After a crazy 2 years we've all had, it was just so fun to feel 'normal again. Splitsville, followed protocol, though busy on a Friday waiting was at a minimum, server Vanessa was very kind and patient with our crazy crew as well. We celebrated a belated birthday and team building engagement and Vanessa was very accommodating, provided plates, cake knife and forks for our table.... thank you Spitsville Woodbridge for a fun night out.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this bowling spot. The weekends are extra fun, they have a live DJ. They have good food and a bar, making the experience even better. Their staff, Amanda, Martina and Caroline were so sweet, helpful and welcoming. This is going to be my go to bowling venue. I always enjoy my time there.

Fun place to bowl or host a party. The location is easy to access and there is plenty of parking. There are many lanes, the bowling balls are in okay condition and there is also a mini-arcade. The food quality could be improved, though. The pizza that was served was not the greatest in terms of quality.

Went in on Sunday before Thanksgiving Monday before 6pm for the $8 pp bowl. Lots of people before us were leaving, found out they were charging hourly lane rates! Asked to speak with the manager as I pulled up the website, had to ask 3 times as the young girls behind the counter didn't understand that request! When the manager arrived I asked her to show me where the exclusion was - she scrolled and said it applies to holidays - it’s Thanksgiving. So I stated Thanksgiving is tomorrow she said its the holiday (pretty sure they weren't offering their Thanksgiving Special today either!). In the end she gave us the 8 pp game, but the overall experience with staff and onsite management wasn't great. Buying tickets for the arcade portion after the fact was a similar experience with the girls not able to enter and make change once messing up the input of the bill I provided without help and a calculator. Not worth the drive from DT Toronto as a fun ‘go to’ attraction.

Visited here with family and had a lot of fun. The staff was friendly, we got couple of light bowling balls for our kids - kids had lot if fun as well. The only negative is they do not give any discount for online booking of lanes. And the place does get busy soon, so have to reserve lanes online so as to not disappoint kids... Will I visit this place again? Perhaps maybe, but it will not be my first choice because of the need to book online and no discounts offered for online reservations.

This was my first visit here. I waited over an hour for a drink I ordered as well as watched someone almost get run over in the parking lot that turned into me being a witness to a situation with cops involved.... I was then BANNED for being a witness. I would suggest never coming to this location as they have the worst management ever. The hamilton and Burlington location are amazing!

I came into Splittsville this past week and Caroline the front desk associate was beyond helpful with going over prices, covid safety protocols as well as bowling tips even though she said she doesn't bowl,she was a true star made us feel beyond welcomed,I am definitely coming back if she is working!!!I was shocked as to how much this place has changed since Woodbridge Bowl.

My favourite place to go bowling. It is really loud in here with the amount of people and the music in the background, but still enjoyable. The music video gets played on the TV so you are always occupied with something. The prices are really good and affordable for a group of friends. Will be coming back soon again to bowl!

We pretty much had bad experience. Something went wrong and we couldn’t play.Reported the issue. The girl over the desk was nice and called technician ! We waited for another 20 min no one showed up . I went to desk to talk with manager she was totally rude. After 5 min she said we guys are done and have to leave. We tried to explain what went wrong but she continues to show her attitude We were having good time but manager spoiled our mood . I would never come back again .

I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions. I went with my friends recently for a birthday. Danny D is a great help and fun guy. Fries and Wings are great! Definitely recommend. The price per hour for bowling is also the best I’ve seen with bowling places. Grab your friend/family and go enjoy a day or night of bowling! This is the place to do so.

Bowling and atmosphere was fantastic!! We love this bowling alley and we come all the time. Opened up again during covid - they clean all balls in between uses. You’re not allowed to walk around and switch balls you must ask a staff member. You must wear your mask when walking around, you can take it off when you’re bowling at your lane or sitting down. Every other lane is skipped for social distancing.

Incredible time here tonight! Such a fun spot for date night. Danny D was so accommodating and friendly right from the very beginning of our stay - ABOVE AND BEYOND! The newly renovated upstairs pool lounge was so nice. The sangria was delicious from our server Mary Grace. AWESOME SPOT! Highly recommend.

Had our kids birthday there with the family and we had a blast. The best part is that people of all ages love bowling. My only comment would be that their catering or group menu is a bit overpriced. But our hostess what great. She made sure we were taken care of from start to finish.

I was excited to visit splitsville woodbridge A few Thursdays ago. and had an amazing night. Lady josefine was amazing at managing leagues and my bowling because the leagues took over majority of the alley. Laura and amanda gave me a birthday shoutout which was amazing ans made our night. Food was amazing. However a taller dark skinned manager (lady) (godlynne) was very rude about getting us a lane ans accomidatong us. Shoutout to the staff who helped us hope to come back without the attitude from the manager (godlynne) she shouldny act like we were bothers to her. terrible management on her part.

Overall not a bad place. It was under construction so smaller compared to other bowling alley. Wait time was over 45 mins (Saturday night) and no glow in the dark which was a let down.

