I like this place. Its a great bowling alley as it goes. I have always had fun here over the years. Birthdays, events or just to get out and have a good time. The place is always clean. The staff is always friendly and the beer is always cold. I would definitely recommended this place to anyone or everyone of all ages.

Much cleaner than other bowling clubs. However, weekend evenings can be very costly. Shoes are very clean and they provide socks too, which is very important to keep hygiene. Nice and big waiting /restaurant area, however, the food is not good. Mostly heated frozen food. Awesome for a fun time.

If it were possible, I would give this place a 0 out of 5-star rating. It was a horrible experience. Their customer service was terrible, and the employees were disrespectful. We were having fun and just trying to hit the pin before our time ran out. Then we were approached by one of the staff members (not so young man) shortly after we finished playing. He was shouting and throwing foul words. “You all look like a well-educated people. You must be the smartest people in your class.” In a rude and a very sarcastic way, and the girl next to him just laughed. What a great, well-trained crew members they have. I don't care who you are, you could be the manager or the owner of that place, but you should know that you have no right to use insulting language toward anyone, particularly to your customers if you're doing business. Better shut your place down if you don’t know how to respect and treat people with kindness. #havesomemannersplease We left the place by saying, “Goodbye, we still have a class to attend to.” Hahaha! Hoping, the owner of this place finds new people who know the value of RESPECT.

Huge area with around 50 bowling lanes. Staff is nice. The balls are mostly old and written with scratches and dents. All the balls were greasy.. No one seems to clean them. Food prices are also ok.. Not exorbitant. Got a Groupon for bowling deal, paid $39 to Groupon but still they charged me $5 on top of it.. Calling it "internet charge" which sounds weird to me.

It seems a bit expensive for bowling ~$50 for two people for an hour but there aren't many options in the Mississauga / Oakville area anymore. They've renovated in the last 5 years or so and everything is new and clean.

I purchased coupon from Groupon and visited the place with my family. The place is not ok for my kids 4 and 6 years old. They don’t have small balls for kids. And they offer a ramp for them. They didn’t enjoy with the platform because they were not in the game. Ball is heavy and I had to help them all the time. A kind of punishment. Next day I went different place, and they have small ball. They really enjoyed. :)

We were there for several hours, yet the establishment had no problem leaving some food all over the floor close to the bathrooms for all to see. Granted, I guess the people that left the food there were pigs to begin with, however, the establishment should really take responsibility and clean it up. Bowling was great, didn’t have any food. Cleanliness issue noted above

Not a fan of this alley. The staff were terrible. The booths are shared and tiny! We were forced to share lanes with another large group most people were standing because there was no sitting space. When we asked to be moved he told us each section is for 12 people.....with only 6 seats I won't return

Visited with my family. Prices are good, but they're by the hour rather than by game, so it works best with small parties. There are a lot of lanes so wait time was short. Did not have food, but they had beer pales with ice. One drawback of the location is that they pack you in together with other bowlers pretty tight. If you are next to a big group and have a large group yourself, you might be tripping over eachother.

They need to offer the options to pay-per-game instead of paying by the hour and then feeling rushed to "get your money's worth" out of the over-charged hour you just paid for. The facilities are nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff are impersonal, cold, robotic, and devoid of an imbued focus on customer service.

Got a groupon for 6 people, but arrived with 7. The staff were very rude to us and refused to allow the 7th person to bowl (even when we offered to pay more). When one of our party left early and gave her shoes back, they refused to swap her shoes for the 7th person, and then wouldn't give her back the ones she was using when she asked for them. Horrible service - will never go again - not recommended.

This has been my go to place the past month. I bought a couple of groupons the first time i came here and it was good. But the past 2 weeks everytime i show up there is some team or company of whatever reserving most of the lanes and wait time was over two hours. I get it on week days but even on weekends ? Also there are always a couple of lanes closed for no reason. Im sorry that i had to find a new bowling place now. Disappointing...

This was my first visit and sorry to say not a good one. The person who dealt with us had no idea how to speak to or treat customers. It seems he didn't want to speak to is at all. When asked about family deal as we were 10 people, we were told there is no such thing. When selecting shoes and bowls, no help at all. Not coming back to this place at all.

