go bowling, grab a beer, watch some sports, play some games, I enjoy it there. I know a lot of people complain about little things. When we were there our bowling ball got stuck a couple times. We asked for some time to be added to the clock, they added some time for us. Great for the kids too, or for an adult night out. Great place to play games and have fun! Here are my concerns: 1) the security guards are very rude and may ask to see your identification MANY times without any given reason. 2) Bowling is about double the price compared to regular bowling alleys. 3) Some of the games are broken and just take your credits. If you ask they will refund them but maybe they should put a sign over the machine stating it is not working. However, one employee was extremely nice. He closed the booth early to buy the credits and noticed that two games were taking our credits but not letting us play. So he refunded us about 4x the credits that we lost.

This place is located next to some industrial buildings and the building itself looks like some warehouse. The inside is ok, I go here to play pool and most of the time the staff has a hard time figuring out how to switch on the lights. The staff here are not rude but have an attitude. Great little bowling place and arcade. Wasn't too busy for a Saturday evening and although we had to wait about 20 minutes for a lane, we enjoyed the arcade in the meantime. It wasn't the cleanest of places, however. I used a Groupon voucher which allowed us up to 2 hours on a lane. The voucher included a 10$ food coupon which didn't end up saving me much, the menu here is very expensive. Our table had bits of food on it when we got to to our lane but it was given a wipe down midway through our first bowl. Shoes were clean, bowling balls were plenty and alleys had children friendly equipment including rails and a ball guide. Cleanliness may be something that would steer some away from this place, but other than that it was a fun night. 4/5

We went here on family day Bowling, dinner, and escape room. Couldn’t tell you how the food was because our food never made it to our table. Place seemed under staffed. Serve Staff was rude, The “manager” who was our server in the bar was extreme rude. When I asked how much longer our food would be (after waiting 45 mins) his response was “It’ll be ready when it’s ready”....Really? He never took our drink order, and I had to go ask for the menus at the bar... we ended up leaving after waiting over and hour. We used to bring my kids sports teams her for parties, that won’t be happening again. I really hope the owners read these reviews because I’ve noticed a pattern when it comes to service in the bar.... what a joke. The girls in the escape room and at the front desk were fantastic, very nice, and helpful. This review doesn’t reflect on them at all.

Terrible, terrible service. Restaurant staff were extremely slow. Bowling staff were completely incompetent. Failed to honour my reservation even though I showed up on time. I would highly suggest they review their hiring policy.

Love this place! Great staff! Love the option of bowling, playing games and winning prizes, or playing a game of pool. Awesome huge main bar area. Great place to come and watch a game. I love how you always have all the big games and events.

A very fun place to go with friends/ family. VIP Bowling and the escape rooms are a must. The food is also very good. There’s great music and the place is set up very nicely.

I like it here, but I am bummed that they no longer have UFC nights, was my fav place to go. Food is pretty good
