Wasn't sure what to expect when I entered but my son had a blast. So much so that it was a trial to get him to leave. Something for all ages there. Toddler hours on Sunday which is great for a 3 year old.

Went for toddler time and we had the whole place to ourselves. I was a bit confused as I thought I could jump with my kids but when I asked I was told no... but I think we both might have misunderstood each other as I did end up getting socks and jumping. Lots of fun!!

Pretty good place to take the kids for some fun. Lots of trampolines and a special area "little air" for 5 years old and younger. Staff here are usually pretty strict with enforcing the rules. Considering the circumstances of someone getting severly hurt, it's all in everyone's best interest. Parties here are on the more expensive side.. hense the 4 stars.

The kids have loved going to Get Air during the pandemic. Always clean and well managed. The staff have been very professional and always friendly. They really show a genuine interest in their guests. Get the membership! Saves you money if your a frequent flyer like my kids are. P.S...jump with the kids, it's an amazing workout!

My son attended the Summer camp program here and he LOVED it! Of all the camps he has attended over the years he said this one was his favorite. They did a variety of outdoor/indoor activities, it was not very expensive and the staff were fantastic to deal with. We highly recommend!!

We attend Toddler time on Tuesday and/or Thursdays every week and we love it! It’s a perfect time for a parent/ grandparent/guardian to spend quality time jumping with their toddler. It gives the child an opportunity to get their energy out in a safe and fun way! I love that it’s such a big space and that you can supervise your child from anywhere. The place is always kept clean and most importantly the staff at Get Air (Thorburn road, St. John’s, NL) are amazing. The manager, Cory Janes, makes an effort to get to know all the parents and children. He’s friendly, personable, kind, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell that Cory cares about his job as he’s motivated, energetic and helpful too! He frequently helps me (and other parents too) get their children ready for jumping in any way that he can. Ex: I have a baby and a toddler and he has offered to hold my baby while I put my toddlers socks on/ take off his coat and get him ready for jumping. Cory and Deanyka have been very helpful with helping me choose the appropriate birthday party package for my soon to be three year old’s party. I received a detailed email from Deanyka about the party and it answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t already done so!

We took our Girl Guide group to Get Air 5/31/21 and had THE best night ever. We basically had the entire place to ourselves. The staff were amazing and super helpful and polite. Everyone got to play, jump and have so much. fun. Check in was very fast and well coordinated. The staff ensured that all the information was gathered to get everyone checked in quickly so we could enjoy all our time. Recommend 100%. Get Air made our night very memorable!

I work with Special needs adults & struggle to find active fun things for them to do on rainy days. We popped in to Get Air 3 weeks ago, they loved it. The manger Cory was working at the time. We felt so welcomed. Cory even set up a package so they could go back weekly without it breaking the bank. The staff have been so welcoming, kind, respectful during our time there. They even take time to motivate the young adults getting them to get back out there when they lose steam. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Amazing service!

This Is a pretty fun place to go, even if you're an adult it's just fun to jump around like you're a kid again. I prefer going on friday nights since there's less kids and the music they play is pretty good. Would like it if they had time slots for just adults to go, not that I don't like kids but I'm just worried about accidentally sending one of them flying or hurting one of them when ever me or one of my buddies get on a trampoline.

Don't waist your money staff are ignorant, we paid good money for our child's birthday party all we got was a bunch of 15 year olds telling us how not to play with our kids. I mean there our kids we ain't going to intentionally hurt them. So don't expect to have much fun with your 3 year olds because they can only play on the small kids section then of course u can't step out on the trampoline with them to help bounce them around cause it's not for adults. So I ask how do my 3 year old play here buddy says just let he go by herself. Also it's at least 30 degrees in there and when I asked about that he says there thermostats don't work so constant heat it is!!!!!! There all about rules and safety but what about heat stroke cause that is what's going to happen!!!

Our experience was absolutely amazing ???? The facility was clean , well maintained and the customer service was amazing ! Our first Family visit to a facility of this nature , the staff walked us through the process and ensured that we understood all the waivers and rules before we even entered the jump area ????. We have gone several times now and will hopefully get to go again in near future . Get air St. John’s is an amazing facility for people of all ages to avail of with an amazing group of staff . ????