This place used to be Woodbridge Bowl, it has now been renovated to include an arcade and mezzanine seating area. It is, however, still as it was, in terms of bowling. Come here for a fun night out with friends to enjoy some bowling, laughs, and great music. My boy complaint was the selection of balls, as some of the ladies had to use heavier balls than they could handle and some of the men had balls that were too small for their fingers, but this may have been simply because of the time and day that we went, as it was very busy. If you’re looking for a quieter bowling environment, perhaps try avoiding peak hours!

Birthday package deals are excellently priced for what you get and new arcade area was a great idea, and adults, it's licensed too! Would highly recommend for adults or a family day out with the kids.

Kids loved bowling so much that they completely ignored the massive arcade! Ask for the rails so that the young ones can throw bowling balls without hitting the gutters. Very nice management and staff. Covid protocols followed very well and all of our balls and area were sprayed and cleaned. We were able to order nachos and enjoy them at our lane.

Celebrated my son's 9th birthday. Very reasonable prices. They have optional loot bags which was very convenient. Good service and friendly sruff. But most importantly was food. They make their own pizza which was one of the best I ate in my life. All of our guest agreed on that. Portions were big. Don't hesitate to order from their menu.

I tried coming here twice, on a Tuesday and Thursday, and couldn't even bowl. They have a league that plays every Monday to Thursday around 7-8:30ish. I called once, before arriving, to check if they had lanes available and they did, but only 4. My goal was to go bowling and save money, by going on those days, but it's practically impossible to do so. in my opinion it's pretty scammy and cheap, that their better offers are available during the "league" is playing.

I am part of a weekly bowling league that is held at this alley. Was weary on going back once they announced leagues started up again. I went to give it a try, and they are handling it very well. They are keeping everything clean, and following all regulations from the looks of it, including everyone inside wearing masks at all times. Gave me a bit of normalcy again, and be able to be around some people, while still being safe.

I came into the center Sunday afternoon with my daughter and Caroline at the front desk was very welcoming. We have not come bowling since before the pandemic and she took the time to speak to my daughter, bring her light balls, and the thing that helps the kids bowl out on the lane. We can’t wait to come back!

Went here for a Christmas gift. It was great! The areas were kept clean and we were provided with a selection of bowling balls. You can tell the staff care about the safety of their guests. Everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend you bowl here!

I was invited to my girlfriend’s 4yr son’s birthday party and was utterly disappointed.. first off, they had 8 pound balls for little toddlers which I found odd.. Secondly, the staff started clearing our section at 2:45p (the space was booked from 1p-3p) and tossed out slices of cake that the guests had left on the table while they were bowling! Moreover, when one of the moms scolded the staff for throwing out the untouched slices of cake - the waitress just shrugged her shoulders and continued cleaning! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and will NOT be returning!

The customer service was horrible waited in line for so long and no one acknowledged us, half the arcade machine were broken, and for some games when we swiped our cards it took the credits and did not allow us to play the game. The music in this place was loud we couldn't hear the arcade games we were playing. I definitely do not recommend this place better off going to playdium or the rec room.

We drove in from out of town because this was central for both parties. While we were conscious that it is March Break and busy, 45 minutes for drinks to arrive, after asking a few times for them, is not acceptable. A round of water would have been nice to help deal with Buffalo wings. While the food was good, it took a long time to have our order taken and be delivered. One order wasn’t placed with the rest and most people at our table finished eating before we found waitstaff to ask about the missing food. When we asked for help getting some smaller balls for the kids we were told we needed to go ourselves and ask strangers to give them up. Some lanes had 6 kids-sized balls and we had to scrounge to get 2 between 2 lanes of kids. 3 in the afternoon and there are alcohol bottles on the ground in the arcade area. Management offered a credit for the arcade, but didn’t seem genuine in hearing our concern. We won’t be headed back hear anytime soon and unfortunately that taints the name of the chain as well.

While we were bowling something went wrong in between . We asked for assistance and the employee directed us to the manager whose name is Claudette. Her approach was really very rude. Was not trying to solve the problem. Made us wait for so long . We asked to clear the issue and icrease our play time. She was not ready to do that. Then we told her to refund and still she wasnt ready to do that too. A really unprofessional managing. Rude ,unprofessional. Wasted our precious time. Very bad approach and assistance. I would never recommend that place unless she is being replaced.

Overall decent experience but the spot appears to be aged. The shoes that you rent for bowling are exceptionally old and broken and have a remarkable odour. Otherwise, the place appears to be in good running order. Didn't try the food but even at 10:30PM it was busy!

Brought our hockey team here in between tournament games for an afternoon of team bonding. Was a great experience! From start to finish the staff provided excellent customer service, and the facility was clean and well maintained. Anita was extremely helpful with our group booking, on the phone and via email. We were greeted with smiling faces at the front desk. Danny and Ebube were friendly and helpful - our girls especially loved the personalized welcome over the loud speaker. :-) Thanks to Kamal for the great food and to Heidi for making sure the girls and our families had all the food and drinks they needed. Would definitely recommend Splitsville Woodbridge for team parties!