Very nice family atmosphere since planned a birthday party there. They have the bumpers for the kids so that the bowling ball does not go into the gutters. They have a variety of shoe sizes for even small kids. Ordered cheese & pepperoni pizzas from their restaurant and everyone enjoyed it since it was fresh and the dough was crispy.

Classic Bowl is a great place to go bowling and crack open a cold one with the boys. They have just done some renovations and this bowling joint has stepped from the 70s into 2020. It has a great vibe and friendly staff, I would definitely suggest going here

Basically, me and my friends were called "uneducated" since we tried to continue to play when our time was just done. IDK if he was an owner or manager, but he just shouted at us and made a scene. Even when we were just starting and asking some questions. We felt unwanted and they didn't want any customer. Even the employee's except for that 1 gurr, and she knows who she is.

Great coupon but terrible customer service. Lane broke down three times during our visit. One time the delay lasted 15 minutes. Management wouldn’t believe us that we waited that long for support even after calling for service three times and visiting the front desk once. In the end, they could only give us time back (on the same lane because the place was busier than usual) and would not refund us.

After a delicious bday dinner At Kelsey’s Erin mills. the bday celebrant wanted toe end her special day on an activity. We originally planned on going to the port credit lighthouse but we ended going to The classic bowl in Dundas and we did enjoy it a lot! The staff was really friendly and gave us the correct shoe sizes. I want to recommend that the area seems to be dark and it would be nice to put additional lighting fixtures and to update the feel of the place ..all in all a great experience especially if you love to bowl ????

Only 10 pin bowling alley in Mississauga after the others closed. Went with a group of friends and is a good place to spend 2 hours. Since there over 50 bowling alleys it is very easy to get 2 or 3 alleys beside each other for large groups. Food inside was great and staff was helpful.

Went to a private event here. Its a very large facility but it's in a strip mall so from the outside looks fairly small. Its clearly been here a while if you look at the state of the alley balls but they've really kept up on the maintinance because when you go in it doesn't look nearly as old as it is.

Pretty empty in the middle of the day on a Monday which was nice for my kids :). They have bumpers and ramps and very delicious french fries. Vending machines for drinks did not work for us. Bills or change didn't seem to make a difference.

Listen up. Classic bowl keeps it simple. You go and get a lane, pay for the shoes, and then leave. Prices are straight forward, balls are nice, and the animation+atmosphere is great for a family setting. I bring my old folks here all the time and we have a blast. Arrived today with 3 small children on a wag jag voucher. Manager refused to make an exception and allow us to bowl 50 minutes early. I begged him to allow me to start before the 6pm fineprint time and he refused outright. I would have waited but I had to put the kids to bed before so I just had to leave. Very disappointed. Management was a bit unprofessional, but I’m sure some of the members in our group were a bit rambunctious at the time as well. Paid for a round, used up all of the time 40 mins to close and tried to extend it. He said no. We asked if 10 mins was okay so we could at least finish our second game. Again, nope. This time, though? "Not even 5 minutes." Understandable, but could have been handled a bit better honestly. Wouldn’t come back.

I haven't been bowling in many years. We are a blended family and had my stepson and my two daughters with us. We played a couple games and had a ton of fun. I don't remember having a night out like that for a while and having so much fun! The facility was very clean, and appropriately lit. I like the way they do their pricing which makes it a quick and easy process to pay. I feel their prices are very fair and the staff were very customer-friendly and we really liked the fact that they had a recycle bin for the socks that they gave you to wear when putting on their shoes. You can wear your own which we elected to do and put our brand new clean socks, that they provided, in the recycle bin which is then donated to those in need. So two thumbs up for that as well!!

Attempting to book a reservation at Classic Bowl was a legitimate nightmare. I tried filling in the online form, then got a somewhat irritated voicemail back telling me I needed to pay a $50 deposit, which I was happy to pay. It seems very strange to me that I have to give somebody my credit card information over the phone in order to do this (as opposed to entering it into a secure web form), but I digress. They left the voicemail on a Friday, and I had work and personal things that needed to be dealt with, so I called around 8PM, when the alley is open. I was informed that the person who does reservations had already left for the night, and I should call back. So I called back on Saturday around noon, and the person who answered told me there was no one who could book a reservation around on weekends, and that I needed to call back sometime Monday-Friday, 9-5. Literally everyone I spoke to was extremely curt and not at all pleasant or helpful, so we booked our event at another bowling alley instead.