Our 3 year old has so much fun here and we're always excited to take her. The staff are super friendly and welcoming as well as big fans of safety. They will approach families and not yell at anyone if anyone is being unsafe but will educate a better way to play so everyone can stay safe and keep having fun. Very clean as well!

It took no time to get in, no line up and the person at the front desk at that time was very polite. It was my cousins and my first time there. You always see and hear things about Get air so we were excited. My brother has been there a few times before. It was loads of fun until my brother got told he wasn't aloud in the foam pit even though he was on one of the obstacles and fell off. The workers on duty were really rude and disrespectful. They would sit there and watch my groups every move, blowing the whistle and talking to is at anything we did. I read the rules, watched the safety videos and 95% of the stuff that we got spoke to about wasn't on on any of the rules. The staff would point at us when talking to other staff memebers. They would get speak to us even if we did do anything. People would do stuff constantly around us and then one of us would try it and we'd get spoke to even though they just watched 20 other kids do the same thing. There was a kid building a fort in the foam pit and didn't get spoken to but when we would jump in it we would get spoken too. It was to expensive to get treated so badly by the staff. Even the manger was a little rude when speaking to us when we asked him a question. I understand speaking to someone if they are being rough/dangerous and not following the rules posted but parents sign a waiver for a reason. Let people have fun and stop being being rude and making them uncomfortable from your constant staring and pointing. My family and I will not be coming back unless you get new staff or teach the ones you have to treat people so badly

I was really skeptical about coming to a trampoline park for my child’s birthday because the danger factor of trampolines makes me nervous...however!!! This was an amazing experience! Corey and his staff took care of our 15 kids, all the party prep, and the park facility was clean, and felt very very safe. I wasn’t nervous about the kids safety for one second. I highly recommend this facility for your next birthday party or just a fun afternoon of physical activity!

Overall the park was fun, but I did not enjoy the staff. The staff are way too strict and abused there power. For gymnasts and people who want to improve their tricks this is not a good place to do so. There is a rule which you can only do single flips that I strongly disagree with. I did a double backflip and they gave me a two month ban from the park. On top of that they made me and two of my friends watch a safety video because apparently we were “not following the rules” another kid had to watch the safety video because he supposedly hung off the basketball rim, which he didn’t do. Also they made me watch the safety video again after this and when I did I realized what they sent me to learn from wasn’t even on the safety video!! Overall the manager was rude to me and sarcastic to my friend and made him watch the safety video AGAIN because he asked to leave. This place made me not think of a trampoline park but rather a school enforced with rude and obnoxious teachers. I wish there was a 0 star rating but I wrote this to inform you if you go, don’t even question the manager because he abuses his power and another staff was following me around wherever I went. Please don’t go here unless you want to be bossed around.

I cannot say enough good things about Cory and Get Air St. John’s! We had an absolutely AMAZING time at my daughters 4th birthday party. Our party host, Cory, was phenomenal! He was attentive, knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome. He took care of everything from start to finish and kept everyone and everything in check! We had multiple staff members check in with us to make sure we were having a good time and I also noticed staff checking to make sure all the kids and parents were not only jumping safely but also respecting public health guidelines. All in all it was truly a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a party at Get Air St. John’s to anyone! Keep up the great work Cory and staff, well done!

Extremely fun, lots of bouncing and an overall great workout. Employees were really friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that some of the areas like the foam pits can be incredibly dusty, looking at it from a different perspective it must be almost impossible to completely clean and must be a nightmare, but if you're allergic to dust, make sure you pop some allergy meds before you do either the ninja course or jump into the foam pits. Personally, I think this is more fun than a night at the movies.

We had our Daughters 7th birthday party at get air St. John’s today, and it was the absolute best experience. I was hesitant to have a party during this pandemic but everything was so clean, and proper protocols were followed. Our host Deanyka was amazing!!! She had total control of the kids and party room, and ensured everyone was having a blast! If you’re looking for a hassle free party, then I 100% suggest calling get air!!

