No frills, simple and it works. Went for the $10 (no tax, nothing) 9:30 - midnight bowling. To be honest it's more like 10pm - 11:30pm since it takes that long to get set up and they close half an hour early. A little deceptive, and hardly cheaper than paying full price since it's only like $5.50 an hour. Regardless it was great. Beer available. Good night of cheap fun.

I've been here multiple times, with a small group of friends and large corporate events. It's always been a good time at this place, fun environment and even great food and drinks! It's a very large facility and there are a bunch of lanes so you can probably get in any day of the week (that they're open). I would definitely recommend this place!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE staff and I will highly WON’T recommend any person of colour because you’ll get looks by very RACIST staff. This place is awesome! I've been to multiple bowling alleys in the GTA, this is by far the best! The place doesn't smell like old smoke, its an open concept with 48 lanes! The prices are pretty cheap! Every day there are different deal and what not! On the weekends they have cosmic bowling and a DJ on Saturdays! The food is also awesome! Typical bar type foods; burgers, fries, chicken fingers, nachos and they do it superb! Cannot lie, I also dabbled in the Bar, so had an overall amazing experience! I'd recommend this place to anyone!!

Final star for the fun bowling. The fifth star was lost to the food, which I think could use more staffing in order to manage with the orders. Took an hour for a hotdog.

We attended Planet Bowl for a company event and had a blast! They strictly followed COVID protocol and sanitizing procedures - which made us more comfortable being - and the food and service was great. Will definitely be back!

Great place for boiling. Have been here twice attending corporate year end events Nov 2018 and Nov 2019. The place is huge, lots of bowling lines and never faced any technical problems in multiple lanes we booked. Food is good, chicken wings crunchy and pizzas really tasty. Will definitely visit with my family if I lived closer to place. Shoes both times are clean and look like brand new.

Plant bowl is by far the nicest bowling alley I have been to. However their staffs are the worst bunch of people I have ever met . They are so unfriendly and rude, so they make the whole experience horrible. Especially two girls who worked on the Wednesday night on 9/27/2017, were so impolite and answered without a manner. They seem like they don't know what the customer service meaning is at all! I would love to go back there to play and enjoy the fun time with my family and friends, but those kinds of staffs make me hesitated to go back.

Great value for a place to bowl. The place is a bit run down but the lanes are in good shape and play for hours! They have big and small bowling balls. They offer snacks and food that you can purchase and some claw prize games. They are open late so this really offered my friends and I a place to play when others were full and a lot of them in Toronto have shut down.

I've been going to Planet Bowl for a few years now, it's my go to place for a night of bowling and catching up with old friends! There's a ton of lanes, biggest bowling centre in the Toronto/Halton region that I've been to. Never have to line up, great service, clean set-up. There's a bar/restaurant inside, and also the plaza is surrounded by great cuisine.

Really nice 48 lane bowling alley. Well maintained and clean. Snack bar provides the usual fare of burgers, wraps, wings and pizza. Extra lane screens provide live sports so you can keep up with the game while bowling

We had a Christmas party at this bowling alley. Place has many lanes and they are well maintained tables and main areas were clean. Balls are old but they work fine, shoes were decent. On the other had food is not good, and beer tastes funny. Washrooms were dirty and smelled really bad. Other than that we had lots of fun.

This is one of the best bowling places around. The fun starts at 8pm. Just kinda pricey so I'm giving it a four but otherwise it's a total 5/5.

Staff is friendly and pricing is reasonable, for the three of us with food and I mean the food was nachos, chicken fingers, wings, pizza and a pitcher of pop. With one hour lane and three pairs of shoes, total price with tax $100. It’s big and you don’t feel congested. Great place to bring the family.

Customer service is pretty rough and it feels like every day that would be a good bowling night turns out to be a league night so they don’t let the public in. I wish they would change their open hours if it was going to be used for leagues only so everyone could find out before they showed up.

