not even a good environment to hang out with friends or family, you are treated rudely and all the employees have different rules and understandings of customer service and the buyers experience. i went with family and i did not have socks on and they did offer to let me purchase socks but i declined and said i just won't bowl, and one of the employees said it was perfectly ok to get a refund at the end of the game so i dint play and sat back . after the game i went to get the refund i was promised and was refused and with no clear reason, and the lady at the desk kept saying "no you can leave now" then proceeded to be yelled at for being "unprofessional"

It is crazy cheap for how good the bowling/atmosphere/drinks/food are. We go on Wednesdays because it's only 2$ a game and had a blast. Drinks and appies are only 5$ which is usually a special price at other places but is the bowling alley's every day prices.

I loved the new blue light mini golf, it’s a great addition. Bowling was fun, liked the new tv screens for the bowling system. Much more modern. Staff was friendly, interior had a funky feel to it, pretty cool.

We have bowled/birthday partied here for 11 years. While I applaud the new owners efforts to renovate, I am disgusted by their poor business practices. If parents are paying hundreds of dollars for parties-dont be a cheap ass - give them a bloody jug of water! Folks adhere to your no outside food policy, pay your 30 bucks for a fruit platter and you cant let them have a glass of water, even in their own cups? I was charged 1.05 for 20cents of plum sauce! Shameful.

Found 2 of the staff very rude and unpleasant. Thankfully there was shift change at 4pm. The laser lights is also a big disappointment. The management should consider training their staff better and improving the bowling experience.

Was not impressed. Had a bad expiriance as i booked 2 lanes for a birthday. I had phoned ahead to ask if i would be able to bring in a small cake or cupcake for my son and they said no problem. I even asked if i had to book for a birthday as i was willing too. They said just 1 cupcake was fine. When i showed up we got started. The staff had complained to people in my party about the cupcake in a small box we had brought and said we coudnt have it. They told me i wasnt allowed it and put it in the fridge for me. They then told me i would be allowed the cupcake if i paid for 7 meals! After some frustration, i ignored the issue ane played on. They then apologized to me and told me that i would be allowed the cupcake and they had thought i had brought cupcakes for the whole group (even though they had seen the small box with 1 cupcake). I talked to a friend and he claimed that his group had the same issue. If you want to have a kids birthday there, eat before/after or bring a bunch of money to blow!

Pretty nice experience. Has a pub and billiards attached. It's decent. The people will turn the music up for you if you ask. Glow n dark on Fridays Fridays Saturdays.

Great fun! We hosted our 4 year old's birthday party here and it was a really good experience. Both adults and kids enjoyed the bowling and the flow in the dark minigolf. They had a really simple and smooth system for providing hot dogs and snacks for the kids and the parents were pleased that there were local draft beers and wines available. We'll definitely be going back for the laser bowling!

Our plans got rained out and we saw this place and decided to check it out. Best. Idea. Ever. Staff was so friendly and kind to my gf and I, prices on drinks and games was incredibly reasonable. Lots of fun stuff to do like pool and darts and it was packed with people! Its super 90s looking inside but is lovingly maintained by staff that seem like they genuinely care. There just aren't many places like this anymore. The roll n stones saved our rained out day and made our evening special. Would def recommend :)

My wife and I went here twice on our our one week visit to Penticton. Great facility, recently renovated. The price of the games was high but justified. I'm really glad to see a place like this still thriving. Huge bar and good selection of drinks. You can bowl, play pool or darts, and full menu restaurant. Overall awesome experience.

I had a great time bowling here! The staff were friendly and flexible. The food is good for what it is. Great drink prices. The glow in the dark bowling on Friday has a fun atmosphere and the music was on point. I had a birthday party at an alley in Vancouver and the whole time was thinking how much better it would be at the lanes in Penticton.

FYI !!!!! This course is only 9 holes, and no you don't get to play the nine holes twice for a full 18 unless you pay again at half price! Wish they had this advertised!

The staff is always fun and friendly, even during rush times. The food is great, service is excellent. Have been frequent visitors after family swim day for a year and a bit now. Even after a month of not going we show up and they remember our family and our favorite orders. Definately a favorite place to eat and/or a family fun night. Thank you for all the great memories!

Old run down bowling alley with bad equipment and rude staff... Got rudely asked to leave because balls kept getting stuck in the ball return machine. I was not our fault, they should invest in machinery that is not trash. Some buttons were missing on the setup for computer making it very hard to set up a game. Not allowed to sit on stools if you bounce a little. I would not recommend going to this bowling alley. The staff treats you badly and it is thoroughly a bad time.

Fun atmosphere for bowling and mini golf. Reasonable.prices for bowling with specials during the week. The 10 pin ball return machines could use some maintenance as the balls, if playing with heavier ones on certain lanes, will get stuck and have caused damage to the balls, they have signs advising they are not responsible for any damage to personal bowling ball. The mini golf was fun but slightly expensive compared to others, so fun for a one time experience and worth seeing. The artwork is fantastic, good drink selection and decent food.