This is all my kids absolute favourite place to go right now! They all (kids ages 9,9,10) attended summer camp last week and are begging to go back! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and I’m always impressed by how clean the entire space is. Great job, Get Air St. John’s!! I don't know where to start. The service was beyond bad. We were met with the most condescending host who made us feel bad for being adults (after telling us over the phone that the place is not just for kids). Our belongings were tampered with in a room we were told would be locked. The bill was almost $400 for an hour of play in a crowded, child-infested gymnasium. Money is the only thing this place cares about.

We weren’t allowed to sit on the trampoline that was empty and I thought I lost my phone (later it was found) and we were going to check the foam cube pit and we weren’t allowed to do that either! We absolutely love Sensory Time at Get Air in St John’s, Nl. My son is nonverbal and just asked using his communication device to go to Get Air - unfortunately we can’t go because he can’t handle being around so many children. So disappointed that the Sensory program is currently on hold due to the pandemic. Having a child with autism makes many things a little harder, including going to such places. The sensory time at Get Air allowed my son to get the exercise he needs in an environment that was understanding to his many needs. Please consider restarting your sensory time at Get Air so all children can be included in the fun!

And they make you jump very far apart from other people and get mad at you if you don't but how are you suppose to when there's like 60 other people also jumping around. Not overly organized and I was overcharged. Then told they do not do refunds so was offered a credit to my account for their mistake. Kind of ridiculous when the mistake was on their end. One worker was very rude and abrupt with the kids on a near empty day.

What an Amazing experience. Just had my sons 10th birthday today, The host Cory was so attentative to the kids and the parents. The place was exceptionally clean and sanitized. I would definitely recommend this place for any and all birthdays ????. Thank you Cory and Get Air Staff for an amazing day ????

Apparently CoVid-19 doesn't exist at this building. There were no extra precautions or sanitation. I couldn't even find hand sanitizer. But that's not what motivates me to take the time to write the review... I was there during Toddler Time with my 3 year old. It was absolute chaos. Unfortunately, there were no staff enforcing rules. An adult male jumped on a trampoline my child was on and caused a severe injury. Staff went out of their way to ignore and not address that this occurred. I genuinely do not feel this is a safe place for children especially. My children will never return.

My sons went to summer camp at Get Air last week. They both gave me rave reviews. They said all the counselors were friendly and attentive. Staff also took all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of covid-19. Very impressed. We'll be looking for summer camp there again next summer.

Recently had my 7 years old birthday party at Get Air and it was a huge success. The staff were great, helpful and amazing with the kids. Everything was done for me and so much help offered. I can’t say enough about how well it went. We will definitely be having another party in the future!!!

Worst experience there. Our kids got told off for everything. They weren't allowed to move and they were told off. They weren't breaking any rules or being destructive or rough at all. They were playing with foam squares and weren't allowed. Climbing the trampoline on the walls and got told off. Tossing a soft dodge ball back and forth and got told off. My nephew has asthma and was sitting taking a little break and he got told off for sitting down. Its absolutely ridiculous. You have a place for kids and you treat them like little prisoners. Get a clue. They are kids and they come to have fun, not be told off everytime they move. I get there are rules, but your rules are beyond ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this place at all unless they adjust some of their standards and let kids have some fun.

There is an issue with getting in and out of the place. There is only one door that.prople can get through when they enter and leave. Extremely congested. 1.5 hr Wait time to get in is not acceptable. Staff is not up to speed on customer service and informing people who are waiting to get in.

Where do I start... I had a birthday party booked for a Saturday night from 8pm-10pm for a 12 year old girl. Which according to an "manager" should not of been booked when they seen it was booked "his words" because it's black light time and adult party's. Upon arrival I approached three staff members and asked them where do I go for my party room and was ignorantly ignored. But the fourth guy I got lucky. We got the kids ready and out jumping but there was a large amount of people and was understaffed. Within 15 minutes one of my party kids was hurt from just a walk in being rambunctious. It didn't come to the staff's attention first that someone was hurt and down. A different parent went for help. Once the staff got there they asked if we wanted a ambulance or not. I said no her mom is on the way so my mother and one of the staff members held ice packs to it. Then one of them said maybe call Cory?"manager" which then I heard a reply NOT unless it's IMPORTANT he said. How did my child's party go. The girls sit around their friend for 35 minutes on a trampoline concerned til her mom got there and she went to the hospital. Then they were to upset to play anymore because of what happened. They didn't want to eat their pizza and just wanted to go home. So I was offered $50 dollars off.... OH did I forget to mention she BROKE her ankle... What a joke of a place. If you want to have your child/children safe and the safety of other people's children... PLEASE parents avoid this place... And I had to give it a one-star an order for my comment to post

