Such a fun time with friends and family! The only complaint would be that our lane kept glitching and eating from our bowling time. We called a staff member a few times to help us out with that. The food is really good, but somewhat pricey. Overall great experience.

Friendly and accommodating Staff a swell as being quite affordable. Bowling is fun but gets boring after the first couple rounds, Food is a bit lacking and location is a bit off but arcade and bowling lanes are enjoyable, Staff put up the gutter rails when they noticed some groups consistently guttering the balls so that was nice, Would recommend for a family outing or hanging out with friends.

This place deserves 1 star. Their website says one thing and their employees says another. I went there on Tuesday with a group of friends, expecting to get the $2.22 Tuesday 8:00PM deal for a game of bowling. Their website says this deal begins at 8:00PM. At 7:59, I tried to get a lane, however, the employee sent me to the back of the line as it was not 8:00 yet. By the time I got to the front of the line, a different staff member said I had to wait until 9:00. Brunswick Zone does not stand up to the deal they offered on their website. Very impolite staff. Very unhappy customers. ;( I am never ever ever going back there ever again !

Tried to get a lane at 11pm. I should have known better then that. This place was bumping! but the services are great, they tried to provide an estimated wait time and even apologized for not having anymore lanes available. Overall very genuine people, I look forward to coming back and bowling. Hopefully I myself and smart enough to go earlier, but their night scene is pretty active for a younger adult crowd too. Too bad I'm old now

Worst Bowling place to go to! I visited with my friend recently. Firstly, their prices are high, and they have no coordination between the managers and the cashiers. I rented a lane for one round and then paid for another round after. And five minutes after I renewed the lane, I was told that I haven’t paid and need to pay for the round. Luckily I had the receipt and told them I just paid, but they still looked unsatisfied. Instead of being sorry for causing inconvenience, I was told to hurry up and not waste any time at the lane. The staff was rude, service was terrible and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

This bowling alley is less than average. I came here for my birthday and they would not serve me with a health card (the only ID I had brought with me). I turned 26 so it’s not like I looked underaged.... My boyfriend (33) had his drivers licence and they refused to serve him after knowing that I had the wrong ID. The staff was “smile in your face” sarcastic while we got a refund on our bowling. We ended up going to splitsville (10 minutes away) and having an amazing time. The atmosphere is MUCH better there. Great music, better vibe, darker lanes with light show, huge arcade, bar and restaurant upstairs and the prices ended up being much cheaper there. Thanks for turning us away Brunswick Zone because I actually got to enjoy my birthday ✌????????.

Great bowling alley. Less then $20/person Fridays AFTER 8pm gets you unlimited games and shoe rental within a 2 hour period. Shoes were bowling alley comfy. We had loaded fries and they were well worth the value feeding three people with the large. Alcoholic beverages are well priced and good. The staff were quick to solve any technical issues we had and they checked on us regularly to see if we needed food or drink.

Me and a group of friends came here on Saturday night, no reservations - we called and they said we could just walk in. We arrived around 9pm and was pretty busy. We had to wait in line to give our info and then an hour wait for the actual bowling lane. Which was understandable, it was busy. But we were able to sit inside and get some drinks on! The bartender Priscilla we had was great, made sure our orders were taken care of and it was only her second day working there! She was super sweet and had a great conversation with her. The manager Danita was amazing! We were taken well care of by her through out the night and helped us right away when our ball got stuck in the middle of the lane. She did a great job in ensuring the entire joint was running smoothly. It was a busy night and is a tough time right now with places like this due to staff shortage, but it was totally understandable and some people unfortunately may not see it that way and will rush to bad mouth the place. Also, food the garlic parm wings were awesome ????

Very unprofessional!! We requested 2 lanes for 8 people, they didnt gave us two lanes, had to play in one lane. Payed 150$ . She stopped our game in between, thinking the time is over but never accepted mistake and was offering us 15 more minutes and we couldnt resume our game now!!! Very very very attitude towards us!! Never recommend, goto Planet Bowl or any other Bowling place, they are just scamming!!!

