I had horrible experience yesterday with a male worker. My child was playing and asked for sides up, however the male worker refused by saying: No, you are too big for it! The worker who is probably in his late 40’s or mid 50’s was very aggressive and rude toward me and my son, when I approached my son as he was visibly sad of an outcome the same worker approached me and with inappropriate attitude asked me to move from the area as I did not have a shoes for bowling ????. I apologized and said to him: I am sorry sir & I didn’t see the signs, neither I was planing to play. He was very rude to me. I approached him and I said to him: I don’t appreciate your attitude and that’s not the way you talk to customers. Furthermore, I asked why my son wasn’t given rails down as he aksed for it and this worker tells me that my son is too big for it! Excuse me, I said he is a child who is attending elementary school. I don’t appreciate his tone nor the way how he treated my son! How can one make such a judgement, look it him he looks like a big man! My son is Taller than most, however he is a child. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this experience, as I know plenty of people who went here. The lady with short hair was well mannere & helpful. This is a message for all of you who will come across this to know what you can expect! I was truly shocked & surprised that someone like him actually works with people! I will also report this incident as I recorded.
