Good old place to hangout and bowl. Reasonable prices, with excellent discounts if you do your research. This place is old, the equipment is old but everything is kept in good condition. Place can get very busy depending on the day and time but usually if you plan ahead everything will go smoothly. In terms of actual bowling, it's really good I enjoyed bowling with friends. There's also a small arcade room here which is very nice to have because after bowling we didn't want to go home right away we decided to play pool. I recommend this place.

We had to pay 1 hour and 20 minutes instead of 1 hour, because the time starts to run when you arrived and ask for the lane at the cashier, not when actually you start to play. That's not right, they have to charge you for the real time you play.

Was very unhappy that the girl at the front desk was so rude when I questioned our price. I'd reserved online earlier in the day, and was assured it would be $4.99 for unlmited bowling, and $2.99 for shoe rental. With taxes this should have ended up around $9 each. She charged us $13+change and when I questioned it she was rude and unhelpful. Also, we had to find help twice because the bar that pushed the pins off got stuck.... twice. Wish the whole situation was handled better. Would probably just end up at Splitsville next time.

Staff is friendly, washrooms are clean, beer is good. However, I paid $17 for the most depressing pizza I've ever had. Fries and nachos where good though. Regarding the atmosphere, the specifically FX lighting wasn't that great and it was minimal. Sound system is flat. The scoring system is still using some MS-DOS like hardware. Had a good time nonetheless.

It was an experience. Lane 35 kept breaking. We had 6 kids with us so any person can imagine how exhausting waiting for someone to help fix the lane would be. I generally love going to Burlington Bowl but this time was just not a good experience.

Reasonable price for bowling in here. No rush. If you wanna enjoy the 80’s music must go here. They have wide range of bowls per size too, which is the main issue at other bowling places, it’s hard to find the right ball that you can lift. I would highly recommend going there.

The unlimited bowling option pricing is somewhat misleading, it says it 6.99 but it ends up being 13.50 once the cost of shoe rentals and tax is included. But still for such a low price you can't beat it. All the equipment shows it's age but still functions fine. Staff is friendly. Food and drinks are on the expensive. All in all a good time with a group of friends.

Lots of lanes, which are in good condition. The building is in need of a refresh, the balls are also pretty beat up. This bowling alley is more suitable for league bowler/bowling enthusiast that has their own ball/shoes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it's good but a bit pricey for the experience.

Spacious, Mini Arcade, Good Food, Good Lanes, Nothing but Fun. It's recommended you call ahead to make a reservation as this place is always packaged. I called 45 minutes prior and we showed up to a single lane open. It took us 5 minutes to get settled in on our lane. We ordered drinks, pizza and wings - food took a little longer than we'd like, but it was delicious for pub food. The Hawaiian pizza was outstanding! Service from the food side was good, as was the bowling counter. My girl broke her nail off completely and needed a bandage to keep playing 15 minutes in. They scoured the place and found her 3 mini bandages that did the job! The lanes themselves are spacious and you never feel crowded even though it's very crowded. Plenty of various weight balls and there is an arcade towards the back. Lockers, washrooms all as you'd expect. We had a lot of fun and I bowled a 157 this time, we'll be back.

Toast was burnt. I payed 6 dollars for 4 slices of this. When I asked for the toast, apparently I asked for cheese. This resulted in me being charged an extra 3 dollars. Bowling itself was fun, everything worked as it should. However, they will overcharge you any chance they get. I made a reservation online to get the special rate for an hour of bowling. When we arrived, they quoted us the full rate. I reminded them that the online rate was lower and they reluctantly agreed. If you choose to bowl by the hour, they make you pay at the end (this is what we did). When we finished our hour (we timed it ourselves), we went to the front and they proceeded to charge us overtime because we went 12 minutes over the hour. We didn't know this, but they start the clock as soon as they set up your lane. We thought the time started after our first throw so we wasted alot of time getting shoes and picking our balls. They also charged us the full rate after all, and I didn't realize this until it was too late, because another person in our group paid. Another small thing, at one point an employee came by and we asked her if she could bring us a pitcher of water. However, she never ended up bringing it to us before our time was up. To summarize, the bowling part was fun, but management was rude and inconsiderate. I would go to Splitsville next time.