Such a great place to pass the time, especially when they have $1.50 games on holidays (shoe rental extra). Food is really good and tastes amazing with big portions. Recently updated and renovated. If you do come during the week night be careful because it’s league night and you will likely not get a lane. Currently still having construction on upper level that Im told will be a lounge area. * pictured below- 1lb of wings, side of fries, grilled cheese with fries (comes with 2 grilled cheese sandwiches), and chicken wrap with caesar salad* Fries are super addicting and really delicious!! Staff are super friendly and will help you with almost anything. Place is toddler and kid friendly.

Great 10 pin bowling for the entire family. One lane for 3 people costs $20 including 3 bowling shoe rentals. There are food and drinks there at reasonable prices. There is free WiFi . The bowling balls have different weights with the lightest at 6 lbs. My 4.5 year old can carry it with two hands and place it on the child's steel ramp so he doesn't have to thrown or roll it. There is also a large area for arcade games.

Run of the mill bowling alley. Was here middle of the week in the summer, and they have specials for kids, so it was quite busy. Shoes pretty run down, good balls. Pins kept bouncing back into the lane. Lots of lanes.

Was there for a kids birthday party and decided to head to the bar to eat while the kids enjoyed bowling. Server at bar could use customer service training and was clearly flustered, little rude, to the point I asked if there was a problem. Burger took 30 minutes and when order came, was incomplete. Had enough, got my money back. Manager explained it was busy. I told her best that employees don't take frustrations out on customers and that if i would have been informed they couldn't handle the flow of people, id of understood. Flip side....kids had fun at bowling and this was our second time here. First time was fine.

my family and i had to wait super long for an alley and the food. and the place is unorganized and dirty. but, melanie, josephine, laura, and amanda were extraordinary and an amazing help to my family and i. i feel as if young staff helps the setting feel fun and enlightened. however, there is one manager who was very rude and not so helpful at all and made my family feel unease.

They propose 10 dollars off for the next time when we fill a survey. I did and I wanted to book online. The system does not accept discounts. Ok I want to go on walk in. There I am told I have to reserve online and the discount will be done on shoes rental. I reserve online come back and ask for the discount. And I am told the discount is not for shoes but only for the bowling in wal in!!! So why did they told me to go online???? I really had the impression they are laughing at their clients!!!

The staff is really friendly and extremely accommodating. My son enjoyed bowling and the place was properly sanitized. I ordered chicken quesadilla and was surprisingly good! Wow. So busy. An hour wait at least. Figured we could kill some time with the kids in the arcade. No one to buy tokens from... There's a sign to go to the front desk for help. We go. They send us back to the arcade. 15 minutes we're playing this game. Finally someone shows up after more people complain.

NEW HIGH SCORE!! Great place for the facilities, the bowling, and arcade area are both phenomenal! If you are here just for the facilities I 100% recommend Splitsville over most of the places that I have been to! The staff on the bowling side of the place were not too friendly, they were a little aggressive. The food, is not great, but that is to be expected from a bowling alley… as this is not a restaurant! The staff on the arcade side were super duper friendly! They helped answer all of the questions we had and even resolved an issue where the machine took our points. 3 out of 5 for now. Maybe a 5 next time!

Plan cautiously because this place gets packed! You will have to wait for shoes and balls to be available at peak times. If you buy pass through Groupon be aware that you are paying by the hour, so if you are half way into your game because your party is slow, the machine will still reset. The service is great and the food is reasonable.

First time coming here and terrible experience. First of, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait to get a lane but we ended up having to wait an hour and a half. So we went to the games area to waste time. We bought 2 $30 game cards and most of their games were out of order. No one was at the games area desk to even answer questions or to attend to guests. One of the associate kept saying that her manager was on her way there but the manager never came. It took one associate to about 30 minutes. No apology or anything. So fast forward for an hr and a half later, we're told that we will be in lane 1 and 2 but they sold lane 1 before we even got our shoes. So they moved us to 2 and 3 but 3 was also sold and they ended up moving us to 5 and 6. We get to 5 and 6 and the players from the league confronts us saying to not bowl because we weren't supposed to be there because they're 'elites' and no one is allowed to be beside them so now we're waiting even longer just to start our game. And still, no one ever apologized.. EDITED: Update - manager talked to us saying she will give us extra 20 minutes because we waited. She never gave us the 20 minutes and when we told her about it, she responded with 'I added it in' when the whole time we were watching the timer. Don't tell your guests you'll give them compensation and not do it. All they needed to do was apologize but still never received it.