I have visited Brunswick bowling for many years and was surprised that the company went through a name/logo change. Yesterday was the first time I attended Bowlero and I was not impressed. There were two staff at the front, one general and the other was perhaps a manager. They were both rude and unpleasant; responding to a group of five with attitude. We attended the bowling alley as an evening out for my sister's birthday celebration. A few hours before I had search online to see if there was an option to reserve lanes as that would have been a good option for Covid re-opening measures and crowd management. I found that they only reserve for large parties and our party was too small to meet the requirements. I then proceeded to calling Bowlero's main line, it went to their voice messaging system and it was recommended that if we were planning to bowl in the next 1-2 hrs, to come right in. When we had arrived it was a different story. The group infront of us were accomodated; however we (a group of 5), we were told that there were no available lanes. I then asked how long the wait would be and was told that we'd have to wait two hrs before one becomes available. The response was delivered in a very rude and dismissive tone and it was not acceptable. This experience has turned me off from visiting this location in the future. I would recommend a online lane booking system, instead of wasting our time and being addressed with such unacceptable attitude.

Staff was very friendly. My friends and I went here on a Friday night last 10pm and they offer unlimited bowling for a set price. If you don't mind the wait (usually around 45 mins to an hour) I would highly recommend this place. They also have a bar where you can wait for your lane to open, which is equipped with one pool table and TVs. The only downside is the limited bowling balls. Most lanes have the same weighted bowling balls and it's not evenly distributed. So it's difficult to find one that suits your bowling style. Regardless, fun place to hang out with friends.

Under staffed and to get a lane is next to impossible. Also had lost my wallet while there but had cash on me to order some drinks. When I tried to get a beer they refused to serve me because I couldn't provide ID. Lol. I was faltered at first cause I clearly don't look 25. (in my late 30's)but after explaining why I didn't have ID and thinking they where just playing with me they still refused.

Too expensive for the experience. They will give you only 1 game for an $13 per person fee. Hence u can take 3-4 ppl there and end up paying $39-52 for an overall time of around 30 mins. There are many other bowling places which will offer u an per hour rate and hence making ur playing experience much better. Also the lanes are really short and small. They are no where close to the official bowling lane size it feels like you are playing miniature bowling which is again not the right deal for the price. Overall it's a 2 star for only the cleansiness of the place. If you are really into bowling stay away from this place as it's a rip-off.

Center is clean and bright. Pro shop looked like a mess, with garbage everywhere. Lanes were decently oiled. Food was overly expensive, with $12 for a burger and fries, and just under $5 for a sports drink. Staff were very friendly.

Somehow, this place makes bowling a terrible experience. I remember coming here as a kid and having a blast, and they've got good Wednesday night deals. So my friends and I show up at 8, and are greeted at the cash by the most unfriendly lady you could imagine. We pay, and go to our lane to find it covered in food from the previous bowler, and dirty napkins all over the floor. They're busy, so we thought they must not have noticed or had time yet to clean. So we kindly ask to switch lanes, only to be told "no, I'll clean it in a minute". Fast forward 30 minutes, we've asked 4 different people and wasted half an hour of payed bowling because we couldn't even get our table. Not to mention the grumpy lady on cash decided it was appropriate to yell at my cousin and give him endless attitude when he asked again while she seemed to be doing nothing behind the counter. She still claimed to be "TOO BUSY". Then, we order some nachos, and of course, they took an hour to come. I asked for no olives, and they come covered in olives. They tasted gross, but that's to expect I mean it's bowling alley food. By the time our nachos came our 2 hours was basically up and we were done bowling. Honestly, this bowling alley has such potential to be a great time. They just need to get rid of grumpy lady at the front (who is literally known by a lot of my friends in Brampton for being the rude Brunswick Bowl lady), and rethink their management. The service ruined the fun time bowling we all had together. Won't catch any of us here ever again.

This is a amazingly big bowling space. There are (I guess) 40 lanes are designed for professionals so you can get a perfect experience while you bowl. Just a reminder, always pre book your entry or else you’ll have to wait. They usually do not open all the lanes because some lanes are used by professional players or members only. Some of the staff are really helpful where as some are ok. Always ask for enough size bowl because they’ll only provide you what’s available on the lane. So for better experience ask the size you need.

Lovely place! Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. They have equipment so children as young as 2 years of age can enjoy the experience of bowling. There is a variety of things to do as we all the arcade. The bathroom needs a little updating and cleaning to match the atmosphere but otherwise great location. We didn't try the food, only had soda but soda is soda, it tastes the same everywhere. But the lady serving it was pleasant and had a smile.

Long Waiting times but a good place for bowling. But stay there if they say waiting time is more than 45 minutes. Because Last weekend they said The waiting time is 45 minutes so we went to grab some coffee. When we came back they said that your turn is cancelled because we messaged you on the cell and you didn’t came. But we didn’t received any message. I was watching that guy and he was saying the same thing to the other customers. Not so good. My advice to the manager that if your place is that busy and you are canceling the turns, then either extend the closing time on weekends or put a closed sign before 1 hour of closing. I Will not go over there again.

