Wonderful family establishment truly great service and all around had a most amazing time here but sadly they are a little on the out skirt of town which can't be helped. Although my only complaint is there cleanliness of there bathrooms this place is absolutely family friendly and a wonderful place to hang out with friends.

It's a little disturbing they would rather someone walk around in bare feet than In summer sandals in summer in the top area. No warning NOTHING. I'm here on a weekly work visit and my client is bowling I'm sitting by the door. 1 week ago it was not an issue yet today it is. Without any due warning. I feel like during winter that would make sense but in the summer???? I asked so you have a birthday party here and not everyone is bowling they have to walk in socks???? If it's NOT one thing it's another with this place. Money grab to buy socks from them if you ask me.

Terrible service. wanted to come here for a covid safe activity with family friends and the owner separated us by 7 lanes even though we promised not to mingle but as soon as a few strangers came in they were put right next to our friends. Never giving our money again

Took my girlfriend bowling, during the glow in the dark event. Because it was busy, they rushed my game. We got to bowl once per round, then ended our game when we hit round 8/10. We was in and out of that place in 15mins. In total I got to throw the ball 8 times. Waste of money

Visiting family im kamloops and went there for bowling the staff weren't friendly. My cousins are 12 years old and they are not professional bowlers so the staff came and told us to be quite and not make noises coz theres a professional bowllers. They should either put a sign up that no kids allowed to play or make time for kids and other times for their pro bowlers. Im not coming back here nor my cousins that im visiting. Bad customer service and really old lanes and bowles. Not happy at all with my experience.

It very bad service and rude staff. I check on website they have no mention to any reservation before coming to play. The desk girl said you should be phone reservation and they have no space then I call to reservation they no pick up my call !!!! Because they know who calling ( when I call they provide me number ). It really bad service and they don’t allow foreign people . I saw there other people come to play without any hesitation or reservation. If you go to play make sure ask him first and double check on website ( may they not allow foreign) ????????

Always a great place to bowl and have fun. Parking lot is large, well lit and safe. We've tried both places in town and this is by far the nicer of the two.

I would rate less than one star if I could. The bowling equipment does not function properly. They had no alcohol to serve people that made reservations based on alcohol being served. The owner accosted one of our friends and was completely unprofessional. The staff was great, the owner needs to invest in his business and take a management course.

Since when do you need a reservation to go bowling? Tried to go one night and was told they were fully booked. Fair enough but seeing 75% of the lanes empty tells me otherwise.

Place is pretty old, lanes are okay though, pins sometimes don't reset correctly. Sundays are really cheap, a good hour or so of fun.

Great way to entertain both kids and adults. Reasonably priced, and you can rent out bowling shoes here if you don't have your own. Just take socks with you.

Outdated, the owner is cranky and rude. They use TVs from the 60's for your score and graphics from the early 80's! Worst bowling alley I have ever been too...and I'm in my 40's! If I could, I would of given it 0 out of 5 stars...place doesn't need a rating...it needs a match and gasoline

Great lanes. Some of the best I've seen. If you go on Sunday it's $2/game and $2 for shoe rentals. I've gone twice in 2 weeks now. Thanks for an awesome way to spend an evening and being a local go to. I will suggest you as an outing to everyone I can.

As far as bowling goes, it is a bowling alley. The food service is horrendous. Waited over 45 minutes for chicken strips and fries. And ended up taking the food to go because by the time it came around everyone had finished bowling.

Called and asked if they had any 10 pin. The girl on the other end said "one sec I'll check". I could hear her talking to her coworker, who said "we don't have anyone but we're closing soon". She then said to me "sorry but we have a party until 10 and then we're closed, it's all booked up." It was 9Pm, we were already driving by and since it was the two of us we knew we would have time for Atleast 2 games. We decided to go by and check. We got there at 9:10 and the open sign was off even though it says they're supposed to be open until 10. We went inside and the place was empty. The girl said to us "you will only have time for 1 game since unfortunately we do close at 10". Her attitude towards her was very disrespectful. She was rude, and it was like they were turning away all customers so they could close early (it was Friday night). Very crappy experience considering it's Friday night and there's not much else to do in town other than go to the bar, makes us never want to go there again.

We love this alley. It is old. The equipment doesn't run at 100% BUT that is the best thing about it. Lane 1 has pin issues so you get to constantly say "pull the lever Kronk!" The staff are nice and relaxed and let you put pretty much any name you want on the board. It's just fun and Sundays after 5 is hella cheap. Go here! Good date night spot.

I've been coming here for 32 years back when it was still Arvy lanes. Honestly other than some paint the place looks and functions exactly the same. Great local place to take the family for some good old fashioned fun. The only bad thing is they took out all the arcade games by the food counter. Maybe its just nostalgia talking but that was one of my favorite parts.

The cosmic bowling was what you would expect & quite fun for the kids. Tenders & fries were hot and fairly priced with a generous portion of fries. My only complaint is the dated music, every bowling alley plays the same music! But the staff were friendly and the bowling fun! Good for a family night out.

Just spent a fabulous night with the family bowling at Falcon Lanes! It was our 4 year olds first time and they made the experience extra special for him. Fun, great valued, good old fashioned bowling alley with awesomely delicious fries! We will definitely be back. =)