This place is crowded 85% of the time and the prices for their food is through the roof ! Only reason I come back is for the for friendly staff and their amazing service. Also, their arcade is fun for kids but you have to reload the card at the counter before entering. The arcade. Watch out for some machines though, they eat up the credits (act as tokens) really quickly. Not many people know this but their is a nice lounge with a bar upstairs, where u can order food, there’s a bar for drinks, and there’s a pool table. $2 in loonies for one game of pool. If you don’t have change that’s ok, the person at the bar or the front counter can break it into change for you. Tip: eat somewhere else before going there. Cause there’s no discount on food. And there’s no point spending so much money on a small dish of fries and other stuff.

Decent bowling, staff could treat customers better. Overall the equipment looks new and functional. Ordering chicken fingers but on Sat night they were behind so food arrived late, again you have to chase down someone for an update on your order. Washrooms okay and fully functional. Feels crowded, kids running around like it's a daycare across multiple lanes, parents didn't care. Maybe looking for a lawsuit on your pocket. I wouldn't come back unless I have a Groupon or something like that.

Bowling balls were in bad condition and there were a very small variety of sizes and finger sizes. Food was bad and EXTREMELY overpriced as well as poorly advertised. A "Jumbo" Pretzel was $6.50 and no more than 6 inches across. A Philly cheese-steak sandwich cost $16. $16 for a sandwich!! Unbelievable. Service was terrible, a worker came to our table with the wrong food, and another worker completely forgot that we ordered water and we wait 35 minutes for a simple order of a pretzel and 3 drinks. The arcade was fun but dysfunctional. I played a 2 player pirate-themed shooting game and one of the guns didnt even work! I revived myself to see if it would fix it, but it didn't. Wasted 20/200 credits on a $30 card. When I was finished using my card, there was nobody at the damn prize counter so I couldn't even redeem my tickets for prizes. Absolute joke of an establishment.

I never actually got to bowl when i went here... We dropped in on a Tuesday night because we were early for dinner at the Copa which is next door. I'm giving them four stars because when I walked in the place was so busy. I'm not sure if there's a league on Tuesday nights and that was the reason but every lane was full people were having a really great time and the place looked bright and like alot of fun. They must be doing something right! I will definitely be by at some point.

Came here for the first time today and had the worst experience. The lady at the front desk was nice but service is very slow waited 5mins before anyone acknowledged my appearance and I was with 4 kids. As we got in and went to our lanes we needed the railings for the kids to slide the ball on. I looked for one for about 10 minutes while all of there’s were broken and all the lady could say was “well there ain’t any left” I have 4 kids who can’t bowl without it????? I didn’t see any concern for a customer who is spending nearly 60$ here. Anyways, won’t be back. First and last time. This place needs to learn to learn how to interact with people on a more professional level

Our server was amazing amd was there every step of the way forus. We had our child's B'day party there for 8 adults, 10 kids. I won't recommend this place for an event, our food order was messed up but our server fixed it, lots of confusion for the first 35 mins because the events coordinator dis not write down the order properly which i dis 2 weeks in advance. Luckily I had my receipt otherwise i would be paying double. I asked to order 2 Bottles of wine and the bar tenders told me they only do glass portions at $7.99/ Glass for 8 adults and I ordered 5 rounds. The wine levels were different every time as they dis not have measuring cup for each wine glass. Why don't you have the bottle option? Need to improve on delivering better service on your events. Food was good and our waitress pulled through.

Visited on a Thursday which coincidentally was a promo day after 6PM "buck-a-bowl". I dropped by at 6PM; I was told that leagues start in 30 minutes and that they cannot give me and my date a lane... however they could have if I had shown up 10 minutes earlier (huh?). On the way out, I encountered a family that had the same experience. Unless you'd like to support unscrupulous business practices, I'd suggest taking your money elsewhere. There are a lot of other glow in the dark bowling places out there. This place is an embarrassment to the city of Vaughan.

We had a 6 year old bday party here and let me tell you how much fun everyone had. Vanessa was an amazing host to our group of 15. We had a blast with 3 lanes, 3 pizzas and variety of pop and juice. Who do you think you are, I am?!?! Well to answer that question... his name is Danny D. The employee we need, but don't deserve. I was getting so much pin action on the Brooklyn side tonight that my lane broke down 3 times. Danny D (who else of course?) takes care of business and provides us with extra time to make sure our group can finish our game and make our amateur hour scores official. In that extra time we were provided, the lane broke down a 4th time. It couldn't handle the pin action we were generating. Danny D, the hero we needed, and obviously didn't deserve, provided us with 4 free games for our next visit to Splitsville. We will definitely be returning, likely on multiple occasions. Danny D was extremely helpful, courteous, and understands how to operate a business.

A fine bowling alley, with a great arcade that offers food, and music. I was playing with two of my friends, and was in second. The hour we paid for was running out, and I never got an extra turn due to this, and finished in last. So, what I’d recommend, is to make sure all players get the same amount of turns (excluding a possible second turn in 10th frames). Great ambience, though!