Our group of 6 went there last weekend and they gave us this really bad lane, #31 I think. The first 10 minutes into the game, it was missing 2 pins!! I complained and was told they will eventually fix itself out. EVENTUALLY?! When is that?? IF IT IS A BAD LANE you should not have put the lane for use in the first place and move us to another lane because I've seen a several vacant lanes on and off for an hour for the entire 2 and half hrs we were there. I guess they don't care what we think. All they want to do is cash in money first then don't care much after. Ill-trained staff. Unprofessional. Never coming here!

The prices are a kinda high but forget that. This place is in dire need of a refresh! I came to this location twice in the span of 3 years and it it looks pretty rundown. Please update the bowling animations too. Seems pretty dated in my opinion. The lady who helped us with covid screening at the front was pretty nice, however the interaction we had with the older man at the shoe rental was not that great. He seemed kinda unhappy/annoyed with us because of our questions. At the end of the day, we had fun bowling and they had some live music from a band the night we went too!

I have been a league member and have been bowling at Classic for many years. I have allways been impressed by the facility and it's staff. The overall layout ,the first class lane and seating arrangements. Washrooms are well maintained and clean, the snack bar has an extensive menu reasonably priced. Management and staff are curtious and accommodating. It's a great place to spend time and socialize with family and friends.

Went on Wednesday evening with 2 groupons for a party of 8. The process to get the groupon validated was quick and efficient. The gentleman at the counter explained about the shoes and we were good to go after paying taxes and getting our shoe sizes for everyone in under 5 mins or so. Food menu wasnt something we wanted to have eventho we were hungry so we decided to just stick with playing the game. The seating area around the lane was good music being played wasnt too loud or anything either. Pleasant experience overall. We had 90 mins of playtime on each lane. Everyone had a good time and many wanted to come back another day for a second round. Groupon surely helps cus i believe otherwise its a lil expensive. Staff was pleasant and courteous and answered any questions that we had at the time of registration/payment. It was pretty packed for a Wednesday evening/night but things seem to move along fast there lil to no wait time at the counter.

We drove here all the way from downtown Toronto and They turn you away in spite of having I.D and proof of vaccination just cause you’re from outside the province(Alberta)..Seems like they are not interested in getting any business! Great bowling place! They have Kids Bowl Free during summer. The family just pay $49.95US to get a family pass to bowl together with kids for the whole summer every day! Each person can bowl 24 minutes every day. It's such a great deal and my kids and family love it! You only need to pay the rental of the shoes and they give you free socks and a Tim Hortons cookie. You can either keep the stocks or donate them after use. The place is very big and clean. They have 60 lanes there. I strongly recommend parents bring their kids during the summer! Enjoy~

DO NOT GO THERE. We bought 2 hours and started playing at 4pm but they only gave us 1 hour and 40 minutes. So we went to the counter to get the full 2 hours, but this middle aged South Asian man was very rude and said that because they have to close at 6pm we have to cut our game short. We were not told this prior to deciding to purchase 2 hours. They kept arguing that they cannot give us the full 2 hours and ruined the fun. They basically robbed us. Also, the large pizza that was supposed to come with the package was at best a medium sized pizza.

Horrible place towards teenagers. Not only did the employees scam 5 of us by making us pay more than what we were suppose to on a bowling lane, but the manager had enough audacity to insult us saying that "we are stupid and horrible at math" after trying to diplomatically discuss our concern. We will never go back there again, people who are going there INQUIRE ABOUT THE COST BEFORE PAYING! Our concern: Classic bowl employees charged us "All-you-can-bowl" when they knew there was only 1 hour before closing (instead of just charging us 1 lane for 1 hour). After paying and realizing $86 was too expensive for 5 people for 1 hour, we inquired about it with our receipt as evidence. Not only did they ignore us by serving other customers that were in line behind us, but they walked away from the cash when we were the only ones at the front desk. After demanding to speak to the manager to an employee, the manager insulted us and shut down our bowling lane before our given paid time.

