Always a good time! Staff are super friendly and run a tight ship. Clean, fun, well organized. We did a birthday party for my seven-year-old son and had five kids. Could not have gone better! They all had a blast, the food was amazing, the party room was great. For sure consider this for your next event!

A few of their lanes need work. Balls keep getting stuck. If you get stuck with a crapy lane and are playing by time talk to the staff thay can add some extra time to your game. (That's why I'm scoring a 4 instead of a 2 or 3)

Thought it would be a nice Family Day experience at the bowling alley... WRONG!!! Lady at the front desk called my sister a drug user when she went into the washroom. She then started an argument with other family members of mine when she tried to kick her out after the false accusation. Oh and this is the first time my family has been able to get together since my brothers death in January. Again thank you for ruining our family day.

This place only has the five-pin bowling and rubber balls at their alley. The place is very dimly lighted and dark. Not many decent places to bowl in Brantford so I think this establishment should also introduce the nine-pin bowling.

Great place to come with the kids. They have 5 pin bowling, they have the black light on (cosmic bowl) and its cost friendly. They have a snack bar which is fairly priced and the food is good. Gets busy though so reserve a lane before heading out or you'll find the hard way like us. ???? The staff is friendly and if you have any issues with the lanes they're on it right away. Definitely recommend this place.

Great modern bowling alley. I went with a party of eight and rented two lanes for two hours. We all had a blast and I bowled a personal best. The beer list was limited but prices are great. We will come back for sure.

The lanes are very sticky or the old shoes were making each and every one of us jamming on the lanes. We were 8 ppl that are regular bowlers and everyone almost went head first no matter how much powder we used for our shoes . The atmosphere was great and great customer service.

We just had a kids birthday party for my son, the bowling was eventful for all the kids and the staff did a great job preparing all the food and drinks, and was able to compensate for my giving in the food request late. Definitely recommended.

It's dark and not particularly comfortable. Be prepared to sit on plastic school chairs. Went in a weekend, the one employee behind the counter was having a tough time trying to manage everything, took a good 15 mins to get his attention and get set up on a lane. 5-pin.

Great place to bowl! We took a large group of youth and they were very accommodating. Staff were great to deal with and even organized pizza for our group. It is clean and tidy and doesn’t have that old run down bowling alley feel.

Pins fall over and people cheer. Fun for people, not fun for pins. Also each pin takes one tree to make. Every pin is tossed out after one use. There is a huge pile of trees out back. They are shaved down, shaped and painted on site. Was a treat to watch the process of the creation of a pin.

Organized a fund raiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters. The owner stayed open after normal hours just to accommodate our group. Great service right from the main counter/shoe pickup through to the bar and snack bar.

We have always had a good time at Echo Bowl. It is a standard bowling alley with all the traditional things (snack bar, arcade, beer etc), and that's what makes it great. I am on their email list which offers me great discounts, and sometimes even free stuff! I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Terrible place. Not kids friendly at all. We had kids birthday party booked. While taking photos of kids playing bowling the staff member ( man with the pierced ear) told us not to use any flash.Said we were disturbing the players on the opposite side of the premises. He was very rude and told us to move away before even the kids finished the game. Washrooms are small and not designed for children.Also dont expect to charge your phone there. The place has no electric outlets at all!Awful experince. Rude staff.

We had a family bowling party booked today and there was a bit of a mix up. Our booked time was cancelled and we weren’t able to bowl for another hour and a half. These things happen and the staff was apologetic. With it being family day they suggested I wait a few minutes in case someone cancelled. Sure enough, that happened and we were able to bowl. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. We were given a voucher to return which we will gladly do. They handled a not so nice situation and made their customers happy.

HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE! Rude man who refused to give us bumpers and was very rude about it. We were very polite when asking and said we had to be 8 to use bumpers, however i have been there only a few months ago and we got them no problem. We had a special needs person with us who was very upset by this and didn’t feel welcome in this environment. will not be going back. also accused me of stealing a cup to put my candy in even tho they were free. he said i had to wait for someone to give me one even though they were sitting out. when i went back to get a drink it took them me missing 2 turns to wait for them. also refused to do glow in the dark. the man working didn’t even know how much wlishies were

First they made me dump my fresh coffee at the front door so i could pay there over priced menu. Then they charged my 2 young kids and i 40 bucks for an hour of bowling. We were just about to start the 10th frame of our second game and we were cut off the second our hour ended. My kids were very upset we couldnt even have the 5 min to finish the game. Greedy establishment. All about the money. Very dissapointted to say the least.

The place needs new management big time! For a 1st time experience it was the absolute worst experience ever. I would rather drive half hour to an hour to go somewhere else then have poor service. The Mgr on was rude. I was planning on having my kids party there but after the experience had. I would have to say No. So they just lost out on 40 kids plus adults. I will passing the word to all the kids parents about my experience. So mostly like lost more business. That's too bad.

Day shift staff is very rude for just working at bowling ally answering phones and taking payments. Usually have such a pleasant time but day shift staff needs a little training on the way they speak to people. Then again maybe that’s why she works day shift in a bowling alley .. barley any customers.