Bowling with Toddlers: Metal ramps available for kids to push the ball down so it gets enough speed. Lightest ball is 6 lbs – manageable for a 3 year old with supervision. Rental shoe sizes start at toddler size 9. Feet smaller than that bring clean running shoes. Gutter guards raised upon request. Pricing when we went on a weekday morning was shown online as $2.99 per game for walk ins. That means that each kid playing on the lane pays $2.99. It was good value as it took our 3 and 5 year olds longer than 1 hour to play a game. Kids arcade games on site. Place was clean, modern and bright with friendly staff. We arrived at opening and got a lane promptly. Later on, it got busier. We had a fun time and will come again!

We were there Dec 18th for my daughter's basketball Team social. Great venue to host this event for the roughly 14 people who managed to come out - we originally had a bigger group but due to the quick rise in COVID cases, a few people dropped out. Thanks to Anita for being flexible with our group! Everyone ordered food and I would say everyone enjoyed their meals which included chicken wings, chicken fingers, nachos, hamburgers, hot dogs, club house...etc. Of course the bowling was fun! Anyhow, thanks Splitsville for helping out with out Team event!

We came in with a couple of families with kids, the lady working there named Veronica was super rude, I haven't seen such conduct from a customer facing person in a public place in a while if ever. along with bowling alley we ordered a bunch of food and beverages and placed it on a table next to our designated lane, this girl comes up and sais:" you have to move your stuff out of here" made us very uncomfortable and frustrated, the kids did not understand what was going on and why some teenager is screaming at us, we paid for our services and food, we should be able to have the kids sit down and eat their food. They said it was reserved for a party but there was no sign neither did they have a problem selling us the lane along with quite a bit of food and drinks. we asked to speak to a manager and this girl gives us a face taps her foot and walks away, it felt like we were dealing with a grumpy teenager. The lady that presented herself as a manager did not have much more customer service skills neither did she look any older than 16. Horrible experience and horrible place to bring your kids to. Very embarrassing and no service or competence from anyone that worked there. It felt like everybody who worked there is of teen age and just clocking hours with no skills or desire to work and especially around kids! THE FACILITY IS GREAT BUT THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE SEEN EVER AND NOT JUST FROM ONE PERSON BUT EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE

Visited 1 week to celebrate a birthday and we were charged $43 so we decided to go back following week to celebrate another birthday and we were charged $53 because they had to reserve the lanes for us. Explained we had visited the week and were charged a different price but it did not matter. Not impressed with their customer service or management! Our office organized company bowling. The Splitsville staff were helpful although they gave us knives and forks long after they served our food. The food was so-so. I'm not a fan of the "disco bowling" thing where the lights are turned off and colored lights flash all around. My main gripe is that the bowling balls had such small holes, especially the ones I needed (10lbs and 11lbs). This made bowling much less enjoyable than usual (I had to use a 12-pounder which was too heavy for me)

I have been going to splitsville since I was a freshmen in highschool(i am currently 24 for context purposes). I have always had an amazing experience there. This week me and my friends met up at spiltsville expecting an equally amazing experience. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Upon attempting to order adult beverages I realized I had not grabbed my ID from my vehicle. I simply went to the car to grab it and come back to a friend speaking to the manager. I came to the manager thinking everything was fine as we are all over the age of 23. The manager denied us service and I was appalled. The manager denied service because as he said "my server doesn't want to serve you, and i am backing her up". I could completely understand if we were disrespectful, however that was not the case. The customer service in this establishment is terrible. I have never in all of my years of coming here experienced such rude and childish behaviour on the part of the server and the manager. To the extent that regardless of anything I said he was cutting my off as though my words had no meaning. He pretended he was not hearing what we were saying through our masks and dismissed us. Granted not every employee was disrespectful. Some are amazing. But it definitely left a bad impression (enough to write this review). I hope they can do better in the future. I will not be bringing my business here ever again.

Any who went there they said "oh only reservation u should have called" . We said we called they said "oh yah we are not picking up calls"... What the hell? What do you mean we are not picking up calls? And best part it was empty when we got there, they could have at least given us one lane for an hour until the people came .. Pricing is reasonable for only certain days. Its also better to be subscribed to get coupons that are "okay". For people who want to play $2 by the game they technically charge you $2 per head. Example: If you have 4 people and you want to play 3 games, it will be ( $2 x 4ppl= $8 x 3games = $24) and then you gotta add shoe rentals for 4 people and it will be (4ppl x $4.49 shoe rental = $17.96) so when you add up the total amount of games and shoe rental ($24 + 17.96 = $41.96 + 0.13% tax = $47.41) So $47.41 is what you pay for with games,shoes and tax included when you go for $2 "by the game". It sounds hella dumb to pay that much when you spend $2 "per game" when they actually mean "per head". ???? But in any case it sounds slightly better than paying $32-$43 "by the hour".

Amazing bowling environment. Came here for a fun night out with friends to enjoy some bowling, laughs, and great music. My boy complaint was the selection of balls, as some of the ladies had to use heavier balls than they could handle and some of the men had balls that were too small for their fingers, but this may have been simply because of the time and day that we went, as it was very busy. If you’re looking for a quieter bowling environment, perhaps try avoiding peak hours!

