I have attended 2 times! And it was great both times. I didn't care when we had The birthday party for Sav, you can't bring your own food, only the cake, because they want you to eat their food. They have to order the pizza also! ??? Otherwise, the bowling was so much fun! We are going to go back for some fun!

I bowl here regularly and it's always a great time. Good prices and the staff are very friendly. Friday night laser bowl is a great alternative to the bar or pub scene and drink prices are fair.

We brought 5 kids under 5yrs, and as crazy as it was with our troupe, the staff and fellow bowlers were so kind and understanding to the madness we brought to the lanes. We loved the laser bowling that started at 2pm.

There are now so many signs everywhere telling you what not to do - the owner was constantly frowning and cursing under his breath while cleaning, his behaviour was frenetic and completely unwelcoming. Not a positive experience or atmosphere at all.

Great place for bowling. Very clean. Friendly staff. You can arrange private events/parties here and such. Located inside Capri Center. Easiest access is from behind Capri Center on the east side, where there is covered parking under the building.

The man behind the counter at first was very friendly (middle aged with grey beard) and accommodating. We ordered food, two rounds of bowling, and some beers. Half way through we were told to finish our second game because the lanes were reserved which we weren't told about in the beginning that we had a time limit of only 45 minutes. My friend and I were almost done our second game when the man from behind the counter told us we had to hurry up and was quite rude. I confronted him after our game and said it felt like we were being kicked off and he said "You are being kicked off". I told him that we would have been quicker if we knew that their was a time limit on our games. He was very rude during our conversation and I will not be going back to bowl there.

There is very little to no covid-relat3d measures or enforcement. It's not cheap anymore, and there is very little separation between lanes. This is no fault of the face staff, but their management really needs to have some respect for mandates, as well as larger parties giving some space to smaller ones seated next to them. As for the response to this review, The current mandate as of December 28th was ALL persons above the age of 5 must wear a mask indoors, unless seated in a protected space and eating. At least, and I am not exaggerating, HALF of the patrons within this establishment were neither following this mandate nor were they politely reminded. Vaccines were checked at the door, yes, this is true. However, bowling parties of unrelated people were not required to wear masks in their lanes, despite being well within 6 feet of each other, literally sharing the same tables and benches. Furthermore, there were plenty of people who walked around, talking with others, getting in lines or using the restroom completely maskless, not to mention all sharing the same bowling balls after wiping faces with bare hands and not a bottle of sanitizer in sight. I am frankly appalled by this utter lack of consideration for current events, especially considering how quickly current variants or even other illnesses not related to covid are spreading. There is a very large percentage of older patrons who come to these lanes, those most vulnerable, and this is one of the few establishments that can remain open. I hope for their sake your methods improve, rather than just saving face and appeasing them.

Location is good, but the overall feels of the place is meh. Every time I come here, we always have a problem with the lanes, like the pins not resetting properly. Price is fair. Staff dont care about outside water bottles.

Had a kid's birthday party here and it went smoothly. They're quite practiced at letting me know how it works and that was exactly how it went. Kids had fun bowling and even got the ice cream cake out with enough time to cut smoothly.

Really disappoint in the customer service. I had reserved a spot for 1.5 hours, and when I was reserving it the lady said that should be like 2 games worth if you've got 4 people, so I thought ok great, I'll see if it's more worth my while to book 2 games or pay the hourly rate for 1.5 hours. It was exactly the same cost. So when we got there, I said we'll only be needing 2 games as I'm not a regular bowler so I assumed in that amount of time we couldn't get through more than that anyways so it didn't really matter. Anyways, got to the last half of the second game and we were still going to have quite a bit of time left, so I went an spoke with the man (manager or owner, not sure) and asked that we be able to play for the start of another game as I was mislead on how long a game would take, and that it was literally the exact same amount of money, if he would change it so we could start another game (keep in mind there's a reservation booked for after us, and I'm very clear and very nice when saying that we would be gone before the next group was coming in) and his response was you can pay the extra $22 for another game, that's it. Feeling mostly annoyed that I tipped him when paying when this is the service I got. Sometimes it's just nice to just not be a jerk when it's costing you absolutely nothing, not even taking away business as no one else would have used that lane. I hope others read this and decide to try another bowling alley before here.

I have never visited Capri Bowling before today and they did a Spectacular Job with our daughter's birthday party. With 2 other parties on the go at the same time I was so impressed with how smooth everything went. A very clean and well maintained location and very nice staff. We will be back.

My recent visit was such a great experience! With all the changes required with sanitization and distancing, I was relieved to see the cleanliness of this bowling alley. So impressed with the staff too. Clearly taking precautions. I feel very comfortable going there to get away and have some fun for a few hours. 5 star service!!

Just went in to take our kids bowling and they were so excited. The old guy at the counter ignored us for 10 minutes then asked us if we were there to bowl... then he said we would be too distracting so he was going to put us on the end, which is fine. But then my daughter got excited and tossed her shoes (which were tiny child crocs which weigh nothing) and one landed close to the guy who jumped back and then glared and sighed loudly at my three year old. We apologized immediately but he just didn’t respond, and then shook his head at us. He made my daughter cry and when we walked out I heard him scoff. Don’t go here if you have kids. Not kid friendly.

Wow is all I can say!!! This place was so clean, organized and inviting I was so impressed. We had 9 x 6yr olds there for a birthday and the girl working was amazing. She had a great attitude and was so helpful. This place is a hidden gem. The cost was so reasonable for a birthday party!!!!!!

Our favorite bowling center!!! Friendly staff, great location, and fun environment. We’ve been able to get right in even without a reservation. Super clean and staff is on top of sanitizing everything. The owners even went out of their way to give us some game tips and tricks our first time. Terrific place for indoor fun and dedicated party room looks like a fantastic space for parties.

They have a great place but when ever I go there's not lanes I can use