Took my 3 year old to the toddler time and it was great. The staff were welcoming and helpful and continued to be friendly and approachable throughout our 2 hour stay. I don't know who had more fun, my 3 year old or me! Can't wait to go back again.

We took 23 Girl Guides (aged 9-11) to Get Air on 5/31/2021 and had a great night. The staff was friendly and was so helpful in organizing our waivers so that check-in went smooth and quick so we could maximize our bounce time. And there was lots of cleaning during our time there as well. The girls are already asking to do it again next year! Definitely recommend this for a group outing.

Staff left a child crying for almost 3 hours with a broken arm and decided he was fine and his parents didn't need to be contacted because he could "wiggle his fingers so it's not broke"

Attended my grandsons birthday today and I must say I was really impressed with how organized and clean the place was. Our host Cory was amazing with the kids, organized games for them and made it such a memorable experience. By following the covid protocols Get Air has made it possible for my grandson to create memories. I would reccomend anyone to this place it has exceeded my expectations.

Just attended their adult-only night! Super fun and a great work out! They have a variety of options - dodgeball, bball hoops, slack line. Black lights and good tunes! Highly recommend!

Great park, horrible staff! The staff did nothing more thab abuse their power. I understand that children need to be watched closely incase of injury, but we are adults for god sake! Myself, my husband and another couple went for the evening and felt like we were being followed around all night. Don't do this don't do that was all we heard. One of the staff members approached me and told me not to sit on the trampoline. Are you kidding? He also approached myself and my husband because we were jumping on the same trampoline. Really annoying and unnecessary. Also, overheard a staff member put a kid in time out? Great for kids, but it almost seemed like they don't like adults enjoying a night out.

Get Air St. John's is a great place to take children. It's much more than a place to jump! There are so many different activities that the children can do. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My son (who is 6) loves going there. The cleanliness of the trampoline park has always been exceptional each time we have been there. Highly recommended :)

Terrible! Went today with my two girls and was quickly told my passes were not eligible for 2 for 1 Tuesday. No explanation. Once in, was quickly told I could offer no help or support to my 7 year to participate. She is too tall for Little Air, but loved the rings, ladder etc. While never an issue in all my previous trips there, I was told I could not lift here, support her or even hold her hand. She was very upset and confused. Too big for half the equipment and too small for the rest. I assume they know why the place was empty?

I’m still floored by how we were talked to and treated by one very unhappy employee Get Air Sports And to make the best of it it’s a place for primarily kids!! We were cursed at by the employee to the point she pushed books across the counter and loudly said “IM NOT F@$%ing DEALING WITH THIS” as she walked away! a coworker that was very helpful managed to straitened out the situation for us but unfortunately the so called manager was not to be reached and today is her last shift so it’s pointless to talk to her, and the owners?? Well apparently they live and operate out of the U.S! So there is not control over the employees at Get Air Canada no one to call and report This very unprofessional, mean and nasty employee! We were not the only ones there Saturday afternoon that had to deal with this A-hole employee either, we had people approach us and tell us their encounter after they witnessed what we went through. At the end of the day we were there to celebrate my nieces bday we didn’t need that drama nor did anyone else that had an unfortunate run in with that emplo

My daughter and 10 of her friends attended Get Air in St. John's last Friday night to celebrate her 12th birthday. The staff were amazing! Upon arrival I was immediatly impressed as the young lady on the front desk, Deanyka, was fantastic!! Excellent customer service skills and great with the kids. Corey was also fantastic and helped with a few questions that I had. I requested some further information regarding future birthday parties and I promptly received an email that evening from Deanyka with all of the details. I highly recommend Get Air St. John's as the staff were so accommodating, helpful, and has exceptional customer service skills. We will definitely be going back!!