They’ve got 40 lanes, we came at least once a week since a month ago, every single time we had to wait at least 30 mins, but we saw there were at least 10 empty lanes in a row are no nobody playing. I don’t get it why they make you wait. I tried to come in different time to see if it’s less wait time, but either in the morning or in the afternoon are always need to wait! This is not good, you have more than 10 empty lanes and you don’t let people in! And one female staff with long hair at the cashier who wears eye glassesis always not nice, every time I come, her tone of her response is very rude, would not recommend this place for bowling, the wait time is unacceptable when you see there have 10 empty lanes!

A great family friendly place perfect for birthdays and other events. Don't let that deter you if you don't have kids. This place not only has a great snack food selection but it also has a bar attached as well. In the evening, the lights turn off for a glow in the dark experience but it can get quite busy at this time on weekends so expect an hour wait or more if all the lanes are full and you are a big group. Unfortunately, reservations for lanes are only for groups of 16 and more. Luckily there is an arcade to pass the time.

This is about the restaurant / cafeteria called Orbit cafe which operates inside the bowling alley . I was expecting crappy fast food but never rotten , I ordered a nacho platter, fries, chicken fingers and a bacon cheeseburger , I brought everything to my table in a cart and decided to eat my burger but detected something wrong after the first bite , something in the past was weird , so instinct kicked in a decided to smell it , and all my nightmares came to the front seat, the beef smelled like rotten beef , I asked the other guys around and we all agreed , it was rotten , so I grabbed the plate and asked the employee to come to the side so I could talk to her , she ignored me , so I went in front of her and I told her that the beef was spoiled . she snatched the plate from my hand and rushed to the kitchen 2 minutes later she came out and told me it going to be 30 minutes for another one , I told her no thanks I don't want another burger (for obvious reasons I just wanted a refund so she said you have to wait until everyone in the long line is taken care of , so I waited for about 20 minutes , after that she announced that the waiting for food would be 45 minutes as the has a long queue and she couldnt take more orders, at this point people I went closed to the register and I noticed she was about to go on a break and another employee was taking her role so I asked her if she could give me the refund , she said no as she was on a break . so I left ...the moral of the story ? Rotten food, untrained and rude employees . never coming here again , I lost about 30 minutes of my bowling time and left very upset

me and my friends came to the arcade filled with plushies and there were two. One was out of order and the other one seemed okay. Everyone had a loonie except I had two so put in mine and it wasn't working. Me and my came to the customer service to get a refund. And the guy rudly told us that many kids came to them and say its not working. And he told us didnt you see that the machine doesnt look on! And you know what. I was going to get a plushie for my little brother. I am not coming here ever! I prefer classic bowl.

Disgusting behavior by the staff! Confused the employee restroom for the public restroom and accidentally walked towards to. Encountered two employees at the cash who misbehaved with us and rudely asked us to “Get out”! They could easily point out our mistake and direct us to the right restrooms. There’s a way to behave with your guests! The tone and language was so condescending. Absolutely won’t go back!

The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because the location isn't great. It's in a suburban office park area where taking a bus there is more worthwhile than attempting to walk there.

Had a great time... but they get super busy at night... we filled to make a reservation but they told us we couldn't... and we were told to just come in and we'd be fine... we waited for a lane for over an hour. They was so many people there waiting... they shouldn't tell people to come In and wait. The people behind the counter and rude aswel. Lanes are very well maintained, social and league bowling is extremely organised. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. If you do plan on going later in the night, be prepared to wait as leagues do have priority after 6pm

The lanes are nice, although there was removal issues with lanes one and two, and it took the staff a while come help and move us elsewhere. The pizza is good and made quickly. Half of the things in the arcade are out of order, and it isn't much of an arcade anyway: it's just a bunch of claw machines. That being said, it is still a bowling alley, and it isn't terribly expensive.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I absolutly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We arrived on a sunday and were told there are 2 lanes open to the public and the wait would be approx. 15mins to 45mins. We decided to wait and put our name on the list. After waiting inside with our 2 small children (staring at about 20 unused lanes) we decided to ask if they had any idea how much longer we will be waiting. The staff then told us they had no idea how long the wait would be and that there are two people (groups) in front of us. Meanwhile only one of the lanes open to the public was being used and when we asked the people playing on it if the other lane was being used, they said yes, we are waiting for more people to come so we will be a while. We decided to leave as we could have been waiting for 2 or more hours. The staff were not very friendly or helpful and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Terrible service and extremely unorganized. Don’t waste your time.