Went there on Saturday without reservations. Had to be in the queue for about 20 minutes but it was absolutely worth it. They have 40 bowling lanes and are allowing group of 8 per lane. We did not eat anything as we were all in the mood to just play. The arena is huge and its so much fun with friends! The staff is friendly and cooperative. Must visit. I will definitely go again!

Did not have a good expierence here at all! As others mentioned, while hitting strikes none of them were counted. Once spoken to the front desk, I was told the camera is slow and we'll fix it, once someone is available. During our second game which we also paid for , was ended during the second turn. Going to the front desk twice, we were told to pay for the rest of the game even though it was their fault!! I would never recommend this place and I won't be coming here again.

Highly disappointed with the staff and the way they treat customers. We were initially promised and hour wait and would get a text when ready. Due to some system error there was no text received on our end and the name was automatically taken off of the list. Unfortunately, there is no option for a *** 0 *** star. And the attendant was not even apologetic and not ready to accommodate us, we were asked to wait another hour and a half by putting on the list AGAIN. I have visited lots of bowling places but never been this disappointed. Please google and go to some other bowling places, don't waste your time here.

Location has got a face-lift from when it was called Brunswick, which makes it look very clean and retro. However the food is considerably over priced. The bowling system kept malfunctioning messing up the orders for players and the pin resets.

Very cheap bowling but the number of rounds you get is very limited. We paid for one game but upon adding extra players we soon realized that it went by rounds. The number of rounds also starts counting into the negatives which simply means that we had to pay extra without ever being told this would happen so that's something to watch out for. I'd recommend going Friday nights to.enjoy unlimited bowling with the glow in the dark, (after 9:30). If you want to go for food, Tuesday would be a nice day to go as they have deals on almost everything on their menu, plus cheaper rentals on shows and lanes.

Super fun place to go bowling in Brampton. The rates are much more affordable than other bowling places & the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. There’s usually a wait on Saturday night but it isn’t too long or ridiculously in terms of time. Food is good too.

The bath room was descusting, our lane was broken and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to move us to another one (they then stuck some one else in the broken one). When we bought a few more games they forgot to turn our lane on again, and to top it off the employees are slow, unfriendly, and likely can't work the tills right.

Unfortunately this was not a very pleasant visit. Brought the grandchildren, slip and fall before we even walked in, couldn't find any balls small enough for the little ones so we asked and waited forever so we had to go running around to find our own, next it took 3 tries until we finally got bumpers, then the bumper broke and they said "sorry it can't be fixed" so the kids had no fun bowling with a broken bumper just as well not having any, they didn't even offer to change the lanes. Finally I left our water bottles and socks to take the children to the washroom, when we came back they were all gone. One of the workers threw them all out. Worst part was they denied it and again" sorry about that". Taking the children for an evening out turned out to be quite an headache. Too bad. "Sorry".

I have visited this location several times on a weekday, in all occasions the staff has been really jovial, the prices are good and they have promotions going on periodically (I recommend calling in and inquiring). My biggest critique would be the food and drink prices which are bit on the high side, but it is to be expected. 4 Stars.

Rude staff. The woman taking our names didn't want to help at all. We thought she was volunteering And so the behaviour. Considering she was a staff, I expected her to run the difference between we choosing to bowl before and after 10 pm. She refused to do it and moved on to another customer. Ordered Chicken Nachos, Chicken Fingers with fries and Chicken Quesadilla. Fries were smaller than McDs kid size for $3.09 and the food took a long time to arrive. Quality is there but not Value. Our team orders the Bucket of Beers special with the food and so this came as a large disappointment. The Sour Cream and Guacamole were also forgot until requested. Overall frustrating but not a regular occurrence... trouble is, staff doesn't do anything to make up it. Will buy again for now, but with Boston Pizza down the street, we may just start eating before bowling. EDIT: 11/20/2017 It should also be noted there seems to be staff confusion regarding which menu items include a side of friends, and which ones clients must pay extra. We ordered chicken fingers this week and were told it comes with fries, so we didn't have to pay an additional $3.09. This was also the case when we ordered the Turkey Sandwich, as we were told it also comes with fries however have had to pay $3.09 in the past to have fries added. Staff charging different amounts is very frustrating and this needs to be addressed.