Came here with my friend for New Years and it’s was scary bad! He put us in a lane and we played for about 10 minutes the the score went out of sync so we asked for help to try and reset it. An employee came over looked at it then walked away. Not to mention the shoes are falling apart and it’s very pricey.

Wouldn't come here for anything other than bowling (as others have indicated, the place is a bit dingy and a lot of the arcade/game machines are out of order), but for bowling itself, the place is quite reasonably priced. Definitely recommend going later in the evening to get the best price. This is one of the few establishments that offers a bowl-all-you-can type deal even on weekends.

I forgot my mask at home during the Covid-19 pandemic and figured it wouldn't be a problem, since most places offer masks to their customers. I explained it to the gentlemen who was taking names at the door, asking him politely if he has any extra masks. He said a guy at the front desk can help me and I went over. This guy at the front desk had the audacity to try and charge me $6 FOR A SINGLE PAPER MASK. He said "It's the owners rules" and "Everyone needs a mask, right?". Yah right Pal, I walked to a gas station 2 minutes away and bought way more masks for that price. I've seen scams like this ever since Covid-19 started. People are already hurting and you should be ashamed.

Burlington Bowl is an old-school bowling alley. You can tell because their scoring system hasn't been changed in over thirty years. Of course that doesn't mean the bowling isn't super fun. Modern bowling systems are more for casual bowlers anyhow, with fun graphics and games. The daily deals at Burlington Bowl are great. Unlimited bowling until they close for a flat rate! Their regular hourly and per-game rates are competitive as well. The food here is decent bowling alley food. The last time I visited my wife and I decided to have some nachos. Well let me tell you something: we underestimated the portion size. Despite both of us being quite hungry we still ended up bringing home an entire take-out container packed so full that we couldn't close it. I guess portion sizing wasn't their biggest concern. The staff are cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I've only ever had good experiences with the people working here. The arcade section leaves a little bit to be desired. There aren't a lot of games and many of them are unplugged. Even so, there is still enough selection of games that you will find something to eat your change.

A rundown and worn out place. 2 employees, one is an old man that seemed to be a bit oblivious at times. Another was a teenager. Or at least she seemed like one with her attitude and temper. Bought a juice for 3.25 and a sprite for 3.00. Bad reviews for both. The sprite exploded immediately after I opened it. The old man saw the situation, yet chose to ignore it. The juice got jammed in the vending machine. Probably because everything there was extremely worn out. Would never recommend.

Really upset, when I went there, the customer service attitude at the food section was horrible. The chef/cashier needs an attitude adjustment. I ordered potato wedges, 4 of them for 8 dollars. Promised sour cream. It didn't come. That was the largest potato wedge I received. Really upset. Wouldn't reccomend.

Pretty weird that you pay for your bowling AFTER you finish... like I pay for shoes up front, it would have been incredibly easy to simply drop my shoes off and walk out unnoticed without paying. I of course stayed and waited in line to be able to pay and leave, but as I waited in line the thought crossed my mind. Additionally, I didn't like that our lane kept gobbling up all the balls and not sending them back. 3 times in an hour we had to get help, and when you are paying by time, that makes a big difference. I would not go back unless Splitsville was closed like they were the day we came here. On a positive side, they were really nice to my daughter. The place was clean and a pretty standard bowling alley.

To say this place is greasy doesn't give it enough credit. Its a greasatorium, in a good way. Staff is pretty chill, snacks are decent (their giant cookies are gooood), the console machines are a throwback to the past and you can get drunk and bowl, all good things in my book ???? also, there is glow in the dark lanes and a somewhat functional arcade.