Went bowling with a group of 6 people last week, asked for 2 rounds of bowling; extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. One of our bowlers (12 y/o) has a disability and has limited use of her right arm, making bowling a bit of a challenge. we asked for bumpers to be put up and explained the reason why - staff was hesitant but agreed to do it. About half way through our game another staff member came over and put the bumpers down and shouted that we weren't allowed to have them up because there was no one under 10 years old...I have NEVER had a problem requesting bumpers at any other bowling alley...When I inquired further, the staff member was short and snappy and repeated that nobody was under 10. I asked for clarification as I'd never heard this rule, she said that we would damage the bumpers by hitting the bowling balls against them. Is that not what bumpers are for? to be bumped in to by bowling balls? Quite confusing. the 12 y/o was clearly becoming uncomfortable and so I did not make more of a fuss. I politely went up to the desk following this interaction and explained that we would be ending our time short and explained why. The staff member seemed unbothered, no apology issued...and to make matters worse, another member of our group went up to the desk afterwords (because our lane stopped working) and overheard the staff talking about how much trouble I was giving them. I will not be coming back to this location and will be letting my friends and family know about the lack of accessibility and understanding/common courtesy we received.

Generally good place to bowl but if you go during the day on a weekend there are way too many little kids everywhere. We have been sandwiched between birthday parties with kids bowling on our lane and taking our ball on more than one occasion. Staff are good and price is good. Extremely condescending behavior by the staff. My husband and brother are new to the place and they accidently confused the employee washroom for the public washroom. On entering the area by mistake, instead of being directed to the right washroom they were told and I quote, "Get out of here" by the lady and the gentleman at the cash. It was so demeaning and disrespectful. Mistakes happen. It's normal. Instead of being courteous, the staff were downright disrespectful and racist. It ruined our whole experience! Absolutely disgusting.

There was about 16 of us that got together for bowling then Twin Fish for supper. It was very busy and we had to wait for about an hour but the amount of times I went back to bug and see how much longer it would be they were very nice and helpful. Horrible service. Can't pay before you bowl, shoe rental is expensive, no Pro shop. Broke a bowling ball due to poor lane conditions and lack of knowledge of proper lane maintenance. Waited a month for news on the bowling ball that had broken until my brother and I went down and asked. they gave us a NEW one and agreed to pay for the FULL drilling cost. another month later after the ball was drilled we went to go and get reimburse for the drilling was not payed in full. over all Crappy lanes crappy service not a place for bowling. i recommend Brunswick Bowl on Stanfeild if your from Mississauga. Went on a Friday night and my group and I received lanes pretty quickly. They are a licensed establishment, so we were able to purchase beer at the bar and bring it down to our lane. The price of a pitcher was cheap compared to other bowling arenas I have been too. It also turns to glow in the dark after 8ish. No complaints from me!

A very poor experience of this place and I will not be returning. When we arrived we were told that there would be a short wait but could be up to 45 minutes. We decided to wait and have a coffee, but the only thing good about the coffee was that it was cheap. After waiting an hour we asked at the desk if there was a lane ready. We were informed that they couldn’t guarantee when a lane would be free and said that only 2 of the 48 lanes were available for public use. The woman behind the desk seemed totally absorbed in stuffing fries into her mouth rather than give us some attention. It was as if we were intruding in her day. Customer Service is obviously a phrase that is not in Planet Bowl’s vocabulary. If you are planning a visit I wouldn’t bother. I gave it 1 star simply because there was no option to give a minus rating.

