We went here for a kids birthday party. The kids had a blast. The hosts had rented the whole place so the kids could move around freely. Then the adults had their own lanes. We all had a good time. The shoes were good. From everything a seen the place was clean. The retro diner decor was nice but dated. I would recommend this bowling alley

We love this place. Kids have blast and the birthday parties are reasonable. We don't bowl a lot but this has such a friendly and old school charm that we drive from Willoughby to Adergrove just for the fun. Great prices and not too busy from our experience.

While bowling with my family was fun, the lighting was poor, there wasn't a good place to put your shoes and we had to constantly reset our pins.

Me and my wife had a night out together and being new to the area. Thought we better try it. Definitely small town feel but we loved it. Great decoration and staff. We had an absolute blast. Thanks guys!

I give them 5 stars because our experience was fantastic. I have been the one time but we plan on more visits there. The service was very friendly and helpful. The woman working there made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She knew I was bringing my children, so she put up bumpers. I had planned on asking for them because my children wanted them and I didn't even have to ask. It was already done. The kids had a blast. Great service and great value. I highly recommend Alder Alley!!!

Alder alley is a nice cozy 60s styled bowling lanes it doesn't have the three hole bowling balls but what they have is nice on some days their busy and loud but that is supposed to be expected.

Today was my third time going bowling here. It's quite nicely decorated inside. The lanes are computerized to keep score. They also have laser lights they can turn on for birthday parties. I was not impressed that we had my nephew's birthday party on a Friday afternoon, but they wouldn't turn the laser lights on. We were told only on Saturdays they turn the laser lights on. My nephew was very disappointed. They are trying to be cheap because Fridays are a cheaper price. Give me a break! It's so difficult for someone who just lost his father to cancer.

Usually it's really good. This time was fun, the lady at the counter was awesome. But I find most people at the counter are quiet don't enjoy engaging in any sort of conversation with the customers, often not even there when you need them, and I had one experience where I had made a silly mistake and a lady treated me like an unruly customer. Other than that though this is my number one place to go bowling. Especially like the black lights.

Horrible:/ we were the only people in the bowling alley and the lady working said that we couldn't have the sides up because we are "too old" but that shouldn't change anything. We aren't coming back here ever, I'm disappointed

Great little bowling alley. Parking requires a registration at front desk. Lots of retro decor items that make it quaint. They do serve some beverage refreshments and seem to have some good music playing. Overall pretty neat little place.

Cozy little five pin bowling alley with a retro feel. It wasn't very busy when we went on a Sunday afternoon, so it makes it a perfect place to bring the family for some bowling fun. Can accommodate group functions like birthday parties.

This is a great environment for the casual bowler. I'm currently participating in the Tuesday drop-in league with my Fiance and her friends (most of which aren't bowlers) and she is getting a lot of help with her game while enjoying the atmosphere created by the attendees and staff. Unfortunately these lanes aren't sanctioned which is the only thing preventing me from giving five stars as a serious bowler.

From the moment we walked in the lady was talking with someone on her cell phone. We wrote our name on the piece of paper and she gave it back to us without saying a word. We had to guess she wanted our shoes sizes. Then she precedes to apologizes to the person on the phone for having to talk to us!