This location was very clean, and not overly packed .. I went with my daughter and we had a blast! Front desk was very nice and courteous but not very knowledgeable when it comes to lane issues. The helpers were awesome and helped to make this a good experience overall. Note: if u need bumpers they stay up or down for the whole game but will not alternate between different players, fix this!!

They have a food and drinks counter where you can get basic american fast food with coffee or beer. Why 4 stars? Cuz of the slow customer service. Staff is friendly but they need to improve on attending customers faster. Waited 10 mins in a line of 2 to get attended. Overall, a good place.

There was a bit of an issue with booking and exemption that I am entitled to, but that was nothing because the manager and staff at the front counter were more than kind and understanding! The children really enjoyed the bowling event for my dentist's client appreciation day! I asked to order my daughter a gluten free dairy free pizza and they allowed me but they said that they were only allowing the exception for my daughter. I gave some of this pizza to my 10 month old son as either it was that or baby food. And then my daughter's respite worker was with me. I offered a slice to cause she has a bad gluten intolerance. The worker who allowed the pizza came up in front of everyone and told me that she sees more than one person eating the pizza and if they continue that I would have to put it away. I said okay. Although I did not speak to management about how she addressed the situation in front of the whole bowling alley while I was just finishing my bowling turn. She didn't pull me a side and wasn't very professional about it. Definitely made me feel really uncomfortable and out of place. Instead of being a kind human being and letting it go. It's one pizza that was supposed to be for my daughter but than realized the respite worker has an intolerance to gluten. I did ask, okay it but it was uncalled for how I was addressed in front of a party of like almost 50 -100 people.

I've been having fun at this bowling alley since I was a kid. The space is really nice, and they got new bowling shoes since the last time I came. I didn't spend any time in the arcade but it looks like they got a lot of new games. The animations that play on the screens when bowling are the same ones I remember from over a decade ago, which seems silly but feels really nostalgic. My friends and I decided we were gonna start coming more often. They also have a lot of specials throughout the week which we want to check out.

Group of 6 of us decided to go bowling here, we wrote down our name and number upon arrival to reserve our spot. We where told its an hour wait and they'd call us when our lane is available. An hour passes and we receive no phone call and then we head back inside to ask what's going on. The lady working at the front was dialing the phone numbers last 2 digits in reverse order, although the correct number was written down correctly. They started to act rude towards us after they kept calling the wrong number even though we had given them the correct number. They offered us another reservation for 4 days later and wouldn't compensate us for the wasted time we spent waiting.

Visited bowlero on my birthday and enjoyed the bowling there. The place was jam packed at 7 pm and the waiting time was 45 minutes but we got the lane earlier. Also,since we could not use all the rounds,we were given the credit for the remaining rounds. The staff is humble here. The pizza at the food area was just the frozen pizza plus the toppings so that can surely be improved.

I really enjoy going to this place with my family. There are many lanes for bowling and also options for few other token games. Food and drink options also available which staff take directly from the playing area. Have enough space for seating as well. Very big parking lot even at their busier time they have space available all the time. One star is less because they don’t have any option to reserve the spot online, management should take notice of it and they should introduce something where one can book their spot online and be able to pay and should be getting the time should report before this otherwise your money will be forfeited.

Ordered a large fountain drink that cost $4.15. Cup wasn't filled to even 3/4 full. Had to ask for it ti be topped up. Also, I have a disability that reared it's ugly head while I was there. No garbage cans in the bathroom caused me to carry a leaking colostomy bag out into the main bowling area to dispose of it. The bathroom is equipped with a baby changing table and is wheelchair accessible but no garbage cans is very odd and potentially embarrassing for people with disabilities.

Weekdays I believe walk ins work but to be on safer side, call. Place offers Multiple bowling lanes. Bowls are of many sizes ranging from 8 to upto 14 or maybe higher. Didnt check that out but you can order beer and food too. Very comfy chairs. Ambience is great. Staff helpful and polite. Parking space ample. Thanks.

My sister in law went bowling at your facility previous week and got some serious burns from the hand sanitizer. The whole time she had serious itching in her hands after using the sanitizer and after coming home she tried to wash her hands and got some serious burns. She is still recovering from it. This is something that needs to be taken actions against. I would really appreciate if you would look more into this issue and maybe change the brand of sanitizer used at your sanitization stations and a brand that has clean & safer ingredients for all your customers. This place is just horrible now! The staff looked like they hated their job, very unenergetic environment. The food lady is honestly horrifying. She would not speak up, she told me they aren’t make pizzas at 8pm when they closed at 11pm? I ordered 4 drinks, and she gave me three and I stood there for 3 minutes until she had the audacity to be like “there’s your drinks”, I had to repeat my drink order for the 3rd time. The arcade store was “closed”, I was told to come back tomorrow to get a prize, what? They couldn’t simplying have a front desk employee walk 10 ft to the arcade store? WHY am I gonna come back just for some burger candy. The only reason why this is open is because it’s the only bowling alley in brampton.