I had my son's 9th bday party here. The staff is amazing! Liz from staff is the star of Planet Bowl! She made my son's party the best day ever for him and as for me -- well I had nothing, absolutely NOTHING to worry about as she handled EVERYTHING from start to end! She even decorated the party room while the kids played so we didn't have to stress about that, we could actually spend time with the kids and have fun with them while she did our work for us. Been here a few times as its a really good facility, so many lanes and most importantly prices are (or were) incredibly cheap. approx $3 per person per game + shoe hire I usually paid for 4 games as a couple $25-$30 total on the weekend. So imagine my surprise when we turned up and the cashier said 1 or 2 hours - I asked what this was and how much. for 1 hour + shoes the total was $52 (and double that for 2 hours)!!! I nearly fell on the floor....double what I used to pay! The website also still had the old prices, we asked the cashier if they changed their prices and confirmed are trying to cash in after the pandemic, so we left it. I'm not tight but these hourly extortionate prices for what should be a cheap activity are what they charge in the GTA and one of the reasons I was a repeat customer here. I understand due to Covid businesses have suffered and will probably increase prices, but this is just pure greed (and business suicide). Plus the location being in the middle of nowhere, there's no incentive to come back here - a real shame

This was a while ago, i forgot to make this review. There was one worker that wasn’t very appropriate. I was here with my friends, guys and girls, and he kept hitting on my girl friends. He would try to give them his instagram and ask if their relationships were serious. (They would tell me what he said) his name started with a T i believe. He was doing it while cleaning the table next to our lane. LONG STORY SHORT, do not come here if you don’t want to get hit on by a stranger. Hopefully other people can speak up about this guy.

On Thuraday 12/28 an older male employee at PB told us that we couldn't use a free game pass we printed from their website. The coupon said it was a no hassle no fuss free game coupon. The only exception was it wasn't valid on holidays. December 28 isn't holiday but the guy was trying to make up any excuse to not accept the coupon and told us he couldn't accept it cua it was a holiday!?! Had a great time playing just the employee left a bitter impression. Not sure if the guy is racist. According to another employee he had accepted the same coupon the night before from a different individual.

This place was a disaster. We waited for 45 minutes to get two lanes side-by-side on Saturday night (which is understandable). Once we got our lanes throwing the first ball the pin got stuck in the gutter and then was unable to reset for the next shot. We called someone and they said they will fix it. No fix. We called again after 4 minutes saying that the pin was stuck in the gutter still. Finally, a staff member came to fix it and we asked for our time to be reset. She added 2 minutes. Then on the second lane the gate kept coming down and was stuck. We called three times. We only played two frames and every time we threw a ball only every other ball would come back. We waited for about 20+ minutes until we said we had enough. Luckily, we were refunded and went elsewhere. The manager/supervisor was extremely rude and could care less about what was happening. When we went back to our lane we saw all the balls that we lost come back out. At that point the second lane was so far behind us it would be pointless to even stay. This place is really fancy, but they definitely need more mechanics to help with the faults.

They said the wait would be an hour and a half, so we took a number and left, we came back in half an hour and our spot had been crossed out and given away since we had "already been called." The employee was not even willing to apologize for the inconvenience and terrible service he was giving and instead decided to argue with us that it was not his fault. I'm fairly educated and never was I taught that 1.5 hours is 15 minutes. Terrible.

Its been a while since I've been here. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Checked online website for times & prices before we left the house (nothing was posted about the entire Bowling Alley being fully booked for leagues every night of the week) 1) waited for help at the desk for 3mins while the 2 females kept up their conversation (after clearly making eye contact & being the only ppl at the desk) 2) They acknowledged the next family that walked in behind us (seemed to be regulars) BUT only then did they make an effort to help us. I think the lady was a robot. 3) I was told my family has 30mins to bowl because of the leagues (and there were 2 groups of ppl bowling aswell) 4) 1 male Filipino worker was nice enough to ask if we needed a lane/help. Thank u for ur service. U were the 1 star there. (I'm proud because I'm also a shorter Filipino male ;) We will drive a little further for better service.