This location is in general starting to get quite tired. We went on a Friday night and were surprised with how small the ball selection was considering less than 30% of the lanes were being used. Also, the animations on the screens have been removed so no more exploding pin videos. Staff were O.K. with the exception of the acting manager who was rude and abrupt from the moment we got in. I am not sure how they got into that position since being rude and belittling customers is not usually behavior that should be rewarded. For the four of us on one lane with four sets of shoe rentals it was ~$100 for two hours so be prepared to spend some money. Music selection was good and the disco lights worked. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but I think they have some work to do improve the experience.

Ckassic bowl is my absolute favourite place to take the kids bowling. not super busy or loud or neon lights everywhere. clean, spacious and the computers are always working. I willingly drive the half hour to Mississauga/Oakville than go to my local arena.

There is only one guy working at the counter every Saturday night (busiest night of the week), he is slower than molasses and very rude. This Indian guy knows I come every Saturday and we bowl also with a league. My group had arrived before me and were already at a lane (Group of 5). After waiting for 20-30 mins for just shoes he demands to know my lane # or won't let me pay for a SHOE rental. He then gives false information saying that lane already has six (which it doesn't), and there is nothing he can do for me. I politely ask if I can pay for my shoe rental (so I don't have to wait in another hour long line) and come back once we figure out what's going on. He says that's impossible and he knows for sure the lane has 6. I walk all the way to the end again and see that there is only 5 like I had said. Here comes another hour wait in line while he takes his time and pretends to not recognize me. Rude, arrogant and ignorant staff. Spend your money elsewhere, where you are treated like a human being and not a criminal trying to steal shoes.

The reason for giving this bowling place a 1 star review is beyond facilities and services. The so-called manager, Tahir, is literally the rudest person I have ever met. One of the employees perhaps mistakenly relayed some wrong information to us, which we obviously didn’t know since it was our first time there. Tahir acted like it was our fault and talked to us with such unwarranted sass and attitude. His body language was so strong and clearly, he has no talking etiquette. Honestly, this place needs to train their employees and ensure they’re well-versed in providing good customer service. If the people responsible for this branch can contact me, I’d be really grateful because I do want to file a complaint against him. We were having a really good family night and this guy just ended up killing the whole experience.

nacho platter decent size for 4. good deal with group on. one time the balls were stuck at the back of the lane and we put in a service call and it took a while to get fixed. also not enough balls in general as the group we were sharing the lane with only had one 12 size ball to share among us and there were no more free 12 balls in any of the other lanes. other than that, good family place to come to.

Terrible customer service, dismissive staff. Came as a group of 7 people. Employees crammed us into a section already filled with 6 people while there were 6 lanes to the left of us that were empty. Told us that they were reserved for a game starting soon, however we were at Classic bowl for an hour and a half and those 6 lanes remained untouched the entire time! Showed them the $5-off coupon on our phone. Told us it they couldn't redeem it because it had to be printed. As if they couldn't do it without a piece of paper... Felt like they just wanted to squeeze as many people in as possible to their lanes in order to make the most amount of money. Won't go back again.

Expensive lane charges. Lane jams up , took 5mins to clear but only replenish 2 mins back. Ball jams up did not return balls, took 2 mins to clear, but no replenish any kind at all.

5 Star for one of the staff members, 4 star for some lane issues and price. Firstly, great venue. Super comfy, nice couches, definitely not your usual dank bowling alley. We had some issues with the pins resetting where it was stuck a few times prompting a visit to the counter, 'extra' machine movements delaying the reset of pins...non issue if it't by the game but when it's by the hour time is money! We did get a few minutes added on for the issues. We were also at the end of the 8th frame when our time was up, staff added three minutes to allow us to play it out - it may not seem like a lot but it was super cool of her to do so. $6 for shoes, SIX DOLLARS FOR SHOES! Back in my day... If you're going to bowl a few times in your life invest in a pair for $35, don't share the fungus!

Great bowling alley - they just updated the tables and everything. There's a small little arcade at the end for some fun games after a few rounds of bowling. Food is great here (the BLT is delicious -- and you can't go wrong with chicken fingers and fries!)