When I tried to use the deal of $2.22 on Tuesdays which start at 8:00 PM, the staff sent me to the back of the line because it was 7:57. Looks like its been taken over and under new management. It definitely looks fresh and appealing. We were told we have to wait 45 min, but got the text in 10 mins that the lane is ready. Social distancing was being partially followed, they only had alternate lanes open, which was good to see, but no sanitizing of balls or touch equipment between groups. Food: wings were great, so was the garlic bread, cauliflower lacked flavor and was not worth the money. Drinks: There is no drinks menu, the server said all she knows to make is a Blue LIIT, we did get it and it was nothing special. Online deals: They didn't honor the drink specials mentioned on the website, $25 for a pitcher, still pretty good price.

Long story short, we went for their Thursday bowling special after seeing it online. It was unlimited bowling with special discounts on pizza and whatnot after 9 p.m. We get there and are asked for student id’s. Confused, we ask why. She whips out a pamphlet that says we need id’s to take advantage of the offer. Maybe naively I thought calling the Thursday special “College Night” online was just a marketing thing. Huge bowling alley located in Brampton. Massive car park. There are 40 bowling lanes. I visited last night for the first time. Our group had a reservation for two lanes from 7:30 to 9:30 pm for unlimited bowling. Prices here are more expensive than your average bowling alley. You are able to reserve and pay in advance which is good however a minimum of two hours is required. We went to the desk to check in at 7:30 and notify them some of our group will be here in a few minutes. The csr gave the impression that it’s okay and we can start now or when they arrive. What she should have done was inform us that our clock was actually running no matter what. While playing the lights in our lanes came off. It was 9:30. It would have been nice if the csr had told us in the start that even though we had started the game a few minutes later it would cut off at 9:30. Two hours of bowling is a lot for casual bowling so we were tired and was okay with it. Would be nice if you could have booked just one hour as that would have been ideal and less costly.

I went to Brunswick two weeks ago waited forever to get a lane. It seems they are short staffed or just hard to find. Couldn't get a drink at the bar half the time i went up because nobody was there. I have attempted to get a lane twice over the past week with no luck. It seems the leagues run the place till 9pm every night. She threw our receipt in the garbage by her own discretion while I was waiting for it and when I asked she literally reached out into the can n tryna give me the trashed out receipt. Bowlero it looks like you have a serious issue with your staff and communication. Yesterday we called at 8:30pm to reserve a lane. The automated message said to come on in. We drove almost 30min to get there and when we arrived their was a large lineup inside. The staff member then demanded the group (majority South Asian) move outside and then told them “now I can have a conversation with you” in a clearly diminutive manner before telling everyone that they wouldn’t have any lanes available for the rest of the night. After the large group left the doors remained open for more people to come in after hearing their wouldn’t be any lanes available beforehand. Clearly communication is severely lacking and the staff’s rude demeanour is a clear departure from the many pleasant experiences I’ve had at this establishment having grown up in Brampton. The way the large group were spoken to was appalling and I highly recommend diversity and sensitivity training for all your staff if you plan to continue operating in a city made up of many different demographics such as Brampton. As for myself I won’t be returning here any time soon.

This review is for the Pro shop here. I travelled from Cambridge to buy my first ball, shoes and bag. Nick, who owns the store, was phenomenal. He took his time to make sure I got what I needed, didnt try to sell me things that were more expensive just for the sake of it. He ensured my ball fitted my hand perfectly and didnt rush me at all even though he was close to closing. I would recommend this pro shop to anyone.

Their fast-food restaurant is pretty tasty and has a fair price. Also, their arcade has about 10 machines but the arcade is a bit cheap but, it is still very fun. We've been coming here ever since I was little. However, over the years, it has declined in service. The last time we came, it was family day, which was a big mistake! It was so busy, we waited for over 2 hours for a lane. If you come here, don't come on a holiday of some sort and would be best to go on a weekday. The weekends are okay but still pretty busy. The glow in the dark is always fun, especially for the kids.