i like the place being clean, nice environment, maintaining excitement and fun... unfortunately today the whole thing was not quite right. The bowling balls were not transported back to the players. First time I came over to the attendants in person asking for a help. We have been waiting to no avail. We picked the balls from other places and eventually the balls started moving over on their own. 10-15 minutes later it happened again. I called the attendants from the spot and someone came over and started moving the bowling balls behind the pins. Unfortunately, 10-15 minutes later it happened again. I called the attendants again from the spot. Someone came over and made the bowling balls moving again. All in all we have had 3 extended breaks making our gaming experience not the fun we had expected to have, as we were waiting in frustration and disappointment. Anyone would be, wouldn't you? When I asked for a credit for the game that was a failure on the part of the place, a supervisor explained to me it was a mechanical issue. There was no a word of apology, mere "sorry". Is this a customer service level? I would like to come to this place again and bring my kids, but it depends on the level of fun, excitement and customer service from the opening the door up to us, customers, leaving.

Only racist people working here, when I told them I can’t find balls anywhere and don’t feel comfortable asking people who are already playing to give us balls. They rudely told us to leave and take your money back, instead of helping us. This place is not welcoming for people of colour, they don’t seem happy when brown or any person of colour enter the building. Shame on these people, if owner of this bowling place is not racist then he\she should take action asap or otherwise owner is also part of the problem.

One of best places for ten-pin bowling in Mississauga. Open all days of the week. And I think you can get 2 free bowling passes when you first visit and register your email on their website. Quite cheap even on the weekends. The more people go, the more value you get out of what you pay. On a Saturday, we paid $35 per lane per hour, including shoe rentals, 4 bowlers (max allowed 6 bowlers).

Me and my boyfriend decided to come here for our date night... (Our one night away from our daughter) we were told the wait would be an hour, my boyfriend was hesitant to wait that, but since we both really wanted to bowl we decided to go to the bar and have drinks to wait. We ended spending over $70 on drinks and nachos while waiting. After TWO hours went by we decided to ask what was going on? They told us it was an estimated time, and that they didn't know how long it would actually take. So we asked how much longer and he said another HOUR! At that point we just left. Disappointing. Spent so much money and didn't even get a chance to bowl. Will never be returning!

I love going to planet bowl! The bowling alley is huge and is a great place to hold parties and doesn't get crowded because of all the space, the only problem would be that the service isn't that great, when i was trying to order my food i was standing at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask for my order. Other then the service everything was great, on top of all we are there to bowl not exactly to worry about eating.

Planet Bowl is a standard bowling alley, although fairly new to compared to some of the other bowling allrys in the area. It has typical bowling alley food (fries, burgers ect) and drinks, including alcohol. On weekdays after 9:30 unlimited bowling is $10 per person until closing. The building is large and has many lanes so there are always open lanes for bowling.

Went here today after a long time, man at the cashier was a young guy with a nose piercing. There was nobody in line and I stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me, I was standing there waiting to ask him about the bowling lanes. He was too busy chatting with a female co worker and never acknowledged me. I am very upset because he is doing a job and should be professional at work and not chatting up other co workers. Probably one of the best bowling places I've been to. Clean, so many lanes, wait time was non-existent and just loads of fun. A snack + drink bar is available, prices for drinks are steep, but that's expected any bowling alley. You know you're at the right bowling place if there a single player pro lanes just throwing down shot after shot. You can just go for the sheer entertainment of seeing endless strikes. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the service. Called Planet bowl and the man who took my call was pretty rude. His tone was arrogant and didn't really care to make an impression. I called about making a reservation. I asked if he could take a reservation for me. He said "we don't do that". I clarified so you don't take reservations? He said what's your group size. I answered 7. He said we only take for group sizes of 16. No sympathy, no care. Not impressed.

Plant Bowl is a OKAY place, it wasn't bad but it wasn't perfect. Nice place to go to,rates are regular not to high, same as every other place pretty much.But when me and my family were bowling the lanes weren't working right, we told the manager that it wasn't working right so he came and watched us bowl to see what the problem was and it would only happen when he wasn't watching. LANE PROBLEMS The lanes would make a person bowl 3 times, it would give people strikes and spares when they haven't bowled yet, the pins wouldn't come up so we would have to throw a ball down the lane for them to set up again.