Overpriced, horrible food and poor customer service. Our hockey team spent over $1,000 there for a tournament and when we left I noticed that some of the food we ordered never came out. I checked my credit card and I was billed for it anyway. I called Classic Bowl and asked if they could credit me back for $14 worth of french fries that never came to our table. He told me that he would look into it. Russel called me back and told me that he confirmed with the kitchen that I never came back to pick up the order. I explained to him that when the cook told me they would be ready in 10 mins that I expected them to bring them out. He said, we don't deliver food and the kitchen remembers your order and you never came to pick them up. What I find astonishing, is that he confirmed I never received the order and still wouldn't refund me. Even after 17 kids and their families just ate and bowled there for 3 hours. Choosing to bill me for something that he knows I never received - good luck with your business in the future. Never going back - horrible customer service.

First off, there were police just standing inside staring at everyone . The man at the cash was completely rude, swearing at another customer when we walked up then was rude to us I guess because of bad timing. Horrible vibe. We got a drink and then left, bartender was, however very sweet and efficient . Horrible first experience, will not come back.

We are very disappointed with our visit. We went to use our groupon voucher on a Sat afternoon. People were crossing thru the lanes and dirty dining area. Mid-play, a mom from the next lane tried to get our house balls that our kids were still using. We have been to other bowling lanes that were way busier and crowd control was definitely well managed. Seemed like food servers at the cafe hate their job coz they were really grumpy. A/C wasnt sufficient for the amount of people inside the building. Definitely not going back here.

pretty standard for a bowling alley though the pricing is quite high for what you're getting. the owners try to make it better by throwing in a cookie but $22/hr per person when some alleys are going between 12 and 15 is high. I guess the location plays into it but there are other ways to stream revenue

This is a relatively modern bowling ally and it doesn't feel rundown or old. They have a bar and a place to get food. The staff are friendly and the shoe rentals are good.

we had two round left in our second game, our one hour was up and they stopped the game telling us it would be $6.41 for the next *ten minutes* of bowling. half of the lanes were empty. a small (probably 400 ml) pint of dos equis was 8.65, a bottle of Heineken was 6.65 and the hot dog was bland (oh and the debit machine had a tip section, apparently $3.50 for a generic hot dog with squeeze packets wasn't enough)

As the name states this is a classic place to go to and bring the family for some amazing 10 pin fun ! Never really a long wait and the staff are very friendly. The price can be a tad expensive with show rentals and all but they do have some specials that you can select from. Give it a try. You'll be glad that you did!

Bought a groupon as a fun activity for my family and I that never get to spend time together. They have some ridiculous hours and cant make any sort of accommodations. The bowling alley was empty but we have to wait until 6pm on a Sunday to come bowl... Would not recommend at all to anyone. Waste of 30 dollars.

Fun but extremely pricey. Also your time starts as soon as you pay instead of after everyone puts on their shoes and puts their names into the overhead board. Plus we had to walk across the entire place to stand in line and order food so we barely managed to get one game in. Just too expensive. And we went during slow times when it was mostly empty. Have been several times over the years and it just seems to have gone downhill. Will try other places before coming back.

I like classic bowl but it's expensive. Sometimes you can get a Groupon deal . But it's always better to go in a group of 4 to save money, going as 2 seems very pricey , expect to spend $40-50 for 2 people for 1 hour after the lane rental, shoe rental and taxes. The pricing is based on the number of lanes not the number of people. And you must rent shoes. We did get free socks however which could be handy in the summer if you wore sandals. There is a snack bar , a beverage bar and few arcade style games . Parking is never a problem here

Would never go here again after seeing on CBC news what happened here this past weekend. This place hires off duty officers as security who use brutal force on people who go to Classic Bowl. This place use to be different where their staff respected the customers but I guess not anymore

Excellent bowling alleys! Great ambience and music. I have played there many times and will definitely go there again. They have the general bowling alley food there, like pizza and fries and hotdogs and a few soft drinks and beer selections. They provide socks that you can take home and the rent shoes too. So if you forget to bring your own socks, don't worry.

I went with a few friends and was stuck with a terrible lane. We had to keep resetting it and then all of the balls would get stuck and delay us even more. Went to the front desk to see if we could have a few more minutes for the delays, but they didn't do anything. So if you want to pay for an hour and only get 45 minutes then this is the place for you.