The wait is long for everything expect arcade games since its over priced for less then dollar store prizes. Not very clean place and staff were rude. The billiards table were $1x2 for a play, asked a staff to exchange a $10bill for Lonnie and she said we don't exchange coins.. I guess she doesn't want business. I had a lot of fun bowling at Splitsville. The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean. They only allow 5 people per lane ans because there were 6 of us, we were kind of frustrated that we had to pay for an additional lane. It worked out for the best though since we got to bowl more :) Only surprising thing, is they didn’t ask for proof of vaccination…

Never bowled at this place, but the trying-to-get-in experience is enough to warrant a two star. I went to this place twice - once on a weekday and once on a weekend. I was told the wait times were a little over an hour to an hour and a half. So I tried to reserve a lane for a weekday when they have specials going on. The website is really nice and convenient to make a booking, till you get to the payment page where it asks you to pay the full price for the lane. It's easy to miss the fine print on their website that says the specials are not applicable to online reservations. Ambience is first class but place is way overcrowded. Pay full price for reserving a lane, or be prepared to wait for more than an hour to get a special price.

What a wonderful experience Fun on the Run had! Thank you to Danny and the other fantastic team members at Splitsville Bowling Alley, Fun on the Run (Before-and-After School Programs) had a blast bowling. With over 300 campers registered, each of them enjoyed visiting Splitsville and continuously request to go back! I could not believe how incredible the service was. Their team even delivered fresh pitchers of water for our multiple groups which was so much appreciated. The music and glow-in-the-dark experience was also amazing! I have been coming here for a long time and have never had issues up until today I was bowling for an hour and 40 min in people came to bowl as well two lanes over and they got served right away meanwhile the whole hour I was there I was not asked once if I wanted a drink or food or anything for that matter. All the staff is exceptional but the older man working the front counter really disappointed me with his service at least coming over once to see if I needed anything would have been great but nothing hope this changes

Apparently others are also in the same boat as I am. Their management and staff are appalling. Everyone else also has the same complaints of their staff members being horrible. Horrible customer service skills. Specifically the girl “Sera” and the Manager “Danny D” Please, please, Don’t go to the arcade either. Their machines are broken and take double your credits and don’t even turn on. Its a scam and waste of money. When trying to cash out some items they care about every single penny, and won’t give you a 10 cent toy which you rightfully deserved. They’d rather argue instead. It makes no sense. Danny D and Sera are the worst. I can’t speak for the other management or staff, but everyone else has bad experiences with them so I’m not the odd one out.

AMAZING STAFF. Great deals, great prices, great atmosphere, and great food. Absolutely LOVE their fries. Freshly baked and taste as blissful as Costco fries which are surprisingly delicious fresh or soggy. Came with a group but everything got disorganized as what started as a group of 11 suddenly turned into a group of 20. The worker stayed with us and offered really good tips as to make it the best experience for the cheapest price. No complaints whatsoever. This place was very horrible they actually don't care about customer satisfaction the lane stopped working and they couldn't move us we wasted more han half hour couldn't play. They didn't even offer to extend the time. The food was horrible fries were dry and meal was just nasty. Tables were dirty to begin with. First off this place is filthy. There is a ant infestation in the kitchen. The bar is full of mold and rotted fruit. All the staff is new with little to no training. There is this one server, believe her name is Vanessa. She was very unprofessional and very rude. Her attitude alone brought down the energy of my group. I would not hesitate to walk out an establishment with her in it. The GM has no idea what he is doing, (also recommend hospitality training and management training, there is a lack of..) Atmosphere isn't all bad just could be cleaner and more organized. The staff needs to be trained properly and some staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers, it doesn't hurt to be a better person overall. Go to bowl and buy bottled drinks, stay safe! Thats all folks.. i would rate .5 of a star.

Plenty of lanes. All with bumpers which can be raised for kids and lowered for more experienced bowlers during the same game. An amazing feature. 6 pound balls for young kids are in very short supply. Bar area is nice and has around 3 screens for watching sports. Place can get very busy with multiple parties. Shoes are ok quality. Place is very clean and has a good menu. Arcade games area available too.

The worst quality lanes I have ever experienced. LITERALLY NO OIL ZONE. When you spin your bowl, it goes into gutter after 2 meter LOL. Althought it is not a hook ball and I start from the end of a lane, it goes into the opposite side of gutter. And they put ALL their balls in lanes. They don't have any ball at the back. So you cant find balls that you want. You just need to bowl with the balls that were in your lanes already. Or you can go around and ask people that they are not using a ball that you want. Expensive than other bowling places and doesny meet minimum standards.