Visited second time manny good thing only a few bad things. Overall I can give only 4 stars as I believe improvements needed. Pros: - Great environment, encourages one to play and get improved. - Service and staff is awesome helps you with acceptable waiting time. - There are many other arcade games, mostly for 2 players. Cons: - Washrooms were bad not properly maintained specifically men's washrooms. - Sometimes games get stuck may be because of some system error, but staff is good helps you.

Went to this place last week with some friends, the staff was not good at all at their work, there was a girl who just keep coming to our table and asked to move on the other side of the table, even when we did that still she came couple of times to move us from there even though we were sitting on our chairs. maybe she just dont know how to talk to customers of was just being racist because almost everyone was using both side of chairs but all she can see was us being there. really disappointed.. went there again last time , tried to called 3 times before going but noone picked up the call, drove 30 mins saw the girl making faces at other people talking rudely to thm and saying we dont have any lanes, even most of the place was empty....

Alley is fairly clean and spacious, but I had a problem finding a ball that fits my hand, 8 medium was too large but 6 small was way too tiny. Food service was average but was pleased when they turned the grill back on so I could feed my hot dog craving. I ordered the 2 hot dog and fry combo and price was very satisfactory, but unfortunately could only finish one hot dog and left with a terrible stomach ache. The bartender was very friendly but speed was a factor in my star rating.

I held an event here it was really great! Vanasa our lane server made sure we had everything we needed. Jennifer did a great job of handling our party making sure everything was going okay. When we went to the front desk for help with the lanes they sent someone right away. Overall excperiance was great everyone had a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come again.

We used to bowl youth league at this centre. It was awful when you tried to do a bowl off. They wouldn't allow you to do it right after league. They would say they had birthday parties scheduled. The entire place was empty except for the lanes that still had youth league. If they just given you the lane - you could have bowled off before any parties would have arrived. They expected you to come back after night league - so maybe around 9:30pm. Sure - bring my kid back late at night on a school night. Makes a lot of sense to me. We were done after 1 season.

The bowling experience for a family at Brunswick Zone Bramalea Lanes is terrible. From the very beginning, we called and supposedly a lane and kids bowling ramps were available, but when we arrived 30mins later, the wait for a lane was over 1hr and the entire facility only has a single functional bowling ramp. Furthermore, I personally had to go find the second flimsy bowling ramp after the staff pretty much gave up with no effort. The booking system needs to be updated as well. I had to go to the facility to get on a waiting list that required a pre-payment. Why can't they just do this through the website? Overall, the staff was not friendly (or unwilling to help), somewhat disorganized, and seemed be more into socializing than helping paying customers. The facility is decent and, perhaps the learning experience we had was, don't take your family bowling on a Friday night.

Thought my boyfriend and I would have a fun date night for our anniversary and we drove all the way there to find out they have league nights right in the middle of their cheap Tuesday nights.. How is that fair? Got there right at 8:00pm when the $2.22 games are supposed to start and the lady at the desk told us we can't get a lane until around 9-9:30 because there were a bunch of leagues... How can you advertise your cheap nights to start at 8pm and then have no lanes open for another hour to an hour and a half?? Not impressed and just put me in a bad mood on a great day!

I went into Brunswick bowling to ask if they had any open lanes and the lady who approached me at the counter was extremely rude. I was simply asking her if she had any available lanes at the moment and she told me that they didn’t have any till around 9 o’clock, I said to her “ if I come back around 8:30 and wait till 9 do you think I’ll be able to get a lane right at 9 o’clock” she looked at me and said “ I said we don’t have any lanes open till 9” she said that to me with so much attitude and looked at me like I was stupid when mean while I was just asking a simple question. The place is clean and has a large number of lanes available to play at. There is also a good selection of food and drinks available, with alcohol in the lounge area. My only complaint is that the lanes sometimes stop working mid game and it takes their tech usually 15-20 minutes to repair the issue, taking away from game time. I'd expect all lanes to be tested and repaired before customers arrive.