Terrible customer service. Told me they charged by the hour but did not tell me for an hour and a half of bowling cost 60$! I’ve never spent so much at a bowling alley in my life. Food was terrible. We were here for a bowling tournament and the service was probably the worst I've seen for food and drinks. It took forever to get a simple beer! Friends of ours ordered chicken wings and they were raw and the portion sizes for the amount you pay is a joke. I'm also pretty sure they jacked up the prices for this tournament. Very dated!! This is the second time I’ve noticed they do the same thing. They tell you at the beginning that you pay to bowl by the game. Then they charge you by the hour when you go to pay. You can argue all you want.....the man at the register is VERY STRANGE. And completely ignores what you say. Definitely won’t be coming back. Would rather go elsewhere.....

Went there w my 2 little ones. Customer service was horrible. Not to mention very overpriced for food and bowling. My kids bowled for 45mins. Was charged $20. They did however try to give me a “deal” to pay by time. That would’ve cost me $40. Ignored by the guy at the cash multiple times. Run down place. Food ok but for $40 for 3 kids meals I would’ve expected better and more food then what we actually got. Disappointed. The manager gave me attitude when I said I wouldn’t be back and would let my company know we should look into a different venue for team building.

Ok so my wife and I used to LOVE this place until we were in last night, February 25th, and we saw 3 employees(long white haired maintenance man, thin front desk employee and a food and beverage employee) all standing together and pointing at us. The maintenance man looked INCREDIBLY angry and they were literally pointing at us. Way to make us regular customers feel incredibly un wanted. This place is literally a joke. I’ll never return. The facilities all work as you’d expect but man does this place need a complete gut and refit. Damp stained ceilings everywhere, caution tapes wrapped around things. But it works. We played the 5 pin bowling and even when our 4 yr Old was using the bowling aid, the ball kept drifting left. Not like there’d have been any spin on the ball. We used to go to Roseland Bowl which was much better value for money but unfortunately that’s no longer an option.

Pretty run down place to start It smells strange inside kinda like an old legion mixed with an ashtray. We all felt uncomfortable because of the lack of caution for Covid-19. We definitely will not be coming back here because of just how dirty it felt and half the time we were trying to bowl the balls kept getting stuck coming back. The staff are ok at best but next time we go bowling it won’t be anywhere near this place.

Everything is extremely outdated, I can't believe this place passes health inspection checks as the bathrooms are revolting. Everything was in disarray. It is a nice place for playing for a while, we went without reservation, we were 3 Adults and we had to pay $15 for shoes when we entered and you pay for what you play at the end, he said one hour is around $45 I guess but we only stayed for 45 min so we ended up paying $35. I went to this place for family day, It is very out dated, the system the lanes operate on are very out dated, you can only see 4 scores at a time, everyone got to bowl 3 times in a row, many times the strikes don't count, many times not all the pins would come down, the drinks are pretty expensive, the staff is pretty nice... but i wouldn't recommend coming to this place to bowl.

First and last visit! Very poor management, rude and clueless about acceptable customer service let alone good customer service. We were told no outside drinks, when we explained it's water and it clearly looked like it, the 'manager' said "we have no way of confirming it is, and what's wrong with our water" ... seriously?! If it is a policy of the place, that's fine, but you can convey that same message politely and use reasonable judgment to implement the policy. To be fair the girls working at the counter did a much better job and were more helpful than the so called manager. The place is dated, 'Glow in the dark bowling' is more like 'Bowl in the dark', yet you pay extra for the supposedly 'Glow in the dark' option. A disappointing experience overall, will not be returning.

I went to this place tonight with 6 people and we got one lane. The man who was on the cash, I did not get his name.. had so much attitude. I will not enter this place again because of his attitude. Their machines don’t stop at the time you want to stop for or pay for. If you want to bowl for an hour, they don’t stop the game at one hour, they charge you $1 per minute afterwards. They said they don’t because “what if u bowl for less than an hour” but truth is, that’s a big money grabber. It’s also very old and they even charge for glow in the dark spot.. I’ve never seen a bowling place that does that. Never again. I would rate their customer service 0/5 if I could