I was very disappointed by the indifference and disinterest shown by the front desk staff. There was no effort or attempt to "make right" the concerns that I raised - there was no effort at all from the staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This is an affordable bowling alley for a group of friends and it’s open till late in the night which is great for a last minute or late night plan. Used to go here to bowl because my good friend was an employee and knew the area well. My last two visits were absolutely horrible, as the customer service that they say is held to a high standard was nowhere to he found. I was supposedly charged for 1 hour and 45 minutes of bowling when I was told by the person at the desk it would be two hours. My game was cutoff earlier than I thought, and we were not able to finish our session. When I voiced my concern about paying for 2 hours and only being given 1 hour and 45 minutes, the manager on duty said that the person who took my payment was gone for the night and this could not be verified. I expressed that I just wanted to finish the game, we only had one round left and there were still other bowlers playing, but I was told that ALL systems were shut down for the night. How could all systems be down if other people were bowling? We received a free game for 5 people as a customer service gesture after talking to another manager, which was apparently only authorized because my friend worked at the bowling alley. (This took place in early December 2021) Fast forward to February 1st 2022. Second day out of province wide lockdown. I gathered 7 other friends to use our coupon for the free game, which was for 5 people, I was going to pay for the cost of the other 3 people. The coupon expired on January 31st 2022, but we were in lockdown at that time so I was willing to pay for all 8 people if they would not honour the expired coupon. The name on the coupon was not mine so after I did my covid screening I brought my friend to the counter with me to talk to Danny, who I can only assume is some level of manager. IMMEDIATELY, I was being aggressively denied by Danny, telling us that he is not able to provide assistance with the expired coupon and that a “big boss” had to handle it. When I asked for a “big boss” he said that there was not one present. During peak operating hours there was not anyone qualified to help us with the coupon. Their own website says that managers are trained to handle customer service issues if someone of that level is not present. When I expressed that the coupon was for a customer service issue in the first place, Danny told us that he is done talking to us and we should have called during the lockdown to see what their answer was. At this point I attempted to save the night by paying for everyone to bowl, regardless of the coupon. He proceeded to ask me “what are you trying to prove here?”, and told me that if he wanted to he could kick me out. I turned my attention away from him and tried to get the attention of someone else, but he looked at that person and told them not to serve us. He then told the people I was with that they could not bowl if I was with them. We ended up leaving and spent around $200 on food and drinks at a place called Bowlero Brampton, which wasn’t too far of a drive. I understand that my situation was not easy for anyone to deal with, but I was more than happy to forget about it at the time and get it solved another time. Danny decided that it was better to lose our service to and prove that he did not uphold the customer care that he was “trained for”.When we sent an email to the customer service reps, the response was that they hope we come back to make up for the experience. I don’t think so.

Horrible place worst service ever 32$ for a watered down pitcher and 2 hours wait for a bowling lane. No one should come here! Would give it no star rating if possible. To top it off I got a cold sore on my lip after drinking beers and shots out of their glasses. Beyond disgusting. Spent 60$ for games in the arcade and half the games did not even work properly. The game will take the credits off your game card but wont work... Recommending for no one to go here.

Came here with a group of 10 and our visit was precooked with payment. Even though we had booked in advance, the location didn't seem prepared. We were told we had to order our food and drinks at the bar on the first floor and go seat ourselves at a table upstairs. If we wanted another drink we'd have to return to the bar. The food arrived at different times even though it was ordered together. One of the guests at the table ordered a pizza and it arrived cold. He calmly asked if it could just be warmed up a bit. The waiter came back no less than 20 minutes later with the same pizza (a slice was missing) and it was still cold. There was no apology offered and he was still charged for the entire pizza even though he couldn't even finish half of it. It seems like customer service really isn't priority here.

The female employee I spoke to on the phone on Saturday February 2nd 2019 at 10pm was extremely rude and abrupt during the conversation. I called 2 hours prior to my unpleasant call and was told there would be lanes available at 10pm, when I called again in the car of my 40 minute drive to vaughan, I was told I would need to come in and be put on a waiting list. The employee that answered my first call should have told me there was a possibility that I would be put on a waiting list. The employee I spoke to on my second call was very rude and ended the conversation quickly and pretty much hung up on me. Very disappointed in my conversation and would suggest the employees get trained on how to speak to a customer. You lost my business, because the female employee I spoke to has extremely poor communication skills.

Staff is rude and immediately started treating me poorly, i guess because I didn’t tip on the 7$ beer I bought. Loud with children running around disrespecting people around them. Go elsewhere.

Just had my daughters 8th birthday party there. Her and 12 of her friends had an absolute blast. Sandra was super friendly and patient. She made the event go perfect and was willing to help with anything we needed. The staff was fast and friendly and the venue itself was clean and organized. The prices for a child's party are very affordable and considering what's included with the package the value is there for sure. Thank you Sandra and staff for helping us make great memories. Highly reccomend for a childrens party and even just a family outing.