Promotion was all you can eat and drink. Well after 2 drinks each, which came very slowly as it was, they said we had to slow down and eat food. We booked it well in advance, they should of had more staff on hand to help deliver faster. It wasn't cheap to get that package, definelty didn't get my money worth. This used to be a great spot but over the years it's gone down hill. The employees look miserable and no one ever shows up if you hit the service button. There are daily bowling specials but be warned that they never start at the advertised time because they always have the bowling league playing beforehand. So expect to wait around 45 minutes because they can't schedule them in correctly or earlier. On Mondays, it's $12.89 for unlimited bowling and shoe rental after 8pm. Be prepared to not start until 9pm due to the bowling league. The TV's on the bowling lanes also say that they offer $10 pizza on Monday nights. Nope! Another lie! You can only order food from a very limited evening hours menu that has multiple menu items scratched out in black marker leaving only 5 food items to choose from. And guess what, no $10 pizza! PIZZA IS NOT EVEN ON THE LIMITED EVENING HOURS MENU! But you can get nachos that look like someone threw up on them. They have those.

We waited an hour for a lane, only to have our game mess up twice and no one help to fix it. Spent $70 for 2 games for 4 people and ended up refunding the second set of games. This was the BEST bowling alley when I was a kid, so I wanted my children to experience it. All I can say is it was a total waste of money. In total spent $130 for food and bowling for an hour. Got a whopping $25 refund and not even an apology. Will never go again.

I was looking forward to a fun evening since I had no problems in the past when it was previously called Brunswick Bowling. Instead, I just encountered rude and unwelcoming staff. We came for the Wednesday evening special from 9pm-close, unlimited bowling. There were six of us and we knew that if we wanted to bowl, it was a first come, first serve basis. We arrived there at 9pm and it was not busy. We are two different families from two different households. We requested that we would like to use two lanes, three in each. (So that we would take advantage of the unlimited bowling). We were told by the man at the counter that they could only put six of us in one lane. If they were to split us we would be placed in opposite sides of the bowling alley because "it just works that way". What kind of customer service is this? So we asked how does the unlimited bowling special worked if there were six people in one lane? The man just said that if the lanes are full he would have no other lanes to accommodate the other bowlers. We were the one of the first ones there and about 3/4 of the alley to fill. It's a first come first serve basis as stated on the website. We came right at 9pm and he refused to allow us to pay separately even if we were two different families. With six people in one lane we played two games only. The lanes all around us were only couples. The alley still had empty lanes, it was definitely not a busy night. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST if you want to bowl with some friends or family and there are six of you, pretend you don't know each other. Worst service ever.

After 45mins wait in the line we found that we have to wait for another 1.5hrs to 2hrs. to play the game. To the front desk (you know who you are) I understand that it is protocol if someone does not hear the announcement for their name (after asking the food service if I would be able to hear in the spot they placed me) that they go to the bottom of the waiting list. But, you should not be rude or arrogant in any type of way to customers. These are people paying money to the business and you’re going to drive it away. I can’t understand why front desk is being run by people who have almost no customer service skills at all. It is understandable that the next person on the list should get the spot and for the person who lost it should be next because this still wouldn’t mess with the order of the waiting list. To the manager, I don’t know where or how you got to your position in life but if you’re unhappy with you’re life I suggest you don’t drag down the business with you like an anchor. You never know who talk you will talk to. Instead of answering my questions you repeatedly said the same sentence aggressively, “ARE YOU ADEEL”. Did not even give me a chance to respond no or anything. To the owners, from a business owner point of view; please make sure that your frontline has the proper communication skills to talk with customers. How is it that the guy at food desk was more professional than the manager? Protocol is protocol but decency is also something to keep in mind. Thank you.

Bowling is good but snack bar prices have had big hikes each year for several years and this year the bar got a serious price hike as well. Manager's defence is "the private the club I was at before cost way more". We used to buy food and drink every week, now we just get them to fill up the water bottle for free.

Excellent service. We went on Tuesday night for their Toonie Tuesday special and one of the custom balls lost a fingergrip. The attendants were kind enough to search the lane and provide glue to reattach it. Would have been 5 stars but I prefer wooden lanes to synthetic.

Fun place, some staff were smiling and friendly. Some didn't even make eye contact... food came out quickly. Great place to host parties both older crowd and younger. Ample parking space, not enough bathroom stalls and sinks.

me and my friends were left disappointed when one of the employees yelled at us while we were playing pool. When we were cleary legal to go in to that area, she just came in and said stop that while we were laughing :/ and then she walked back forth to check up on us like we were some kids. Rude

Only nice bowling alley available in Brampton for years. Been going here since childhood. Overall it’s always a good experience, however there is always a wait so make sure you have time to wait a bit.

Their computer system kept glitching. Bowl an 8 and it would mark a strike. This occured multiple times. We complained and they did not want to give us a new game. Took multiple trips to get our lane fixed and a lot of complaining to be able to bowl a new game. OVER PRICED. Expect to break the bank to bowl a couple games.

Very very nice place. It's very clean and the prices are very competitive. They offer per game play as well as timed play. Food and drinks are priced very affordably and they have different specials each day of the week! The only gripe about the place was that the tables seemed to be too close together and we felt crammed between the 2 groups on either end of us especially if there's more than 2 to a lane.

Had a couple of quick games with my son. It wasn't busy. The staff were helpful and quick to help us as my asked for the rails to be up. The arcade is under renovation so my son was a little sad but he enjoyed playing and asked to comeback again.

The worst place to goto. They have workers that have no idea what their doing. The manager is absolute worst. We paid for 7 people and they gave us no receipt and said we paid for 5. Super thumbs down I suggest driving to the next closest bowling alley %100. After Covid for almost 2 years, this is probably the worst place to try and go out too.

Other then it being slightly hard to get a lane on typical busy days,this place is the best for atmosphere and drinks. Try going on a week day to avoid waiting up to 30 min for a lane.

The place is good once you get a lane, its often crowded.The wait times can be very frustrating especially when you cant book over the phone. I found that the system breaks a few times and we had to call the maintenance to fix the lane. Staff were good to come sort out the issues quickly. We ordered Nachos, which tasted miserable, they simply threw tomato sauce and Jalapenos and some onions and gave it us, it tasted YUK!

Avoid.....!!! A really poor experince... the facility is clearly understaffed.... the food is not at all that great..... and whats up with empty vending machines?.... if you dont allow outside food then you have to be able to provide with a faster service..... one pizza order takes 40 minutes and you have a 2 hour event with a hungry bunch of kids, go figure. Never having a birthday event here anymore... no way.

Wait time was a little bit higher than expected, but I guess okay given it was a Saturday night. Don't plan on having any more than 2 beers (even if you are an almost 40 year old adult). The lady at the bar will have something to say about it. I thought that was a bit ridiculous and probably will not go back because of that.

We paid for 2 hours on one lane and the bowling lane they gave us had problems. First a significant amount of strikes were not recorded on the computer for some reason even though all the pins were down. Second, our bowling balls all got stuck for 30 minutes and the lady at the counter only added 10 minutes to our game. Third, their service was very poor. Our table was wet from the previous group playing and drinking. We had ordered two pitchers from the waitress and kindly asked her to bring some napkins to bring to our table. We saw her go back in forth from our lane not acknowledging us and then I finally asked again and she said that she would bring them. After a complete 1 hour I told her that the alcohol was drying and sticking on the bottom of our bowling shoes and she replied by saying, "okay, what do you want me to do about it". Her name tag read Camille. Very bad service, I suggest you go to another bowling place.

Worst place for bowling the prices are higher than other places and staff show really bad attitude. Very small lanes and very bad screens. My suggestion is, don't come to this place, just stay at your house and watch videos of people bowling or go to other bowling place.

DO NOT COME HERE ! this is a black hole for your money the lanes are all broken and they will not give you a refund. I went here with my boyfriend and they charged us 32 dollars for two games the lane we had was broken and kept on clearing the pins after every shot so it left every score as an open. we were here waiting for help asking everyone that worked there but we got non. They still charged us for 2 3rds of the game and then we didn't have enough money for another game, thanks a lot Brunswick for emptying my pockets and leaving me with a shitty day of bowling. I will never come here again and I will make sure anyone planning on coming here in the future thinks twice.

This place is disorganized and has very rude staff. We were charged incorrectly and instead of fixing the problem, they argued. Don’t think i’ll be coming back here til they either change management, or hire better workers. Which is disappointing since this used to be a good location to come to.

Our party of 16 was SO disgusted, we left, went to Eglinton n bowled, ate n drank where staffs FRIENDS dont take preference! I will be sure to warn ALL, NOT to go here. EVER!! Lousy staff n a Manager who couldnt care less!! My party spent 100s at Eglinton Bowl too! Yer Staff should ALL be fired!!

We had our office holiday party here. It was a lot of fun for everyone and the food catered by them was great. I definitely recommend this for a larger group. It's great coz you can be loud and competitive and less formal than a sit down dinner. There's plenty of parking and our guy that organized it said their customer service is great and they were very helpful with lots of options for us

Not the best at bowling but this is great place to go. One of the only bowling alleys in Brampton to be honest. Go after 10 they have great 2hr unlimited play deal. I'm a little upset they only told me after I had started bowling at 9:50 and had already paid extra.