This place is DISGUSTING. First, they over-charge you big time by charging you by the game. Second, they don't clean this place. It's gross -- popcorn, spilled pop, food, all laying under the seats and around the floor. This wasnt just in our lane either. Third, the shoes REEK. All of them. I went with 4 people and all the shoes smelt like mold, fungus and sweat covered by a weak overlay of shoe deodorant. Even with the shoes on you could sense the odor. Fourth, want to watch a game? Think again. They have projectors in front of the lane that are dimmed (or just so weak) that you can barely identify what you're watching. I'm not exaggerating here, the projectors are illegible. Their service level here is also worth mentioning. We had a child with us so we asked that they come lift the bumpers. It took them 10 minutes to send someone.

Short lineups, friendly staffs, arcade, pro shop, bar at the top floor, with pool tables, they bring you the food directly to the alley you are playing in. A good place to hang out on the weekend.

The bowling balls were sticky. The screen went red often because of an unknown error? and we had to stop playing until it was fixed (loss of time). Music is loud, not kid friendly at all! It would have been nice if there was a variety of music rather than just rap.

The lanes and bowling balls are great, however, the staff is very rude. The manager lacks customer service skills. On the plus side, the bartenders serve to everyone. Will not be bringing my kids back here

The place is well kept, the DJ is great, and so was our server. The staff at the front wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and was actually a bit rude. Other than that, I’d recommend this place. It’s pretty unfortunate that before we even began bowling, we weren’t treated very nicely. The sign at the back with pricing options and bowling options is very difficult to read when the writing is small and the lights are dimmed, and the person attending to us at the front didn’t bother to tell us the options when I mentioned that I couldn’t read the sign due to the small writing and the lighting. Changing our shoe size because they were a tad bigger also warranted attitude from the staff as well. It was my first time, so maybe the staff is usually friendly, but it definitely wasn’t a good impression with regard to customer service. The food is average, which is expected at a bowling alley.

Too bad the stars don’t go into the negatives... I recently went to Splitsville with a group of my friends to where I was told there were no available times even after I called countless times to make sure there were lanes available since you cannot book over the phone. The amount of disrespect that was given by the employees was disgusting and I do not think I can express how angry iam with the way my group and I was treated. They lost 6 paying costumers to which I can promise I will never return again, what a waste of time.

Called a few places to see if they were child friendly before deciding to go to this one. & I’m glad I chose this location! Absolute Amazing Place to bowl, Had a blast, the environment is amazing, spacious, clean, & good music just all around good vibes!!!! was served by elanor and Vanessa, they offered me two of their new drinks the ‘chocolate martini’ and the ‘drink-sakle for my son! We were overcharged for 3 pair of shoe rentals when we only requested 1 pair. When we noticed the overcharge and asked for a correction, it took 15 minutes to get someone at the till who knew how to do it. Also 8.00 per game seemed really expensive.

Came here after dinner @ Copa Cabana for my husbands birthday .. We did not bowl but there is an upstairs area that’s great for lounging and relaxing .. We had an amazing and upbeat server name Unice!Even though we only got fries and some drinks she constantly was checking in and making sure we were ok. Only reason why I did not give 5 stars was because the fries were way too salty to enjoy but if you are looking for a good service at this place definitely ask for Unice

Great bowling place! First time ever going there and it was awesome. Amazing music, nice staff and place is kept very clean. Didn’t really like that fact that few people are taking their masks off, playing without a mask on without being reminded to keep masks on when playing. Should be a little more strict rules on wearing a mask when playing (if possible) as COVID cases are rising rapidly. Amazing place though without a debt! Will go again.

Enjoyed a couple of games of bowling with the kids. Busy location so a little cramped in the sitting area. Service was prompt and efficient. "Ramps" are available for kids to use when bowling if they can't "throw" the balls.

The staff is very rude, the manager is extremely disrespectful and they refused to give me a refund this one time I went and because i refused to leave until I got my refund one male employee threatened me to leave or else he said he would personally escort me which I found very disrespectful. ALSO I CAUGHT THEM SERVING ALCOHOL TO MINORS WHICH I COULD NOT BELIVE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR I.D WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE I WILL BE MAKING SURE MY KIDS NEVER GO HERE AS I AM WORRIED THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL . Just a really bad experience. Lanes were super dark on a sunny Sunday afternoon, and for some reason they had no food and drink available. Luckily I brought in a bottle of water with me, but had to hide it as they have signs on the door saying no outside food and drink, while their kitchen and bar is closed. I guess people are supposed to just thirst while bowling? But what really upset me was that all lanes were basically dry and had very minimal oil pattern. Every shot I threw hooked to the left and guttered. I had to go from a skilled, hooking-throw to basically a granny straight throw of the ball. I even went to step beyond the toe-line and my shoes barely slipped. $60 for a couple to bowl 1 hour on a dry lane? I wanted to leave after 15 minutes. I won’t be going back. This isn’t a place to go if you wanna play remotely competitive.

I came here for my birthday with a group of 3. The service was incredible, there were ample enough of bowling balls to go around. Sanitized and sanitizer everywhere. This place is well maintained with incredible staff that was helpful. Don’t forget about the food. The wings and fries are definitely amazing! Perfect bowling palace!
